00:00:36 00:00:42 but I posted this in like a few Shopify
00:00:40 00:00:46 groups and people are like amazed by it
00:00:42 00:00:48 so I wanted a quick a quick video on on
00:00:46 00:00:50 how we did it so I step one and I'm
00:00:48 00:00:51 gonna call I'm gonna cut right to the
00:00:50 00:00:54 chase here guys I don't want to you know
00:00:51 00:00:56 beat around the bush here it's not like
00:00:54 00:00:58 you just created a shop rice or any made
00:00:56 00:00:59 without 1053 dollars in this first day
00:00:58 00:01:01 after you launch like that's not the
00:00:59 00:01:04 case there of course was some prep work
00:01:01 00:01:06 that led up to to making this happen so
00:01:04 00:01:07 here's the steps we took and I'm just
00:01:06 00:01:11 going to have it because the post
00:01:07 00:01:13 actually got like hundreds of likes and
00:01:11 00:01:15 stuff and I was shocked because like
00:01:13 00:01:16 this stuff is so so simple like I've
00:01:15 00:01:21 been doing this stuff for so long like
00:01:16 00:01:22 but whatever so all we did and you guys
00:01:21 00:01:24 know obviously sales funnels are the
00:01:22 00:01:25 answer sales so there's already answer
00:01:24 00:01:27 you guys understand this but a lot of
00:01:25 00:01:32 people out there don't understand it so
00:01:27 00:01:34 the first thing we did for him was he
00:01:32 00:01:36 every one of my students has different
00:01:34 00:01:38 goals every single one some of them want
00:01:36 00:01:38 to start with sales funnel some of them
00:01:38 00:01:40 don't
00:01:38 00:01:42 either way we always incorporate the
00:01:40 00:01:44 funnel in some way shape or form so with
00:01:42 00:01:47 this partikular student what we did was
00:01:44 00:01:50 we set up an email capture form very
00:01:47 00:01:52 very very simple email capture form I'm
00:01:50 00:01:54 it was literally the same one that we
00:01:52 00:01:55 use down below if you quit you could
00:01:54 00:01:57 click down below and the resources
00:01:55 00:02:00 you'll see my free email capture funnel
00:01:57 00:02:03 that's the funnel that we used and all
00:02:00 00:02:07 we did on this funnel guys was we made
00:02:03 00:02:09 some sort of bribe to our customer so in
00:02:07 00:02:10 our example we were doing it was a
00:02:09 00:02:12 journal I'm not gonna say exactly what
00:02:10 00:02:13 kind of journal it was but it was a
00:02:12 00:02:15 journal free
00:02:13 00:02:17 PDF journal guide sort of thing that
00:02:15 00:02:19 they would get in exchange for their
00:02:17 00:02:20 email address right this journal was
00:02:19 00:02:22 filled with value essentially it was
00:02:20 00:02:24 like a law book or something like that
00:02:22 00:02:28 that they could pronounce um it was
00:02:24 00:02:32 awesome people were people loved I think
00:02:28 00:02:34 he was getting emails for like 20 cents
00:02:32 00:02:36 I mean it was insane he was crushing it
00:02:34 00:02:37 and his opt-in rate on that on the same
00:02:36 00:02:39 phone who didn't get down below was like
00:02:37 00:02:40 80% like blue did the highest optin i've
00:02:39 00:02:42 ever seen
00:02:40 00:02:44 it's crazy um that's what happens when
00:02:42 00:02:46 you put the right offer for the right
00:02:44 00:02:48 people so he wasn't selling anything so
00:02:46 00:02:50 right on his first on the the opt-in
00:02:48 00:02:52 page was very simple right it was an
00:02:50 00:02:54 opt-in page and a thank you page for
00:02:52 00:02:56 opting in and then he emailed them
00:02:54 00:02:58 whatever that value was that he offered
00:02:56 00:03:00 right let that guide book or whatever so
00:02:58 00:03:04 that's how simple it was on the thank
00:03:00 00:03:06 you page all he did was point people
00:03:04 00:03:07 back to his like social media accounts
00:03:06 00:03:09 that he had created today like us on
00:03:07 00:03:14 social media you know get updates from
00:03:09 00:03:15 us blah blah blah after that what we did
00:03:14 00:03:17 obviously you want to send them the
00:03:15 00:03:20 value I'm just using this as a reference
00:03:17 00:03:25 guys because I put a lot more detail
00:03:20 00:03:27 into but what we did after that and this
00:03:25 00:03:30 was we did what we did was we integrated
00:03:27 00:03:32 MailChimp we used MailChimp to integrate
00:03:30 00:03:35 you know to the clip funnel stage so
00:03:32 00:03:37 anytime somebody you know purchase or
00:03:35 00:03:39 got the PDF guide put their email in
00:03:37 00:03:40 they were automatikally sent to
00:03:39 00:03:42 MailChimp MailChimp added them to a
00:03:40 00:03:45 sequence where that first email in the
00:03:42 00:03:47 sequence sent them obviously what they
00:03:45 00:03:49 what they opted in for they they opted
00:03:47 00:03:51 in for that guidebook so the first email
00:03:49 00:03:55 basis we sent them was that guidebook um
00:03:51 00:03:59 then over the next week or so I think we
00:03:55 00:04:01 did it for how long do we do it for mmm
00:03:59 00:04:04 I think we did it I think we did it for
00:04:01 00:04:06 like a week or two period where we would
00:04:04 00:04:07 email them two to three times per week
00:04:06 00:04:09 right
00:04:07 00:04:12 and during this 2 to 3 times per week we
00:04:09 00:04:15 only gave value right now usually I
00:04:12 00:04:16 structure my emails where there's always
00:04:15 00:04:18 some sort of call to action be it go
00:04:16 00:04:20 back to my you know you know come back
00:04:18 00:04:22 to you know follow me on Instagram
00:04:20 00:04:24 follow me on you know you do follow me
00:04:22 00:04:25 go check out the special offer that we
00:04:24 00:04:28 have on our
00:04:25 00:04:30 on our store right but these were pure
00:04:28 00:04:33 of value emails two to three times a
00:04:30 00:04:34 week for two weeks we sent them a value
00:04:33 00:04:36 that's it
00:04:34 00:04:38 right so examples of value and a lot of
00:04:36 00:04:40 people ask this question in there we
00:04:38 00:04:42 would send them to youtube videos not
00:04:40 00:04:43 our own right we would only send them to
00:04:42 00:04:45 youtube videos like helpful things that
00:04:43 00:04:47 would complement that guidebook that
00:04:45 00:04:49 they got had all right so if let's say
00:04:47 00:04:51 this was like a meal prepping Hydra we'd
00:04:49 00:04:54 send them maybe like meal prepping
00:04:51 00:04:57 videos right we'd send a meal prepping
00:04:54 00:04:58 blog posts right helpful content that
00:04:57 00:05:00 this audience would like right we
00:04:58 00:05:02 nurturing them or building a
00:05:00 00:05:04 relationship guys it's key to have with
00:05:02 00:05:05 your list right don't just sell sell
00:05:04 00:05:07 sell to your list because that's why
00:05:05 00:05:08 your open rates and your click-through
00:05:07 00:05:11 rates suck because they don't trust you
00:05:08 00:05:13 anymore right doing this way starting
00:05:11 00:05:15 out by two weeks of you know email and
00:05:13 00:05:17 in two or three times per week so so you
00:05:15 00:05:19 know six total emails of pure value
00:05:17 00:05:21 right you now have a relationship with
00:05:19 00:05:23 them right they know like and trust you
00:05:21 00:05:25 that you're they're familiar with you
00:05:23 00:05:28 right so when it comes time for step 3
00:05:25 00:05:31 right that's when he we launched the
00:05:28 00:05:33 product for him right he launched one
00:05:31 00:05:38 product right and he bundled it together
00:05:33 00:05:44 in a cool offer okay so what he did here
00:05:38 00:05:45 was he took he sort of made a like it
00:05:44 00:05:47 was a bundle let's just say it was a
00:05:45 00:05:49 bundle it was a bundle of products that
00:05:47 00:05:50 he put together and gave it a solid
00:05:49 00:05:56 offer
00:05:50 00:06:01 so specifically it was like $70 in value
00:05:56 00:06:03 all you have to pay is 30 or 35 all
00:06:01 00:06:05 right so for example if you're doing it
00:06:03 00:06:08 with like let's just say the meal
00:06:05 00:06:11 prepping example right and say now you
00:06:08 00:06:14 wanna you know dropship to your customer
00:06:11 00:06:17 like those meal prepping containers
00:06:14 00:06:19 right so we put together a really cool
00:06:17 00:06:21 offer right we wouldn't just send them
00:06:19 00:06:23 the meal prepping containers because
00:06:21 00:06:24 that's boring who wants to just buy meal
00:06:23 00:06:27 prepping containers right you got to add
00:06:24 00:06:31 some cool things into there maybe like a
00:06:27 00:06:33 shaker a meal prepping meal prepping
00:06:31 00:06:35 containers meal prepping shaker right
00:06:33 00:06:37 maybe some weird measurement spoons
00:06:35 00:06:38 maybe a little food scale right so he
00:06:37 00:06:41 created this
00:06:38 00:06:43 her that was basically a bundle of
00:06:41 00:06:46 products that was everything they would
00:06:43 00:06:48 need to be successful right with their
00:06:46 00:06:50 with their guidebook right so these if
00:06:48 00:06:51 these people right this isn't the exact
00:06:50 00:06:54 niche but I'm just giving you example
00:06:51 00:06:57 this fitness niche here what he would do
00:06:54 00:06:59 what he did was he would go okay food
00:06:57 00:07:00 scale they need a food scale right
00:06:59 00:07:02 all right give him a throw food scale
00:07:00 00:07:04 there okay they need the meal prepping
00:07:02 00:07:06 containers right so let's give them like
00:07:04 00:07:07 14 of those and then they also need like
00:07:06 00:07:11 a protein shaker to shake up their
00:07:07 00:07:12 protein and then maybe I don't know
00:07:11 00:07:15 let's think maybe like some home workout
00:07:12 00:07:18 thing I don't know whatever it is he put
00:07:15 00:07:21 together an awesome bundle made it very
00:07:18 00:07:23 very valuable right in the customers
00:07:21 00:07:26 eyes and charged a very very good price
00:07:23 00:07:28 for it right I think he is margin of
00:07:26 00:07:32 course wasn't that great for it I think
00:07:28 00:07:37 he was making like 7 to 8 bucks profit
00:07:32 00:07:39 per order but guess what guys not a big
00:07:37 00:07:41 deal he launched that store he has a
00:07:39 00:07:43 great relationship with his list and
00:07:41 00:07:45 guess what guys right he had other
00:07:43 00:07:48 products that he put out onto his store
00:07:45 00:07:50 now right now what we're doing with him
00:07:48 00:07:53 is well I'll give you a quick before we
00:07:50 00:07:54 were doing next is now he has is getting
00:07:53 00:07:56 consistently literally he sent me
00:07:54 00:07:58 screenshots of his store he's making
00:07:56 00:08:00 hits it's like $200 a day now so he
00:07:58 00:08:02 launched it right and it was a three-day
00:08:00 00:08:04 thing you need to have scarcity here you
00:08:02 00:08:05 need to have scarcity like he said this
00:08:04 00:08:07 promotions only lasting for three days
00:08:05 00:08:11 so on day one he did a thousand bucks on
00:08:07 00:08:14 or 1053 bucks second day he did about
00:08:11 00:08:16 700 and on the final day he did close to
00:08:14 00:08:19 a thousand again so like 900 some bucks
00:08:16 00:08:22 right and an every day after that he's
00:08:19 00:08:26 been making consistent like $200 day
00:08:22 00:08:27 sales which is fantastik now now we're
00:08:26 00:08:29 scaling it up from there right we're
00:08:27 00:08:31 implementing funnels we're taking some
00:08:29 00:08:32 of those products those best sellers
00:08:31 00:08:33 that we see people are kind of like
00:08:32 00:08:35 gravitated towards plugging them into
00:08:33 00:08:37 funnels and introducing new customers
00:08:35 00:08:38 into our business from there because
00:08:37 00:08:40 it's just that easy all right
00:08:38 00:08:43 so to recap real quick because we're
00:08:40 00:08:46 headed hitting on ten minutes here one
00:08:43 00:08:48 build up a customer email list first
00:08:46 00:08:50 providing value nurture that list
00:08:48 00:08:52 provide them value for two weeks sending
00:08:50 00:08:54 six total emails right
00:08:52 00:08:56 two to three emails per week nurture
00:08:54 00:08:58 them give value value value okay don't
00:08:56 00:08:59 ask for the sale yet and when you're
00:08:58 00:09:02 ready to launch your Shopify store
00:08:59 00:09:04 launch it create a really good offer
00:09:02 00:09:05 don't just send them a line in bracelet
00:09:04 00:09:07 that doesn't work nobody want nobody
00:09:05 00:09:08 gets excited about that create an
00:09:07 00:09:10 awesome bundle of products that people
00:09:08 00:09:13 are like holy crap I need this make it
00:09:10 00:09:16 super appealing to them and valuable as
00:09:13 00:09:18 well right really good offer
00:09:16 00:09:20 you can't be you can't beat it okay guys
00:09:18 00:09:23 I'm telling you that's how you can
00:09:20 00:09:25 launch a Shopify store alright guys
