00:00:33 00:00:38 called blendjet so the entire blendjet
00:00:36 00:00:38 brand is entirely focused around this
00:00:38 00:00:41 blender
00:00:38 00:00:42 that is extremely lightweight portable
00:00:41 00:00:44 rechargeable
00:00:42 00:00:46 basically you can take it anywhere you
00:00:44 00:00:48 want to go if we take a look at the
00:00:46 00:00:50 traffic breakdown from similar web
00:00:48 00:00:53 you can see that last month they did
00:00:50 00:00:53 around 1.5 million visitors to their
00:00:53 00:00:55 website
00:00:53 00:00:57 so if only 3 percent of those visitors
00:00:55 00:00:59 ended up purchasing
00:00:57 00:01:01 last month they brought in over 45 000
00:00:59 00:01:03 new customers so if we're estimating
00:01:01 00:01:04 their sales on a low end we could take
00:01:03 00:01:06 45
00:01:04 00:01:08 000 times their average order value
00:01:06 00:01:11 which is somewhere around
00:01:08 00:01:14 50 and the number we get
00:01:11 00:01:17 is around 2 million 250 000 in sales
00:01:14 00:01:19 which like i said is the low end they're
00:01:17 00:01:21 probably bringing in 2.5 to 3 million
00:01:19 00:01:23 dollars a month in revenue which is
00:01:21 00:01:25 insane for a one product store
00:01:23 00:01:27 this is a brand i have studied heavily
00:01:25 00:01:28 because my store is similar to this
00:01:27 00:01:30 so let's break down what i've learned
00:01:28 00:01:31 from studying them and exactly how
00:01:30 00:01:33 they're doing this
00:01:31 00:01:35 back in 2017 there were a ton of stores
00:01:33 00:01:36 that were selling this exact same
00:01:35 00:01:38 product
00:01:36 00:01:40 this was one of the most popular general
00:01:38 00:01:41 store dropshipping products i probably
00:01:40 00:01:44 saw this thing scaled
00:01:41 00:01:46 by over 10 stores but these guys john
00:01:44 00:01:48 and ryan decided to take this product
00:01:46 00:01:49 and try to build a brand around it
00:01:48 00:01:52 the only reason i know this is because i
00:01:49 00:01:53 used to be super active on ecom facebook
00:01:52 00:01:55 groups and i would see them post
00:01:53 00:01:57 all the time they were posting huge
00:01:55 00:01:59 numbers like 30 to 50 000
00:01:57 00:02:00 a day and i believe it was from selling
00:01:59 00:02:02 this product so they transitioned from
00:02:00 00:02:04 the general store model to building a
00:02:02 00:02:06 full brand around this product i'm sure
00:02:04 00:02:08 they ordered a couple thousand units
00:02:06 00:02:10 with their branded logo
00:02:08 00:02:11 on it and started shipping the product
00:02:10 00:02:13 just as they were before
00:02:11 00:02:15 and when you do this an interesting
00:02:13 00:02:17 thing happens in the marketplace all of
00:02:15 00:02:18 those other general stores that were
00:02:17 00:02:20 selling the product
00:02:18 00:02:22 almost become obsolete when you build a
00:02:20 00:02:25 brand around a product and you position
00:02:22 00:02:27 yourself as the number one seller
00:02:25 00:02:29 a big thing happens you start to float
00:02:27 00:02:30 to the top of the marketplace and these
00:02:29 00:02:32 other stores
00:02:30 00:02:35 start to look like knockoffs of your
00:02:32 00:02:36 brand this is exactly what i've done
00:02:35 00:02:38 with my
00:02:36 00:02:40 current brand i started out with drop
00:02:38 00:02:42 shipping i tested a few products i found
00:02:40 00:02:45 this one that was working really well
00:02:42 00:02:46 and then transitioned over to a full on
00:02:45 00:02:48 brand
00:02:46 00:02:49 and since then have become the number
00:02:48 00:02:52 one seller
00:02:49 00:02:54 for this product every single week i see
00:02:52 00:02:54 new people popping up trying to test my
00:02:54 00:02:56 product
00:02:54 00:02:58 but they just don't get the same results
00:02:56 00:02:59 as me because they don't have the

00:03:46 00:03:49 them up to 10 extra dollars per sale
00:03:48 00:03:51 they offer these
00:03:49 00:03:53 portable smoothies that are ready to
00:03:51 00:03:53 blend which is honestly the perfect
00:03:53 00:03:56 upsell
00:03:53 00:03:58 you can also subscribe to get them every
00:03:56 00:04:00 single month which is genius
00:03:58 00:04:02 it just allows them to increase their
00:04:00 00:04:05 recurring revenue get another blend jet
00:04:02 00:04:07 you get this insulated sleeve recipe
00:04:05 00:04:09 book and even an insulated tote bag when
00:04:07 00:04:11 you factor in all of this this is
00:04:09 00:04:14 probably taking their aov from around 50
00:04:11 00:04:16 to 70 80 even a hundred dollars per sale
00:04:14 00:04:18 so if you were to go out there and try
00:04:16 00:04:19 to sell the same exact product
00:04:18 00:04:21 it just wouldn't work if they're
00:04:19 00:04:23 advertising on facebook and you're
00:04:21 00:04:24 advertising on facebook they can spend
00:04:23 00:04:25 way more money than you to get a
00:04:24 00:04:26 customer
00:04:25 00:04:28 it's the exact same way i run my
00:04:26 00:04:30 business and i highly advise you to look
00:04:28 00:04:31 at yours in the same way

00:04:38 00:04:42 you're gonna see amazing content you're
00:04:40 00:04:42 gonna see really high quality photos
00:04:42 00:04:43 that
00:04:42 00:04:46 really stand out and capture your
00:04:43 00:04:47 attention as you scroll
00:04:46 00:04:50 you're gonna once again see really high
00:04:47 00:04:52 quality videos and images that
00:04:50 00:04:54 just give that wow factor and make you
00:04:52 00:04:55 feel like these are the guys for the

00:05:19 00:05:22 content the last thing worth mentioning
00:05:20 00:05:25 on their product page is they have
00:05:22 00:05:27 a ton of reviews it is insane every
00:05:25 00:05:28 single day it seems like they're getting
00:05:27 00:05:31 one to two new reviews
00:05:28 00:05:33 which once again just makes it look like
00:05:31 00:05:35 the best brand for this product
00:05:33 00:05:37 if you were shopping around for a
00:05:35 00:05:38 portable blender you'd probably end up
00:05:37 00:05:40 going with them as opposed to even
00:05:38 00:05:42 buying it from amazon because the ones
00:05:40 00:05:44 on amazon look like knockoffs people
00:05:42 00:05:46 always worry about competing with amazon
00:05:44 00:05:47 but if you truly create the best product
00:05:46 00:05:50 and experience for your customers
00:05:47 00:05:51 amazon is not a worry for scaling your
00:05:50 00:05:52 business and of course you could always
00:05:51 00:05:53 put your product
00:05:52 00:05:55 on there as well because people are
00:05:53 00:05:56 gonna be searching for it anyway now how
00:05:55 00:05:58 are they getting their traffic there's
00:05:56 00:06:00 three main ways that i found and they're
00:05:58 00:06:01 the exact same ones that i use
00:06:00 00:06:04 in my business so the first one of
00:06:01 00:06:06 course is facebook ads they are running
00:06:04 00:06:08 a ton of facebook ads they're probably
00:06:06 00:06:09 running over a thousand different
00:06:08 00:06:12 facebook ads right now
00:06:09 00:06:14 all different types some are educational
00:06:12 00:06:15 some are review based
00:06:14 00:06:18 some are just simple photos of the
00:06:15 00:06:20 product they're basically just blasting
00:06:18 00:06:22 their audience as much
00:06:20 00:06:24 as possible with content of their
00:06:22 00:06:25 product after people come to your
00:06:24 00:06:27 website one time
00:06:25 00:06:29 it's just a massive retargeting flow
00:06:27 00:06:30 with tons of custom and really nice
00:06:29 00:06:31 content
00:06:30 00:06:33 that demonstrates the value of your
00:06:31 00:06:35 brand typically you want to have a video
00:06:33 00:06:37 that's designed for cold traffic for
00:06:35 00:06:38 people that have never heard of you
00:06:37 00:06:41 that demonstrates your product and what
00:06:38 00:06:44 it's going to do for them this is theirs

00:07:04 00:07:08 running a brand and i highly suggest you
00:07:06 00:07:10 study their facebook ads so their second
00:07:08 00:07:12 major stream of traffic is youtube and
00:07:10 00:07:13 google ads i get their youtube ads
00:07:12 00:07:15 pretty much every single day and they
00:07:13 00:07:17 follow the same exact strategy as
00:07:15 00:07:19 facebook they have a cold traffic ad
00:07:17 00:07:21 that's designed to introduce you to
00:07:19 00:07:22 their product and why you need to buy it
00:07:21 00:07:24 and then they have a bunch of
00:07:22 00:07:25 retargeting ads just to get you
00:07:24 00:07:27 interested to come back and buy this
00:07:25 00:07:29 right here is their cold traffic ad and
00:07:27 00:07:31 as you can see in just the last four
00:07:29 00:07:32 months it's got over five million views
00:07:31 00:07:35 which is huge on youtube ads
00:07:32 00:07:36 this is the number one gift this holiday
00:07:35 00:07:39 season

00:08:04 00:08:07 and nuts and celery
00:08:05 00:08:08 all in this product just to show you
00:08:07 00:08:10 that this thing actually works and as
00:08:08 00:08:10 you can see this ad is doing extremely
00:08:10 00:08:12 well
00:08:10 00:08:14 people in the comments are even saying
00:08:12 00:08:15 this is the first ad i watched all the
00:08:14 00:08:17 way through
00:08:15 00:08:18 i had this as an ad and it was super
00:08:17 00:08:20 satisfying to search it up
00:08:18 00:08:22 this is a really good ad that they made
00:08:20 00:08:23 a ton of money off of in terms of their
00:08:22 00:08:25 google ads they're basically just
00:08:23 00:08:27 running basic shopping and search
00:08:25 00:08:28 campaigns so when you search up blendjet
00:08:27 00:08:30 or portable blender
00:08:28 00:08:32 they pop right up and the last stream of
00:08:30 00:08:34 traffic that they're pushing heavily is
00:08:32 00:08:35 youtube influencers so if you search
00:08:34 00:08:37 blendjet2 on youtube
00:08:35 00:08:39 you're gonna see a ton of videos of
00:08:37 00:08:40 people reviewing and giving feedback on
00:08:39 00:08:42 the product some people hate it
00:08:40 00:08:44 some people like it but regardless a lot
00:08:42 00:08:45 of people are getting this and making
00:08:44 00:08:47 videos off of it
00:08:45 00:08:49 this is really good because i know that
00:08:47 00:08:50 when i'm about to buy something i always
00:08:49 00:08:51 search it up and look up reviews on
00:08:50 00:08:53 youtube
00:08:51 00:08:54 and this product has a ton of them of
00:08:53 00:08:56 course they're using instagram
00:08:54 00:08:58 influencers as well but it seems like
00:08:56 00:09:00 they're doing a bigger push on youtube
00:08:58 00:09:02 so overall this simple brand is
00:09:00 00:09:03 absolutely crushing it making over 2.5
00:09:02 00:09:05 million dollars
00:09:03 00:09:07 every single month they're not doing
00:09:05 00:09:09 anything too revolutionary but they're
00:09:07 00:09:10 focusing on a few major principles that
00:09:09 00:09:12 you need to adopt
00:09:10 00:09:14 they've created the highest quality
00:09:12 00:09:16 product and become the number one seller
00:09:14 00:09:18 for this product this is super important
00:09:16 00:09:20 because with drop shipping
00:09:18 00:09:21 anybody can come in and copy your
00:09:20 00:09:22 product like that so if you take the
00:09:21 00:09:24 time
00:09:22 00:09:26 to develop your product brand it make it
00:09:24 00:09:27 the best quality
00:09:26 00:09:29 out there it makes it significantly
00:09:27 00:09:30 harder for anybody to come and compete
00:09:29 00:09:32 against you

00:09:32 00:09:35 from everybody else because it's

00:10:30 00:10:33 traffic source to get shut down so if
00:10:32 00:10:35 you can adopt these three principles
00:10:33 00:10:36 you can build a pretty big brand and
00:10:35 00:10:38 these are the exact same principles that
