00:02:23 00:02:26 um i haven't though um not since
00:02:26 00:02:29 so
00:02:26 00:02:31 we had have been on the calls last last
00:02:29 00:02:33 week because we've just been so busy but
00:02:31 00:02:35 um i think
00:02:33 00:02:37 last time i spoke to you we toked about
00:02:35 00:02:39 amazon prime and that those
00:02:37 00:02:41 questions
00:02:39 00:02:43 as soon as that finished um impression
00:02:41 00:02:45 started to drop link clicks came down a
00:02:43 00:02:46 bit and then our revenue just went
00:02:45 00:02:47 straight back up to where it was before
00:02:46 00:02:49 that week
00:02:47 00:02:51 um so we've been doing like four or five
00:02:49 00:02:54 k days um with the same creative it's
00:02:51 00:02:56 just absolutely killing it so it makes
00:02:54 00:02:58 sense so i would take note thomas of
00:02:56 00:03:01 that partikular time frame
00:02:58 00:03:03 on your calendar note it for next year
00:03:01 00:03:05 come up with a sales offer next year to
00:03:03 00:03:06 be highly competitive because cpm um
00:03:05 00:03:07 costs
00:03:06 00:03:09 uh are
00:03:07 00:03:11 one of the biggest factors in the cpm's
00:03:09 00:03:13 cost is your offer so
00:03:11 00:03:14 in the at auction if people have a
00:03:13 00:03:16 better offer than you and they're more
00:03:14 00:03:18 competitive your cpms will raise and
00:03:16 00:03:20 your cost per click will go up whereas
00:03:18 00:03:22 next year during the same time period
00:03:20 00:03:24 where it's like prime week you know bye
00:03:22 00:03:26 week and all that stuff launch an offer
00:03:24 00:03:28 that's very competitive and you're going
00:03:26 00:03:29 to be able to maintain sales volume and
00:03:28 00:03:31 get really good results during that week
00:03:29 00:03:33 and you don't have to worry about a down
00:03:31 00:03:36 week during that time frame yeah
00:03:33 00:03:37 definitely so you move with the market
00:03:36 00:03:39 exactly yeah i mean
00:03:37 00:03:40 when that was you know when that was on
00:03:39 00:03:42 when i was looking at you know the
00:03:40 00:03:44 companies you can see everyone's kind of
00:03:42 00:03:46 running this out at the same time so it
00:03:44 00:03:48 makes sense to to kind of do that and
00:03:46 00:03:49 like what you said there you know
00:03:48 00:03:49 putting that offer out it's obviously
00:03:49 00:03:51 gonna
00:03:49 00:03:54 help them create it's perform just as
00:03:51 00:03:56 well um during their period so yeah just
00:03:54 00:03:58 keep an eye out for for future
00:03:56 00:03:59 um things and obviously getting closer
00:03:58 00:04:01 to christmas we're gonna have to start
00:03:59 00:04:04 thinking about what offer we can give to
00:04:01 00:04:05 keep competitive um so i'm thinking
00:04:04 00:04:07 about that now and coming up with some
00:04:05 00:04:09 ideas for that great um but at the
00:04:07 00:04:10 moment yeah we're just we're kind of
00:04:09 00:04:11 just right along there's no there's not
00:04:10 00:04:13 really
00:04:11 00:04:15 um majorly that needs to be done there's
00:04:13 00:04:16 just a couple things that i was testing
00:04:15 00:04:19 and i notiked i wanted to see what you
00:04:16 00:04:20 thought about it um
00:04:19 00:04:22 so we've got a creative here and i've
00:04:20 00:04:23 been testing it now probably like two to
00:04:22 00:04:25 three weeks and it's literally just a
00:04:23 00:04:28 carousel
00:04:25 00:04:32 um creative nothing else um just of the
00:04:28 00:04:33 products pretty simple um
00:04:32 00:04:37 and
00:04:33 00:04:40 in the last seven days it's done um
00:04:37 00:04:41 it's not nearly a five rise that's crazy
00:04:40 00:04:43 only got 20 pounds spend and it's
00:04:41 00:04:44 getting four pound cost for purchases
00:04:43 00:04:46 and
00:04:44 00:04:47 i don't really know because obviously
00:04:46 00:04:49 i've i've only ever really done video
00:04:47 00:04:52 creative and that's how you know it's
00:04:49 00:04:54 got to where it is it's just constantly
00:04:52 00:04:55 doing that and pushing that out
00:04:54 00:04:57 um
00:04:55 00:04:59 but but i think it was either you or
00:04:57 00:05:00 cameron just think might be cameron and
00:04:59 00:05:02 he suggested just doing some playing
00:05:00 00:05:03 carousels because they just work really
00:05:02 00:05:05 well um
00:05:03 00:05:07 and i've been testing that over the last
00:05:05 00:05:08 few weeks and that's kind of
00:05:07 00:05:10 doing well um
00:05:08 00:05:12 but i don't want to mess with stuff
00:05:10 00:05:14 because everything else is working if
00:05:12 00:05:15 that makes sense
00:05:14 00:05:17 but i didn't know if this is something
00:05:15 00:05:21 worth i mean i don't know if this is
00:05:17 00:05:24 coming on off the back of um
00:05:21 00:05:25 like a retarget it's not a retarget ad i
00:05:24 00:05:26 don't know if it's coming off the back
00:05:25 00:05:28 of
00:05:26 00:05:29 you know the video craze and then that's
00:05:28 00:05:30 just
00:05:29 00:05:32 completing the sale or if that
00:05:30 00:05:34 creativity is actually getting the cold
00:05:32 00:05:35 audience to buy so your frequency is
00:05:34 00:05:36 really high on this one compared to
00:05:35 00:05:39 these other audiences
00:05:36 00:05:41 exactly so it's kind of like i don't
00:05:39 00:05:43 know how
00:05:41 00:05:45 other than just like slowly increasing
00:05:43 00:05:47 the budget on just that one ad and like
00:05:45 00:05:48 seeing how far i can go
00:05:47 00:05:50 i don't know how else i would
00:05:48 00:05:52 be able to see if
00:05:50 00:05:55 if it's just picking up sales rather
00:05:52 00:05:57 than actually getting cold audio sales
00:05:55 00:06:00 yeah it makes sense it's just showing it
00:05:57 00:06:02 to people on average like on average for
00:06:00 00:06:04 every one person that sees it they'll
00:06:02 00:06:06 see it another yeah so one like about
00:06:04 00:06:08 fifty percent of the people see it twice
00:06:06 00:06:10 the other fifty percent see it once
00:06:08 00:06:11 okay so
00:06:10 00:06:13 i might just
00:06:11 00:06:15 yeah test that carousel in another ad
00:06:13 00:06:16 set and see if it continues to perform
00:06:15 00:06:18 carousels are really good because if you
00:06:16 00:06:20 end up getting your audiences to perform
00:06:18 00:06:21 quite well over time the algorithm gets
00:06:20 00:06:23 pretty adjusted then once you drop like
00:06:21 00:06:24 a direct ad that's just like straight up
00:06:23 00:06:26 product
00:06:24 00:06:28 like it just the algorithm just knows to
00:06:26 00:06:30 show too yeah yeah i'll probably drop
00:06:28 00:06:31 that into i'll probably be placed out
00:06:30 00:06:33 with some other creators and some other
00:06:31 00:06:34 ads that are kind of
00:06:33 00:06:36 working if there's anything that aren't
00:06:34 00:06:38 in learning them oh i don't want to make
00:06:36 00:06:39 what i don't want to do is kind of touch
00:06:38 00:06:41 some of the ones i've got quite a big
00:06:39 00:06:42 spend that uh that are working for me
00:06:41 00:06:43 because
00:06:42 00:06:46 although they might you know when you
00:06:43 00:06:47 look at the castle purchase here
00:06:46 00:06:49 like on the back end we're just seeing
00:06:47 00:06:51 that the results are incredible so i
00:06:49 00:06:52 don't really want that's amazing yeah i
00:06:51 00:06:54 don't really want to be touching it that
00:06:52 00:06:55 makes sense yeah so don't fix when
00:06:54 00:06:56 that's what's not broken oh yeah i'm
00:06:55 00:06:58 kind of just
00:06:56 00:07:00 keep i'll just i'm just like keeping on
00:06:58 00:07:02 top of the creative i want to keep on
00:07:00 00:07:03 making ads and i'm testing them like
00:07:02 00:07:05 we've got a couple there that are like
00:07:03 00:07:07 ready to go if the other drops off now
00:07:05 00:07:09 so that's kind of like where i'm at with
00:07:07 00:07:11 it is keep testing and have some in the
00:07:09 00:07:13 bag ready to go
00:07:11 00:07:16 um and i don't think you can go too far
00:07:13 00:07:17 wrong with that yeah that's amazing and
00:07:16 00:07:19 then
00:07:17 00:07:19 i'll take top straps off a little bit
00:07:19 00:07:21 but
00:07:19 00:07:23 we just need to get more creative in
00:07:21 00:07:25 there i've been a bit lazy with it like
00:07:23 00:07:27 i said we've been so busy um actually
00:07:25 00:07:28 getting the orders out
00:07:27 00:07:30 um do you not have another creative you
00:07:28 00:07:32 can just drop in there now
00:07:30 00:07:33 yeah there's probably some that we can
00:07:32 00:07:36 probably drop well i've just done an
00:07:33 00:07:39 organic one that got 1.3 million views
00:07:36 00:07:41 um if you click on that top right tab

00:07:43 00:07:48 i didn't put a call to action but i've
00:07:44 00:07:48 got our logo on the box

00:07:50 00:07:55 so is there any voice overlay
00:07:52 00:07:57 no just a trendy sound i've tested so
00:07:55 00:07:58 many different um creatives like
00:07:57 00:08:00 organically
00:07:58 00:08:02 with
00:08:00 00:08:04 voice overlays call to actions
00:08:02 00:08:06 and i struggle to get anything that has
00:08:04 00:08:08 like a hard call to action or even just
00:08:06 00:08:10 a slight call to action or voiceover to
00:08:08 00:08:13 actually perform to that
00:08:10 00:08:13 put this one in an ad this one here it
00:08:13 00:08:15 is
00:08:13 00:08:18 okay great that one is yeah so just
00:08:15 00:08:19 testing a couple um let's grab like one
00:08:18 00:08:21 or two more that have like strong call
00:08:19 00:08:24 to actions in them
00:08:21 00:08:26 like this one is that one in the ad
00:08:24 00:08:28 yes that's all it's tik-tok yeah
00:08:26 00:08:30 that's the one that had the map that's
00:08:28 00:08:32 that 1.7 million views mainly come from
00:08:30 00:08:34 adds that one um okay but he's just
00:08:32 00:08:36 dropped off that one so yeah then you
00:08:34 00:08:38 just got to create a new one and refresh
00:08:36 00:08:40 it we just need to kind of push out more
00:08:38 00:08:43 i think it comes down to a bit of
00:08:40 00:08:45 product as well with tik-tok um
00:08:43 00:08:47 so we just gotta get get like said we
00:08:45 00:08:49 just gotta put more credit out for that
00:08:47 00:08:51 uh we'll try and push that more yeah you
00:08:49 00:08:54 need to pump new creators in here weekly
00:08:51 00:08:56 yeah yeah because our facebook has has
00:08:54 00:08:59 really kind of
00:08:56 00:09:01 again become the main source again um
00:08:59 00:09:02 but we do get we do get a fair bit from
00:09:01 00:09:04 tiktok but definitely want to try and
00:09:02 00:09:06 keep on top of that and get more out but
00:09:04 00:09:09 like i said it's just been
00:09:06 00:09:09 extremely busy at the moment so um
00:09:10 00:09:14 yeah yeah it's up 57 percent from tik
00:09:12 00:09:16 tok
00:09:14 00:09:18 yeah so that's what you're saying here
00:09:16 00:09:20 yeah whether or not it's coming you know
00:09:18 00:09:22 there's a lot coming from like that that
00:09:20 00:09:24 organic post i think has bought a ton of
00:09:22 00:09:25 traffic because we went from
00:09:24 00:09:27 an average of like three thousand
00:09:25 00:09:29 visitors a day um you might be able to
00:09:27 00:09:31 see if you go on to the analytiks went
00:09:29 00:09:32 for like three thousand visit a day and
00:09:31 00:09:36 i think i'll pull that video out yeah
00:09:32 00:09:36 you can kind of see it there see
00:09:37 00:09:41 so
00:09:39 00:09:44 i'm going to do a few a few more um tik
00:09:41 00:09:45 toks with that kind of style organically
00:09:44 00:09:47 and hopefully we can pay off because i
00:09:45 00:09:49 definitely think that's helping

00:09:49 00:09:53 and is there a way to retarget organic

00:10:24 00:10:28 30 days or even like last seven to be

00:10:28 00:10:31 create this audience you're gonna have a
00:10:29 00:10:34 huge audience to retarget
00:10:31 00:10:36 so where did you pick the video for that
00:10:34 00:10:38 or was it just all views oh this is all
00:10:36 00:10:39 the last two second views on your page
00:10:38 00:10:41 is anybody who
00:10:39 00:10:44 this is all views from your page in the
00:10:41 00:10:47 last seven days all organic views yeah
00:10:44 00:10:48 all organic okay so i'll definitely get
00:10:47 00:10:50 that set up you should retarget all
00:10:48 00:10:53 these views man that'd be crazy these
00:10:50 00:10:55 are audiences just waiting to be used
00:10:53 00:10:56 nobody else can target those
00:10:55 00:10:58 okay so i'll get that set up and i'll
00:10:56 00:10:59 i'll chuck a
00:10:58 00:11:00 fair bit of budget in that because
00:10:59 00:11:01 there's a lot
00:11:00 00:11:03 um
00:11:01 00:11:05 see if that that kind of works i'll test
00:11:03 00:11:08 some of the call-to-action ones in that
00:11:05 00:11:09 um hopefully that picks up a few so i'll

00:12:30 00:12:35 um but i've not i've only just started
00:12:32 00:12:36 everything back again um sort of two
00:12:35 00:12:37 days ago so i'm going to leave it and
00:12:36 00:12:39 then perhaps chat on monday and see how
00:12:37 00:12:40 it goes over the weekend
00:12:39 00:12:43 and see if we need to have just done
00:12:40 00:12:44 anything so um so that's where we are

00:13:03 00:13:06 better than tiktok i just wonder if

00:13:11 00:13:15 your space for this and then model some
00:13:13 00:13:16 of those viral videos

00:13:20 00:13:24 like more relaxed videos that aren't too
00:13:22 00:13:26 salesy just yet

00:13:43 00:13:46 content policy and then like look at
00:13:45 00:13:49 their community guidelines and i'll tell
00:13:46 00:13:52 you like basically
00:13:49 00:13:55 it'll fall under
00:13:52 00:13:58 the let's see here it's gonna fall under
00:13:55 00:14:00 hateful behavior is what it looks like
00:13:58 00:14:03 or bullying harassment
00:14:00 00:14:03 so
00:14:05 00:14:08 this is for community guidelines because
00:14:07 00:14:10 they'll they'll
00:14:08 00:14:12 they made a decision that they're gonna
00:14:10 00:14:15 basically not push post if they have
00:14:12 00:14:17 certain keywords or have certain uh
00:14:15 00:14:19 parts of the videos that refer to
00:14:17 00:14:20 uh specific things that they you know
00:14:19 00:14:22 deem as
00:14:20 00:14:25 non-quality or non-qualified for
00:14:22 00:14:28 being able to go viral
00:14:25 00:14:30 so defensive terms so like offensive
00:14:28 00:14:32 terms slurs
00:14:30 00:14:33 like if you read into this you'll start
