00:01:02 00:01:05 product i really hate the word yes i had
00:01:04 00:01:07 to use it in the title for
00:01:05 00:01:09 you know all the keyword ranking and
00:01:07 00:01:11 stuff but the way i like to think about
00:01:09 00:01:12 products when i'm doing product research
00:01:11 00:01:14 is i'm not looking for one i'm not
00:01:12 00:01:16 looking oh my gosh that's the product
00:01:14 00:01:18 that's the winner that's gonna sell
00:01:16 00:01:20 yes the factors that i look at lead me
00:01:18 00:01:21 to that conclusion
00:01:20 00:01:23 but if you think a product is a winner
00:01:21 00:01:24 you're gonna do research you're gonna
00:01:23 00:01:26 find just one product
00:01:24 00:01:28 maybe two and you're gonna stik with it
00:01:26 00:01:29 much longer than you should have even if
00:01:28 00:01:30 it's not working
00:01:29 00:01:32 because in your head it's a winner and
00:01:30 00:01:34 if it's a winner it has to work
00:01:32 00:01:36 no product has to work facebook ads is
00:01:34 00:01:37 not fair tik-tok ads google none of
00:01:36 00:01:38 them are fair
00:01:37 00:01:40 every single ad account is going to
00:01:38 00:01:40 react differently and so you just have
00:01:40 00:01:43 to go
00:01:40 00:01:44 based on the data so in this video we're
00:01:43 00:01:45 gonna go through all this stuff before

00:02:19 00:02:21 lease on a
00:02:20 00:02:23 warehouse to hold inventory you don't
00:02:21 00:02:23 need to buy the inventory employees all
00:02:23 00:02:25 this stuff
00:02:23 00:02:27 you can actually sustain drop shipping
00:02:25 00:02:29 and not have your ad accounts go down
00:02:27 00:02:31 we also tok about what to do if they go
00:02:29 00:02:32 down we tok about payment processors
00:02:31 00:02:34 all the different merchants and
00:02:32 00:02:34 aggregators we tok about so many things

00:03:17 00:03:20 favorite but these are epic so make sure

00:04:09 00:04:12 even people who are 35 years old and
00:04:12 00:04:14 older
00:04:12 00:04:16 they've spent in average since the
00:04:14 00:04:19 pandemic started of sixteen hundred
00:04:16 00:04:20 and fifty dollars online that is up
00:04:19 00:04:23 multiple folds over
00:04:20 00:04:24 any other year and that's pretty crazy
00:04:23 00:04:24 because now you're seeing the older
00:04:24 00:04:26 category
00:04:24 00:04:28 start to transition into online and
00:04:26 00:04:28 that's great because it opens up more
00:04:28 00:04:30 products
00:04:28 00:04:32 you can really really smash it with
00:04:30 00:04:34 online and to be honest my main brand we
00:04:32 00:04:35 sell primarily to people about 30 years
00:04:34 00:04:37 old and up
00:04:35 00:04:39 so just kind of added to the overall
00:04:37 00:04:41 market but people realize
00:04:39 00:04:43 how easy it is to order online so this
00:04:41 00:04:44 has resulted in a huge increase in
00:04:43 00:04:45 search volume
00:04:44 00:04:47 and order volume obviously people
00:04:45 00:04:48 purchasing for many of these products
00:04:47 00:04:50 we're about to tok about so always keep
00:04:48 00:04:51 your eye open for new products again the
00:04:50 00:04:52 goal here is not for you to copy
00:04:51 00:04:53 anything
00:04:52 00:04:55 although you totally could the goal is
00:04:53 00:04:57 just to spark ideas so you can go check
00:04:55 00:04:58 out the google trends search
00:04:57 00:05:00 where you can look up different products
00:04:58 00:05:02 different niches keywords and stuff and
00:05:00 00:05:04 see the overall search volume increase
00:05:02 00:05:06 in a lot of these different niches
00:05:04 00:05:07 some niches have slid backwards and
00:05:06 00:05:09 slowed down since the pandemic started
00:05:07 00:05:11 and others have just absolutely taken
00:05:09 00:05:12 off like a rocket so
00:05:11 00:05:13 it's pretty cool to see that there's a
00:05:12 00:05:14 ton of different niches we're going to
00:05:13 00:05:16 tok about right now
00:05:14 00:05:19 number one this is one of my favorite
00:05:16 00:05:20 okay i have not sold this in no way am i
00:05:19 00:05:22 affiliated with this product in fact i
00:05:20 00:05:23 don't even have any clients
00:05:22 00:05:25 inside of our advertising agency selling
00:05:23 00:05:26 anything remotely similar
00:05:25 00:05:28 so you can definitely check this out a
00:05:26 00:05:30 jewelry cleaner
00:05:28 00:05:31 now this is a product that's evergreen
00:05:30 00:05:32 people are always going to have jewelry
00:05:31 00:05:34 you need to clean your jewelry
00:05:32 00:05:36 the reason this is so cool right now is
00:05:34 00:05:38 it's a big demand that's not yet filled
00:05:36 00:05:40 and really hasn't been made
00:05:38 00:05:43 aware of in the marketplace all of the
00:05:40 00:05:44 hand sanitizers that everybody's using
00:05:43 00:05:46 on a daily basis
00:05:44 00:05:48 is actually really bad for rings
00:05:46 00:05:49 jewelries bracelets like whatever you
00:05:48 00:05:51 kind of get it on if it's on your hands
00:05:49 00:05:52 so this product
00:05:51 00:05:54 solves that problem you know wedding
00:05:52 00:05:55 rings normal finger rings
00:05:54 00:05:57 anything else that people might wear i'm
00:05:55 00:05:59 not really a jewelry person it's
00:05:57 00:06:01 terrible it's absolutely terrible for
00:05:59 00:06:02 the jewelry and people don't know that
00:06:01 00:06:04 so if they know that are you going to
00:06:02 00:06:06 want your 17 000
00:06:04 00:06:07 wedding ring or whatever to be ruined by
00:06:06 00:06:10 some hand sanitizer
00:06:07 00:06:11 no so a cleaning product would actually
00:06:10 00:06:13 solve a great great problem
00:06:11 00:06:14 i don't know how it is definitely let me
00:06:13 00:06:15 know in the comments section how it is
00:06:14 00:06:18 where you live
00:06:15 00:06:20 but here in puerto rico where i am every
00:06:18 00:06:21 single business that you enter they have
00:06:20 00:06:23 someone standing there with a little gun
00:06:21 00:06:24 to take your temperature
00:06:23 00:06:25 and then you have to put on hand
00:06:24 00:06:26 sanitizer they have all sorts of
00:06:25 00:06:27 different dispensers and this and that
00:06:26 00:06:29 you are forced to do that so if you're
00:06:27 00:06:29 going shopping and then you're going out
00:06:29 00:06:31 to get food
00:06:29 00:06:32 and then you're going here and then you
00:06:31 00:06:34 have to go get a haircut i mean it's
00:06:32 00:06:34 it's four or five times it's everywhere
00:06:34 00:06:37 it is
00:06:34 00:06:38 constant so that is awful for jewelry so
00:06:37 00:06:39 this is definitely a cool product you
00:06:38 00:06:40 can look at
00:06:39 00:06:42 it started having some order volume
00:06:40 00:06:43 increase as well as some search volume
00:06:42 00:06:44 increase
00:06:43 00:06:46 but i still think this is completely
00:06:44 00:06:47 underplayed this is just an example you
00:06:46 00:06:48 don't have to sell this exact one
00:06:47 00:06:50 and there's a lot of different cleaning
00:06:48 00:06:51 products you can do for jewelry but
00:06:50 00:06:54 that's one okay
00:06:51 00:06:55 now the next one that is one of my
00:06:54 00:06:57 favorites again i like all of these
00:06:55 00:07:00 uh one thing that i think could be a
00:06:57 00:07:01 huge trend right now is a mood plushie
00:07:00 00:07:02 you might have seen this there's been a
00:07:01 00:07:04 lot of controversy with like charlie
00:07:02 00:07:06 demilio and all these random people
00:07:04 00:07:07 um you know who like bought a ton of
00:07:06 00:07:08 them for an instagram post and people
00:07:07 00:07:10 got mad but
00:07:08 00:07:12 all this does is it's a little plushy
00:07:10 00:07:13 that's reversible so you can flip it
00:07:12 00:07:14 inside and out i'll see if i can insert
00:07:13 00:07:16 a clip if i can find one
00:07:14 00:07:18 and it's supposed to show your mood so
00:07:16 00:07:19 it's kind of the joke about this
00:07:18 00:07:21 right now that's blowing up on social
00:07:19 00:07:21 media is you buy these for your
00:07:21 00:07:23 girlfriend
00:07:21 00:07:25 and then or boyfriend or whatever and
00:07:23 00:07:26 you can just have them flip it inside
00:07:25 00:07:28 out and there's a bunch of these
00:07:26 00:07:29 different ones that show different moods
00:07:28 00:07:31 so you know how they're feeling
00:07:29 00:07:33 and how you should approach them without
00:07:31 00:07:34 actually having to mention it you can
00:07:33 00:07:34 kind of see that right when you walk in
00:07:34 00:07:36 the room
00:07:34 00:07:38 i think it's the stupidest thing in the
00:07:36 00:07:39 world but that's social media for you um
00:07:38 00:07:40 here on aliexpress this one that i just
00:07:39 00:07:43 took as an example
00:07:40 00:07:45 says plush toy for kids the market for
00:07:43 00:07:46 this is definitely not children this is
00:07:45 00:07:48 definitely more like the teenager and
00:07:46 00:07:50 20s so an interesting product i've been
00:07:48 00:07:51 seeing this blow up on tiktok and
00:07:50 00:07:52 instagram so
00:07:51 00:07:53 definitely something to take a look at
00:07:52 00:07:54 now let's start moving a little faster

00:07:57 00:08:00 perfectly as an
00:07:58 00:08:02 evergreen niche this is the one niche
00:08:00 00:08:03 that can truly never go away i don't

00:08:03 00:08:07 people having babies now there's
00:08:06 00:08:09 products for newborns
00:08:07 00:08:10 there's products for kids that are two
00:08:09 00:08:12 kids that are six kids that are ten
00:08:10 00:08:13 all the way through like you know games
00:08:12 00:08:15 and stuff for like you know 12 to 14
00:08:13 00:08:16 year olds just like development
00:08:15 00:08:18 and like learning and education there's
00:08:16 00:08:20 so many products so it's super cool
00:08:18 00:08:21 but the baby niche specifically people
00:08:20 00:08:22 who are new parents
00:08:21 00:08:24 love love love love to spend money
00:08:22 00:08:25 because they feel like their kid needs
00:08:24 00:08:27 this and needs that so
00:08:25 00:08:29 one of these has been having huge huge
00:08:27 00:08:32 trend search result increase on google
00:08:29 00:08:33 this is kind of a mommy bag is what they
00:08:32 00:08:35 call it some people call it a diaper bag
00:08:33 00:08:36 i've seen it advertised everywhere
00:08:35 00:08:37 just a cool little backpack that looks
00:08:36 00:08:39 good that really holds everything and
00:08:37 00:08:40 has a pocket for all of it
00:08:39 00:08:41 so you can check that out the orders
00:08:40 00:08:43 have slowly started increasing on a few
00:08:41 00:08:44 listings on aliexpress
00:08:43 00:08:46 these are cool ignore the price because
00:08:44 00:08:48 it'll be a little bit more but these are
00:08:46 00:08:49 like knee pads but not really pads
00:08:48 00:08:50 they're just like a fabric a little knee
00:08:49 00:08:51 sock
00:08:50 00:08:52 basically for when your kids crawling
00:08:51 00:08:54 around so they don't scrape up their
00:08:52 00:08:55 knee or anything so
00:08:54 00:08:57 parents would definitely like products
00:08:55 00:08:57 like that you could sell a big bundle
00:08:57 00:08:59 pack of it
00:08:57 00:09:01 over here i've actually sold this
00:08:59 00:09:03 product a long time ago on a baby store
00:09:01 00:09:05 it was an upsell product a little bit
00:09:03 00:09:07 higher tiket and it did do pretty well
00:09:05 00:09:09 wasn't anything that smashed it but i
00:09:07 00:09:10 never ran direct ads for this product
00:09:09 00:09:12 so you could test that out it's more
00:09:10 00:09:13 like a fanny pack that's off to the side
00:09:12 00:09:15 and the kid sits on it there's like a
00:09:13 00:09:16 little thing for it as you can kind of
00:09:15 00:09:17 see here in the picture so
00:09:16 00:09:19 that's something to consider and then
00:09:17 00:09:21 any sort of accessory hair accessory
00:09:19 00:09:23 um you know a little headband here
00:09:21 00:09:24 that's cute you know moms love taking
00:09:23 00:09:25 all their instagram pictures of their
00:09:24 00:09:27 kids and stuff like that
00:09:25 00:09:28 it looks good and solves a problem of

00:09:28 00:09:31 something like that pretty inexpensive i

00:09:33 00:09:36 so sell like a two pack a five pack a
00:09:34 00:09:38 ten pack etc etc
00:09:36 00:09:40 you can get a pretty high average order
00:09:38 00:09:42 value by doing that okay the next one
00:09:40 00:09:44 car accessories this is also something
00:09:42 00:09:45 that's probably not going to go away
00:09:44 00:09:47 there's so many different things from
00:09:45 00:09:47 scratch removers to like dent removers
00:09:47 00:09:51 like this
00:09:47 00:09:52 little cleaners different types of phone
00:09:51 00:09:53 mounts there's regular mounts there's
00:09:52 00:09:54 regular charging mounts and now there's
00:09:53 00:09:56 some magnetik
00:09:54 00:09:57 wireless mounts which i think is kind of
00:09:56 00:09:59 dumb because if you hit a bump really
00:09:57 00:10:01 hard it probably will come off
00:09:59 00:10:03 but like for an example for this you uh
00:10:01 00:10:04 you lay this led strip kind of all
00:10:03 00:10:06 around the seat like under the dash
00:10:04 00:10:07 and it's just this cool like glowing
00:10:06 00:10:09 stik thing that you can plug in i
00:10:07 00:10:11 actually bought one of those for
00:10:09 00:10:13 50 bucks it was like a really long one i
00:10:11 00:10:14 bought one for my tesla it went like all

00:10:33 00:10:36 right here is funny there's a bunch of
00:10:34 00:10:37 variants of these ducks that you stik
00:10:36 00:10:39 on your center dash on the console
00:10:37 00:10:41 it's been blowing up on tiktok all
00:10:39 00:10:41 sorts of products where you hang it from
00:10:41 00:10:43 your mirror
00:10:41 00:10:45 i mean improving night visibility this
00:10:43 00:10:47 reflective strip that goes on your back
00:10:45 00:10:48 bumper all sorts of products all of
00:10:47 00:10:50 these have been doing it really really
00:10:48 00:10:51 well these have a lot of orders
00:10:50 00:10:53 and this this car bumper strip has like
00:10:51 00:10:56 6 600 that's crazy
00:10:53 00:10:58 all right now to get down to it what
00:10:56 00:11:00 is one of my favorite niches the thing
00:10:58 00:11:02 where truly if i had the time
00:11:00 00:11:04 right now to start a new store and it
00:11:02 00:11:06 was something that i wanted to focus on
00:11:04 00:11:08 this would be where it is okay this
00:11:06 00:11:10 would 100 be my focus
00:11:08 00:11:11 i don't know exactly what product yet
00:11:10 00:11:12 but it would definitely have a lot of
00:11:11 00:11:15 products
00:11:12 00:11:17 eco-friendly products people
00:11:15 00:11:18 love this they love to not only have a
00:11:17 00:11:20 product that makes them feel good
00:11:18 00:11:21 and feel like they're contributing i
00:11:20 00:11:24 mean that's marketing 101
00:11:21 00:11:25 but it's also something that actually
00:11:24 00:11:26 solves a problem
00:11:25 00:11:28 and some people online you know they're
00:11:26 00:11:30 running their youtube ads before my
00:11:28 00:11:30 videos and stuff dropped between his dad
00:11:30 00:11:31 and you
00:11:30 00:11:33 you know it doesn't matter if your
00:11:31 00:11:34 product solves a problem or not yeah you
00:11:33 00:11:36 can sell anything that's pretty much
00:11:34 00:11:39 common freaking sense welcome to the
00:11:36 00:11:40 world but if your product solves a
00:11:39 00:11:41 problem
00:11:40 00:11:43 you're gonna get better engagement
00:11:41 00:11:44 better returning customers
00:11:43 00:11:45 better feedback you're going to have
00:11:44 00:11:47 less negative comments you're going to
00:11:45 00:11:48 have less chargebacks
00:11:47 00:11:50 you're going to be able to offer a
00:11:48 00:11:52 better product because it actually helps
00:11:50 00:11:54 someone in a real way
00:11:52 00:11:55 especially when it does that and it
00:11:54 00:11:57 helps the environment
00:11:55 00:11:58 and in this example it's uh something
00:11:57 00:12:00 that's been a huge trend you know all
00:11:58 00:12:01 people going vegan and then like more
00:12:00 00:12:03 eco-friendly products

00:12:34 00:12:37 influencers over the years the people

00:12:37 00:12:41 industry like the uh vegan people
00:12:40 00:12:43 a lot of people are just toking about
00:12:41 00:12:45 do makeup tutorials a lot of people who
00:12:43 00:12:46 like live in their conversion vans and
00:12:45 00:12:47 drive around the us
00:12:46 00:12:49 or wherever i mean that's like some
00:12:47 00:12:51 really cool stuff that people do
00:12:49 00:12:53 who are on instagram and tiktok
00:12:51 00:12:54 they're usually not the largest in terms
00:12:53 00:12:55 of audience size so if you go to the
00:12:54 00:12:58 people who are
00:12:55 00:12:59 400 000 followers 800 000 a million
00:12:58 00:13:01 their prices are still
00:12:59 00:13:03 pretty low in comparison to like a
00:13:01 00:13:05 normal model who has 4 million
00:13:03 00:13:06 and their audience is typically super
00:13:05 00:13:07 engaged
00:13:06 00:13:09 so it's something where you can actually
00:13:07 00:13:10 get great results from something like an
00:13:09 00:13:11 influencer campaign
00:13:10 00:13:13 and get a lot of really cool content so
00:13:11 00:13:13 it's definitely something worth checking
00:13:13 00:13:14 out
00:13:13 00:13:16 especially since a lot of these products
00:13:14 00:13:18 aren't really all that expensive
00:13:16 00:13:19 you can easily easily check this out so

00:13:19 00:13:22 ideas if you want to take one of these

00:13:49 00:13:51 did all this research found all these
00:13:50 00:13:53 products in probably 30 minutes
00:13:51 00:13:55 in many different industries you can go
00:13:53 00:13:56 ahead and do further research find
00:13:55 00:13:57 competitors and get more specific if you
00:13:56 00:13:59 want
00:13:57 00:14:00 but do this the right way find products
00:13:59 00:14:02 build ads
00:14:00 00:14:04 then you launch your ads then you make
00:14:02 00:14:06 money if you're not making money
00:14:04 00:14:07 something inside of this three-step
00:14:06 00:14:08 sequence is incorrect so maybe you have
00:14:07 00:14:10 to go back and
00:14:08 00:14:12 change around your ads or your launching
00:14:10 00:14:13 strategy is terrible or maybe you didn't
00:14:12 00:14:14 find the right product or position it
00:14:13 00:14:15 the right way
00:14:14 00:14:16 so people always ask well you know how
00:14:15 00:14:17 do i know if i'm running my ads the
00:14:16 00:14:18 right way
00:14:17 00:14:20 if you're asking that question you
00:14:18 00:14:21 shouldn't be running ads because that
00:14:20 00:14:22 means you're not following a proven
00:14:21 00:14:23 strategy
00:14:22 00:14:25 and it's really as simple as that it's
00:14:23 00:14:27 like trying to i get this question all
00:14:25 00:14:29 the time like oh you know i'll do this
00:14:27 00:14:31 after i get results you know i'll join a
00:14:29 00:14:31 program after i get results that's like
00:14:31 00:14:34 saying
00:14:31 00:14:35 i'm going to make 200 grand by being a

00:14:35 00:14:38 and then once i make the money i'm going
