The Only Shopify Dropshipping Guide You Will Ever Need (FOR BEGINNERS)

so if you're anything like me, you probably clicked on this video because you're looking for a brand new way to build sustainable, passive income online from the comfort of your own home, without any fancy degree, prior experience, special talents, handouts or einstein level iq. and whether that's the case or whether you're just interested in learning about new ways that people of any age are working from home in front of their computer to make crazy amounts of money online, i got you. so look. dropshipping has taken off over the past couple years, and i get it. with all the new gurus swirling around online and social media and friends and family toking about it, it can be difficult to get your hands on the right information. it can all seem so overwhelming and ultimately, the easiest thing for you to do is to convince yourself that the business model is too competitive, saturated or dead and not give it the fair shot that it deserves. and that is exactly why i created this video right here: to break down an easy, step-by-step guide into this brand new business model and take your first few steps into the online world of creating a business that is passive, sustainable and can generate you income for years to come from the comfort of your own home and look, i get it. why should you listen to me over some other 21 year old kid making videos in front of his laptop at home? my answer to that is: over the past three years, i've generated over seven million dollars in online sales with e-commerce, created a life of financial freedom and generational wealth for myself through the skills that i've built up, all starting with drop shipping, and my goal is to provide you with real no information with the utmost transparency, without trying to shove a paid video course right down your throat. so i just want to say thank you so much for clicking on this video and congratulations for taking your first few steps into the crazy world of making money online. but, most importantly, grab a pen and paper as you watch this video, because at the end of this video, it'll be time for you to take some serious action and i want you to be prepared. so strap in, clear out a little workspace for yourself and go ahead and smash that like button so i can help impact more people with this real no guide to getting started with drop shipping in 2022.. and just before we jump into the value of this video, i do want to announce the weekly giveaway. remember. all you have to do is go ahead and smash that like button, comment something insightful down below and make sure you subscribe to the channel. the winner will be announced for a custom built drop shipping store built by me and my team, and outright ecom in my next week's video. let's get straight into this, all right. so first things first, load up your computer, go over to google and type in shopifycom or hit the link in my description. if you guys want an extended free trial, click on shopify and click start free trial. go ahead and type in your email and create a password- i recommend creating a brand new gmail account, as it is easier to keep all your business stuff in one place instead of cluttering it in with your personal emails- and create your store name- and, honestly, this part doesn't really matter, because you can always go back and change the name and purchase a new domain name later. so for now, i'm just going to call this nathan's first store- not actually my first store, but that's what we're calling it. shopify is going to go ahead and ask you a few questions, whether you're just starting out or if you're already selling. what you can do is just go ahead and skip this entire part, as it's not super necessary in the beginning and you don't really need to answer those questions. however, you do need to put in your country and then hit enter my store. so if you made it to this part, you actually made it farther than 99 of people who say they're gonna start an online business. you now have your own dashboard and storefront with shopify, so the home page here is basically gonna prompt you to complete a bunch of steps in order to get your store up and running. next thing, we have an orders tab over here which is gonna track and manage all the orders that are gonna be coming through later. the next one: we have products, where you're gonna be managing the different products and inventory that you have. the customer tab, where you're gonna control everything that's customer related in one single place. analytiks, where you're going to see the daily view. you know how much you're making- your average order value, conversion rates- all that important stuff. a marketing channel: we're going to keep track of all the different ways your marketing on your store. discount codes, if you want to make unique discount codes for certain people to shop. and lastly but most importantly, the online store sales channel itself, where you're gonna be creating the website, choosing the theme, adding blog posts, if that's what you want, creating other pages like a contact us and a track your order page, making the navigation menus and the footer menus different preferences about your store. and just before we jump into actually building a store, i do want to run you through just the most important things that you should fix up on your settings. so the first thing, over here in store details, you want to change the currency to usd. i mean, 90 of my customers, i would say, come from the united states and if you're on the same boat, i would recommend having your currency set to usd [Music] and just go ahead and click save. besides that, you can start to fill out your billing information so they can bill you eventually. when you get off of the free trial, you can start to set up staff accounts. if you're working on this business with somebody else, you can start to set up your bank account so that they can actually pay you when you make orders. and beyond that, there's not a whole lot that we need to do in the very beginning in the settings. so now it's time to find our first product so that we can actually start making some sales down here, you'll notike this section called apps. you just want to come over here and click add apps. it'll take you straight to the shopify app store if you click the link at the bottom, and this is where you want to be: to go ahead and get an app that allows you to import a product in one click. now, oberlo was a big app that allowed you to do this before. i'm not even too sure it's still on the shopify app store. no, it's not. in fact, it's been completely removed, and this is the best way for beginners to get started was to use oberlo and one click add a product from aliexpress to their store. but with oberlo gone, we need an alternative, and deezers is actually partnered with overload to kind of pick up and take over where oberlo left off. but good news for you is that deezers is actually a whole lot more complete and allows you to automate so many more tasks that oberlo just didn't have the functionalities for. the first thing you want to do is go ahead and click on this app and then just click add app and it's going to give you again a 14 day free trial, so you don't have to spend any money out of your pocket. go ahead and click install app, and then it's going to prompt you to a page where you need to create an account for yourself. now don't get scared away by the 499 per month enterprise plan, as all we need right now is the basic free plan and just go ahead and click get started. the next thing is that we need to go ahead and link deezers to aliexpress. so if you just click this logo right here, it's going to take us right through to aliexpress and ideally, you want to already have an account set up. if you don't, it's super quick and easy to make an account on aliexpress. just click authorize and then you're going to get this little support bot and obviously what we want to do at this point is start importing products and figuring out which products we want to sell on our store. it's going to take you through a really quick guide, but i don't real.

Amazon Dropshipping in 2022: A Step-by-Step Guide For Beginners

hey guys, mike fasil. here and in this video we're toking about how to make money with amazon drop shipping and how beginners earning 100 to 700 a day in profit- more that after the intro. hey guys, how's it going? my name is like facial. welcome to this video. before we actually begin to remind you that several spots have opened up for this week's free workshop, it's the fastest and easiest way to make money online. sign up for it in the link below. we literally have a 62 year old woman go from zero to 160 000 in profit in 90 days, so check it out now. so i first heard about amazon drop shipping when i was first stuck in a place where i wanted more freedom in my life. you know we were struggling with that. my parents had no idea to help me pay for the college student loan debt and i was just struggling to find a way to finally get more money. so i didn't have to feel sick and tired of being stuck financially in my life and feeling like a complete loser. and that's exactly when i found out exactly what amazon drop shipping is. what amazon drop shipping is is a form of drop shipping where, essentially, you get to sell products that you do not have to store or s or create yourself, for example. here's exactly how it works, right, you have a store, you have a supplier and you have a customer. right for most times when people go ahead and make money- especially what i thought back in the day- i thought i had to buy thousands of products and store it in my own warehouse and go ahead and ship it to people to go ahead and make money- that is no longer the case. how drop shipping works is you have like a virtual online customer. come to your online store and then on the store they pay something, for example, for two hundred dollars. right from the two hundred dollars, you go to the supplier and you buy it with the customers money for a hundred and fifty dollars. the supplier then ships it to the customer, while you keep 50 for the profit. so that's essentially what the higher level of drop shipping is, and the benefits of that is you don't need any inventory. there's very, very low startup costs. you can do this with no money, no experience whatsoever. you can do this from anywhere in the world and it's a good way to start making some extra passive income on the side, because you're not dealing with a lot of the logistikal nightmare when it comes to buying a bunch of products from china and shipping it out yourself. right, the cons are the profit margins could be a lot lower because there's literally so many middlemen in the way, and it could be a little bit more difficult getting started right away. but i want to go and demonstrate everything and give you guys the best way to get started moving forward. so the first one- to make money with amazon drop shipping- is by just selling merchandise. now the beauty about this is you could just upload designs onto this platform, which is called merch by amazon, and then you list whatever price you want to go ahead and sell it to. then, when people- someone goes to amazon types in: oh i want to buy cat t-shirt for women. the craziest thing is your design can literally go ahead and pop up and you can charge it for like 19 bucks. and what happens? if someone buys through your listing, you will get paid a royalty from it. now the beauty about is you have no startup costs. you literally have no problem whatsoever other than finding the designs that are gonna go ahead and actually make money on here. this is a really good form of drop shipping because it's the lowest risk possible. now, what i like doing when i was doing the print on demand method, i would like going on pinterest and, for example, typing in on all pins, cat t-shirts- right, and what this essentially tells me is pinterest is telling me who is actually saving these t-shirts on their social medias so that they want to buy it later. so all you can see, these are some ideas that are doing really really well right now, and what i'll do is just screenshot a bunch of these on pinterest and then, once i know exactly what designs could go ahead and work, i could come in here, go to graphic designer in upwork and i could send them all these files. now the craziest thing about this is, you know, it's very like easy to make. some of these designs like this thing right here could literally take five minutes to go ahead and create, and once you have a bunch of design ideas, if you scroll down here and type in philippines, where a lot of people get like help from in terms of freelancers, and you go to hourly rate, you could get people to work for you for literally ten dollars an hour. now, in that hour they can make you know a lot of designs for you that you can essentially upload on merch by amazon and put it on to amazon and if anyone ever buys from here, you would make money from that. now your biggest thing is really two things: the designs that you know will work, based off of what works from other social media platforms like pinterest, and the title. what are people actually searching for? right, because you can come in here and find, you know, a very nice niche or audience that not a lot of people are targeting right. one thing that you could go ahead and do is: i just notiked that there was this thing that was like. it was like funny. i think it was like cat t-shirts for men, funny, right. so i'm gonna go ahead and click on that and you can see that there are some really popular t-shirts that are getting a bunch of, you know, reviews and all you really got to do is just upload the design on here. it costs nothing to go ahead and get started, which is what makes it so beautiful. the second way to make money with amazon drop shipping is using amazon as a supplier. so back in the day i remember i was like like finding rv vent replacement covers and i would actually use this and get these for like very, very cheap, like, uh, i think down here the price of these would be like 12- this thing right here, right, and then i would go to ebay and go ahead and sell it as terms of like the marketing. so people come in here and type in rv event replacement and what happens is they go ahead and buy certain things like, for example, 50 bucks- like this thing right here to replace the hood of their rv, right, well, the thing about this: if people are selling this for 50 bucks here and your cost in amazon is only 12, you can see this. this is literally like the exact same thing. you could literally take the image and you know the description on here, and exactly what i would do is i'll create a listing on ebay and try ranking for certain keywords: right, rv event replacement, motorhome ventilation outlet, like. i would just start putting all these keywords that are already working. i would do, like: rv vent replacement, lid camper, trailer, outdoors camper, van replacement kit, like. it sounds ridiculous, but this is exactly what people are searching for, right? one thing that actually helps also is if you what, whatever you type in on um ebay, what happens is sometimes they give you these related keywords. these are what people are searching for, right? so you need to go ahead and put those into your title, because that you know exactly how to sell and then, when you get a sale on ebay based off of the title and the image that you just copied on amazon, you literally take the customer's information and the customer's money and you buy from amazon and ship it to them literally with this method. this is what allowed me to start getting a hundred dollars a day profit as a broke college student that was living off of the dollar menu diet and the taco bell diet and the dollar menu. i already said that, right, i literally had no money and this was the method that first got me an extra hundred dollars a day profit to finally start investing in other crazy ideas. that got me to two hundred dollars a day profit, then five hundred dollars a day profit, and sometimes they profit, and so on and so forth. but, as you can see, anyone can do this right. for example, i can do the exact same thing: outdoor patio furniture- right. i'm gonna go ahead and type that in.

how to find winning products, how to build a premium website with a page builder, how to set up all the apps that you're going to need to automate some of the processes, how to make video ads, ugc content, which stands for user generated content. we're also gonna be teaching you how to run google ads, tiktok ads, facebook ads, youtube ads and influencer marketing. so we're gonna be teaching you guys all the main advertising platforms right now that are giving out the best return i'd spend. you're going to be learning each one of these, and i'm not just done about scratching the service. we're going to be teaching you the exact blueprint for all of these different scenarios. now, this is the reason why this is the only video that you need to watch in 2022, and you're probably thinking that this is a very bold claim- and the reason why is because there's going to be 10 battle tested experts teaching you in one free drop shipping course. now, if you've already watched my channel before that, you know i've already put out two of the free courses, which is my 2020 free course and my 2021 free course. now, this free course in 2022 is not just gonna have me teaching you. it's gonna have another nine experts in different industries- google ads, youtube ads, tiktok ads, building websites- teaching you because, at the end of the day, i'm not the best at teaching everything within e-commerce and dropshipping. i'm very good at certain things, but i've got a team in place that are very good, for example, like youtube ads, google ads- and they're gonna be teaching you on a certain topic. so, for example, youtube ads will be covered by one of my business partners for dank, who's a specialist and expert in that field. so you're now getting taught by industry leaders and industry experts- each industry- so you can get the best experience possible. now, the reason why i'm saying they're battle tested is because they've been doing what they've been doing for the last few years by generating a full-time income, so they know what they're toking about. and this is six to seven figure tested information. with all the information we're teaching you today, it's actually generated- me and other people- between six and seven figures, and it's also future-proof information that you can learn and use throughout the next few years. now i want to make a massive disclaimer. this is a long-term business. it is a real business, is not a get-rich-quick scheme business either. this business has changed thousands of lives, including myself and all the other nine experts that i teach new today, but it's doing it on a long-term basis. now, if you've come into this video today to try and get rich quick, try and make as much money as possible in a short amount of time, then this video isn't for you. so if you're new to drop shipping, this is how the business model works. number one: you create your online store and you add your products. customers place an order. drop shipping supplier ships the order to your customers and you will never see or hold the product. then you make a profit. and the reason why the dropshipping business model is so lucrative and amazing is because it lets you start an e-commerce business without taking major risks like other e-commerce businesses that have to buy in bulk, that have to have a fulfillment center, which can cost tens of thousands of dollars. now, drop shipping will let you test multiple products before committing to buying in bulk and private labeling, and we're going to be teaching you in this course how to do both scenarios, because drop shipping is just a test to see when you find a good product, to then scale it into buying a bulk and, obviously, private labeling and things like that. now, this is how much cash flow you're going to need to start this business model in 2022. you're going to need an upfront amount of 2 000, and this is more than what it was in the previous year, and the reason why is because a lot of businesses since last year have started to go online because of the global issue that we've had and they've become an e-commerce business, which means that there's more demand and there is more competition, which means you need more money to compete with these people. now, the more money you have up front, the better, of course, because businesses rely on cash flow to succeed. you need to be topping this amount up by five hundred dollars to a thousand dollars on a monthly basis because, again, this is a real business model and you need cash flow to sustain the business. now, the five hundred dollars for a thousand dollars could be just whatever profit you make. you reinvest it instead of taking it out and buying something, so that's something that you can also do if you want to be topping this up. these are the main drop shipping costs within 2022.. the shopify plan is going to be 29.99 and it's on a monthly basis. but if you use the link in the description and in the free cheat sheet, you will get a 14 day free trial and some exclusive benefits, and that will be the same with any link that's in the cheat sheet and in the description. it is going to be a partnership link, meaning that we give you guys some exclusive benefits of using those links, so you get a better offer than you would go and direct with these companies. now the domain name is going to be 14.99. it's a one-off fee. then the theme is going to be around about 19.99 on a monthly basis. the logo can be done for free. the apps are going to cost you around about 20 to 100 on a monthly basis. now the marketing is what's going to be the biggest cost involved, and that can range from a thousand dollars to five thousand dollars. now this budget can last a month, it can last three weeks, it can last three months. it just depends how you're advertising the product. but the marketing is the most important part of your business. now this is the make or break to your business. if you don't have good marketing, you won't get customers and you won't make money, so you need to spend money on marketing to acquire as many customers as possible to actually keep the business maintained. now you're more than welcome to skip to any part of the video that you need, because i know some of you guys are watching this, are already used to drop shipping, so you can skip to any module that you want, and there will be timestamps in the description and in the slide bar so you can find it. but i would recommend that everybody watches this from the very beginning and make sure that you guys join the free telegram group for any help, because if you've got any questions related to this free course, then me and the team that are going to teach you in today's free course are in there so you can.

COMPLETE Guide to Start Dropshipping on Amazon in 2022 for Beginners (Step-by-Step Tutorial)

what's up youtube. so it's a new year and i bet one of those new year's resolutions that you made has something to do with making more money, whether it's starting a new business, a side income or another form of passive income, you've come to the right place. in this video, i am going to walk you step by step, holding your hand every single part of the way, and i'm going to be showing how you can start your very own drop shipping business on amazon. now will this take some work? of course, any business is like any other business. it will take some work in the front end, but it will pay off later. now you guys really, really liked my last video on how i did a drop shipping experiment for one week on amazon. in fact, you guys absolutely blew up the video like it has over 300 000 views or something now, but i kept getting messages from you guys asking different questions about the processes and the method of how to really get it going. i thought i explained it well, but i guess not well enough. so in this video, i'm going to show you every single step along the way of how you can get this business started from really, you know, tomorrow or even today. now, to preface, this is gonna be a slightly longer video, and the reason for that is that there are so many different, i guess, intricacies in this sort of dropshipping model that i don't want to skip over the thing. i don't want you to miss something so that you come back to me later and say, joey, you didn't tell me about x, y and z, so that's why it's going to be a slightly longer video, but i promise you it is going to be worth it. so make sure you stik around for the whole video. don't watch six minutes through engine sleeve. make sure you watch the whole video so you don't miss an important step, because this could really make or break your amazon store. so let's get into this video and if you're like me and you want to start another form of passive income, make sure to like this video right now so that you can see other videos about other forms of passive income that you can start in this year. and it helps me out with the youtube algorithm, of course. step one: account setup. okay. so this very first step. i'm going to show you how you can get started from the beginning. the first thing you're going to need to do is set up your actual amazon store now. this step is really really easy. to set up your store, all you have to do is literally go over to google and type in amazon seller account. there you can sign up. don't go for the cheap light option. make sure you go the full in the 39.99 per month option so that you know you're serious about this sort of thing. sign up using that, bearing in mind. you will have to provide- you know- government id. so it is going to take some time for you to get to accept it. i think for me, i had to wait about a day and then it got accepted. i put my driver's license or something like that. so if you're wondering, yes, you do have a have to give a form of id. and now, once you get this accepted, we can move on to the next step, and that is getting and downloading the right google extensions. okay, so the two google chrome extensions that you'll need is primalway and ds amazon quick view. so essentially, what prime and way does is that when you're searching for products, when you're doing your product research, it takes away those products that are prime, that you know. when you go on google and you search for products and say: this is prime, you know, warehoused by amazon, it takes away all the products. so when you search, you're actually only going to see products that are sold by third-party vendors, and the reason for this is that we are not trying to compete with amazon. we don't want to try to compete with amazon itself, nor do we want to try to compete with fba sellers at all. we're just trying to compete with third party vendors. the next one is ds amazon quickview, and what this does is- it's just a really tall to kind of just save you time. so when you're searching through products, without even having to click on it, it will show you a breakdown, the product, and one of the things that we're really looking out for is the bsr, so you'll actually see this big number for the product. what that means is, essentially is its product ranking within its category, and so why that is important is that we're searching and using one of those numbers as a parameter for product research. we're looking for, specifically, a number that is around 300 000, and that's really important. i'll tell you why in a little bit. now, once you have those extensions, you're going to want to do some, i guess, housework or bookkeeping, and this is probably one of the most important steps, but i guess the one of the most overlooked steps, by me included. this is probably the part where no one really wants to do, because it's more sort of the clerical work per se, but it is so, so poor and i cannot stress this enough, and so for this we're going to need three different spreadsheets, and instead of taking a bunch of time for you guys having to like kind of explain it and then have you guys ask me questions, i literally just made mine available and i put the links to those- uh, google spreadsheets in the in the description for this video down below. so just click on that and, guys, please, please, please, please, please. i did this last time in one of my previous videos. when you click on the link, you'll see it, but you won't be able to edit it just because i have the master file. so what you should do is just highlight all of the cells, copy and paste it into a completely new spreadsheet- google spreadsheet or excel. so don't try to edit the previous one or request access. edit, because i get probably like 10 to 20 of those every single day and it's driving me nuts, but so, but i still wanted to take this time out and save you guys trying to ask around and everything i've literally to provide them completely for free. you don't have to pay anything. just click the links down below and you can pretty much copy and paste and use it for yourself and go along with the rest of this video with me. the first spreadsheet that we use is a profit tracker, and this is important because we want to make profit. we want to make money essentially, and so when we're searching for products, every time we find a product on amazon that meets our five different parameters and we think we can make money off, we're going to enter it into our profit tracker. so we're going to go on a profit tracker type in the price that amazon is selling for you know the shipping, which should be zero because it's sold by amazon, unless it's one of the third party vendors charging it. in that case, put that shipping in as well. that'll show you how much amazon is selling for it. and on the other side, when we find the supplier that is selling for cheaper or we think we can make your money, we're going to enter the supplier price on that profit tracker right there and that's going to tell us if we're going to make a profit, not if we're going to make a loss, and obviously if we're making a loss, we're not going to take that and list that product at all. the second is the listing template. so every time we actually pass that stage or fight finding a product that we know we can make money on um, then we're going to go and put this into a listing tracker. this is very important to keep a track of things like this, and i'll show you why. because when we put this into our listing tracker, we not only put the description, the url of our supplier, but the url of the different amazon listing for it as well, as well as the quantity and things like that. this makes it a lot easier. when, for example, we have to fulfill orders, we can straight away find the supplier's website order straight off there and even have a backup just in case. this is just some tracking that you need to do day to day, every single time you list the products. the third one is the order form and this is probably the most, i guess, important out of the three, because this deals with the customer um on indirectly, but directly for you, if that.

trying to start a dropshipping store can be overwhelming. with so many different steps and strategies, it's hard to even know where to start. so in this video, i'm going to share my exact strategy for starting a new drop shipping store from scratch, and in the last couple months, i've built a new store with this strategy, and that store has already done close to 900 000 in sales. so if i had to start over today, this is exactly what i would do. if you're new here, my name is jordan and i'm currently documenting the entire process of growing my online business with as much transparency as possible, so that i can lead by example and help you start your own online business this year. so if you're interested in starting your own online store and you want to follow my journey, make sure to subscribe for new videos every single friday. all right, let's get started. firstly, i want to show you some live results that i'm getting with this exact strategy. so it's around halfway through the day and i've already generated around 3 800 in sales on this store. the profit margin is pretty good as well. i've done almost fifteen hundred dollars in profit, which is almost a forty percent profit margin, and if we take a look at yesterday's stats, you can see i sold around sixty seven hundred dollars and made around eighteen hundred dollars in profit. i just wanted to prove to you that this is working right now. so you know it's worth your time to watch this whole video. so there are four main things that go into building a successful drop shipping store. the first one is your product. the second one is your store. the third is your marketing and how you get customers, and the fourth is running your business and shipping out your orders. now i'm gonna break down each of these one by one as simple as possible. so let's get started with products. so without a winning product, it's pretty much impossible to have success with drop shipping. thankfully, there are a ton of products out there that you can sell. every single week, new winning products pop up, so the opportunities are always fresh. there's really only three things that i look for when determining if a product is a winning product. the first thing is if the product has been recently trending on facebook and instagram. what i mean by trending is that there is a ad that is getting a ton of views, shares, comments and likes and people are going crazy for the product. this is a great sign that you can make money off of this product because people are already interested in it. as long as you do something a little bit better than the person that's already selling it, you can swoop right in, compete with them and make money selling that same product. this is exactly what i've done for every single one of my winning products and it's worked time and time again. the next thing i look for is mass appeal. my favorite type of products are the ones that can be sold to the masses. i don't love the extremely narrowed down products that only apply to a small set of people. yes, they will buy the product, but if we ever want to scale and build something big, we need something that we can sell to almost everybody. it's okay if it's a little narrow, like it's only for women or it's only for men, but the broader the better. the last thing i look for is good profit margins. what i consider to be good profit margins is being able to sell the product for three times the cost it takes to ship it out to the customer. so if the product costs you around 10 to send it to your customer, you want to be able to sell it for at least 30, and that's pretty much all i look for in a winning product. let me show you a live example of exactly what i'm toking about. okay, so this product is an absolute banger. basically, it is a garden privacy fence that you set up in your backyard. as you can see, this product was launched on march 8th of this year and they've already got over 70 000 likes on this post. if you check out the comments, people are going crazy for this. they love it, they really enjoy the product. but the people that are selling it aren't doing a good job and if we look at their video, it's not really that good. and then if we go to their website, it's the same thing. it's really not that good. this product has great profit margins as well. you can see that it cost around four dollars on the low end to ship to a customer and they're selling it for anywhere from 1999 all the way up to almost a hundred dollars per sale. so if you came in and made a slightly better video, a slightly better website, you could clean up off of this product and make a ton of money. so, like i said, that product is an absolute banger and a perfect example of a winning product. now, how do you find these products? the tried and true method that i've been using for years is simply just looking on your facebook and instagram feed. every single day, you're going to get targeted with ads for drop shipping products eventually, and every time you get targeted with one of these ads, you need to show facebook that you're interested. so you want to go to the ad, you want to like, you want to comment, you want to go to the website, you want to click add to cart and show facebook that you're trying to buy stuff like this. so they will start recommending you more products and your feed is just going to become the best product research tool that you have. that's my favorite method, but i also created a tool that automates this process. so if you want to check that out, click the link down below. alright, so step number one is finding a product that fits this criteria. so once you've got that product, now you've got to build a store. now there are a couple different types of stores that you could build. you could build a general store, which is a store that has a bunch of random products all around it. you could build a one product store, which is a store that only focuses on selling one main product, or you can build a hybrid store, which is what i recommend. building a hybrid store combines the benefit of a one product store and a general store. with a general store, you have freedom to test a bunch of products, and with a one product store you're limited, but you're gonna have a higher conversion rate and people are gonna trust you much more than a general store. with a hybrid store, you're creating the same branded feel that a one product store would have, but with the freedom to test a bunch of products. i think it's better if i just show you an example. so this is a sample store that i created. that would actually be perfect for the product i just showed you. the store is called flora flow. as you can see, it's pretty much focused entirely on home and garden based products. it has a nice branded design, it has a good logo, it's easy to browse and shop around and overall, it feels like a trustworthy site. i recently made a video on exactly how i built this store, so after you watch this one, feel free to check that out. the one tip i will give in this video is to model your store off of what's already working. this is not some brand new design i came up with. i just put my own little twist on what was already working. you don't have to reinvent the wheel. you just have to take what's working and add a little bit of your own sauce to it. so i would advise taking your product, building a store like this and filling it up with products that are similar to the one you're selling. here's another really good example of a hybrid store. this one is called arctik shirt and, as you can see, they sell a bunch of home decor products as well. they have the moon lamp, this kitchen set, they have bedding. they have all types of products, but the store is really nice, branded and feels extremely trustworthy. in my opinion, this is the best approach for beginners, so give it a try. next up, you need to get some traffic and customers to your website. personally, my favorite method for starting with a new store is facebook ads. it does cost a little bit of money to run ads on facebook, so i recommend that you have at least a couple hundred dollars.

Introduction to SHOPIFY Dropshipping in 2021 (Full Guide)

right now. i'm going to teach you how to go from absolutely zero to a million dollars in sales per month with a brand new shopify store in under 20 minutes, even if you have absolutely no experience at all. obviously, that's a lie and i'm being a bit sarcastik, don't worry. but in this video, i will teach you how to build a legitimate e-commerce drop shipping store to sell to the world without any physical inventory whatsoever. so what's your job? well, your job is to manage the marketing, the customer service and the overall business operations, and so you're going to mark up the product price and take the profit. so i'll teach you right now. let's get into it. [Music]. all right, so let's get stuck straight into it, and on screen you can see an overview of the e-commerce business model, something i put together loosely. so, at the top, you have yourself. you know the suave looking businessman or businesswoman that you are, and then, of course, you have the online store that we'll be creating. all right, that's the heart of the e-commerce ecosystem. of course, it's your online store. on the left, you have your customer, your potential customer or customers, and then on the right, you have your supplier. so this is the person or the business that will be supplying the goods, the physical product that you do want to sell, and, of course, you have the delivery system. and then, next to you, you have the inventory. where you're going to store the inventory? and most of the time, if you're starting out in a traditional e-commerce business, it's usually, you know, your home or it's, uh, a garage. so let's pretend in this case, it's going to be a garage, okay, so the customer will order through your online store, okay, and then you'll see the order. and, by the way, mind you, this is not drop shipping just yet. i'm just explaining the traditional route of e-commerce. all right, so the customer will order through the online store and you will see that order. okay, so what you need to do? it will direct over to you and what you need to do is then go over to inventory. all right, if this is a one person shop, um, you're going to, you know, head over to garage. what you're going to do then is, uh, pack the actual order and send it to, uh, you know, the postage office or wherever your- whatever you're using to deliver the product. now, of course, the supplier- you would have already negotiated with a supplier to buy and then store the inventory. so, as you can see here it's it's a pretty simple model, um, but the complications here is the fact that it's really hard to scale because, firstly, you might have limited space wherever you are to store the actual product, and then, beyond that, you have to pack the inventory yourself and go out and deliver the inventory yourself to. so if you're receiving, you know, more than like 10 orders a day, that is really. this is all really really time consuming. so this is e-commerce in a nutshell. now let's take a look what? how does drop shipping come in? well, let's delete all these arrows and i'll show you what dropshipping does. so, with drop shipping, it's a business model within e-commerce. right, it still is e-commerce, obviously, but the perks here is you're able to absolutely remove the inventory section. you don't, it's hands off. you don't need to manage the inventory. so therefore, you don't need space to store them, the inventory, and you don't need to manage the delivery yourself. so, instead, what happens here is- and i'll show you right now- so a customer will go through your store, all right, and make a purchase. what happens there? well, you can see that. so you just need to manage the online store and then it will automatikally send a. there'll be an integration, basically, where you'll be able to send the supplier- your grade supplier- a message and tell them you just received an order, all right, the supplier then agrees to package the product and also manage the delivery directly, so you don't have to touch all of this, and then the delivery will get delivered to the customer automatikally. as you can see, you're up here and you are overlooking the entire process, but all of this, from the supplier to the delivery, is off your hands, all right, and what you're going to do is you mark up the product on the online store here and you take the profits. now, that being said, you obviously have to manage the customer service and you need to manage the marketing of your store. so that is a real quick overview of drop shipping in a nutshell. now, of course, it's much more complicated than this. you can go further into advanced drop shipping, and then you can go further into different supplier types. you know online stores, etc. but this, in a nutshell, is drop shipping, and this is the business model that we're toking about, which has turned so many normal people like you and i into business owners with successful e-commerce stores. now, beyond this, let's tok about picking a niche. where do you start? i always say, pick a niche first, all right. so, beyond just brand name and starting your online store, what sort of niche do you want to get into? so, on screen here, i've just pulled up a quick list of common hobbies and activities, and all of these elements here can be turned into a niche that you can sell in with your e-commerce store, and that's why i love ecommerce so much, because you're able to create a business based off a hobby, something that you're passionate about, potentially. but, of course, if you're just looking for a winning product or a winning niche, you can do that too. you don't necessarily need to be super passionate about it, and that's okay. so, as you can see here, acting archery, architecture, art, you know, through to golf, gardening, football, knitting, jewelry, yoga- all of these are potential niches that you should take a look into. so take a take a pen and a notepad out and jot down some things that you might want to look into. almost practikally anything, all right, you can sell, of course, within reason. uh, don't sell illegal things like firearms and silly stuff like that. don't sell anything illegal. so, within reason and within common sense, and then toking about legalities as well. the next step beyond that that, uh, a lot of people overlook is, of course, your business structure. now i have to say that i'm obviously not an accountant, so don't take this as financial advice. if you're looking for a financial facts, then head to a qualified accountant. but business structure is so important and even though, all right, initially it may not be that important because you know, you don't know if it's going to be an extremely profitable business. you don't know how many sales you're going to make- you should still approach an accountant to have a chat about business structure. it's sort of future proofing your business to ensure that you have the correct structure in place so you're able to scale. it's always better to set that up prior rather than changing your business structure midway through when you're already receiving a crap ton of sales, because, uh, trust me, i've been there and it is a nightmare. so just a quick overview. obviously, if you're just starting out in business, you're going to be traditionally a sole trader- uh, something that just works themselves, and there's a lot of different uh tax structures and implications for being a sole trader in comparison to, you know, going to a partnership or whatever it might be, but then, of course, you have your company structures, and that's different across the globe. in the states it's called an llc uh. and then, beyond that, you have trusts. so, with a trust, there's different advanced tax advantages where- and, really, if you're, you should really look into those things- only when you're making a substantial amount of money, uh, such as a trust and a company, proprietary limited, llc, all that good stuff. but, um, those things are there in place to firstly, protect you, uh, from any legal repercussions- it's going to be incredibly hard, if not impossible, to sue somebody who has a trust or a brightly limited company- and then, secondly, and just as importantly, you can minimize your tax.
