00:00:34 00:00:38 remarketing and nurturing so paid search
00:00:37 00:00:41 and then remarketing one of the best
00:00:38 00:00:42 ways to do remarketing is in google
00:00:41 00:00:44 display now that gets a little confusing
00:00:42 00:00:46 so in google display right now what i'm
00:00:44 00:00:47 going to show you is exactly how we do
00:00:46 00:00:50 this now i'm doing this for one of my
00:00:47 00:00:51 customers right now and i'm going to i'm
00:00:50 00:00:53 just going to walk you through what i'm
00:00:51 00:00:54 doing so again google display if you
00:00:53 00:00:55 didn't know this is what shows up on
00:00:54 00:00:57 blogs right
00:00:55 00:00:59 blogs youtube videos and there's a
00:00:57 00:01:01 couple different sizes and essentially
00:00:59 00:01:03 what we're going to do is we're going to
00:01:01 00:01:04 create a campaign here
00:01:03 00:01:06 now i'm going to have this go in front
00:01:04 00:01:09 of people that are it's a remarketing
00:01:06 00:01:12 one so it's people that have been on his
00:01:09 00:01:15 website now once they touch his website
00:01:12 00:01:20 they're going to see uh greg's face so
00:01:15 00:01:21 this is rei ledger.com a real estate um
00:01:20 00:01:24 accountant so basically what has
00:01:21 00:01:27 happened here is we want to load this up
00:01:24 00:01:30 i recommend doing what's called um
00:01:27 00:01:32 dynamic display ads so dynamic display
00:01:30 00:01:34 ads let me show you here um once you get
00:01:32 00:01:36 started um you go into google and and
00:01:34 00:01:38 maybe i'll back up and i'll show you
00:01:36 00:01:40 exactly how to do this okay so let's
00:01:38 00:01:42 just start from fresh or let's start new
00:01:40 00:01:44 here and basically what's going to
00:01:42 00:01:47 happen is if you come in and you go to
00:01:44 00:01:49 all campaigns go to campaigns here and
00:01:47 00:01:50 then we're going to hit plus okay right
00:01:49 00:01:52 now i have a search ad that's started
00:01:50 00:01:54 already it's starting to get a couple of
00:01:52 00:01:56 clicks we're going after real estate
00:01:54 00:01:58 investors who need an accountant so i'm
00:01:56 00:01:59 going to hit now again i'm on all
00:01:58 00:02:01 campaigns
00:01:59 00:02:02 campaigns i'm going to go new campaign
00:02:01 00:02:03 now what you're going to see here is
00:02:02 00:02:05 there's quite a few options that you can
00:02:03 00:02:06 check to to say what type we're looking
00:02:05 00:02:08 for now
00:02:06 00:02:10 what's weird for me is that one of the
00:02:08 00:02:11 keys to doing this well is you want to
00:02:10 00:02:13 make sure that you're going for
00:02:11 00:02:15 conversions over time so you have to
00:02:13 00:02:17 have your conversions set up we'll do a
00:02:15 00:02:19 different video on that check on how to
00:02:17 00:02:21 set up google uh tag manager and then
00:02:19 00:02:22 doing conversions so when they fill out
00:02:21 00:02:23 a form it actually works but right now
00:02:22 00:02:25 what we're going to do is we're going to
00:02:23 00:02:27 say we're going for leads okay and then
00:02:25 00:02:29 when we go for leads i've got a couple
00:02:27 00:02:31 of these conversions i've already set up
00:02:29 00:02:33 so the phone call when they click a
00:02:31 00:02:35 phone it works and then if they fill out
00:02:33 00:02:37 their contact form that is the
00:02:35 00:02:39 conversion that's what i want to go for
00:02:37 00:02:41 so i'm going to hit continue
00:02:39 00:02:43 and then um there's a couple of
00:02:41 00:02:45 different types so select the cam pane
00:02:43 00:02:46 type i'm not doing search i already did
00:02:45 00:02:48 that
00:02:46 00:02:50 i want to do display this isn't shopping
00:02:48 00:02:52 it's not discovery and it's not video
00:02:50 00:02:53 there's a new thing called performance
00:02:52 00:02:55 max we're not going to hit on that right
00:02:53 00:02:57 now let's just go with display so we hit
00:02:55 00:02:59 display and now smart display what
00:02:57 00:03:00 you're going to see just smart display
00:02:59 00:03:02 basically you're going to create a
00:03:00 00:03:04 dynamic
00:03:02 00:03:07 ad where you add a bunch of headers and
00:03:04 00:03:09 a whole handful of uh
00:03:07 00:03:12 images but then it just kind of takes it
00:03:09 00:03:14 and run i don't like that i want to do a
00:03:12 00:03:16 remarketing so i've already created the
00:03:14 00:03:17 audience in there um and i'll show you
00:03:16 00:03:20 how to do that i'm going to go with
00:03:17 00:03:23 standard display campaign okay and then
00:03:20 00:03:25 we're going to use his website right so
00:03:23 00:03:26 i'll just make sure that i grab his url
00:03:25 00:03:29 from his website do you like my
00:03:26 00:03:30 minnesotan accent so rei ledger that's i
00:03:29 00:03:31 just want them to come to the home page
00:03:30 00:03:33 because what you'll see is i've got
00:03:31 00:03:37 buttons here that are basically going to
00:03:33 00:03:39 do everything possible to get them to
00:03:37 00:03:41 take a step with him so i don't really
00:03:39 00:03:43 want them just calling him i want them
00:03:41 00:03:44 to actually take this step so i'll use
00:03:43 00:03:46 the home page i'm also not using a sub
00:03:44 00:03:48 landing page or anything and then let's
00:03:46 00:03:51 name the campaign so we'll do um
00:03:48 00:03:54 display remarketing
00:03:51 00:03:57 and then i like to um rei ledger i like
00:03:54 00:03:59 to just name them because as a an mcc
00:03:57 00:04:00 account where i have a whole score of
00:03:59 00:04:01 different people if you're a marketer
00:04:00 00:04:03 and you're doing this
00:04:01 00:04:04 you're going to want to be able to keep
00:04:03 00:04:06 track of that right so
00:04:04 00:04:07 another thing that i'll do and this is
00:04:06 00:04:09 important i am going to narrow down this
00:04:07 00:04:10 location now this is only going to be
00:04:09 00:04:12 people that are members of his
00:04:10 00:04:14 remarketing list so people who have been
00:04:12 00:04:16 to his website for 180 days
00:04:14 00:04:18 but i do want to um enter another
00:04:16 00:04:20 location okay and there's a little tip
00:04:18 00:04:22 here pay attention to this
00:04:20 00:04:23 what we're going to do is i am going to
00:04:22 00:04:25 use
00:04:23 00:04:28 we're going to do the states so we're in
00:04:25 00:04:30 minnesota up here yeah you know and what
00:04:28 00:04:33 i'm going to do here is i'm going to add
00:04:30 00:04:36 minnesota wisconsin and iowa
00:04:33 00:04:38 and north dakota
00:04:36 00:04:41 and the reason why
00:04:38 00:04:42 is because people tend to
00:04:41 00:04:44 there's a lot of business out there
00:04:42 00:04:44 right we could go national on this thing
00:04:44 00:04:47 but
00:04:44 00:04:49 uh in all i just know that we're gonna
00:04:47 00:04:51 do best if we're
00:04:49 00:04:52 near his area we don't need to compete
00:04:51 00:04:53 in
00:04:52 00:04:56 all of these goofy areas now there's a
00:04:53 00:04:57 location options now this is what i want
00:04:56 00:04:58 you to pay attention to so right now
00:04:57 00:05:01 we're going to run this ad in the
00:04:58 00:05:03 midwest in those states but notike how
00:05:01 00:05:05 there's this target option presence
00:05:03 00:05:08 or interest people in
00:05:05 00:05:12 regular in regularly in or who've shown
00:05:08 00:05:13 interested in your target location folks
00:05:12 00:05:16 don't use that one
00:05:13 00:05:18 we want to use the second one people in
00:05:16 00:05:20 or regularly in your targeted locations
00:05:18 00:05:23 because guess what everybody across the
00:05:20 00:05:25 world is interested in the united states
00:05:23 00:05:27 economy so what you're going to find is
00:05:25 00:05:29 that you'll get foreign
00:05:27 00:05:31 clicks and i love i love people across
00:05:29 00:05:32 the world um
00:05:31 00:05:34 that's not what we're trying to do here
00:05:32 00:05:36 so
00:05:34 00:05:38 let's so again you'll see more settings
00:05:36 00:05:40 so this is kind of you might see this a
00:05:38 00:05:42 little bit different there are all sorts
00:05:40 00:05:45 of changes happening in google right now
00:05:42 00:05:48 um i as i hit more settings here um whoa
00:05:45 00:05:50 i'm not screening so again we're gonna
00:05:48 00:05:52 do presence
00:05:50 00:05:54 location options presence not this one
00:05:52 00:05:56 because we don't want people interested
00:05:54 00:05:58 in our area we want people in our area
00:05:56 00:06:00 and then you could do exclusions but you
00:05:58 00:06:01 don't need to unless you're really
00:06:00 00:06:03 getting
00:06:01 00:06:04 dicey in there now here's a couple of
00:06:03 00:06:07 other things that you might want to look
00:06:04 00:06:10 at so add schedule you could make it so
00:06:07 00:06:13 that people are basically um hitting
00:06:10 00:06:14 their website during the day rather than
00:06:13 00:06:16 any other time there there is value to
00:06:14 00:06:18 that but people you know your qualified
00:06:16 00:06:19 folks are probably sitting there in
00:06:18 00:06:22 their underwear at night looking at
00:06:19 00:06:24 their phone unwinding after their long
00:06:22 00:06:26 day right optimize add rotation let's
00:06:24 00:06:28 leave that on
00:06:26 00:06:30 i tend to agree with that it will
00:06:28 00:06:31 optimize the best performing ads rather
00:06:30 00:06:33 than just
00:06:31 00:06:35 forcing everything through
00:06:33 00:06:38 and then dynamic feed let's turn this
00:06:35 00:06:39 off turn this off conversions um this
00:06:38 00:06:41 one i am going to hit
00:06:39 00:06:44 include view through conversions no i
00:06:41 00:06:45 don't want that and then there's a bunch
00:06:44 00:06:47 of stuff here you don't really need to
00:06:45 00:06:50 pay attention to you could go to content
00:06:47 00:06:53 and exclusions and tell it not to
00:06:50 00:06:55 show up on anything i just just leave
00:06:53 00:06:57 that alone um so now what i like to do
00:06:55 00:06:58 is you're going to do your average daily
00:06:57 00:07:00 budget well for him you know we're going
00:06:58 00:07:03 to do 15 but or i think we're going to
00:07:00 00:07:06 do like 12 a day um
00:07:03 00:07:07 we're gonna go for conversions so daily
00:07:06 00:07:09 budget what i've found is that you're
00:07:07 00:07:11 gonna need probably you know five to
00:07:09 00:07:13 thirty dollars a day it all depends on
00:07:11 00:07:15 the spread how far are you going right
00:07:13 00:07:17 how many people are there we're to get
00:07:15 00:07:20 in a little bit tighter situation here
00:07:17 00:07:22 when we tighten down the targeting so
00:07:20 00:07:23 we want to make sure that if people have
00:07:22 00:07:25 hit our website we're all over them like
00:07:23 00:07:27 a monkey and a cupcake that's what we're
00:07:25 00:07:27 trying to do right now
00:07:27 00:07:30 so
00:07:27 00:07:31 we'll we'll do 12 a day bidding i'm
00:07:30 00:07:33 going to have it on conversions because
00:07:31 00:07:35 i've set up conversion actions we'll
00:07:33 00:07:37 make another um video after this about
00:07:35 00:07:39 how to do that but let's just we're
00:07:37 00:07:41 going to go for conversions you could go
00:07:39 00:07:43 for viewable impressions as well because
00:07:41 00:07:45 ultimately if you're doing a remarketing
00:07:43 00:07:47 campaign just being all over them is
00:07:45 00:07:49 pretty it's a pretty good strategy so
00:07:47 00:07:50 we'll hit next all right so now we're
00:07:49 00:07:53 going to get into targeting and this is
00:07:50 00:07:55 where i'm going to say ad targeting
00:07:53 00:07:57 there's a lot of options here this can
00:07:55 00:07:59 get super overwhelming now
00:07:57 00:08:00 i would suggest that before you get in
00:07:59 00:08:02 here if you know that there's a certain
00:08:00 00:08:04 audience which we'll get into this maybe
00:08:02 00:08:06 after this video i'll go in and create
00:08:04 00:08:08 some audiences um you can create
00:08:06 00:08:09 audiences of people who've been to a
00:08:08 00:08:11 certain website so maybe you want to
00:08:09 00:08:12 take all your competitors and make an
00:08:11 00:08:14 audience of people who've been to that
00:08:12 00:08:16 website you can make audiences out of
00:08:14 00:08:18 people who've searched certain keywords
00:08:16 00:08:20 you can make audiences out of youtube
00:08:18 00:08:23 people who have you viewed your youtube
00:08:20 00:08:25 you can make audiences out of all of
00:08:23 00:08:26 these google intent all of the scary
00:08:25 00:08:28 stuff that google
00:08:26 00:08:30 measures and watches you can actually
00:08:28 00:08:32 use that and
00:08:30 00:08:33 and what you'll see is that
00:08:32 00:08:35 it makes an audience out of them those
00:08:33 00:08:37 are good those are really good audiences
00:08:35 00:08:38 right now all i'm going to do is i want
00:08:37 00:08:41 to use
00:08:38 00:08:42 um how people have used my website so
00:08:41 00:08:44 i'm going to go to aug
00:08:42 00:08:46 the segments one here and what you'll
00:08:44 00:08:49 see is i've already made this okay and
00:08:46 00:08:51 it's called rei ledger 180 days now
00:08:49 00:08:52 we've we haven't really started this
00:08:51 00:08:56 whole thing again what we're trying to
00:08:52 00:08:58 shoot for is we're trying to shoot for
00:08:56 00:09:00 paid search with remarketing
00:08:58 00:09:01 then we'll do everything else so this is
00:09:00 00:09:02 part of our core we're just getting
00:09:01 00:09:04 started we don't even have that much
00:09:02 00:09:05 traffic yet so this isn't going to
00:09:04 00:09:07 trigger anyway but that's all we're
00:09:05 00:09:08 going to do is we're going to go after
00:09:07 00:09:10 those people
00:09:08 00:09:11 and then google's going to say no one's
00:09:10 00:09:12 going to see this
00:09:11 00:09:13 which
00:09:12 00:09:15 whatever now what we're going to do is
00:09:13 00:09:17 optimize targeting this one's goofy
00:09:15 00:09:19 because optimized targeting is basically
00:09:17 00:09:21 empowering google to go after more than
00:09:19 00:09:23 just what's there right and
00:09:21 00:09:25 or who's in that audience so again if
00:09:23 00:09:26 people hit your website they're hitting
00:09:25 00:09:28 your website
00:09:26 00:09:29 we're making an audience of them now
00:09:28 00:09:32 this one is actually going to hold them
00:09:29 00:09:34 for 180 days in that audience right and
00:09:32 00:09:36 then i also omit people who have filled
00:09:34 00:09:37 out our contact form so that we don't
00:09:36 00:09:38 stay in front of the same people all the
00:09:37 00:09:40 time
00:09:38 00:09:41 or who've actually taken a step with us
00:09:40 00:09:43 we don't want to waste that money it's
00:09:41 00:09:46 not a lot of money but they're hitting
00:09:43 00:09:50 our website now we're remarketing um
00:09:46 00:09:51 if we have this optimized targeting on
00:09:50 00:09:53 it will kind of do a
00:09:51 00:09:55 it'll start to make some assumptions and
00:09:53 00:09:56 go outside of people who've been to our
00:09:55 00:10:00 website
00:09:56 00:10:02 so i'm gonna turn it off for now um
00:10:00 00:10:04 now we'll leave it on
00:10:02 00:10:06 no we'll turn it off either way you run
00:10:04 00:10:08 experiments google ads is all about
00:10:06 00:10:09 experiments all right so now we get into
00:10:08 00:10:12 the ad creation so we did campaign
00:10:09 00:10:14 settings budget not bidding targeting
00:10:12 00:10:15 ads let's hit new ad and now you got a
00:10:14 00:10:18 couple of different options you can
00:10:15 00:10:20 either upload distinct sizes which
00:10:18 00:10:22 on my blog post i'll put this in the
00:10:20 00:10:24 link to this video i've got this
00:10:22 00:10:25 ultimate guide to google display and it
00:10:24 00:10:28 kind of shows what are the different
00:10:25 00:10:29 places google display can show up on
00:10:28 00:10:31 i've got a video walking it through this
00:10:29 00:10:34 is an example of where they show up and
00:10:31 00:10:36 as you come down here i've got a little
00:10:34 00:10:38 graphic that shows you exactly the sizes
00:10:36 00:10:40 that you're going to want and just so
00:10:38 00:10:41 you know you could throw in a whole
00:10:40 00:10:43 bunch of sizes
00:10:41 00:10:45 so that there's there's tall ones
00:10:43 00:10:46 there's square ones there's different
00:10:45 00:10:48 aspect ratios and different sizes and
00:10:46 00:10:49 just put them in there
00:10:48 00:10:51 what we're going to do is we're just
00:10:49 00:10:54 going to build a responsive display bed
00:10:51 00:10:58 which will use basically um 1200 by 1200
00:10:54 00:11:00 or 1200 by 628 ads and it's going to use
00:10:58 00:11:01 machine learning to use the best version
00:11:00 00:11:03 so here's what we're gonna do now this
00:11:01 00:11:05 is where things get a little bit more
00:11:03 00:11:08 complicated now if you don't use this uh
00:11:05 00:11:10 program i've already gone in and
00:11:08 00:11:11 this is my core
00:11:10 00:11:13 call to action
00:11:11 00:11:15 campaign so
00:11:13 00:11:16 we will also have a lead magnet campaign
00:11:15 00:11:17 that's going to go in front of these
00:11:16 00:11:19 people we're adding value and giving
00:11:17 00:11:21 them something this is really we just
00:11:19 00:11:24 want brand recognition so what i've done
00:11:21 00:11:26 here is in figma and i love figma
00:11:24 00:11:28 i've created a whole bunch of these are
00:11:26 00:11:31 square they're 3840x3840 because they're
00:11:28 00:11:34 4k but these are basically 1200 by 1200
00:11:31 00:11:36 um graphics that are meant to show
00:11:34 00:11:38 what we're doing right and so i've made
00:11:36 00:11:40 a handful of them
00:11:38 00:11:43 um 1200 by 1200 the other ones that
00:11:40 00:11:46 you'll want to do are 1200 by 628 that's
00:11:43 00:11:48 the other size that's really important
00:11:46 00:11:50 in fact i've got um
00:11:48 00:11:52 there's even a i have a page with all
00:11:50 00:11:55 the sizes that are relevant to me but i
00:11:52 00:11:57 just know in this display ad that the
00:11:55 00:11:59 square and then the landscape size are
00:11:57 00:12:01 the two biggest sizes but right now i'm
00:11:59 00:12:02 just going to get started the other
00:12:01 00:12:04 thing that you're going to want to do is
00:12:02 00:12:07 you have to create what's called a logo
00:12:04 00:12:09 image and the logo image is 1200 by 300
00:12:07 00:12:11 and all we want is having it big and
00:12:09 00:12:13 clear like this when it asks for a logo
00:12:11 00:12:16 put your logo make it that size and then
00:12:13 00:12:18 you also make a 1200 by 1200 so long
00:12:16 00:12:20 story short i've taken all these i've
00:12:18 00:12:22 exported them and all we're trying to do
00:12:20 00:12:24 is be very clear what do you do what do
00:12:22 00:12:26 you offer and ask them to take a step
00:12:24 00:12:28 they've already seen you we want that
00:12:26 00:12:30 message in front of them
00:12:28 00:12:32 um so if i come back to what we've got
00:12:30 00:12:34 going on here here's what i'm gonna do
00:12:32 00:12:36 i'm gonna hit upload images so basically
00:12:34 00:12:39 this whole process is we're gonna upload
00:12:36 00:12:40 images i could use one video i tend not
00:12:39 00:12:42 to use it because it shows up kind of
00:12:40 00:12:44 weird in display it's going to want one
00:12:42 00:12:46 it's going to give us an optimization
00:12:44 00:12:47 score as we put things in here but we're
00:12:46 00:12:49 going to have images we're going to
00:12:47 00:12:50 equip it with a handful of images so
00:12:49 00:12:53 here's the images it's going to give us
00:12:50 00:12:55 this score up here we could put one
00:12:53 00:12:56 video in here as well i'm not going to
00:12:55 00:12:57 do that then we're going to add in a
00:12:56 00:13:00 whole bunch of headlines a long headline
00:12:57 00:13:04 and a description and then your business
00:13:00 00:13:07 name so this is rei ledger
00:13:04 00:13:08 and i even sometimes rei ledger
00:13:07 00:13:09 accounting
00:13:08 00:13:12 right
00:13:09 00:13:13 oh my gosh
00:13:12 00:13:14 and
00:13:13 00:13:16 let's get into it here so let's upload
00:13:14 00:13:18 our images i'm going to try and move
00:13:16 00:13:20 quick here so i hit upload already um
00:13:18 00:13:22 and you just so you know i've already
00:13:20 00:13:23 put them in here
00:13:22 00:13:25 maybe i didn't
00:13:23 00:13:27 anyway so upload them boom
00:13:25 00:13:29 and i know that they're in here right so
00:13:27 00:13:31 i'm gonna select
00:13:29 00:13:33 all of these i'm gonna upload them all
00:13:31 00:13:34 and then i'm gonna show you exactly how
00:13:33 00:13:37 to do this this gets confusing guys so

00:13:37 00:13:41 what you'll find is that it gets really
00:13:39 00:13:42 goofy because you don't really
00:13:41 00:13:44 understand how this works so you're
00:13:42 00:13:46 going to upload them this could scan the
00:13:44 00:13:48 website we could use stok images
00:13:46 00:13:49 there's recently used and selected which
00:13:48 00:13:51 can be helpful but what we're going to
00:13:49 00:13:52 do here is
00:13:51 00:13:54 um
00:13:52 00:13:57 once they're uploaded we're still not
00:13:54 00:13:59 done here we have to go use image okay
00:13:57 00:14:01 and then it's either an image that gets
00:13:59 00:14:03 used or a logo well this one's the logo
00:14:01 00:14:04 and then down here
00:14:03 00:14:07 there we can take that off or we can
00:14:04 00:14:08 click yes and say okay this is a one to
00:14:07 00:14:10 one ratio
00:14:08 00:14:11 that looks right we don't want four to
00:14:10 00:14:14 one on this because it would look like
00:14:11 00:14:15 crap right so we're gonna have the one
00:14:14 00:14:17 to one ratio for a logo and we're gonna
00:14:15 00:14:19 say select one ratio so you're gonna
00:14:17 00:14:22 have to do this for each one here's the
00:14:19 00:14:24 logo wide make sure that if they're both
00:14:22 00:14:25 selected turn the other one off because

00:18:04 00:18:07 how this is going to go now i don't
00:18:05 00:18:09 generally use a video you could use a
00:18:07 00:18:11 video if you wanted to but it's not a
00:18:09 00:18:12 big deal so now i'm going to hit next

00:20:00 00:20:03 display actually generates a ton of
00:20:02 00:20:05 clicks it might not be the highest
00:20:03 00:20:06 quality click but no matter what if
00:20:05 00:20:08 people have been to your site it's a
00:20:06 00:20:10 really powerful way to get in front of
00:20:08 00:20:11 them so that's how you set up a google
00:20:10 00:20:13 ad now there's a couple of other things
00:20:11 00:20:14 in here as we go in
00:20:13 00:20:16 and uh
00:20:14 00:20:18 when you look at the ad groups we can
00:20:16 00:20:19 then go to the ads
00:20:18 00:20:21 and
00:20:19 00:20:23 we can hit plus and if we wanted to we
00:20:21 00:20:24 can upload
00:20:23 00:20:26 display ads and this is where we would
00:20:24 00:20:28 select the same group and what we would
00:20:26 00:20:29 be able to do is let's put we would put
00:20:28 00:20:32 hit paste his
00:20:29 00:20:34 image in here and we can take a handful
00:20:32 00:20:36 of these other sizes and the sizes that
00:20:34 00:20:39 matter the most you might want to write
00:20:36 00:20:40 this down are 300 by 600 that one
00:20:39 00:20:43 matters a lot in fact i'll probably make
00:20:40 00:20:45 one and then 728 by 90. okay i have this
00:20:43 00:20:48 blog again we'll put it in the
00:20:45 00:20:50 description that walks you through the
00:20:48 00:20:52 most important sizes so again
00:20:50 00:20:53 when you're looking at google display
00:20:52 00:20:55 ads you're going to see that
00:20:53 00:20:56 the square in the landscape are the two
00:20:55 00:20:58 biggest ones you want a whole bunch of
00:20:56 00:20:59 versions of them you need to have the
00:20:58 00:21:01 logos in there
00:20:59 00:21:03 and then there's a handful of other
00:21:01 00:21:05 sizes and those other sizes are
00:21:03 00:21:08 dimensions that matter a lot um this
00:21:05 00:21:09 guide really helps you a lot and again
00:21:08 00:21:12 the principles of what we're trying to
00:21:09 00:21:14 do here is using paid search ads and
00:21:12 00:21:16 then when they come onto your website we
00:21:14 00:21:18 know that they are interested now we
00:21:16 00:21:19 have to come to them next time right so
00:21:18 00:21:21 the goal is to do paid search with
00:21:19 00:21:24 remarketing and i'm going to do this on
00:21:21 00:21:25 google display youtube facebook and
00:21:24 00:21:27 instagram and you can even do linkedin
00:21:25 00:21:28 but linkedin's kind of a joke i don't
00:21:27 00:21:31 really get into it too much then you
00:21:28 00:21:33 want to take a look at lead magnets
00:21:31 00:21:35 lead magnets with automations we've got
00:21:33 00:21:37 all sorts of stuff going on for rei
00:21:35 00:21:38 ledger.com in fact this is a bookkeeper
00:21:37 00:21:41 and accountant that helps real estate
00:21:38 00:21:43 investors here in the like the midwest
00:21:41 00:21:46 you do it anywhere but man greg shurik
00:21:43 00:21:48 is absolutely fantastik good guy and
00:21:46 00:21:48 that's how you get these ads going so
00:21:48 00:21:50 now what we're going to see is we're
00:21:48 00:21:52 going to just have to wait it's worth

00:21:54 00:21:59 rolling they have to get approved and if
00:21:57 00:22:01 you're ever in housing so this is funny

00:22:12 00:22:15 affected ads in this account because we
00:22:14 00:22:18 are not providing housing we're doing

00:22:19 00:22:23 that and do that in fact it'll probably
00:22:21 00:22:25 pop up here as well but that's how you
