00:01:14 00:01:16 key here is if you already have a ton of
00:01:15 00:01:18 sales coming in
00:01:16 00:01:20 gonna be very simple number one this is
00:01:18 00:01:21 new tiktok ads
00:01:20 00:01:22 now you might have seen the last video
00:01:21 00:01:24 or a couple videos ago where i said i
00:01:22 00:01:26 stopped running tiktok ads
00:01:24 00:01:28 and that's true because for my main
00:01:26 00:01:30 brand my audience
00:01:28 00:01:32 is just simply not on tiktok that's
00:01:30 00:01:33 it i tested it extensively i didn't
00:01:32 00:01:34 really lose any money
00:01:33 00:01:36 but it just wasn't something that i
00:01:34 00:01:38 wanted to continue for right now because
00:01:36 00:01:40 their platform is so so
00:01:38 00:01:41 basic which also works in your favor
00:01:40 00:01:43 okay because
00:01:41 00:01:45 it's very easy to let these ads sit it's
00:01:43 00:01:46 super hands-off
00:01:45 00:01:48 run the ads you know communicate with
00:01:46 00:01:49 the representative that they get you
00:01:48 00:01:51 in touch with they're going to probably
00:01:49 00:01:52 tell you to run a 400 a day budget
00:01:51 00:01:53 that's usually their initial
00:01:52 00:01:54 recommendation
00:01:53 00:01:56 and it'll probably optimize at least
00:01:54 00:01:57 around breakeven and sit there so
00:01:56 00:01:58 usually you can make an easy hundred
00:01:57 00:02:00 bucks 200 bucks
00:01:58 00:02:02 pretty simple just to let that sit now
00:02:00 00:02:03 it's great for a younger demographic so
00:02:02 00:02:05 if you have
00:02:03 00:02:07 a product that is for a younger
00:02:05 00:02:07 demographic it's a little bit more

00:02:14 00:02:18 the reason i mention this is mine is a
00:02:17 00:02:21 little bit higher it's not super low
00:02:18 00:02:22 but what i've notiked off tiktok is
00:02:21 00:02:24 people's attention span
00:02:22 00:02:25 is even shorter than any other social
00:02:24 00:02:26 media platform i mean think about if
00:02:25 00:02:27 you've ever been on tiktok i'm gonna
00:02:26 00:02:29 scroll scroll scroll scroll
00:02:27 00:02:30 like you're you're judging things very
00:02:29 00:02:32 quickly not even watching an entire
00:02:30 00:02:35 video it's like the first two seconds
00:02:32 00:02:36 and people move so fast so i don't feel
00:02:35 00:02:37 like many
00:02:36 00:02:39 people will make and this is not me
00:02:37 00:02:40 saying like i'll feel like it this is
00:02:39 00:02:42 based off my experience and spending
00:02:40 00:02:42 like 50 to 70 grand on tiktok ads
00:02:42 00:02:44 which
00:02:42 00:02:45 isn't a lot but a little bit of
00:02:44 00:02:47 experience with high and low tiket
00:02:45 00:02:49 people don't really make an intense
00:02:47 00:02:50 decision off of the tiktok platform
00:02:49 00:02:52 that's what i've notiked in terms of
00:02:50 00:02:54 testing high tiket products
00:02:52 00:02:55 so tiktok though can be a great
00:02:54 00:02:57 strategy pretty easy ads just to let it
00:02:55 00:02:58 sit there and run
00:02:57 00:02:59 uh we teach all that inside of our

00:02:59 00:03:01 tok even though that's not our primary
00:03:01 00:03:04 platform

00:03:06 00:03:09 thousand dollars a day
00:03:07 00:03:10 if you were to add up all the sales all
00:03:09 00:03:10 the clients and everything inside of our
00:03:10 00:03:12 agency
00:03:10 00:03:13 um every single day we do tens of
00:03:12 00:03:14 thousands of dollars a day just through
00:03:13 00:03:16 upsells
00:03:14 00:03:17 so this is in my opinion by far there is
00:03:16 00:03:19 nothing that beats just the easiest
00:03:17 00:03:22 extra way to make money
00:03:19 00:03:23 once you have sales coming in just like
00:03:22 00:03:24 what i always tok about
00:03:23 00:03:25 if you're not making money you got to
00:03:24 00:03:27 focus on the income you got to start
00:03:25 00:03:27 that business like e-commerce or
00:03:27 00:03:29 whatever
00:03:27 00:03:31 it will help you get that income coming
00:03:29 00:03:33 in once that's there
00:03:31 00:03:35 so many doors open up not only inside of
00:03:33 00:03:35 the e-commerce business but outside of
00:03:35 00:03:37 that
00:03:35 00:03:39 so from an upsell perspective once their
00:03:37 00:03:40 sales come in it becomes easy just dial
00:03:39 00:03:41 in this three-prong system this is
00:03:40 00:03:44 something that i
00:03:41 00:03:45 really kind of like just developed over
00:03:44 00:03:46 many many years of doing this it's super
00:03:45 00:03:47 super
00:03:46 00:03:49 optimized at least for what i do and it
00:03:47 00:03:50 works really well i like to create a
00:03:49 00:03:51 digital offer
00:03:50 00:03:53 so the point of this really doesn't
00:03:51 00:03:55 matter what it is can be a pdf
00:03:53 00:03:56 it can be a you know videos it can be
00:03:55 00:03:57 literally anything you know if you're
00:03:56 00:03:59 selling a fitness thing
00:03:57 00:04:01 you know pay an influencer to make three
00:03:59 00:04:03 separate 10-minute fitness videos
00:04:01 00:04:04 pay him two grand like there you go now
00:04:03 00:04:05 you have a reputable name behind it and
00:04:04 00:04:07 you're giving something
00:04:05 00:04:08 you know for five bucks or three bucks
00:04:07 00:04:09 you can even give it out for free if you
00:04:08 00:04:10 want
00:04:09 00:04:12 uh but whatever it is it really doesn't
00:04:10 00:04:16 matter what digital offer you want the
00:04:12 00:04:17 purpose here is no running cost
00:04:16 00:04:20 so even if it costs you two grand or
00:04:17 00:04:22 four grand or whatever to build this
00:04:20 00:04:23 it's no actual current cost and this is
00:04:22 00:04:25 the key because
00:04:23 00:04:26 you have an upsell where every time
00:04:25 00:04:28 someone takes it it's 100
00:04:26 00:04:30 profit and that's super valuable because
00:04:28 00:04:31 you can charge a pretty low amount let's
00:04:30 00:04:32 say your normal average order value is
00:04:31 00:04:34 30 bucks
00:04:32 00:04:36 and this is four dollars and you get a
00:04:34 00:04:37 20 30 take rate you're bumping your aov
00:04:36 00:04:39 pretty nicely just off that
00:04:37 00:04:41 now a lower tiket offer and you're
00:04:39 00:04:42 gonna want a higher tiket offer so
00:04:41 00:04:44 these are the three
00:04:42 00:04:45 upsells that i have uh you can use
00:04:44 00:04:46 whatever upsell up you want i mean
00:04:45 00:04:47 pulled up sell
00:04:46 00:04:50 zipify depending on who you're
00:04:47 00:04:51 processing with candy rack is always
00:04:50 00:04:52 personal favorite that's kind of what we
00:04:51 00:04:53 show and demonstrate inside of our
00:04:52 00:04:56 program
00:04:53 00:04:58 but lower and higher tiket products so
00:04:56 00:05:00 these two right here are super super
00:04:58 00:05:01 valuable for the simple reason of it
00:05:00 00:05:02 gives people
00:05:01 00:05:04 options now if you've ever read the book
00:05:02 00:05:06 i wish i had it next to me the paradox
00:05:04 00:05:07 of choice by barry schwartz i believe
00:05:06 00:05:09 read this many years ago i've gone
00:05:07 00:05:11 through it two or three times but any
00:05:09 00:05:12 additional options beyond this and he's
00:05:11 00:05:14 not an e-commerce guy
00:05:12 00:05:16 he's a psychological guy and he like
00:05:14 00:05:18 understands the optik choice
00:05:16 00:05:19 and it's a very broad thing it's super
00:05:18 00:05:22 valuable but
00:05:19 00:05:23 if you offer someone 25 different
00:05:22 00:05:26 options they're going to walk away with
00:05:23 00:05:27 nothing because there's too many choices
00:05:26 00:05:30 but if you offer someone two or three
00:05:27 00:05:31 things it's very easy for them to do a
00:05:30 00:05:33 simple comparison against
00:05:31 00:05:35 the other thing and be able to walk away
00:05:33 00:05:35 with whichever one they believe to be
00:05:35 00:05:37 the best
00:05:35 00:05:38 and that's the same idea with the
00:05:37 00:05:39 upsells if you have too many things
00:05:38 00:05:40 going on
00:05:39 00:05:43 they might just take nothing and it will
00:05:40 00:05:44 drop your take rate so i've at times had
00:05:43 00:05:46 four or five upsells at the same time
00:05:44 00:05:48 and it what i can tell you this
00:05:46 00:05:49 with a thousand percent certainty and
00:05:48 00:05:50 millions of dollars worth of ad spend
00:05:49 00:05:52 behind it
00:05:50 00:05:54 that it does not help zero if anything
00:05:52 00:05:56 it brings it down
00:05:54 00:05:58 so i use a maximum of three same thing
00:05:56 00:06:00 we tell our clients inside of our agency
00:05:58 00:06:02 it's the same exact thing and upsells
00:06:00 00:06:02 are huge because it's so much extra
00:06:02 00:06:04 profit
00:06:02 00:06:05 this is how our clients make stupid
00:06:04 00:06:06 amounts of profit i mean this is what
00:06:05 00:06:07 i've been doing for years and years and
00:06:06 00:06:09 it works really well

00:06:09 00:06:11 something that most people don't even
00:06:10 00:06:14 consider
00:06:11 00:06:16 hiring a social media manager as soon as
00:06:14 00:06:17 your company has profits coming in
00:06:16 00:06:19 there's orders there's engagement
00:06:17 00:06:21 there's things happening well now
00:06:19 00:06:23 there's capital sitting there
00:06:21 00:06:24 that you could access there's money you
00:06:23 00:06:25 know the store's making 700 bucks a day
00:06:24 00:06:27 profit
00:06:25 00:06:29 don't take that 700 and put it in your
00:06:27 00:06:29 own pocket you don't need to be driving
00:06:29 00:06:31 a
00:06:29 00:06:32 freaking bmw or something crazy you know

00:06:32 00:06:36 wait a little bit you know so one thing
00:06:34 00:06:37 you could do first that's a cool idea is

00:06:37 00:06:40 a thousand bucks a month 1500 bucks it's
00:06:39 00:06:42 really not much
00:06:40 00:06:43 you could hire a social media manager
00:06:42 00:06:46 that works three four hours a day
00:06:43 00:06:47 their job is to increase the organic
00:06:46 00:06:49 sales
00:06:47 00:06:50 and engagement okay this is where
00:06:49 00:06:52 they're dming back and forth to people
00:06:50 00:06:54 they're answering all comments on
00:06:52 00:06:56 facebook instagram all your ads whatever
00:06:54 00:06:57 they can filter out bad comments uh they
00:06:56 00:06:59 can do whatever you know but they're
00:06:57 00:07:01 increasing the organic sales
00:06:59 00:07:03 now this will actually result in more
00:07:01 00:07:04 followers and engagement
00:07:03 00:07:05 now if you're trying to really build a
00:07:04 00:07:07 brand this person can manage your
00:07:05 00:07:08 giveaways so i do recommend doing
00:07:07 00:07:09 giveaways that's one strategy we teach
00:07:08 00:07:11 inside of our program
00:07:09 00:07:13 because it drives so much organic
00:07:11 00:07:15 engagement you get followers from it
00:07:13 00:07:17 likes from it and just everything
00:07:15 00:07:19 overall so they can manage all of that
00:07:17 00:07:20 and you'll start notiking your baseline
00:07:19 00:07:23 of sales
00:07:20 00:07:24 tracked on facebook you might have let's
00:07:23 00:07:26 say 85 000
00:07:24 00:07:28 worth of sales this month tracked on
00:07:26 00:07:29 facebook but for some reason your store
00:07:28 00:07:32 says 88
00:07:29 00:07:34 200. well it could be because that
00:07:32 00:07:35 social media manager made a difference
00:07:34 00:07:37 by replying to people answering
00:07:35 00:07:38 you know how many people will dm your
00:07:37 00:07:39 instagram page if you're running ads on
00:07:38 00:07:40 instagram
00:07:39 00:07:42 and ask questions the stupidest
00:07:40 00:07:42 questions about sizing and shipping and
00:07:42 00:07:44 stuff
00:07:42 00:07:46 and they never get a reply so if
00:07:44 00:07:47 someone's there replying answering being
00:07:46 00:07:48 proactive
00:07:47 00:07:50 it can truly make a big difference in
00:07:48 00:07:52 terms of sales and that's something that
00:07:50 00:07:53 i've notiked that's something that i now
00:07:52 00:07:55 invest in it's still not a full-time
00:07:53 00:07:56 position for me even at the level of
00:07:55 00:07:57 scale that we're at
00:07:56 00:07:59 but for someone just to jump in there
00:07:57 00:07:59 for two three hours every day for you
00:07:59 00:08:01 know 1200
00:07:59 00:08:03 a month it's a pretty valuable service
00:08:01 00:08:05 and even if you can't
00:08:03 00:08:06 directly track an roi from that
00:08:05 00:08:08 nonetheless you can take comfort in
00:08:06 00:08:09 knowing that it's really helping the
00:08:08 00:08:10 customer experience
00:08:09 00:08:13 even for the people who don't actually
00:08:10 00:08:14 buy so it's really building that brand
00:08:13 00:08:15 it's just an investment long term
00:08:14 00:08:17 and when you get to the point where you
00:08:15 00:08:18 know that that thousand dollars a month
00:08:17 00:08:19 really doesn't make a difference
00:08:18 00:08:21 i think that that's something great that
00:08:19 00:08:22 you could look into that most people
00:08:21 00:08:23 don't even consider
00:08:22 00:08:25 so these are some great things to think
00:08:23 00:08:27 about a super easy extra 100
00:08:25 00:08:29 a day now i mean i could take this
00:08:27 00:08:29 number and literally make it 5 000 i
00:08:29 00:08:32 mean
00:08:29 00:08:34 you can literally change this however
00:08:32 00:08:36 you want it just comes back
00:08:34 00:08:38 to your front end operation of scale if
00:08:36 00:08:40 you're only doing 500 bucks a day
00:08:38 00:08:41 and you don't know how to scale click

00:09:10 00:09:13 things in even if you have a landscaping

00:09:18 00:09:20 works really well and i've tried and
