00:00:16 00:00:20 on the previous like two or three
00:00:18 00:00:22 youtube videos ago toking about quarter
00:00:20 00:00:23 four a lot of people wanted me to
00:00:22 00:00:24 elaborate on this
00:00:23 00:00:26 for those who don't know what that is
00:00:24 00:00:27 last quarter of the year right the last
00:00:26 00:00:28 three months 90 days
00:00:27 00:00:30 it is the most profitable time of the
00:00:28 00:00:32 year in terms of volume
00:00:30 00:00:34 now your cost for marketing might go up
00:00:32 00:00:36 other things might change
00:00:34 00:00:37 but in terms of customers spending money
00:00:36 00:00:38 this next
00:00:37 00:00:41 90 days that's pretty much when i'm
00:00:38 00:00:44 posting this right now the next 90 days
00:00:41 00:00:45 is by far the most profitable time
00:00:44 00:00:47 normally throughout this time of the
00:00:45 00:00:49 year i will try to increase my ad spend
00:00:47 00:00:51 by about fifty percent
00:00:49 00:00:53 and by doing that i will get about a
00:00:51 00:00:54 hundred percent growth back on what that
00:00:53 00:00:56 ad spend would have been
00:00:54 00:00:59 which means i typically see a double in
00:00:56 00:01:00 sales now because of all the crazy covet
00:00:59 00:01:01 stuff that's happened
00:01:00 00:01:04 retail store has taken a hit and
00:01:01 00:01:05 regardless of what your view is or not
00:01:04 00:01:06 on it or what i think it doesn't really
00:01:05 00:01:08 matter
00:01:06 00:01:09 i personally believe and i'm very
00:01:08 00:01:11 confident in the fact that
00:01:09 00:01:13 a lot of people are going to be ordering
00:01:11 00:01:14 online who might have gone to stores
00:01:13 00:01:16 i'm sure that there's going to be
00:01:14 00:01:18 restrictions i think it was walmart or
00:01:16 00:01:20 some other huge huge company
00:01:18 00:01:22 said that at none of their locations
00:01:20 00:01:22 will they do an in-person black friday
00:01:22 00:01:24 sale
00:01:22 00:01:25 so that is going to have a lot of
00:01:24 00:01:26 limitations and i feel like a lot of
00:01:25 00:01:29 people are going to be at home
00:01:26 00:01:30 shopping online so i predict the triple
00:01:29 00:01:31 this year
00:01:30 00:01:33 we'll see i will keep you updated with
00:01:31 00:01:34 the sales at least from my brands that i
00:01:33 00:01:35 run
00:01:34 00:01:38 and any little stores that i throw up to
00:01:35 00:01:39 have fun with if i have the extra time
00:01:38 00:01:41 so i'll keep you updated on that but in
00:01:39 00:01:41 this video i wanted to go through a
00:01:41 00:01:43 couple
00:01:41 00:01:45 products that i don't sell but would
00:01:43 00:01:46 consider selling and i want to tok
00:01:45 00:01:48 about
00:01:46 00:01:49 what i like to look for in a product and
00:01:48 00:01:51 kind of what my strategy is based on
00:01:49 00:01:51 that so if you don't yet have something
00:01:51 00:01:53 going
00:01:51 00:01:55 the reason i'm putting this video out is
00:01:53 00:01:57 because it's kind of almost in my
00:01:55 00:01:59 opinion your last chance right now
00:01:57 00:02:00 to really start capitalizing at least on
00:01:59 00:02:02 the next three months because it's gonna
00:02:00 00:02:03 take you time to find a product get a
00:02:02 00:02:04 shopify store
00:02:03 00:02:06 get some ads running and get momentum
00:02:04 00:02:08 and you want sales coming in so that
00:02:06 00:02:09 when cyber monday black friday all the
00:02:08 00:02:11 holidays hit
00:02:09 00:02:14 you already have sales coming in and you
00:02:11 00:02:15 can continue to increase your spend
00:02:14 00:02:17 because it's working so you got to prove
00:02:15 00:02:18 that concept first if you like help with

00:02:46 00:02:48 all right so let's jump inside here
00:02:47 00:02:50 don't forget to smash a like
00:02:48 00:02:52 and yeah let's go through it alright so
00:02:50 00:02:54 this is almost like a free handout again
00:02:52 00:02:55 these are products i don't sell feel
00:02:54 00:02:57 free to do it but always
00:02:55 00:02:59 do your own research any product that i
00:02:57 00:03:00 share whenever i reveal one of my own
00:02:59 00:03:02 products
00:03:00 00:03:04 it's just a learning experience right
00:03:02 00:03:06 that's the only purpose it's meant for
00:03:04 00:03:08 is to give you an example if you want to
00:03:06 00:03:08 copy a point blank go right ahead be my
00:03:08 00:03:10 guest
00:03:08 00:03:12 but this is just kind of my take on
00:03:10 00:03:14 products that i haven't even tested but
00:03:12 00:03:16 looks good so first of all what makes a
00:03:14 00:03:18 product good on the product research
00:03:16 00:03:20 side of things some super easy signals
00:03:18 00:03:22 number one if it sells this is obviously
00:03:20 00:03:24 the most easy one
00:03:22 00:03:26 you can find this a couple different
00:03:24 00:03:27 ways number one by looking at aliexpress
00:03:26 00:03:29 and filtering by orders
00:03:27 00:03:30 you can see which product based on the
00:03:29 00:03:31 niche or the type of product you're
00:03:30 00:03:32 searching for
00:03:31 00:03:34 you can see which one has the highest
00:03:32 00:03:36 orders start there look at volume
00:03:34 00:03:38 obviously make sure the reviews and
00:03:36 00:03:38 ratings are good at least like a 4.5
00:03:38 00:03:40 star
00:03:38 00:03:41 if you see something with 40 000 orders
00:03:40 00:03:43 you know that people are selling it at
00:03:41 00:03:44 least half those orders are probably
00:03:43 00:03:46 drop shipping
00:03:44 00:03:48 and obviously not everybody orders off
00:03:46 00:03:49 of aliexpress i don't source on there at
00:03:48 00:03:50 all anymore
00:03:49 00:03:52 so it's a pretty easy way to just kind
00:03:50 00:03:53 of see that something's working
00:03:52 00:03:54 my personal favorite that i like to see
00:03:53 00:03:55 because it really means that it's
00:03:54 00:03:57 working
00:03:55 00:03:58 right now and this is you know one of my
00:03:57 00:04:00 favorite ways to do it is if you're
00:03:58 00:04:02 scrolling through facebook or instagram
00:04:00 00:04:03 make a habit to start scrolling don't
00:04:02 00:04:04 look and like your friend's stuff even
00:04:03 00:04:05 though you're trying to show love right
00:04:04 00:04:07 keep scrolling
00:04:05 00:04:09 and every like seven to ten posts you're
00:04:07 00:04:11 gonna notike a sponsored post
00:04:09 00:04:13 and that's a direct ad from facebook
00:04:11 00:04:15 placed on either facebook or instagram's
00:04:13 00:04:16 platform and if you see a physical
00:04:15 00:04:18 product not some digital product not
00:04:16 00:04:20 some guru toking about this or that
00:04:18 00:04:21 but look for an actual ecommerce product
00:04:20 00:04:22 just click on it because what's going to
00:04:21 00:04:23 happen
00:04:22 00:04:25 if you click on it you go to their
00:04:23 00:04:26 website you add the product to your cart
00:04:25 00:04:28 but you don't buy
00:04:26 00:04:30 well for starters you can look at their
00:04:28 00:04:31 website you can learn you can get more
00:04:30 00:04:32 perspective on it
00:04:31 00:04:34 but now you're going to start getting
00:04:32 00:04:36 targeted by more and more of those ads
00:04:34 00:04:38 and what you want to look for on those
00:04:36 00:04:38 ads is engagement so if you see
00:04:38 00:04:42 something with
00:04:38 00:04:45 1.6 million views it has 33 000 comments
00:04:42 00:04:48 well you can be 100 literally 100
00:04:45 00:04:49 positive that that is working and making
00:04:48 00:04:51 that money because nobody would spend
00:04:49 00:04:54 the amount of money to get it to that
00:04:51 00:04:55 point unless it was working for whatever
00:04:54 00:04:57 they're trying to do could be sales
00:04:55 00:04:59 could be leads doesn't really matter
00:04:57 00:05:01 but so just keep your eye out for that
00:04:59 00:05:03 because that's a pretty clear sign
00:05:01 00:05:04 and then if it's working study other
00:05:03 00:05:06 things too look at their website look at
00:05:04 00:05:07 their actual video ad or their picture
00:05:06 00:05:09 ad their ad copy
00:05:07 00:05:10 study what they're doing it's a great
00:05:09 00:05:12 learning tool but that can give you an
00:05:10 00:05:14 idea on a product to sell
00:05:12 00:05:16 or something that you should sell that's
00:05:14 00:05:18 like that because it tells you that that
00:05:16 00:05:20 audience at least that they're targeting
00:05:18 00:05:22 is willing to buy products now number
00:05:20 00:05:24 two this is something i love to look for
00:05:22 00:05:25 i call it my price to price point ratio
00:05:24 00:05:27 that is what i'm willing to pay for a
00:05:25 00:05:28 product versus what i have to sell it
00:05:27 00:05:29 for
00:05:28 00:05:31 so for an example if i'm getting a
00:05:29 00:05:34 product i'll give an example of my main
00:05:31 00:05:35 brand the product that i sell is 29.95
00:05:34 00:05:38 that's how much i sell it for
00:05:35 00:05:39 my price point but what is my price
00:05:38 00:05:42 what's my cost
00:05:39 00:05:44 it's six dollars and ten cents okay so
00:05:42 00:05:45 it depends on the variation the size
00:05:44 00:05:46 little things like that but usually what
00:05:45 00:05:48 it comes out to
00:05:46 00:05:50 is eighteen to twenty one percent if
00:05:48 00:05:52 they have faster shipping and they pay
00:05:50 00:05:54 a couple extra dollars for faster
00:05:52 00:05:57 shipping our cost goes up a little bit
00:05:54 00:05:59 but right around that 20 mark on
00:05:57 00:06:02 average well what i like to look for in
00:05:59 00:06:04 my criteria that i set it at is a 35
00:06:02 00:06:06 cap so if you are selling a product for
00:06:04 00:06:06 a hundred dollars and you're getting it
00:06:06 00:06:10 for
00:06:06 00:06:12 above 35 to 40 you will probably start
00:06:10 00:06:13 having a more difficult time
00:06:12 00:06:15 now the more expensive the product this
00:06:13 00:06:16 can be viewed as easier or harder but
00:06:15 00:06:18 let's take a 30
00:06:16 00:06:20 product for example if you're spending
00:06:18 00:06:21 10 to 12 dollars to get it
00:06:20 00:06:23 that you can make it work just
00:06:21 00:06:25 understand that you need to be getting a
00:06:23 00:06:25 cost per purchase of like under fourteen
00:06:25 00:06:29 dollars
00:06:25 00:06:30 to easily have a somewhat decent margin
00:06:29 00:06:31 right you need to be there consistently
00:06:30 00:06:33 and whatever marketing you're doing is
00:06:31 00:06:35 gonna fluctuate there's to be
00:06:33 00:06:37 good days bad days good weeks bad weeks
00:06:35 00:06:39 so just understand it will fluctuate a
00:06:37 00:06:40 little bit that cost for purchase will
00:06:39 00:06:42 change over time and go up and down
00:06:40 00:06:44 so you want to make sure you have as
00:06:42 00:06:45 much room as possible so whenever i'm
00:06:44 00:06:47 doing product research i always like to
00:06:45 00:06:49 just look at that price to price point
00:06:47 00:06:50 ratio to make sure i'm healthy ideally
00:06:49 00:06:51 in the mid-20s something like that is
00:06:50 00:06:54 great
00:06:51 00:06:55 now number three the wow factor some of
00:06:54 00:06:58 these products i'm about to show you
00:06:55 00:06:59 have a great wow factor and this is kind
00:06:58 00:07:00 of something that i i just called the
00:06:59 00:07:01 wow factor
00:07:00 00:07:03 if you were to see this for the first
00:07:01 00:07:05 time ever and someone put this video in
00:07:03 00:07:07 front of you showing you this product
00:07:05 00:07:09 how would you react would you react and
00:07:07 00:07:10 just be like yeah that's cool
00:07:09 00:07:12 would you have an emotion you'd be like
00:07:10 00:07:14 oh or like you start laughing would you
00:07:12 00:07:16 start crying how does it affect your
00:07:14 00:07:17 emotions understand
00:07:16 00:07:19 how you would feel if you were in
00:07:17 00:07:20 someone else's shoes so try to put
00:07:19 00:07:21 yourself in a potential customer's
00:07:20 00:07:23 perspective
00:07:21 00:07:24 that's the wow factor does it shock you
00:07:23 00:07:26 does it grab your attention
00:07:24 00:07:27 if no well maybe it's not the product
00:07:26 00:07:30 for you all right
00:07:27 00:07:32 number four and final the accessibility
00:07:30 00:07:33 in the market and my wife i just went up
00:07:32 00:07:35 whatever
00:07:33 00:07:36 accessibility in the market so can you
00:07:35 00:07:38 find this product
00:07:36 00:07:40 in walmart can you find it in any store
00:07:38 00:07:42 how easy is it to get on amazon what
00:07:40 00:07:43 does amazon sell it for and by the way
00:07:42 00:07:45 people always ask you can definitely
00:07:43 00:07:46 sell it for more than what amazon sells
00:07:45 00:07:48 their products for
00:07:46 00:07:49 just putting that out there so look is
00:07:48 00:07:51 it a product that's everywhere you know
00:07:49 00:07:53 like for example the blackhead remover
00:07:51 00:07:54 big product i had friends who sold
00:07:53 00:07:55 millions and millions and millions of
00:07:54 00:07:57 dollars with that
00:07:55 00:07:59 well now and i'm not saying it doesn't
00:07:57 00:08:01 work anymore because it still does
00:07:59 00:08:03 but that is in walmart in multiple
00:08:01 00:08:05 locations throughout their store
00:08:03 00:08:06 it's in the checkout as well as in the
00:08:05 00:08:07 health and beauty space
00:08:06 00:08:09 and what's funny is it's two different
00:08:07 00:08:13 price points in both those locations
00:08:09 00:08:14 39.99 and 19.99 that's a huge difference
00:08:13 00:08:16 and so that's just me like
00:08:14 00:08:18 studying the market regardless but so
00:08:16 00:08:19 products like that how easy is it to get
00:08:18 00:08:21 how widespread is it because if it's not
00:08:19 00:08:22 being dominated by retail
00:08:21 00:08:24 well then that leaves you a lot more
00:08:22 00:08:25 customers to probably reach and get to
00:08:24 00:08:27 purchase all right
00:08:25 00:08:28 now let's jump into the actual products
00:08:27 00:08:30 here three products that i like i
00:08:28 00:08:32 actually put four on here but it's kind
00:08:30 00:08:32 of like three variations so let me start
00:08:32 00:08:35 here
00:08:32 00:08:36 this is a hologram okay this hologram
00:08:35 00:08:38 right here
00:08:36 00:08:40 projects a picture and there's so many
00:08:38 00:08:41 variations of this i'll give you two
00:08:40 00:08:42 examples here
00:08:41 00:08:44 one is like a motorcycle guy cool you
00:08:42 00:08:47 could try it start targeting motorcycle
00:08:44 00:08:48 people and by the way my idea for this
00:08:47 00:08:50 would have been to make like an led
00:08:48 00:08:52 light store you know like the lights
00:08:50 00:08:52 that go in rooms and light bulbs i have
00:08:52 00:08:55 a colored one
00:08:52 00:08:56 but just under your desk behind your tv
00:08:55 00:08:58 like a really cool
00:08:56 00:09:00 light based store some sort of led store
00:08:58 00:09:02 you have these hologram projectors and
00:09:00 00:09:04 you can target and find your winner by
00:09:02 00:09:06 targeting multiple audiences
00:09:04 00:09:07 so you have motorcycles cars there's
00:09:06 00:09:09 ones that are sports that
00:09:07 00:09:10 you know throw a picture of whatever
00:09:09 00:09:11 literally anything i mean there's
00:09:10 00:09:13 hundreds of these
00:09:11 00:09:15 and they're not that expensive so if you
00:09:13 00:09:16 look at this when i first saw this i was
00:09:15 00:09:18 like wait
00:09:16 00:09:20 what and i considered buying one because
00:09:18 00:09:21 it had that wow factor so i kind of
00:09:20 00:09:22 looked at it i was like yo
00:09:21 00:09:24 that would be a really cool piece of
00:09:22 00:09:25 decoration to have sitting on my desk
00:09:24 00:09:27 and at night when it's dark and it's
00:09:25 00:09:29 projecting a really cool 3d thing that
00:09:27 00:09:30 can spin
00:09:29 00:09:32 i mean that's awesome and i would
00:09:30 00:09:34 totally pay 30 to 40 dollars for that
00:09:32 00:09:36 so that means that your priced price
00:09:34 00:09:38 point ratio excuse me
00:09:36 00:09:39 is definitely within that range you know
00:09:38 00:09:40 so just just look at it look at the
00:09:39 00:09:41 price look at the shipping price make
00:09:40 00:09:43 sure you you obviously
00:09:41 00:09:45 go through the details there was one of
00:09:43 00:09:46 these here with a car which was super
00:09:45 00:09:48 cool to see and they have different cars
00:09:46 00:09:50 so you can target multiple people while
00:09:48 00:09:52 still staying around the same product
00:09:50 00:09:53 until you find one that works okay the
00:09:52 00:09:55 next one here
00:09:53 00:09:56 this is another sort of uh it's actually
00:09:55 00:09:57 a newer product that i've been seeing
00:09:56 00:09:58 i've been seeing this blow up a lot on
00:09:57 00:10:00 tiktok
00:09:58 00:10:02 it's another sort of like hologram
00:10:00 00:10:03 projector type thing
00:10:02 00:10:05 i really just like these products
00:10:03 00:10:06 because it does display a lot of wow
00:10:05 00:10:07 factor
00:10:06 00:10:08 there's another one like this it's like
00:10:07 00:10:10 a little i don't even know what this
00:10:08 00:10:11 like it's some sort of octagon box with
00:10:10 00:10:14 like 30 sides
00:10:11 00:10:16 and it basically just projects stars
00:10:14 00:10:18 onto your ceilings like the moon
00:10:16 00:10:20 stars you can do some crazy stuff and
00:10:18 00:10:22 again it's like cost you like 10 to 15
00:10:20 00:10:23 bucks i had one at my old house
00:10:22 00:10:25 pretty cool product stuff like that
00:10:23 00:10:26 always grabs a lot of attention it has a
00:10:25 00:10:28 good wow factor
00:10:26 00:10:29 now the final one here which definitely
00:10:28 00:10:30 has a wow factor and this is kind of
00:10:29 00:10:33 crazy
00:10:30 00:10:34 imagine a robot vacuum cleaner not like
00:10:33 00:10:36 a roomba that's on the floor
00:10:34 00:10:38 but you stik it on your window like
00:10:36 00:10:41 vertikally it can climb the wall
00:10:38 00:10:42 so it just would totally be a wow factor
00:10:41 00:10:43 i mean it's almost like a joke like i
00:10:42 00:10:44 would
00:10:43 00:10:46 love to have someone come over to my
00:10:44 00:10:47 house and they see that they'd be like
00:10:46 00:10:48 what is that
00:10:47 00:10:50 it'd just be funny but you know it's a
00:10:48 00:10:52 more expensive product for sure it's
00:10:50 00:10:52 clearly selling it's working it has a
00:10:52 00:10:54 good rating
00:10:52 00:10:56 right so you can take a look at that you
00:10:54 00:10:57 could definitely definitely make some
00:10:56 00:11:00 really cool video ads with this product
00:10:57 00:11:01 some funny reactions whatever maybe a
00:11:00 00:11:03 dog barking at it and freaking out these
00:11:01 00:11:03 are just ideas that are flowing off the
00:11:03 00:11:06 top of my head
00:11:03 00:11:07 you could totally probably crush it with
00:11:06 00:11:08 this product
00:11:07 00:11:10 and this right here is something you
00:11:08 00:11:12 could sell for probably 299
00:11:10 00:11:14 you brand this the right way you get in
00:11:12 00:11:15 touch with the supplier get
00:11:14 00:11:17 your company's name on the product get a
00:11:15 00:11:18 logo on there's some cool packaging
00:11:17 00:11:20 you could probably brand this really
00:11:18 00:11:22 well and it's a unique product it's in
00:11:20 00:11:23 an evergreen space
00:11:22 00:11:24 with people who have money you know it's
00:11:23 00:11:26 not like you're trying to sell a
00:11:24 00:11:28 hologram to a kid
00:11:26 00:11:29 that's 20 you know don't get me wrong
00:11:28 00:11:30 that can totally work and that's you
00:11:29 00:11:32 know
00:11:30 00:11:34 i'm not saying that it doesn't but in
00:11:32 00:11:34 this situation you're probably targeting
00:11:34 00:11:36 homeowners
00:11:34 00:11:38 right obviously do your testing with
00:11:36 00:11:39 your audience but that's just kind of a
00:11:38 00:11:41 product that definitely has a wow factor
00:11:39 00:11:42 it has that price to price point ratio
00:11:41 00:11:44 all of these
00:11:42 00:11:46 do and uh could definitely be worth
00:11:44 00:11:47 testing so whether you want to test it
00:11:46 00:11:49 or test something like that it's just an
00:11:47 00:11:51 idea i'm here to give you guys examples
00:11:49 00:11:53 because everybody always asks
00:11:51 00:11:54 so there's some more examples there now
00:11:53 00:11:56 a quick tip
00:11:54 00:11:57 this is something i do not because i
00:11:56 00:11:59 don't want this video to be detrimental
00:11:57 00:12:01 obviously this is supposed to be helpful
00:11:59 00:12:02 if you already have a product that
00:12:01 00:12:05 you're selling and it's working
00:12:02 00:12:06 do not switch to something else that you
00:12:05 00:12:07 think
00:12:06 00:12:09 might work better okay just because it's
00:12:07 00:12:10 kind of working but it's not popping
00:12:09 00:12:12 like no no
00:12:10 00:12:13 stik with your product don't switch
00:12:12 00:12:15 just because of this video unless
00:12:13 00:12:16 something is truly not working i don't
00:12:15 00:12:18 want to be the reason you switch
00:12:16 00:12:19 if it's starting to work keep doing it
00:12:18 00:12:21 because realistikally
00:12:19 00:12:22 you're cutting it close for quarter four
00:12:21 00:12:24 this year in terms of time
00:12:22 00:12:26 so if you have to build something new
00:12:24 00:12:27 restart from scratch new ad account new
00:12:26 00:12:28 data new video ads get all this new
