00:01:33 00:01:38 products which seem to be doing well via
00:01:36 00:01:40 comments like shares etc
00:01:38 00:01:42 and that is a great tiknique for
00:01:40 00:01:43 facebook ads that can lead you to a lot
00:01:42 00:01:45 of winning products however
00:01:43 00:01:46 that really does not work with google
00:01:45 00:01:48 and here's why
00:01:46 00:01:50 with these popular websites you have to
00:01:48 00:01:51 understand that not only do you have
00:01:50 00:01:53 access to them

00:02:32 00:02:35 are out of the radar for a lot of these

00:02:56 00:02:59 less than 25 or what i mean by this is

00:02:59 00:03:02 that costs less than 25 on your website

00:03:02 00:03:05 if you can't sell that product for 30.40

00:03:05 00:03:09 then go ahead and list that product on

00:03:09 00:03:12 otherwise do not try listing that
00:03:11 00:03:13 product because it will not lead you to
00:03:12 00:03:14 enough profits

00:03:14 00:03:17 that products and this is really a
00:03:16 00:03:19 requirement for

00:03:51 00:03:55 they can't sell anything low tiket like

00:04:00 00:04:03 expensive it is the better in my opinion

00:04:22 00:04:25 customer and those refunds are not going

00:04:36 00:04:40 really aren't that heavy or it's not

00:04:40 00:04:44 during transit because if that happens
00:04:42 00:04:44 it just leads to a lot of refunds

00:04:44 00:04:48 on their shopify store and just a lot of
00:04:46 00:04:49 angry customers which you do not want to
00:04:48 00:04:51 be dealing with
00:04:49 00:04:52 in 2021 and onwards simply because you

00:04:52 00:04:56 low chargeback rates low dispute rates
00:04:54 00:04:58 in order to really use
00:04:56 00:04:59 those payment gateways and dropship long
00:04:58 00:05:02 term but definitely
00:04:59 00:05:02 very important to avoid heavy fragile
00:05:02 00:05:04 items again

00:05:16 00:05:20 this is what a lot of facebook ads
00:05:18 00:05:22 people believe that is a waiting product
00:05:20 00:05:24 they think if it's useful quirky it's
00:05:22 00:05:25 gonna sell period and that is far from
00:05:24 00:05:27 the truth
00:05:25 00:05:29 when it comes to google ads because with
00:05:27 00:05:31 google the one thing that determines
00:05:29 00:05:33 everything is search volume if that
00:05:31 00:05:33 product does not have enough search
00:05:33 00:05:35 volume
00:05:33 00:05:37 it doesn't matter how useful it is it
00:05:35 00:05:40 doesn't matter how quirky it is it could
00:05:37 00:05:42 even take you to mars in two minutes but
00:05:40 00:05:43 if nobody is searching for that
00:05:42 00:05:45 it's not gonna sell it's just gonna sit
00:05:43 00:05:46 on your website so in order to really
00:05:45 00:05:48 sell
00:05:46 00:05:50 with the google ads you wanna avoid this
00:05:48 00:05:51 trap make sure that you only look at
00:05:50 00:05:52 search volume
00:05:51 00:05:54 and match your other criteria what
00:05:52 00:05:55 number one criteria is of course
00:05:54 00:05:57 more than twenty five dollars so if it's
00:05:55 00:05:58 a product that's fifty dollars
00:05:57 00:06:00 with good amount of search volume
00:05:58 00:06:01 meaning twenty thousand twenty five
00:06:00 00:06:03 thousand and upwards
00:06:01 00:06:04 that is a good product that may be worth
00:06:03 00:06:06 selling on your website again
00:06:04 00:06:08 those are just a few criteria from the

00:06:10 00:06:13 recommend simply avoid this trap

00:06:13 00:06:17 usefulness of the product and quirkiness

00:06:17 00:06:21 definitely help however
00:06:18 00:06:23 with google ads they are definitely not
00:06:21 00:06:25 the priority let's move on to the fifth
00:06:23 00:06:27 tip on my list and that is google trends
00:06:25 00:06:28 now a lot of people
00:06:27 00:06:31 usually use google trends for selling on
00:06:28 00:06:32 facebook or other advertising platforms
00:06:31 00:06:35 and they fail to realize that this is
00:06:32 00:06:36 actually a google trend meaning
00:06:35 00:06:38 it's directly telling you what people
00:06:36 00:06:40 are doing on google so
00:06:38 00:06:41 this is much worth getting used for
00:06:40 00:06:43 google ads and
00:06:41 00:06:45 what you want to do with the google
00:06:43 00:06:46 trends is to just identify the main
00:06:45 00:06:48 keyword for that product
00:06:46 00:06:51 for instance if you're trying to sell a
00:06:48 00:06:53 3d printer your main keyword would be
00:06:51 00:06:55 3d printer what you would do is you
00:06:53 00:06:56 would go on google trends you would type
00:06:55 00:06:57 that in
00:06:56 00:06:59 and you would try to see how the trend
00:06:57 00:07:01 is performing is it going upwards right
00:06:59 00:07:02 now is it going downwards right now or
00:07:01 00:07:04 is it very consistent
00:07:02 00:07:06 usually i like to sell products which
00:07:04 00:07:08 are at the beginning of the peak
00:07:06 00:07:09 meaning if right now it's february and
00:07:08 00:07:10 3d printers
00:07:09 00:07:13 really start peaking upwards in march
00:07:10 00:07:14 and onwards that is exactly when i would
00:07:13 00:07:16 list that product which is right now in
00:07:14 00:07:17 february because
00:07:16 00:07:19 i want to be at the beginning of the
00:07:17 00:07:21 peak on the other hand if the
00:07:19 00:07:23 keyword 3d printer is very very
00:07:21 00:07:24 consistent meaning
00:07:23 00:07:26 there's no real ups and downs it's just
00:07:24 00:07:27 a straight line pretty much
00:07:26 00:07:30 i would sell that at any time of the
00:07:27 00:07:32 year it doesn't really matter however
00:07:30 00:07:33 these two criteria must be met when i
00:07:32 00:07:35 look at the product
00:07:33 00:07:37 on google trends otherwise that product
00:07:35 00:07:37 really may not be worth selling you
00:07:37 00:07:39 might just
00:07:37 00:07:41 end up wasting your time trying to add
00:07:39 00:07:43 that product so always make sure that
00:07:41 00:07:45 the product hits these two criteria
00:07:43 00:07:46 if it does great if it doesn't then just
00:07:45 00:07:48 move on to another product but just
00:07:46 00:07:50 using google trends and just
00:07:48 00:07:52 identifying those keywords to search may
00:07:50 00:07:54 not be enough unless you use the next
00:07:52 00:07:54 tip which i'm about to mention and that
00:07:54 00:07:57 is
00:07:54 00:07:58 using the keyword section of a running
00:07:57 00:08:00 google shopping campaign
00:07:58 00:08:01 or a search campaign if it's for a
00:08:00 00:08:04 multiple different products now
00:08:01 00:08:06 with a shopping campaign what happens is
00:08:04 00:08:07 if you let the campaign run for a few
00:08:06 00:08:08 days weeks
00:08:07 00:08:11 months the data is going to start
00:08:08 00:08:13 accumulating and within the keywords
00:08:11 00:08:15 section of that campaign you'll be able
00:08:13 00:08:16 to identify a wide variety of different
00:08:15 00:08:18 keywords
00:08:16 00:08:20 your campaign was getting ranked for a
00:08:18 00:08:21 lot of the times what's going to happen
00:08:20 00:08:22 is that you'll start ranking for
00:08:21 00:08:23 keywords
00:08:22 00:08:26 which are not even related to your
00:08:23 00:08:28 products or they may be signaling
00:08:26 00:08:30 that you can add another type of product
00:08:28 00:08:32 to your store so for instance
00:08:30 00:08:33 going back to the 3d printer example if
00:08:32 00:08:35 you were trying to sell
00:08:33 00:08:37 3d printers within that campaign and you
00:08:35 00:08:39 notike that within the keyword section
00:08:37 00:08:41 you're ranking for the keyword
00:08:39 00:08:43 portable 3d printer then what you could
00:08:41 00:08:45 do is you could go out and you could try
00:08:43 00:08:46 to find a portable version
00:08:45 00:08:48 of the 3d printer you're selling let's
00:08:46 00:08:50 say you were selling a 3d printer which
00:08:48 00:08:52 wasn't really portable it's too heavy
00:08:50 00:08:54 so it cannot be taken from place to
00:08:52 00:08:56 place this 3d portable printer
00:08:54 00:08:58 could be the perfect solution for that
00:08:56 00:08:59 that means you could find a better
00:08:58 00:09:01 product for that keyword and if there's
00:08:59 00:09:02 a lot of search volume for that
00:09:01 00:09:05 you just found yourself a different kind
00:09:02 00:09:07 of winning product related to that main
00:09:05 00:09:08 winning product so i consistently use
00:09:07 00:09:10 the keyword section
00:09:08 00:09:11 of my shopping campaign to identify
00:09:10 00:09:12 these different winning products make
00:09:11 00:09:13 sure
00:09:12 00:09:15 that i can have a steady flow of
00:09:13 00:09:17 products coming in from these
00:09:15 00:09:19 keywords because google is literally
00:09:17 00:09:21 giving me data and results
00:09:19 00:09:22 for those products for those keywords is
00:09:21 00:09:24 right it's already pretty much
00:09:22 00:09:26 ranking before them so if i just add
00:09:24 00:09:28 something that matches that keyword
00:09:26 00:09:30 i'll have a much better chance of
00:09:28 00:09:32 selling what i just added but definitely
00:09:30 00:09:34 a very important thing to do just scroll
00:09:32 00:09:34 through your keyword section every 14
00:09:34 00:09:37 days or so
00:09:34 00:09:38 to identify those different keywords and
00:09:37 00:09:40 add products related to that but let's
00:09:38 00:09:43 move on to our final tip
00:09:40 00:09:43 on listen that is using a strategy
00:09:43 00:09:45 called
00:09:43 00:09:47 winner stacking now what is exactly
00:09:45 00:09:48 winner stacking i kind of just explained
00:09:47 00:09:50 it but this is when
00:09:48 00:09:52 you already have a winning product on
00:09:50 00:09:54 your store let's say the 3d printer that
00:09:52 00:09:56 you already had was a winning product
00:09:54 00:09:58 you would go out and you would try to
00:09:56 00:10:00 find similar products to that winner so
00:09:58 00:10:02 instead of just having one 3d printer on
00:10:00 00:10:04 your store you could have two three four
00:10:02 00:10:06 five or more but all you would have to
00:10:04 00:10:08 do is make sure that they match
00:10:06 00:10:10 whatever product you originally had on
00:10:08 00:10:11 your store or that it is a better
00:10:10 00:10:13 version of what you already have and
00:10:11 00:10:14 what's gonna happen is that because
00:10:13 00:10:16 you have so many different 3d printers
00:10:14 00:10:18 on your website google may kind of
00:10:16 00:10:20 identify you as the main
00:10:18 00:10:22 dominant figure for that keyword and it
00:10:20 00:10:24 might try to push all of your
00:10:22 00:10:25 listings towards the front with the
00:10:24 00:10:26 shopping ads that is usually what
00:10:25 00:10:27 happens
00:10:26 00:10:29 if you have multiple different products
00:10:27 00:10:30 and people are actually
00:10:29 00:10:33 interacting with them so this can lead
00:10:30 00:10:33 you to find multiple different winning
00:10:33 00:10:35 products
00:10:33 00:10:37 based around that first winning product
00:10:35 00:10:39 so with these other 3d printers
00:10:37 00:10:40 you may find two or three or four more
00:10:39 00:10:42 winning 3d printers
00:10:40 00:10:44 based on the first one but this was my
00:10:42 00:10:45 just a general list of seven product
