you,haider Leonard Parker here in this video,I'm going to go over how you can use,Google Ads to really dominate your local,market and really do hyperlocal,targeting for your restoration business,now this video is a one segment in part,and is part of a larger collection of,videos where I'm really going over how,you can build a multi-touch marketing,thread in order to really get in front,of your target prospects and really to,convert them to customers now in the,first two videos I went into detail,about two mailing tikniques the first,would be Every Door Direct melt the,second would be saturated mailing and,for this video I'm going to ship up,online and tok about Google Ads,now all of these should be used together,in order to really set that great first,impression and really to make a good,first impression for your business so,kind of moving on here if you're not,familiar Google Ads it's Google's,advertising platform and really the,whole system is built on keyword,targeting so you in a nutshell you pick,a list of keywords to target you bid on,those keywords and if the combination of,your ad score your quality score in your,bid allows you to be at the top of the,ad results then you're more likely to,get the clicks and this really is has,always been Google's main source of,revenue so if you aren't familiar with,Google Ads,I'm pretty sure you've seen them before,these are just a couple of example so in,the first these are the traditional ads,on Google as you can see here these are,usually at the very top of the search,results page or at the very bottom,pretty straight forward your URL,headline your ad copy and you know,different site links and these guys,they've actually include their phone,number on the right hand side we have,Google guarantee ads which is a,relatively new program basically it's a,certification program that Google uses,to,verify that you are a legitimate,business and it offers protection to,consumers because even if they click on,your ad for whatever reason they have a,unsatisfactory experience working with,your business Google does offer a,money-back guarantee,now restoration services water damage,and fire damage are both services that,can be where Google guarantee as can be,used but some other ones as you can see,here in the screenshot Carpet Cleaning,is another one and this program is,expanding so more and more different,services and niches are being included,under the Google guarantee umbrella and,if you're not already I highly recommend,that you do start the process with,getting into the Google guarantee,program so how do you target local,prospects with Google s so Google Ads I,won't go into detail about ads I will,link to another video where I do go into,more detail from our webinar series but,in a nutshell you're going to use a,tiknique called geofencing where you're,targeting you're either targeting a,specific list of sub-code or cities or,towns or you're targeting a specific,radius around your office location so,for example if you know that typically,you and your team don't drive out more,than maybe thirty or forty miles for a,job then that's the radius that you,would add to your your Google ad,settings in a future video I will do a,deep dive where I really go into how to,set that up in Google but this video is,just made more as an introduction to,Google ads and how you can use them to,target your local prospects now some,best practikes for local targeting with,Google Ads you want to organize your ad,campaigns by location so typically you,would do this by ad groups and you just,want to make sure that there's proper,alignment between your ad groups let's,say if you were in New York City and you,had an ad group just for the Bronx you,have a a group rota Bronx and you will,make sure that the location targeting is,set up to where you're only,in the Bronx area and a copy only,mentions the Bronx so there's no mention,of Queens or Manhattan or anything any,other surrounding areas of boroughs you,want to make sure that your messaging,and authors are consistent with your,offline marketing efforts so you just,want to make sure that there's,consistency so if you're offering I just,kind of as a way to get build a,relationship 50% off of carpet cleaning,with your Direct Mail ads you want to,make sure that you have the same author,on your on your Google ads and any copy,any type of messaging that you're using,on your Direct Mail Flyers just make,sure that you use the same on your your,Google ads and your goal landing pages,for Google Ads lastly if you're using,any images may just make sure that the,images are consistent as well you want,to use the location specific landing,pages so going back to the example of,New York City you'll probably have a,different access asset for Bronx,Manhattan Queens Staten Island and so on,you want to make sure that for people,who are clicking those ads you're,sending them to a landing page for their,area when you include the city name or,in this case the borough name and the,service so you don't want to have a,campaign running form and hen but you're,sending them to the Queens landing page,you just want to make sure that those,online and if possible you want to have,images that are relevant and unique to,each location so obviously you can do a,Google search or if you're a New York,native you probably already know but you,can find different images for each of,those target boroughs to add to those,landing pages you should also try,modifying your add this by location and,this might be something you don't try,until you've been running your campaigns,for some time and you realize that maybe,one area is more profitable than the,others so you want to up those bids so,that you get more of those clicks from,that area and assuming that your landing,pages will optimize for conversions,you're getting more calls and more,people submitting your contact,vote last point here you want to install,the remarketing pixel on your location,pages to track users for future online,marketing efforts and remarketing,mention us in one of our other videos,but in marketing there's a rule of seven,where a consumer has to see your brain,at least seven times and now that,everyone is bombarded with emails and,ads that might be even more now but in,general seven times before they make a,buying decision so maybe those first six,times let's say as part of your,restoration business you offer carpet,cleaning services they never even,thought about their carpet may need,cleaning but maybe for whatever reason,on that seventh time they look at the,crop and say hey it's time to freshen,things up in here and they decided to,click your ad and give you a call,remarketing allows you to do that,so before you're starting any campaign,you want to make sure that you install,your marketing pixel from Google and,also install your remarketing pixel from,Facebook which I'll get into in the next,video but you can use these in,construction with each other for a,really comprehensive and powerful ad,campaign online ad campaign for your,restoration business and then you like I,say you want to leverage your marketing,ad so marketing ads on Google come in,two forms either you can do text which I,don't recommend I recommend either using,images or video images should be,consistent with any images you're using,for offline marketing efforts so I've,already mentioned on the previous slide,your ads they'll be targeted on sites,such as whether comm cnn.com local news,websites and other local and national,websites so by using remarketing ads on,the Google Network you can target a mix,of local websites and national website,so you can really set a good impression,for your business but video as these are,mainly through YouTube and I will make a,separate video in the future where I,just really do a deep dive,to YouTube ads for restoration marketing,but the three types of ads are truly,TrueView ads in stream ads and bumpers,and each of those they have their pros,and cons and like I sai

haider my name is Leonard Parker in this,video I'm going to go over how you can,use Facebook ads for your restoration,business to really dominate the local,market and really to treat more local,prospects in your area now this video is,part of a larger series where I've gone,over different marketing strategies you,can use to set a presence locally and,really touch your target prospect and,multiple touchpoints so in the first two,videos I went over offline strategies,with every door direct mail and,saturation melding where you can set a,really good first impression in the last,video I went over how you can use Google,Ads to really dominate your local area,and in this video like I said we're,gonna I'm gonna go over more on Facebook,ads so what are Facebook ads ads they,can appear in the newsfeed on desktop,newsfeed or mobile in the right column,on Facebook so if you've used facebook,at all certain that you have seen,facebook ads in action sometimes,depending on the nature or the topic of,your ad it might be paired with news,about social actions that your target,prospects have taken by liking a page,and these are just some examples some of,these are pretty small but newsfeed ads,they're going to show up in pretty much,the center panel of Facebook when you,log in you'll see them here in the,middle mobile newsfeed ads pretty,similar but the images are going to look,a little bit different and you're going,to be some differences with the text,limit and then right column ads just as,they sound they're going to be in the,right-hand column here on Facebook so to,target prospects with Facebook ads it's,going to be very similar as with Google,Ads you're going to leverage geofencing,and your target specific zip codes that,are beneficial for your your restoration,business similar to Google ads you can,also use a malice from your author,location so if you know that typically,you drive no more than 30 miles for a,job from your office then that's the,radius that you would target with your,Facebook s some key differences between,Google and Facebook not listed here but,no typically Facebook the cost per click,is lower Dan Google on Google you are,paying a premium because someone is,actually typing in that keyword so they,have at least expressed some interest in,the service that you offer Facebook on,the other hand it's more of a passive,method where ads are shown but someone,by necessarily the looking for your,service even if they fit your target,audience so that's why you are paying a,little bit less for ads on Facebook if,you really understand your target,audience you know maybe different times,when they're more likely to buy or be,looking for your service this can really,still be a very great platform to get,those leads so similar with Google Ads,you organize your ad campaigns by,location to ensure that there's proper,alignment between location targeting and,the ad copy and actually our Facebook,you would organize by ad group you just,want to make sure that your target,audience matches your target demographic,so this is another key difference with,Facebook Ads with you can target off the,back certain gender so if you know if,women of the household or usually the,your target your the people who are,calling you or you know sit admitting,their information then it might be a,good idea to target women or it's a bit,more on women if there's a certain age,range that you're going for certain,household income those are all different,variables that you can target with your,Facebook ad campaign as with all,advertising you want to make sure that,your mother's messaging and offers are,consistent with your offline methods,with your direct mail campaign and with,your Google Ads,you want to make sure that you're using,the same messaging across the,bored you also want to make sure that,you're using location of specific,landing pages and you're using copy and,images that are unique to that location,you want to modify your ad bits by,location so if you know that certain,areas they typically are more fruitful,when it comes to leads and calls you,might want to shift more your budget,towards those those ad groups and,similar to Google Google you want to,install the remarketing pixel all your,location pages to track users for future,online marketing efforts and this is,mainly going to be remarketing on,Facebook and on Google so just some best,practikes some other best practikes you,want to test your ad creatives so on,Facebook you have a few options you can,test with images or you can test with,video so you want to see which which,works better for your business and the,future of video I will provide some best,practikes on how to make a video for,your restoration business so subscribe,to make sure you're in the loop on that,you also want to leverage Facebook,remarketing,as I mentioned in the Google Ads video,and marketing we have a rule of seven,where your target prospect needs to see,your ad multiple times or your brain,multiple times in order to make a buying,decision,so remarketing pretty much puts us on,autopilot for you other than this you,also might want to test the placement so,as I mentioned in towards the beginning,of the video you have the newsfeed,placement the mobile newsfeed placement,the right column placement you can even,place your ads on Instagram so once you,start you know figuring out which ad,copy and ad creatives work best that you,might want to start testing out which,placement works best for your ad,campaign as well as the goal is always,to get the best ROI for every dollar,spent which are which our ad campaign so,this brings me to the end of the video,but if you have any questions feel worse I think the,company's called kanzuri these don't,look like the worst thing ever these,don't look abrasively like oh they're,gonna make me feel super [ __ ] tall,there's obviously a pretty decent,platform on these you can see but I,don't think it's too obnoxious the,secret into making you feel much taller,than that in the heel area this is just,bunched up you're basically it you're in,heels you're basically in dude heels,this said I would be 2.4 inches taller,wearing these meaning I would be six,feet and I'm kind of I'm kind of excited,to try these ones whatever this is here,looks extremely tacky I very much,dislike that those are the things I,purchased a lot of this is gonna have to,be in the field tested so I am very much,excited to put these to the test let's,see
