Facebook Ads For Local Service Business ( Leads For Carpet & Tile Cleaning Company)

hey, what's up, guys. I'm here for my social calm, and welcome back to my channel. in this video today, we're gonna tok about how to use Facebook guys to generate leads for a carpet cleaning company or any local business. Before we jump into it, you know what to do: subscribe, hit the bell icon and also like this video. all right, now let's jump into this and their couple of things I want to show you inside this video today. first, kind of like behind the scenes and the case study, cuz we have a campaign running for one of our clients right now, so I want to show you the type of Facebook ads were using, and you probably can see on the screen we are using the Facebook messenger ad, so we're showing ads to the relevant people and those people are able to send us messages to get the service. so that's the type of ads were running for this company. and then also, after showing you behind the scenes of how this campaign is set up and what type of data were seeing, I'll show you how to create a similar campaign for your business. and even though this example is for a carpet cleaning company, you can use the same strategy for any local business. all right, now let's jump into this. so here I am, logged into the Facebook ad account and, as you can see, here's the campaign that's running. it's active right now and we launched this couple of days ago, probably like five days ago, and if you look at the data, so we got four messages and then here's the will paying $10 per message. now is that good or bad? so to answer that question, it depends on every business is different. so obviously if you're spending money and then you're gonna make more money back, then it's good. if you're not gonna make, you know, more money more than what you're spending, then it's a bad campaign, right? the way you want to look at your ROI from Facebook ad campaigns is: think about the lifetime value of a customer's, for example, for, let's say, a business like this, the carpet cleaning. let's say, a customer spends $100 with us for one-time cleaning, but also the customer maybe stays with us for like one year or two year and over the course of two years they they do our service or they get our service maybe ten times. so if you multiply that ten times hundred, that's like a thousand dollars. so the lifetime value of a customer could be $1000 and we are getting that lead for ten dollars. so that's how that. obviously, the number I was using is just an example, but you want to do that kind of match. so look at the cost per lead or cost per result that you're getting and also look at the lifetime value of a customer for your business and then, based on that, you can determine if the facebook ad campaign is profitable or if you need to make any changes now. so for now, obviously we're testing a/b testing a lot of things and our goal is gonna be to improve this data and actually get you know pay less for results moving forward. but we're really happy with this. we got four messages, full lead so far and then $10 per lead. and then let me log. so this is the campaign. if I go to the ad top level, let's look at the at. it's very simple. this business operates in three different cities, so all we're doing is just targeting those three cities. me scroll down and show you. it's right here. so we're targeting forney, Sunnyvale and Terrell, Texas. so those are the three cities that this business wants to target. so that's our target audience. and also, here's the interesting thing- we're targeting people, because obviously people who are interested in the car, the cleaning- carpet cleaning or tile cleaning- so they're either business owners or their homeowners. and actually on my channel I have created separate videos on how do you specifically target homeowners using Facebook ads and how do you specifically target local business owners with Facebook ads. so I'll link both of those videos below in the description. so make sure you check those out. but that's exactly what we're doing. we're targeting pages, the admins of different pages, for example, restaurant page admin, because the admins of pages. they're likely to be the business owners, right. and also we're targeting by different titles, so titles like owner, founder, director, so those people are likely to be the business owners, right. all right. so let's scroll down. and our budget is for this campaign is $10 per day, which is right here, all right. so you saw how the campaign is set up as a facebook messenger ad campaign. let me actually show that to you again. so if I go to the campaign level, you'll see how the objective is massively so we want people - click on the ad and send us the message. that's the goal. and then the- the audience inside the, the target audience side, the Facebook ad set is very simple. we're targeting three cities, are also targeting people who are homeowners or business owners. now let's go inside the ad. so we are a be testing for different types of ads. so first of all, at the ad set level, you see how this is where the budget is set. so here's the budget: ten dollars per day, not a huge budget, right for this campaign. we do have other campaigns that we are planning to run. now let's go back here. so, at the ad set level, we have full ads running and if you look at the first two, our video, and the other two, our images, and what's interesting is, if you look at the data, all of our leads came from image ad. so the video ads have not produced any leads so far. so that's really interesting. if you will not a be testing this, we would not have known that right. so for this specific campaign, for this client, image ads are outperforming the video ads. I have seen other campaigns where video ads. I'll perform image ads, but for now, image ads are outperforming. so our image number one is producing has produced three leads, and image number two has produced one lead. so that's what's going on. now let me actually also show you how the ad is set up, and I like to for a Facebook ad. I'd like to keep it very simple. so let me show you, since it's for the cleaning company with your image or video video that you're using in your ad, and make sure the value proposition is very clear. so I'm gonna open this and the Facebook newsfeed and you'll see it's. it's very simple to look at this. so this is before and this is the after, and then we want people to you know. if they want, they can call us or they can click on this and it will send us a message on the page which is right here. so that's kind of like a something I like to do with your image: show people what's the value that your local business provide. so in this case, before-and-after. so if you're cleaning company, you know you can use before and after and if you're using the videos- before and after, video could be even more powerful and also the copy is very simple. so we're telling them exactly what the offer is and they're also making it very easy for them to either call us or send us a message. so that's very, very simple. there's nothing complicated at the ad level. all right, now let's go back and that's what's going on with this campaign. so this was the behind the scene data. we are getting the leads at 10 dollars per per lead or per message right now, and obviously a lifetime value of a customer is a lot more than that. now, how do you create a facebook messenger ad if you wanted to do it for your business? very simple. let's go through the steps right now. so obviously, the first thing you want to do is click on the create and when you create Facebook Ads, the three step process. step number one is you curate the campaign. step number two is create the ad set and then step number three is the actual ad. so I'll kind of cover and the at the high level. how to do this. so, for the messenger ad, what you want to do is: so look at the under consideration. you want to pick this objective right here- messages- and let's scroll down and I'll just kind of say: test campaign, hit, continue and then be at the ad set level. this is where you set your target audience. so, if you operate in a certain city, if you operate in sort of like zip code, certain country, so mak.

How Its Made: Corrugated Polyethylene Pipe

drainage pipes are vital to many industries and they're an important component of municipal infrastructure. cities use them to prevent streets from flooding and heavy rain. forestry companies use them as culverts when building logging roads over streams. pipes are often made of plastik. this corrugated pipe is made from a type of plastik called high-density polyethylene or HDPE. the pipe factory combines three varieties of HDPE pellets: plain ones, recycled ones and pellets with a colorant that provides UV protection. the proportions vary depending on the pipes intended use. the mixer transfers the pellets to a machine called the extruder. it first heats them to about 230 degrees Celsius. this melts them into a thick liquid. then it assembles what's called the corrugator, a mold whose cavity is in the shape of corrugated pipe. the extruder injects the liquefied HDPE into the corrugator, applying vacuum pressure to spread it evenly into all the crevices. a built-in cooling system hardens the plastik just enough to set the shape, enabling them to extract the pipe from the mold. the pipe then passes through a cold water shower, which hardens the plastik completely. the pipe now enters a machine called the perforator, which punches holes around the circumference. these holes, whose size varies by model, serve two purposes. first, they make the pipe lighter and therefore easier to transport and install. second, they enable water to enter the pipe continually at virtually any location, then flow to the end and drain out. it's crucial to prevent soil from clogging these holes, so this next machine wraps the pipe in a filter cloth made of polyester. they don't want this filter cloth to unravel, so the machine heat seals it closed. this corrugated polyethylene pipe is finished and ready to be packaged and shipped. the packaging line is highly automated. robotik equipment first coils the length of pipe that the customer ordered, then it cuts the end. the robots tie the coil at several points so that it doesn't unravel. workers now transfer the coiled pipe to a machine that covers it in plastik stretch wrap. this covering will protect the filter cloth until installation time from the damaging effects of dirt, moisture and light. this Factory also produces what's called double wall pipe, which has a corrugated outside wall and a smooth inside wall. this type of pipe drains more efficiently because water flows faster over a flat surface than over the repeated peaks and valleys of a corrugated one. making this type of pipe requires two extruders, one to form each wall. samples from every production run go through several quality control tests. this compression strength test ensures the pipe won't buckle under the way to the earth above it. high-density polyethylene pipe may be lightweight compared to cement pipe, but it's equally resistant to pressure, chemicals and abrasion.

How to Join Corrugated Pipe - Easy DIY & Hurricane Awareness

hey, good morning, chuck here with apple trains. i'm out here at the beach. it's pretty windy so i might tok over the video to explain things. but we're going to do some pipe connections to show you all the different ways that you can work on that: french drain, downspout drain, yard drain, channel drain, all of those applications. let's start with corrugated pipe. it's a piece of organic pipe and you have seen me do this many times. what we're gonna do is cut off about a five, five inch section, maybe six inch, whatever. cut that off, then we're gonna split this pipe in half. i like to try to follow that green line. this will become. this will become our coupling. it's an insert. let me show you. we're going to squeeze it together really tight, really tight. we're going to stik it in one side and we'll stik it in the other side. just twist it until it snaps together and you can see it makes a perfect coupling. i mean perfect coupling. you want to see inside. let's take a look, so can you see no obstruction at all. it fits perfectly inside the pipe and it is very strong. you can't pull that apart. it fits perfectly inside the pipe. so if you're still wanting to go buy a coupling. this is an insert just like i made. it has barbs on the outside made by abs. it snaps into the pipe very tight. you won't be able to pull that out and you can stik your next piece on. and it makes the same type of fitting, same exact type of fitting. but i think that cutting the piece of corrugated pipe a small short section, squeezing it together, actually makes a much better coupling and it's virtually there free other types of couplings available. this is an exterior four inch made by ads and it works kind of the same way. it snaps in place but it's exterior. so when we put the next piece on, you can see it makes a great connection. these are about three dollars a piece. i like to use these more than any other coupling. if i'm going to buy one, i like to use this one, pretty strong but not as strong as my insert. you can actually pull this apart. you can see that comes apart, but a very inexpensive way to join your pipe together. the way i discovered this was: we were way out in the country. one day i ran out of fittings on a job and i thought: you know what i can make an insert? and i did and i made this insert. it's virtually free because you've got so much scrap material from your install. make your own coupling. are you ready for this year's hurricane season? you know it's just around the corner. make your plans now. know your evacuation route. that's very important. and if you're not going to evacuate, try to get your supplies you know. here's just a short list: food and water. keep your gas tank full. fill those medicine and prescriptions, radio, battery, phone charger and some cash on hand. these are things that you really might need during a hurricane. every storm is different, category one to a category five, the amount of rainfall and damage. don't take a chance. be prepared, get those supplies now. hey, this is chuck with apple drains reminding you that if you believe you can do something, i guarantee you enjoy it. have a great day. be sure to check out the new channel, french drain science. the link is in the description box below. ADS Driveway Culvert Installation

ADEs offers flared end sections in a variety of sizes to fit the pipe you're working with. to install the flared end, first prepare the bedding material around the in section, excavating an area in the bedding where the tote Roth will seat. next, fit the in section collar over the last two pipe corrugations. then slip the threaded rod through the pre-drilled holes at the top of the collar, placing a washer and nut at both ends of the rod. tighten until the collar is secured to prevent wash outs. secure the tote rough with gravel. for installations where high-velocity flows are possible, concrete is preferred to secure the tote Roffe. finally, backfill soil over the driveway side slopes to allow for grass seating place and compact the final backfill. then place and compact the subgrade material in preparation for the driveway. extend the life Andy effectiveness of your system by inspecting and cleaning it. check for erosion of the backfill and remove any large debris from the inlet and outlet structures that may obstruct the flow. installing a driveway culvert is not the only thing you can do to control erosion and ensure proper drainage around your home and lawn. visit ATS - pipe comm for even more drainage solutions.

HDPE Pipe Installation Video - HDPE Pipe Assembly

HDPE pipe features a convenient Bell and spigot connection utilizing a rubber external gasket on the spigot end of the pipe. it is very important to join the pipe properly to maintain the high level of performance that the pipe is designed to provide. first, the pipe should be lowered into the trench either by hand or by nylon sling. for larger diameters - workers should be able to handle 18 inch or smaller pipe. 24 inch and 30 inch pipe can be lifted with a single nylon strap. 36 inch and larger pipes should be lifted with two nylon straps attached 10 feet apart to provide additional stability and support. once the pipe is positioned in the trench, the bell of the receiving pipe should be clean to remove all foreign matter. next, clean the spigot end of the connecting pipe and remove the protective wrap covering the gasket using a clean rag or brush. apply a suitable gasket lubricant to the Bell on the receiving pipe into the gasket on the spigot end of the adjoining pipe to assure product performance and maintain warranty, always apply and approved lubricant. do not allow lubricated sections of the pipe to touch dirt or other foreign material, as joint integrity could be compromised. now that the pipe is lubricated and aligned, it is ready to be assembled with the backhoe and sling method. wrap a nylon sling around the center of the pipe and attach the sling to the backhoe bucket carefully. pull the spigot squarely into the Bell of the receiving pipe. it is important to maintain a low insertion angle, less than 1.5 degrees, to avoid misalignment. other installation methods require pushing on the Bell into the pipe being inserted. an installation stub is required for these methods to avoid damage to the Bell and to provide a solid point to apply pressure during assembly. installation stubs can be ordered from your distributor or can be easily fabricated on the job site. to make an installation stub, cut a section of same diameter pipe 5 corrugations long. the pipe should be cut in the center of the valley between corrugations. once the stub is cut off, make cross cuts to remove a thin strip of pipe material so the stub will compress to fit inside the Bell of the pipe to be inserted. always be sure to insert the full corrugation end of the stub into the Bell to assemble the pipe. align the pipes and place the installation stub and the bell of the connecting pipe. a board may be necessary to place across the protruding stub to push against for smaller diameter pipe. place a pry bar against the board and push the spigot into the receiving valve. for larger diameters. position the backhoe bucket against the board and carefully push the spigot into the receiving valve. always inspect joints during and following pipe assembly for possible improper alignment, foreign material infiltration or rolled gaskets. failure to correct any of these conditions will compromise joint integrity. sometimes a pipe must be shortened on the job site. fabricating pipe in the field is a quick and simple procedure. begin by cutting the pipe to the desired length. be aware that 12 inch and larger diameter pipe has a reduced diameter balance pig attend. one or both of these ends may need to be removed. to ensure proper joining of the pipe to a replacement coupler on a fitting, always cut the pipe in the center of the valley between corrugations. remove all burrs from the cut edge of the shortened pipe. a replacement coupler, referred to as a Bell Bell coupler, comes with a double bell and two gaskets to join a replacement coupler or fitting on the shortened pipe. clean the first and second corrugations on the pipe. hold the gasket with the writing facing you for an over the crown or saddle gasket commonly seen on 42 inch and larger sizes. position the gasket over the crown of the first corrugation, starting at the bottom and working upward for a valley gasket. work the gasket into the valley of the first corrugation, starting at the bottom, pulling up. once installed, the writing on the gasket should be facing up and out toward the end of the pipe. it is important that the gasket is seated properly. failure to do so will compromise joint integrity. prior to assembly: create a homing mark with a crayon or marker on the pipe. the inside length of the bell on the coupler or fitting should be measured to determine the location for the homing mark on the pipe. the bell of the replacement coupler or fitting should align with the homing mark on the pipe when assembled. once the gasket is installed on the pipe, clean and lubricate the gasket on the pipe and the bell on the replacement coupler or fitting. take care to keep lubricated areas from touching dirt or other foreign matter. always be sure to clear away bedding and backfill around and under the joint area when joining a fitting or replacement coupler to pipe in the trench. pushing a bell onto a pipe in the trench could easily collect debris if the area is not cleared. prior to assembly. align the pipe with a coupler or fitting. place an installation stub in the other end of the coupler or fitting and position a board across the protruding stub. use a pry bar or carefully use the backhoe bucket to push the coupler or fitting onto the pipe. always inspect the joint during and following assembly for possible improper alignment, foreign matter infiltration or a rolled gasket. failure to correct any of these conditions will compromise joint integrity.

How to Tile Tape Dual Wall 20 ft 4" & 6" Plck Up Only -- WAIT FOR IT!

[Music]. so we're using our four inch tile tape and what we're doing is we're connecting two six inch dual wall pipes. you can see how the tile tape it's a watertight seal. it won't let tree roots in. the tree roots is that's what you're worried about. they'll sniff out the water. so you want to make sure that you seal it up really good with tile tape. this is a discharge line for one of our French drain systems. this is six inch dual wall. we also have a six inch dual wall that's going to be running parallel with it. that's going to be for the gutter system. so I'll have two parallel six inch dual wall discharge lines. all the connections are going to be made like that. now we like the 20 footers: less connections, less tile tape. so I I recommended. a guy came to our yard today and picked a bunch of them up, and I want to share with you what he did. he took a trailer, a head wood sides, and he screwed a couple of two by tens on the top of his trailer that were 16 feet long and we strapped five of these on them and it was a little trailer too. that was the part that blew my mind. it was like a six foot bed and just, you know they hung over the tongue and they alright. so let's take a look at this. and- and he taught you know you got to put a flag on them. you know something bright like orange or red. so look at these connections, look at how nice that is. so this is the bailed end and this is the end that you stik inside the Bell and look at how much tape we used. look at how we sealed it tight so the tree roots can't get in, and they took it right to the end of the Bell here. so, no, that's really nice, some really nice work. to learn more about yard dewatering, subscribe if you'd like to see a partikular video. you have one in mind that we haven't already done. we'd love to hear your ideas. please leave them in the leave them in the comments below. thank you, hey, Robert Keefe are here with hydro hero and today we're doing something a little bit different. there is a yard drainage contractor out there on YouTube that shares the most unbelievable content for French drain systems and for dewatering your lawn, and I just got to share this guy's info with everybody. so if you guys are hiring a drainage contract, or whether it's us working in a crawlspace or a basement and you're looking for somebody to take care of your yard drainage. wherever you're at across the nation, you want to watch this guy's videos. no matter who you hire, you want to make sure that they're doing it like this guy does it. I mean he shows you just about all these other failed systems that everybody thinks is a good system and why they're getting called back and how you do it properly so it lasts an absolute lifetime. I mean, this guy makes digging a trench sexy. I don't even know that you could actually do that, but apparently you can, because this guy has figured out how to make trenches sexy. so if you guys are looking to hire a yard drainage contractor, you might not. he's in Michigan, Macomb County, and services the surrounding areas, but this guy is just absolutely the best of the best I've ever seen for any type of draining. you really got to check this guy out. I just absolutely had to share his channel. you'll know him by this yellow pipe that you see all over his videos. right, it's kind of like a trademark thing. and then this guy here, you know it. you really just got to get educated on this. if you've got to spend, you know, a couple thousand dollars on yard drainage, do you want to make sure it's right in at last ever you, if we're great at crawl space encapsulation x' you know this guy is the absolute man when it comes to yard drainage and he has forever changed the way that we look at drainage in crawl spaces and basements and yards, everything. I mean. there's so much knowledge coming from Robert Sherwood. it is unbelievable. his tiknicians, I hope they really appreciate where they work and who they're working for all the tiknicians.
