00:01:39 00:01:42 you're not gonna be able to get paid and
00:01:41 00:01:45 everything that you're doing is pretty
00:01:42 00:01:47 much useless okay now there's a few
00:01:45 00:01:49 options for you guys to go after easiest
00:01:47 00:01:52 ones that you can guys can get a proofed
00:01:49 00:01:53 or for the short term there are some
00:01:52 00:01:58 issues that come with it later on is
00:01:53 00:02:01 stripe and PayPal ok stripe and PayPal
00:01:58 00:02:03 ok stripe make sure that you have the
00:02:01 00:02:06 necessary documents to provide for them
00:02:03 00:02:07 so you are approved but usually with you
00:02:06 00:02:08 know you can fill that out within 5
00:02:07 00:02:10 minutes you're gonna be able to accept

00:03:04 00:03:08 this is the most important thing as I've

00:03:10 00:03:13 funnel you'll want your store and then
00:03:12 00:03:15 for some reason it's like well what's
00:03:13 00:03:17 going on I I don't understand why why
00:03:15 00:03:19 I'm not making sales I see traffic I see
00:03:17 00:03:20 Add to Cart so what's going on and then
00:03:19 00:03:22 come to find that there's some
00:03:20 00:03:24 integration wrong with their PayPal bra
00:03:22 00:03:26 or with their a payment processor and it
00:03:24 00:03:29 can't accept payments right so make sure
00:03:26 00:03:31 you go through your store and do a test
00:03:29 00:03:33 purchase yourself and make sure that the
00:03:31 00:03:35 payments are actually coming through you
00:03:33 00:03:38 can refund yourself afterwards so so so
00:03:35 00:03:39 important right here to make sure your
00:03:38 00:03:43 payment processor is set up properly
00:03:39 00:03:45 number two is your domain and your
00:03:43 00:03:47 support email address guys don't go
00:03:45 00:03:48 launching your business without a proper
00:03:47 00:03:49 domain I've done a challenge on this
00:03:48 00:03:52 video where I didn't have any of this
00:03:49 00:03:53 stuff but it's you can do it but you
00:03:52 00:03:55 want to create some a little bit of
00:03:53 00:03:58 brand loyalty and have a name associated
00:03:55 00:04:00 with you so pick out your domain sync it
00:03:58 00:04:01 up to your Shopify store sync it up to
00:04:00 00:04:03 your funnels or whatever you're using
00:04:01 00:04:06 and make sure that you also have a
00:04:03 00:04:08 support email address associated to that
00:04:06 00:04:11 domain that support email address should
00:04:08 00:04:12 be in all places of your store right
00:04:11 00:04:14 should be on your order forms it should
00:04:12 00:04:15 be telling your Thank You pages it
00:04:14 00:04:18 should be in the footers it should be on
00:04:15 00:04:19 your contact pages guys you need to make
00:04:18 00:04:21 your customers feel comfortable when
00:04:19 00:04:22 they're about to buy from you and if
00:04:21 00:04:24 they have any questions they have
00:04:22 00:04:24 somewhere to reach you out this is one
00:04:24 00:04:26 of the biggest
00:04:24 00:04:27 credibility factors that I see in a lot
00:04:26 00:04:29 of failing drop seeing businesses is
00:04:27 00:04:31 they you give no option for your
00:04:29 00:04:33 customers to reach out to you so make
00:04:31 00:04:36 sure you have some support email set up
00:04:33 00:04:38 it's working properly you can accept
00:04:36 00:04:40 emails test all of these things of
00:04:38 00:04:42 course guys but definitely have a domain
00:04:40 00:04:45 with your whatever your domain is and
00:04:42 00:04:47 then a support email associated that
00:04:45 00:04:49 domain don't just have a you know
00:04:47 00:04:52 phishing are us at gmail calm guys that
00:04:49 00:04:54 will kill your credibility have a domain
00:04:52 00:04:57 email address associated to the domain
00:04:54 00:04:58 that you just purchased so so so so
00:04:57 00:05:01 important okay
00:04:58 00:05:03 number three is hire a virtual assistant
00:05:01 00:05:06 for your customer service and order
00:05:03 00:05:07 fulfillment guys as you start bringing
00:05:06 00:05:09 literally this is one of the biggest
00:05:07 00:05:12 tips I can give you guys he's from the
00:05:09 00:05:14 get-go once you start your business hire
00:05:12 00:05:15 a virtual assistant for you that charges
00:05:14 00:05:17 you five dollars an hour
00:05:15 00:05:20 have them work maybe one or two hours a
00:05:17 00:05:21 day probably not even an hour a day
00:05:20 00:05:23 they're gonna work for you but bring
00:05:21 00:05:26 them in from day one that way they can
00:05:23 00:05:28 take ownership of that customer service
00:05:26 00:05:29 role in your business you don't want to
00:05:28 00:05:31 be you honestly do not want to be the
00:05:29 00:05:32 one looking at emails you don't want to
00:05:31 00:05:33 be the one fulfilling orders for your

00:05:38 00:05:41 and then they can figure out okay well
00:05:40 00:05:43 what where do we need to bring more

00:05:48 00:05:52 they can really step in and take

00:05:54 00:05:57 of the biggest tips I give brand you
00:05:55 00:05:59 drop shipping business owners and
00:05:57 00:06:00 e-commerce brands from day one to bring

00:06:00 00:06:04 effective you can get somebody five
00:06:02 00:06:06 dollars a day they work for a half an
00:06:04 00:06:08 hour a day maybe a couple hours of total
00:06:06 00:06:10 a week but they're gonna save you that
00:06:08 00:06:11 headache of dealing with customer
00:06:10 00:06:14 service emails dealing with order
00:06:11 00:06:17 fulfillment and then you get to really
00:06:14 00:06:20 let them be take to take the take the
00:06:17 00:06:21 role of that customer service department
00:06:20 00:06:23 for your business so it allows you to
00:06:21 00:06:25 also scale and allows you most
00:06:23 00:06:27 importantly as the CEO of the founder of
00:06:25 00:06:29 your business to focus on the marketing
00:06:27 00:06:32 and the important things of your
00:06:29 00:06:33 business now next one guys is make sure

00:06:33 00:06:37 using a sales funnel okay a lot of you
00:06:35 00:06:38 don't realize this they are launching
00:06:37 00:06:40 Shopify stores or WooCommerce or
00:06:38 00:06:42 storefronts is that you're gonna you'll
00:06:40 00:06:44 make sales fantastik then we need look
00:06:42 00:06:46 at your numbers you're making like $1
00:06:44 00:06:48 right so make sure you're using a sales
00:06:46 00:06:50 funnel okay a sales funnel allows you to
00:06:48 00:06:52 cut the assets for your business plus
00:06:50 00:06:54 squeeze out the maximum revenue from

00:07:42 00:07:45 shipping product and put it out there
00:07:44 00:07:48 without some sort of follow-up because
00:07:45 00:07:49 again guys people aren't going to cut
00:07:48 00:07:51 let's say you're running Facebook ads or
00:07:49 00:07:53 influencers or Google Ads that person
00:07:51 00:07:55 isn't gonna buy from you the first time
00:07:53 00:07:57 they come in contact with you and that
00:07:55 00:07:59 doesn't happen so you have to follow up
00:07:57 00:08:01 with them via email to say hey you left
00:07:59 00:08:02 your car or hey you hear some
00:08:01 00:08:04 testimonials here's some reviews our
00:08:02 00:08:05 products here's some more details about
00:08:04 00:08:06 our products here's what our product can
00:08:05 00:08:07 do for you
00:08:06 00:08:09 and what I recommend usually for
00:08:07 00:08:12 follow-up emails guys is to have at
00:08:09 00:08:15 least a three a three email sequence
00:08:12 00:08:17 over a two day period so one hour after
00:08:15 00:08:19 they abandoned a cart a day after they
00:08:17 00:08:20 abandoned cart and in two days after
00:08:19 00:08:22 abandoned cart giving them that last
00:08:20 00:08:24 chance to come back and complete their
00:08:22 00:08:26 order so important to have follow-up
00:08:24 00:08:28 abandoned cart email sequences now there
00:08:26 00:08:30 are other follow-up emails that you can
00:08:28 00:08:32 do that are a little bit more advanced
00:08:30 00:08:34 to really squeeze out the revenue on
00:08:32 00:08:35 your back to firm your back end but make
00:08:34 00:08:36 sure again guys know

00:09:00 00:09:04 lures and then they leave right that's
00:09:02 00:09:05 not gonna give you any money if you want
00:09:04 00:09:07 money you need to upsell your customers
00:09:05 00:09:09 and down sell your customers so if they
00:09:07 00:09:11 just come to your store your funnel and
00:09:09 00:09:14 they just bought fishing lures sell them
00:09:11 00:09:16 something right away immediately after
00:09:14 00:09:18 right so when they click yes by the next
00:09:16 00:09:20 page isn't an order confirmation page
00:09:18 00:09:22 and that isn't a thank-you page instead
00:09:20 00:09:24 it's gonna be an upsell page saying hey
00:09:22 00:09:27 we saw you just buy you know a pack of
00:09:24 00:09:28 our fishing lures as a new customer we
00:09:27 00:09:30 actually have a special going on right
00:09:28 00:09:32 now where you can get five more of these
00:09:30 00:09:35 fishing lures and for an additional 50%

00:10:11 00:10:14 just bought upsells and down sells are
00:10:13 00:10:16 going to dilute your ad costs
00:10:14 00:10:18 tremendously and instead of relying on
00:10:16 00:10:20 all the profits of selling one product
00:10:18 00:10:22 right you can now make this revenue and
00:10:20 00:10:24 put this money as pure profit into your
00:10:22 00:10:26 business back into advertising and
00:10:24 00:10:28 actually paying yourself from your
00:10:26 00:10:30 business and the final thing guys and
00:10:28 00:10:34 the most important is to make sure your
00:10:30 00:10:36 sales message is properly set up okay a
00:10:34 00:10:38 lot of you are selling products for
00:10:36 00:10:40 everybody and you're trying to mass
00:10:38 00:10:42 market them you can make sure you have a
00:10:40 00:10:43 proper sales message setup for your
00:10:42 00:10:47 business that means that you are
00:10:43 00:10:48 offering a solution to a niches problem
00:10:47 00:10:49 okay this is something we tok a lot

00:11:14 00:11:18 or to your shop buy sort when they land
00:11:16 00:11:21 on that page do they feel like your
00:11:18 00:11:23 product is the solution to the problem
00:11:21 00:11:25 that they have every product solves a
00:11:23 00:11:29 problem guys you just have to identify
00:11:25 00:11:30 what problems are you solving in your
00:11:29 00:11:32 niche and that is what we call your
00:11:30 00:11:34 sales message if this isn't clear you're
00:11:32 00:11:36 going to waste the tremendous amount of
00:11:34 00:11:37 money on advertising tremendous amount
00:11:36 00:11:39 of money on influencers or however
00:11:37 00:11:41 you're driving traffic because it's not
00:11:39 00:11:43 going to be clear who your product is
