from even starting their drop shipping store. convenience is everything for shoppers, and waiting 30 to 60 days for their product isn't what most people would call convenient, and this is also not something that you can build a successful ecommerce brand around. well, i'm here today to drop some valuable information on how you can get around that, so that you can finally start your drop shipping store and start making money online all 2022.. now, there are many different suppliers out there that can give you the shipping times that you're looking for without buying in bulk or spending a lot on shipping costs. so, with that being said, i'm going to give you my three alternatives to ally express suppliers that you can be using today. now, my first supplier that's going to be an alternative to aliexpress is going to be none other than cj drop shipping. i enjoy using cj drop shipping just due to the fact that they have warehouses almost everywhere in the world. they have warehouses everywhere, from the us, canada, australia and mexico. this is great for local and worldwide drop shipping so that you can make sure that those shipping times are up to par. so if you're someone who is currently struggling with low customer feedback scores because your product is taking way too long to get delivered, or maybe you're struggling with chargebacks and refunds because customers are just unhappy with the shipping times, then cj drop shipping can really help with these issues. i'm sure that many of you have heard of cj drop shipping and, as you may know, their fulfillment center for any products that you might even want to be selling. now, as you can see, we're right here on cj drop shipping and it looks very similar to aliexpress. i mean, they have different genres in different niches that you can be searching for products within, and just another fulfillment center that you can be finding products on, that you can be fulfilling from them and getting those expedited shipping time. so if we just scroll on the homepage, i mean you can see hundreds of things and different things that you can be selling today, actually, but here's one right here that i've seen a couple of ads on recently, and it's actually been going kind of crazy. so if we hop in here, we'll see what we're getting it for, so i'm gonna let that load up all right. now that we got it loaded up, i'm gonna see if i can go ahead and pull this same product up on aliexpress, just so we can kind of do a little bit of compare and contrast right here together. so, as you can see, i do have the product pulled up from ally express, and i can see that we're getting the product for about 8.59, with a shipping charge of 1.71, and again, that is coming from overseas. so, um, the most important part that we're going to tok about, though, is that estimated delivery, which is not until february 6, which is about 30 days from now. that is not going to cut it for your customers, and if we come over back to cj drop shipping, i can see that not only am i getting the product for a cheaper cost- it's at that 3.60- but based on the shipping that i chose- and again, they have multiple different options on here- you just have to choose the one that's that works best for your store, your profit margins and for the time period that you're trying to get your product to your customers. so i chose the usps shipping, which was about 681, and was going to get my product to my customers in about 7 to 15 days, which is much, much better and more competitive than that 30 day shipping time. so if we click on that one, we can see right now that the total drop shipping price of this product would only come out to 1041, which is right around that same total that you would be getting the product for on aliexpress with that 859 cost of goods and then 1.71 shipping time, with much better and much more competitive shipping time now, although the price is about 11 cents more than you would be getting it from ally express. this is exactly how you become a competitor: allow your brand to stik out from everyone else trying to sell the product and compete with the big companies that have that fast shipping time. now the next supplier that you can be utilizing to get faster shipping times in 2022 is source and box. we've used source and box many times, and so have our students, and we've experienced and heard nothing but positive things about this fulfillment center, as they're always very competitive with their shipping times as well. now, the first thing that you're going to do when you download and set up an account with source inbox is go to manage products and then click on marketplace, which will take you to all of their inventory- again much like aliexpress, much like cj drop shipping, all kinds of niches, all kinds of genres that you can be taking advantage of. all of these fulfillment centers have almost everything that you can think of selling, and you'll be able to browse through all of these products until you find the one that works for you. another great addition to source inbox is that they have just drop shipping products and they give you the option for wholesale products as well. so if i give you an example of this, let's just go into a product now. obviously i would never sell anything like this just because it is a skincare product. but if this was the product that i was selling, i could either do just the drop shipper side, which will allow me to fulfill one at a time, or if it was a product that i was, you know, already scaling, already branding, i could also buy at wholesale prices, which would allow me to buy in bulk and then ship out even faster. but again, before you even get into thinking about buying in bulk, you need to make sure that you have something working for you and you can check out exactly how to find winning products right here. so, with that being said, i do advise just stiking to the drop shipper side, especially if you're just testing out new products and trying to find a product that's going to be a winner for you. another amazing feature about source and box is that if you're looking for a product for some reason and you can't find it, they will find it for you. all you have to do is hit this sourcing tab and what you'll do is go, grab the link of the product from aliexpress and throw it in that sourcing tab and their suppliers will go out, source the product and then immediately start selling it so that you're able to source from them. now, since we're already to know that this is a supplier that you can at least test with and regardless of the fact that it can take days to hear a response. when you find a supplier that has what you're looking for, make sure that you still message them, start communication and make sure that it is someone that wants to help you grow. now i just want to reiterate that aliexpress is used solely for testing, and once you've found a product that is selling well for you, it's time to move on, to get those faster shipping times so that you can continue to grow and scale your business. so, with that being said, i'm exact same product, you can see that is three dollars and 81 cents for the large variant as well, with the shipping cost of six dollars and 23 cents, which gives us a total drop shipping price.

I need to make sure that they're able to understand me and that it's going to happen effectively. also, in the previous video, I showed how you can find us suppliers on Alibaba and on Aliexpress. now those are not exclusively us suppliers. most of those suppliers are actually Chinese manufacturing companies, international manufacturing companies, and they just happen to have factories and warehouses in the US that they can go out and ship from. still, the shipping times are relatively long and the quality is not all that great. so, just to reiterate what I went over in the last video, the way that I find suppliers is I either use Google or, if I really do want to use these retail sites, what I'll do is is I'll go on the sites and I'll just search for whatever selling best. so Etsy will typically show you what's a best seller. you can also search by category and also a lot of Etsy sellers do sell on Houzz, so you might see some of the same products and some of the same sellers. but typically I'll just go and I'll find an item and they'll just contact the supplier and message them asking if I can actually sell their products. so on etsy what I'll normally do is I'll go to a product, I'll go to the store page of this seller and then on the store page, either it's going to give me their website- if they might also link their email- or the. also you have the contact feature, which you'll see right here at the top of the page, and if you scroll down you'll see contact shop owner and typically I'll just do that and I'll shoot them a message and sometimes they will reply it. sometimes they won't. a lot of times they'll say that they can't do it and sometimes you might be able to find a new drop shipping supplier that is located in the United States. now the process is very similar on a lot of other retail sites, but just to show you it on house, typically I'll just go ahead and I'll find an item. you could always go ahead and google the company if you can't find it or if they don't really have a contact feature. another thing that you can also do is on house underneath product specifications, you just go and you'll see who it's manufactured by, and then you go ahead and you open this link in another tab and that will bring you up and then you can just basically go ahead, contact them and follow them, or you might even be able to google them, find their email or find their website and contact them using that method. now, this is a question that I was asked a lot underneath that last video. this was probably the most requested question that I got asked, and the question was: how do you go ahead and contact them once you actually find them? how do you actually start working with them? so the answer to this is actually relatively simple. I have a template that I use that I will send to prospective suppliers, and the template is actually relatively simple and it's mainly just this: what you see on the screen it's hello, and then you put their contact name and then my name is, and then your business name- we are- and then you can either put in home decor, you could put in a games, whatever type of business that you are then mainly sells on eBay and Amazon. again, you can switch those out for Shopify, or you can put your website or you can just put whatever platform that you want to sell. on working with wholesale companies, I am contacting you to inquire about drop shipping and selling your items. we work with a few other Etsy sellers. or you can say house, or you can just say we work with a few other companies as well as other wholesalers. we would only put the items on the marketplace, or, again, we would like to start selling your products. looking forward to working with you. thank you. now, these are just a simple template. I use anything like this. I might even switch it up a little bit depending on the supplier, but this is the initial message that I will always send out to a supplier that I find on a retail site. if I find them on Google, if I find them using Facebook, if I find them using a different method, then I might send them a different message. so this is mainly just if I find them off of Etsy, if I find them on house or if I find them on a retail site that other customers are going to be able to go on. so just to show you an example of sending a supplier a message. this was a supplier that I found on Etsy who was selling planters, and I actually really wanted to start working with them. I thought their items would do well on eBay and Etsy, especially since I do already sell a lot of planters. so I contacted them, I shot them a message and ultimately it actually didn't work. I heard back from them, but they told me that their items were too expensive, that they just started and that they weren't really interested in drop shipping. so ultimately they said that they would get back to me, but they never did, and that was in April and it never actually started working. now to put that into contrast with a message that I sent on October 31st, which was not too long ago, and in this message I just contacted another supplier. I wanted to see if I could start selling their items, and then they actually got back to me about three hours ago, before filming this video, and they said that they were interested, but they wanted to know more about how they were going to do everything. what were the logistiks? and that brings us up to the next question, because that was the second most common request that I actually got is: how do you place orders? what do you do? how do you work it out? what are the logistiks of actually working with a supplier? now the next step for actually starting to work with different suppliers, as well as what you do after the initial message, is going to completely differ upon the different suppliers that you are contacting. some suppliers are actually going to be bigger companies that might already have a wholesale website that they'll just basically let you create an account. then you can go ahead and place orders, and that is extremely simple and that is basically the easiest way that you can do this. another way is that they might just be a small company, they might only sell on Etsy, or they might sell on Etsy in-house, and then you contact them and they're actually interested and they're going to let you sell on eBay and Amazon, but they have no idea how to do this. they're asking you all the questions because they've never done this. you've never done this. so how do you co?

👀 What You NEED To Know Before Dropshipping

you know what, despite the several successful dropshipping case studies on this channel, i still occasionally get people leaving comments like drop shipping is dead, if it was ever properly alive to begin with. increasing e packet rate- it literally kills drop shipping. it's too late for this business. most businesses fail. i will never waste my time and money trying to start a business ever again, and if you're smart, you'll do the same thing. hmm, yeah, well, okay, obviously, i strongly disagree with those comments, because here's the thing: a lot of people will say things like drop shipping is dead or it's too late, or businesses don't work, and the reason why they're saying these things is because they are making several assumptions that are all wrong, and so, if you are looking to start a store, it's crucial, then, that you understand what these assumptions are before you start drop shipping so that, unlike these people, your store can be successful, because, no, it is not too late. one people won't buy from you. they'll just buy from amazon instead. but wait, sarah, you ask: why would anyone buy products from me if they can buy products directly from amazon themselves? now, it is absolutely true that if you head on over to amazon, that you will find lots of products that can be purchased directly from aliexpress, sitting on amazon's digital shelf as well. and, of course, if customers were to purchase your products on amazon, they would then get to take advantage of their prime two-day shipping. so how on earth could drop shippers successfully dropship these guitar coffee spoons with two to three week shipping via china's cheapest, fastest shipping option- a packet, when a customer could come and buy them on amazon with two-day shipping? i mean, come on, sarah, just think about it. amazon is only growing. in q3 2019, their product sales were up over 17 from the same time in 2018.. won't amazon steal away all of our sales? no, no, they will not. you see, here's the thing. there is some truth to these comments. amazon is arguably the better deal for usa citizens. it is better for the consumer to purchase the products on amazon. so if they figure out that the product that you are selling them is indeed on amazon for purchase, you can bet that amazon will take that sale away from you. but you know what? we literally don't care. and you know what? drop shippers never have the sorts of people who see a product and decide that they're going to research the absolute best deal, for it were never our customers in the first place. nope, it's the 44 of people that impulsively purchase products online that we are targeting and, of course, as shown by how millennials are even more prone to impulsive purchases, with 80 of them impulsively buying products, the overall percentage of impulse e-commerce purchases for us to target as drop shippers is only growing and growing. you see, successful drop shipping stores are built around that target customer, the type of customer that enjoys impulsively purchasing products. it also means that the successful drop shipping stores are usually built around selling products that spike an emotion in a customer that makes them think: i need to buy this right now. it's why this aliexpress dog caller has made hundreds of thousands of dollars. the advertising dropshippers used spike fear and dog owners pointing out how many dogs dying in car accidents each year from not being seen. that is why, when recently, i saw this comment from this viewer asking why their online store wasn't successful, i pretty much instantly knew that the store would be selling extremely boring products. and lo and behold, i was right. now, of course, this is actually a print on demand store, not a drop shipping store, but the exact same principle applies. why would somebody want to buy this hoodie when they can go to amazon and find cheaper hoodies and shirts with inspirational messages on there, because here is the reality. typing vision in a plain white circle is not exciting. so let's compare this hoodie to this hoodie. what is the difference between the two? well, the difference is that one hoodie is very boring and the other is extremely interesting, unique and unlike anything people are likely to have seen before, which is why this hoodie's facebook advertising campaign made so much money for the successful aliexpress dropshipping store. freaky pet. and, of course, if you're ever wondering, this exact same answer applies to the people that ask the question: why would customers not go directly to aliexpress themselves? well, again, it's because good aliexpress drop shippers sell products that trigger emotions on people and get them to impulsively buy their products, so that they never even think to go check if a product is on aliexpress, because they see and go. that's so amazing. i must buy one now. and, by the way, if you've learned something from this video and you would like to learn even more about starting a successful drop shipping store, then be sure to subscribe and click that little notification bell next to it so that you don't miss out on any of our videos. two, dropshipping is a scam. i just want to quickly address this because these comments are really dumb. you know, you might have notiked that earlier in this video i freely admitted that it would be a fast, superior financial choice for a customer to buy this hoodie on amazon with two day shipping for a fraction of the price compared to what they would pay for it on freaky pet. and so what do people say to that? oh, the customer can get it cheaper, elsewhere, quicker. that makes your store a scam. nope, it does not. number one: if it weren't for your facebook ad, the customer would never have known about that product that they really enjoyed getting in the first place. people really love this hoodie and we're really grateful that it was advertised to them and they bought it. you had to pay for that advertising to do that, which you pass on to the customer. amazon doesn't advertise products. customers have to find them themselves. and number two, as an entrepreneur, you are in no way obligated to offer your product for the lowest price. here are two coffee shops around the corner from my apartment. they are across the road from each other. i walked into coffee shop a and bought my favorite coffee, a long black, for three dollars- and yes, i know that overseas the phrase long black might conjure up some different thoughts, but here in new zealand, and over in australia too, a long black simply refers to pouring an espresso shot over 100 to 120 mls of boiling water to create a stronger version of an americano with creamer. next i went into coffee shop b and again order long black, but this time it cost four dollars- completely different prices for an extremely similar product. and you know what? coffee shop a's three dollar coffee was the best. would you say that coffee shop b is a scam for charging a higher price for a worse version of this coffee? no, you would not. pricing is entirely subjective and is actually determined by the customer, not you. you present the customer with the price and it is up to them to decide if that price is worth it or not. and at the end of the day, if freaky pet are able to create a marketing campaign that gets people to purchase their hoodie for a higher price while being entirely upfront about the shipping times, then they 100 deserve that sale. 3. drop shipping is saturated. perhaps the most bizarre of all the claims is that drop shipping is dead and it's over since. well, it's saturated. and the truth is when i see comments like this, it blows my mind, because this comment literally makes no sense. here is what market saturation literally is. it's when a product has been maximized in a market, in other words, when all of the people who would want that product have bought it already. and here is what drop shipping is. drop shipping is when a customer buys a product that you've listed in your store for a markup price. when they do, you go to the manufacturer and you purchase that one product for the wholesale price and then have the
