5 APPS You NEED for Shopify Dropshipping (2022)

this video will be going over the top five Shopify Drop Shipping apps. you actually need to make your store look a lot more professional and just start getting more sales. for this first one, all you have to do is head to the Shopify app store right here and then, once you guys are here, you are going to press on search apps right here and this is where you guys are going to search in track one, two, three. basically, what track one, two, three is? it's a tracking link app. so basically, this one right here with the blue box. you guys are just going to click on that and what this does is is it looks up any orders- the orders, that is- and it tracks orders as well as shows you guys that you order delivery date even if you guys aren't getting orders. this is actually such a good thing that every single store needs so that your store looks more professional. I have this on my store and basically I'm going to show you guys the little view here of it on a computer and then right here at the top, you're gonna see a track your order page and all you have to do is press install app and then it will automatikally give you a link so that you guys can add that to your menu, and then this is what it looks like on the computer. it looks like a little bit better on a mobile view because you guys are going to get your traffic to your mobile devices, but all you guys have to do for the customer is put in their order number and their email, or just put in the tracking number that Shopify automatikally gives them, and this will make your store look a lot more professional and secure and actually not look like a scam. so more people will actually trust in your store and actually buy your products in hopes of it actually is looking to their house and them not getting scammed out of their money. now the second app on this list is basically a reviews app. it'll show customer reviews imported from AliExpress onto your store. so this is a very nice reviews app. all you have to do is search up alley reviews right there, and this is so beautiful that any store should have. I recommend that fully, and it is going to be this app right here which has 10, over 10 000, almost 11 000 good reviews. so this app is already started. there is a free plan which still shows reviews, but if you guys do want to have better reviews that actually show photos, just like these. this template is just absolutely really amazing and every single store should have this. just download that app to have the photos in there. it's going to be twenty dollars a month, which is a must-have, I feel like, but this little section right here without the photo, it will just show this. it'll show a picture, some, some stars and the text right there just won't show the photo. if it is a free plan, and you guys can definitely and should definitely take advantage of this app, all you have to do is install that, and it is a bit more difficult to actually set up on your store. so what you have to do is actually go back to Shopify here and click off of that, and what you're going to want to do is press on alley reviews right over there, and this is actually how you're going to set it up. what you're going to want to do is go over to the left sidebar here and press on import reviews, and what you have to do is go to AliExpress and actually search for a product, and even if you're not getting your product from AliExpress, what you guys have to do is find a similar product on AliExpress- I'm sure there's tons of them, because AliExpress has millions and millions and millions of products- copy that link and press import reviews and it'll actually show you the product and then, once you press on import reviews, it will show all of your reviews that you have. so in my case, I have 72 reviews and then when you do go to my store, the reviews are going to show just like this, but it does look a bit weird on a computer, so on your mobile device it actually looks a lot better, just like that, and these are actual five star reviews, and you can dictate which reviews you want to show. so if you don't want to show the one star reviews which is actually trashing on your product or your brand, you don't have to show those, which is a bit Shady, but people will never know because they're never going to see their bad review. so that sums it up for the second AB on this list. now, the next one on this list is actually Zen drop, and all you have to do for this app is basically just click, install and then create an account. the other ones you don't need to create an account, but this one you certainly do, and what Zen drop is is they are an auto fulfillment center. so if you guys do not know what that means is basically, when you get an order on Shopify, Shopify will automatikally send the address and the name to zendrop and then Zen drop will automatikally ship the product to your customer and pay from your credit card to pay for the product and shipping and then once you guys get paid by Shopify for that product- let's say ten dollars and you paid five dollars for the product- the ten dollars will be in your bank account and zendrop will take care of basically everything, instead of you having to actually type letter by letter on the customer's name and address to actually ship out the product. this app will help you so much. now I've actually used this on so many of my drop shipping stores and actually the video that actually got around 50 000 views in a month on how I try up. if I drop shipping for two weeks with no money, I actually use Zen drop to actually get that fifty dollars in sales. and you know this app is completely free. there is a paid version, but I recommend stiking with the free one because this app is just so good and with this app you guys can also find products, winning products, trending products, on any category, and it'll help you so much in your Shopify Drop Shipping Journey. so just install that app, create an account and you guys can actually get started in finding winning products and actually make your Shopify Drop Shipping experience so much easier and so much lighter for that. so there is a seven day free trial if you do want to test out any of the premium features, but you guys can keep that free plan available 24- 7 with that. now the last app that I actually have for this video is The tiktok app, and you guys can actually download the the Snapchat and Instagram apps too. but tiktok right now is what is blowing up and what's helping people actually get so much organic, free traffic to their store. so all you have to do is go to tiktok and actually download that app right there and basically, with this app, it's free to install, free to use and it's tik-tok ads. so if you do want to start making money on tiktok very fast, all you have to do is actually start by downloading this app, and for tiktok ads is where tiktok is not just good for organic, organic traffic. if you do want to start spending money on tik tok so you can get your videos to a broader audience instead of just random people in the hopes of going viral. this actually you can pay for advertisements so people will guaranteed see your videos and actually be directed to your store. so I actually did try tiktok ads. I sort of failed at it because I didn't know how to use it and you know what videos to post and at what times. my video was actually pretty bad, so that only got about two sales after spending 150 dollars. but once you guys actually Master tiktok ads and learn how to use it and keep putting on videos and videos and videos and actually targeting this to a direct audience, this app right here can help you get so much more sales and actually help out your your Shopify Drop Shipping Journey. so that is a must-have. along with all of these on the list, those were the four best apps I actually use on my own store and that you guys should use on every single store that you do have in the future. that is the end of the video. some apps that do cost a little bit, a little change, but will be worth it. okay, they will be worth it. i also want to touch on the overload shutdown. so, if y'all are not familiar, one of the most popular apps that people use to actually drop ship within their shopify store will no longer be able to be downloaded after june. okay, so we're going to tok about that, but i'm not going to tok too okay, the first one, a currency converter. so y'all know when you are doing drop shipping, nine times out of ten you're running ads. so it's super important for you to actually have a currency converter on your website so people can see how much it costs in their currency. i have been on so many websites where i absolutely love their products, but it'd be like in gbd or gpg, dp or euros, and i don't feel like doing a conversion in all the way on google. so i'll leave a website and i had all the intent to buy, but, girl, i need usd. okay, so this app is actually free and it's called currency converter and switcher, so you absolutely have no excuse why you should not have a currency converter on your website. y'all seriously, now let's get into the goods. okay. so this next app is called lucky orange. all the drop shippers have lucky orange on their store. y'all. if you are unfamiliar with it, lucky orange is an incredible, incredible tool. so, pretty much just to give y'all a quick summary of the app, you're able to see where your customers are on your website. while they're on your website, what pages are they looking at, what pages are they dropping off at. you're able to see where majority of your customers are. you can already do that inside of shopify, but this app gives you even more analytiks. to work with businesses of all types, use lucky orange to improve their websites and gross sales. let's get started by taking a look at the lucky orange dashboard. choose what matters most to you with our customizable dashboard. see where people are coming from your busiest times, what pages are trending and where people are dropping off. select from 17 different visualizations. create additional dashboards and compare trends over time. check out visitors to see version of oberlo. you can integrate your products and your suppliers to your shopify store, so when people purchase, boom, the order is fulfilled automatikally. okay, a lot of people have been mentioning that it's actually better than oberlo because it's faster, it's more advanced, so this is their replacement, y'all. so this is de-essers. if you are using a chinese supplier, if you are not interested in using a chinese supplier and you would like to use a us-based supplier, i have a class coming up on how to do that, how to find them and how to successfully drop ship in 2022. so these are just some apps that i wanted to give y'all, but if you really want to play by play on how to actually do this successfully and sell your product successfully. check out the class in the drop shipping or not. it just adds that extra boost of trust for your customers when they see that you accept all major credit cards, paypal, all that type of stuff. so it's really a psychology move. and it's a free app, y'all, so no reason for you not to have it. you can even brand it so you can change it to your colors. you want to do as much as you can to make people trust you and to feel like you are a reliable source. all right. so the next app that you should consider downloading in your drop shipping store is this app called vitals. now, vitals is like tiknically, an app that has a whole bunch of apps within itself. so if you don't want to pay for all of these apps for marketing and upselling, and reviews and urgencies. you don't have to say hello to vitals, the one application you need to take your shopify store to the next level. a bold statement, to be sure, but given that there are actually over 40 essential apps within vitals, i think we can safely make it. vitals was designed to boost your revenue, increase conversion rates and build trust and social proof for your store, but, most importantly, it was designed to improve the experience of your customers as well as your experience in managing your shopify store. whether it's reviews, bundles, volume discounts, currency conversion, visitor replays, trust badges, recent sales notifications or any other, all apps within vitals are fully integrated, moreover, unlike having multiple individual app.

what are the best free shopify apps? in this video, i'm going to show you six free shopify apps that you can install and use in your store right now. what's up everybody and welcome back to the channel. if you're new here and we don't know each other, my name is carrie and i created this channel to bring you the best strategy, secrets and hacks to grow your online t-shirt, apparel, print-on-demand business, and sometimes we also just tok about shopify and e-commerce in general, and today i want to show you six of the top free apps in the shopify app store, and these are kind of my personal top free apps. i do use a lot of paid apps and i recommend a lot of paid apps, but i wanted to give you some more options. i know there's a lot of people out there looking for apps that don't cost anything but can be very powerful, and so in this video, i'm going to show you six really, really great apps to use in your shopify store that literally cost nothing. a couple things to know before we jump into the apps. number one: i'm going to be focusing on apps that are completely free or have truly free plans. i've seen some other videos about free shopify apps and most people are recommending these apps that don't have a lot of functionality and that have paid plans when you hit a certain limit or those kind of things, and i really wanted to give you a solid list of apps that have completely free plans or are actually completely free. so that's number one. number two: i'm not including any drop shipping apps or print on demand apps. i think it goes without saying that print on demand and drop shipping apps, for the most part, are free monthly, um, so i'm not going to include those on this list, although i think that's. a great benefit of shopify is that you can hook up to a print on demand company for free or a drop shipping provider for free. so that is awesome, but i'm not going to include those apps on this list. lastly, these are in no partikular order. this isn't like 654321. these are just six of what i believe is the best free apps in the shopify app store. the first app on this list is the product reviews app from shopify, and shopify actually makes this app very, very simple app, but essentially what it is, it's a review app. it's going to allow you to display customer reviews on the different products in your store. it's going to allow your customers to submit reviews in your store, and it also has some kind of cool features like it allows you to publish and hide and filter them on the back end, and then you can also import or export your reviews from spreadsheets and those kind of things. so there is some management built into this app, but overall, in the kind of grand scheme of review apps, it's a pretty basic app. there are more advanced apps like looks reviews or my personal favorite, vitals, which does a lot of other things, but if you're looking for a free product reviews app, this is this is where to go. it's, it's great and it's completely free. there is no cost and it kind of goes without saying, but product reviews are a must have on your store. the majority of customers are considering those product reviews before they make a purchase. so it's absolutely necessary that you have a reviews app on your store and this is a great option to do that. it's completely free. the next app on this list is the free shipping bar from uh hextum. now this is like maybe my personal favorite app, or at least one of my top apps. i've been using this app for a number of years. i've had it going back to my very first shopify store. essentially, what the free shipping bar does is it allows you to set a threshold for free shipping. you've probably seen it on some of your favorite brands and websites where it says: you know, spend a certain amount, like fifty dollars, spend seventy five dollars and earn free shipping. this allows you to put a bar on the top of your website that reflects that number, and what's cool about it is it automatikally updates based on the amount that is in the cart. so if i add a 20 item to the cart and i get free shipping at 50, it will tell me that i only need to spend 30 more dollars to get that free shipping. now the reason i'm recommending this. what you might have notiked here is that there is a 9.99 per month plan. this free plan is all that you need, in my opinion, and it doesn't ever cost anything. there's no limit on, like, the number of orders or anything like that. it's fully customizable with, like, your brand colors and everything, um, and it allows you to to create that bar up at the top and actually show you in the test store kind of what that looks like. you see up here: free shipping for all orders over 100 and if we add an item to the cart from this little test store, it should- uh, it should- update that at the top there to kind of show you what that looks like. let's go over to our cart and see if that will update. there we go. so it says only eighty dollars away from free shipping. now this is showing like a halloween style theme. i think that's a little much. i usually just go with with my kind of branding for my store, but it's a great great way to incentivize your customers to spend more money to get upsells. even without having an upsell app, this is a really basic but really powerful way to increase that average order value which we know is so important. so this app- i've used the free version for probably four plus years. it's a great great app. highly recommend the free shipping bar. next up on the list is the facebook channel app. this is the official app for facebook, uh, for your shopify store. so many reasons to have this app installed. i want to tok about a few of those now. this allows you to do a lot of different things on your store in relation to facebook. one of the things you can do is send all of your products over to a facebook shop or on your instagram to make your instagram shoppable. that can all be done from the facebook channel app. you can also run ads from the facebook channel app. you can install your facebook pixel. um, there's a ton of stuff you can do with this facebook app and it helps shopify and facebook work together. now you can run ads. you can do all that kind of stuff without the facebook channel app, but this app makes a lot of things that can be really difficult. it makes them a lot easier, specifically like when you're trying to get your facebook pixel installed. this makes it just a few clicks to get that pixel installed on your store, and i don't love it for running ads. you can run facebook ads from, uh, from this app. i don't necessarily recommend that. what i do recommend on the ad side from the facebook channel app is to run your retargeting ads through the facebook channel app. if you don't know what retargeting is, retargeting is basically when people come to your website, they view a product. you can then show them an ad with that same product that they were viewing. you've probably seen this before on your facebook feed. so you go to your favorite retailer's website. you're looking at a product you're like: should i buy this, should i not? you go back over to facebook or instagram and all of a sudden you get an ad from that company. that is called retargeting. retargeting is very powerful and it's it's very cheap to run retargeting ads and actually get sales and make profits from retargeting, and the facebook channel app is probably the best way to do that because it's extremely easy. if you try to run your retargeting ads through the facebook ads manager, you can definitely do it. that way. it just can be a real pain in the butt and this makes dynamic product retargeting ads very, very easy. so i highly recommend the facebook channel if you're wanting to set up your facebook shop and make your facebook page shoppable, make your instagram account shoppable, where people are viewing your instagram and they can see the products- and get your pixel installed and run your retargeting ads. i highly recommend the facebook channel app for all those reasons and, like i said, there is more that you can do with this app, but those are t.

are you going to find someone who is selling the product in your currency? we all know the answer. that question is yes. so do the work for your customers. have a custom currency converter downloaded to your store and don't miss out on any of those purchases, and my favorite app for this is best currency converter. you can see that it easily adds multiple currencies. you can automatikally convert prices and ultimately start increasing those sales and getting that sh money. the next app that you absolutely need to have on your store to make it as shopper friendly as possible is stiky add-a-cart booster pro, and basically it looks as simple as this. you can see on the bottom of the screen, basically whenever you're scrolling, it will still allow you to add a cart without having to go all the way back up to the top of the page. this app is not only key to allowing your customers to have easy access to adding a product to cart, but it also allows them to keep reading and looking at your pictures of your product until they get to the very bottom of your product page, where they're then offered complimentary upsell products that can help continue increase your average order value. which then leads me to the next app that you absolutely need on your store, which is going to be more beneficial to you while making your store look professional, which is the frequently bought together app. this app allows you to offer those complimentary upsells that continue to help you raise that average order value that you may have just been stuck at- so if it's like 25 you've been stuck at, this will help you two, three, four, x that, when you think about it, when you're buying online from literally anywhere- i mean anytime that you go to checkout- these stores are going to offer you something that would go absolutely perfect with the product that you're buying, and many customers cannot resist it. and, trust me, it doesn't just happen online, but it also happens in physical brick and mortar stores as well, when you're heading into the checkout line at walmart with all your groceries. what do you see? 60 days in order to get the product to your customer. in my opinion, one of the only benefits of using aliexpress is when you're testing products. this is because there's a ton of sellers with all kinds of products that you're able to find and add to your store to quickly test and find out if it's going to be a winning product for you or not. but when it comes to finding that winning product and scaling using this platform will not be sustainable for your business at all. there is a couple other things that play into the reason of aliexpress not being the best platform to use for scaling a product outside of just the shipping times. a couple of those reasons is product and quality and communication. there are major variations between the suppliers, shipping times and product quality, so what that basically means is that it is a random game of product quality and how well your supplier is going to do when sourcing and shipping your product, and, as that is not enough of a hassle, it can take days to have a conversation with the suppliers, as they are likely in a different time zone as you, depending on wherever you live. so, with that being said, my one suggestion during this testing phase and using aliexpress is: make sure that you're doing supplier validation heavily. you should be looking for a 98 or a higher store rating, with a 4.7 rating or higher for the communication product as described and the shipping times along with that. you want to make sure that they have a couple hundred reviews and orders and have been in business for at least over a year to know that this is a supplier that you can at least test with and regardless of the fact that it can take days to hear a response. when you find a supplier that has what you're looking for, make sure that you still message them, start communication and make sure that it is someone that wants to help you grow. now i just want to reiterate that aliexpress is used solely for testing, and once you've found a product that is selling well for you, it's time to move on, to get those faster shipping times so that you can continue to grow and scale your business. so, with that being said, i'm going to recommend you two different sites that you can be using today to make sure that your customers are satisfied with your service and you're not getting angry emails and low feedback ratings that can ultimately give you a restriction very quickly. efficiency is everything for your customers today, especially with competing with platforms like amazon and other drop shippers in the space. customers like to have their product in a hurry, and these two suppliers can help you with exactly that. now, the first site that you can be using is cj drop shipping. cj drop shipping is just one of the top picks due to the fact that they have warehouses all around the world to ship to other countries. this is the ideal situation for local and worldwide drop shipping so that you can make sure that those shipping times are competitive and something that your customers are satisfied with. so if you're someone who is currently struggling with chargebacks and refunds because customers are unhappy with the shipping times, then cj dropshipping can really help you with these issues. many of you have heard of cj dropship and you may know their fulfillment center for any products that you might want to be selling, but you may not know all the benefits that can come from using them as a supplier, so let's go ahead and jump right into it. so here we are on cj drop shipping, and you can on aliexpress and, as you guys can see, i went ahead and chose a dog harness. if you guys have been drop shipping for a while, you know that this dog harness has been going absolutely crazy year after year and it's always a product that you can sell on aliexpress. you can see that we're going to get this item for 11.95. this is for the large variant, with free shipping being estimated. delivery of march 5th. now today is january 18. so this is almost 45 to 50 day shipping on this product if i go ahead and source it from aliexpress. but if we head over to cj drop shipping and we look for that exact same product, you can see that is three dollars and 81 cents for the large variant as well, with the shipping cost of six dollars and 23 cents, which gives us a total drop shipping price.
