Pet Store Dropshipping (Step By Step)
hey, how's it going? in this video i'm going to show you exactly how to find a bunch of winning products in the pet niche so you can drop ship. you can see here we spend a lot of money on facebook ads, so i'm going to dive right into this and at the end of the video. you know we test so many products that i have a bunch of winning products here for you, and at the end of this video i'm going to go through a couple of these winning products so you can just go ahead and scale them. but the majority of this video i want to show you how to find new pet products that you can scale up. and what i mean by scaling is: hey, i should be able to put a dollar in and get three to five dollars out and then be able to scale that up to a thousand, two thousand, three thousand dollars and spend. so you know, if you've seen other people crushing it with e-commerce and you want to do the same, or you're, you've had some success with drop shipping and you just really want to scale this up into a huge brand. that's what i'm here for. as i've mentioned before, i'm an investor, so i'm trying to give as much information and strategies away that we use within our own ads to you, so you can go build a really monstrous brand and then, hey, maybe someday you'll allow me to invest in you or whatnot. so you want to make sure here, if you want to have a successful pet drop shipping store and eventually a brand, you want to make sure to follow this exact strategy, because when i started, i was dropshipping all types of random things and having some success. but once i started to implement this strategy, i saw, you know, seven multiple, seven figure stores that i was able to build and then i was able to pass it on to our clients as well. so i want to go ahead and show you this is how i find new winning products. and this is a very basic level, but i'll show you how to dive deeper here as well. but i just type in pets like this: i go to aliexpress and i search by orders. this tells me, hey, you know that a lot of people are already ordering these products. you can see two, 21 000 sales on this one, 16 thousand sales on this one, sixteen thousand. i like to find products that have really great pictures, a lot of sales, because that tells me, hey, there's a there's, there's a good demand for this product, right, and you don't want to waste any money and launch products that there's no demand for. so i'm able to see there's already a demand here. but now i'm looking for really great pictures, because to make a really good video, you're going to need really good pictures. now most people they spend, you know, hour, two hours launching the product. so it's really hard to compete against guys like myself who are able to create the video and the landing page and all the ad targeting all the campaigns in less than a minute. so i'll show you how to do that here in a second. i just want to find some good uh products and i like this coat jacket, this jacket for for puppies- that could be cute, and i'm looking for things that could possibly go viral as well on facebook, because that means it's going to be cheaper clicks for you. so i you know, if you're following this method, where you're following the demand that's already putting you ahead of most people, then you look for really good pictures and then you think to yourself, hey, which one could be viral, like what are products that might not be on amazon yet but i could introduce to the market? and these are the questions i really ask myself. and then, essentially, i'm going to set up a campaign that's only going to cost me a few dollars and, like i said, it's only going to take me a minute to set up this campaign, and i'm toking about creating the video, creating the landing page, all that good stuff. i'll show you that in a second. i just want to find a couple more products here that look unique, and the other thing you can do is you can start to get ideas, like, instead of just typing pets up here- okay, well, i see, like dog nail clippers could be a thing- i could put pet clothing in there, right, so let's check out this jacket as well- and you start to like go into sub niches of the actual pet products, so it could be cats, it could be dogs, it could be dog collars, it could be dog toys, and so on and so on. let's see if we can. let's try this fence as well. that's not too unique, which kind of goes against what i just said. but i just want to show you how quickly you can test these products, because from here, essentially, your plan would be: hey, okay, let's set up a store, maybe a shopify page, and let's create the video. let's find the targeting on facebook ads, let's create the campaign and all that good stuff, right? um, and this kind of plays into the point of people are saying drop shipping is dead, and i don't believe it's dead at all. i think the strategy that's been taught for the last couple years is dead, where you go ahead and use oberlo to put it on your store, your shopify store, and you spend an hour, two hours testing each product. that's really, really hard to scale because, at the end of the day, you need more winning products than anybody else and you need to find those winning products faster than anybody else. so i want to show you how to do that really quickly. all i have to do is click this link, click copy and i go over here to this tool. go ahead and pick my page and i just paste it in there and now the product is going to be launched for me. essentially, i just call it a puppy coat. then you can see it picks all the targeting that i want. you can deselect any that you want. three dollars per ad set, which is nice, so i'm not going to spend a lot of money- and i just click add to later and boom, i've just launched that product. now i want to launch this second product here and, remember, at the end of this video i'm going to be showing you some winning products that you can go ahead and scale, as i, as i mentioned, you know, i am looking for really, really good founders, so i want to give as much as possible and then eventually, hey, maybe we'll work together down the road if you do raise money or anything like that. so let's click add to later and boom: second product launch. so you can see, this is so much faster than going to your shopify store and trying to set up each product, trying to make the video. you know, this tool makes the video out of these images for you, so i'll call this, uh, dog hoodie, and then it finds all the targeting that you need and you just select which ones you want, like dog breed, dog training, dog food. that's probably good. you can pick the age and gender here. you could change this up, and then i didn't even mention this, but it makes your store for you as well, so i'll show you that. at the end, i click add to later and now i just launched three products. so i just click upload changes. you can't see it on the screen. but now it's gonna do all the work for you, it's gonna create the video for you, do all the targeting, create the campaigns and all that good stuff, and then, uh, over here i'll be able to see that it's launching into these, into my actual ads manager. and then you're probably asking: okay, well, that's cool and all, but how do i? you know, what do i do next? well, essentially what i do is i i'm able to baseline. if we take a look at, like these older products that i tested, for example, i just launched three products and they're they're working right now. they're uploading, creating the video and all that. but if i launch these three products or four products here, i can easily see, okay, well, this product right here had 85 view contents, while this one had a dollar 22.. these, actually all four, had really good results. but what you want to do is really compete with yourself. it's not about competing so much with other people, but it's about competing with yourself. so if you could launch 10, 20 products per day and you see, okay, this one has 85 cent view contents, i probably want to focus on this one and try to scale this product up. as you can see, the add to carts were 2.85 cents and, as i mentioned, i wanted to show you a couple winning products. so here's actually a winni.
11 Best Pet Dropshipping Suppliers (With Trending Pet Products!)
whether you've already been in it for a long time or just getting started, you'll be happy to know the pet niche is one of the most popular categories in the e-commerce world. how popular is it? well, it makes up more than 30 of the total market share. that's basically a third. in this video, i'm going to share with you the fastest and most reliable suppliers for quality pet products, and probably throw in some awesome pet puns along the way. you've been warned, but before we get to our list, make sure you hit that subscribe button so you can stay up to date with the latest products and drop shipping strategies. that'll take your online business to the next level. [Music]. so why dropship pet products? the first reason is high demand. according to statista, around 67 percent of people in the us have at least one pet, and it's not just americans. pet ownership is up in europe and the rest of the world too, and it makes sense, since people are spending more time at home and realize how much a pet adds to their quality of life. secondly, online pet product sales covered 30 of the total market in 2021, compared to only 8 percent in 2015.. that's made the pet niche the most popular ecommerce category. so when you see so many stores selling pet products, there's a good reason for it. it's generating them some serious revenue. so now that we know why it's worth our time and money, let's get into our list of the top pet suppliers. first on our list is chewy. chewy is a top rated online pet retailer that sells the perfect pet supplies. that keeps customers coming back for more. see what i did there. don't say i didn't warn you. they also have great customer service. they're budget friendly and they have a large selection of pet supplies. we're toking food, water bowls, flea treatments, toys and much more. quick tip customer service is super important for the long-term success of your business, and that doesn't just apply to you and your customers, but also with your suppliers and their service to you. you need a supplier who's responsive and cares about your needs, and chewy can definitely be that supplier for you. petco is the largest pet supply retailer in the united states and sourcing from petco definitely has its perks. you get a massive variety in products. they offer a lot for small animals that not all pet stores cater to. they cover everything from cats and dogs to fish, birds, reptiles and amphibians. oh my, not only that, but they also have free shipping on orders above 35 and super easy returns and exchanges. next on our list we have petsmart. choosing petsmart as your supplier offers us some great benefits. they offer a lot of products, with over 10 000 of them available online, and they also have great loyalty and incentive programs. petsmart rewards you eight points for every dollar you spend online and with those points you can choose from a wide range of rewards, including pet supplies or gift cards. our next supplier is wholesale pet and, unlike our previous suppliers, wholesale pet mainly connects wholesale pet suppliers with store owners and retailers. here are just a few of the benefits they offer: hundreds of wholesale vendors, low and affordable prices, easy returns and exchanges, and they have streamlined order processing. that means your orders will be processed fast and they'll also track your shipments. that will save you a lot of time and help you focus on other parts of the business that might need more attention. quick tip for wholesale pet: make sure to check if drop shipping is supported on the products you're interested in selling by looking at the order terms on their site. our next two suppliers are pet stok and my pet warehouse. the reason i'm grouping these two together is because they're actually both geographically specific for australia. so for our friends down under or any drop shippers that sell in australia, these two suppliers are definitely worth working with. something really cool about both of them is that they offer a smart price guarantee or a price match policy. that means they'll essentially match any australian competitor's price on identikal products. so if you find the same true toy in a different store but at a cheaper price, they'll match that price to make sure that you get the best deal on the market. now the rest of the suppliers on our list aren't exactly pet specific, but they're still great suppliers that offer a lot of pet related merchandise. that's why, next on our list, we've got amazon. ever heard of them? you can find almost anything on amazon, so, unsurprisingly, it's also a great place to source anything animal related. they've got a large selection of pet products and you can easily browse through the best sellers. quick delivery, especially with prime shipping, and their customer service is great. walmart is another huge retailer that offers a vast selection and quality pet supplies. they sell top brands like vibrant life, pure balance, special kitty and many more. they also offer next day delivery for orders above 35, and that's a big deal. customer satisfaction is super important and the faster your buyer gets their order, the happier they'll be. next on our list is banggood. this online retailer offers a lot of categories, and among those are- you guessed it- pet supplies. the main advantages of working with banggood are affordable prices, they're super budget friendly, worldwide shipping, they sell in over 200 countries and, lastly, they're drop shipping friendly. bingo actually offers specific benefits for drop shippers, such as drop shipping agreements and special discounts. target is another great supplier worth mentioning. in their online store, you can find plenty of pet products among many other categories. choosing target as a supplier has benefits like high quality pet supplies. plus, every year, they add at least 30 000 new pet products to their inventory, which means you can keep expanding your store too. they also have the target red card, which is their version of a loyalty card. you get rewards, or should i say treats like. two: free day shipping, and it lets you save five percent on most purchases. last on our list is fair. fair is an online wholesale marketplace that connects retailers and manufacturers around the world. so what are the benefits of working with fare? one is great prices. because products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, you're buying at wholesale prices and saving a lot of money. two, high quality merchandise. and three, because they're a wholesale marketplace, they offer a lot of products to choose from. quick tip: i've named a lot of great suppliers for you all in this video, but you don't have to choose just one. i actually recommend you use multiple suppliers for your business, and here's why you'll have an even larger product selection. you'll be able to compare and find the best prices, and it's always smart to have a few backups just in case one supplier doesn't work out. alright, that was it. that was our list of the top pet suppliers. the journey doesn't end here, though. now that you've found your suppliers, it's time to find what products to list. to learn more, you can check out our video on the best pet products to sell. link will be in the description below, and if you enjoyed this video, make sure to give this video a like. thanks so much for watching and happy drop shipping you.

I Tried Starting A Custom Pet Store And This Happened...
this is a custom pet portrait- and i challenge myself to sell this product on shopify for seven days. no way this is happening right now, from building a new store from scratch to sending hordes of traffic. and this is how. i have said it before and i will say it again: that personalization is the thing when it comes to selling online in 2022.. it's awesome. it's the real deal. the competition in e-commerce is insane, with thousands of new drop shipping stores popping up every single day, and, in my opinion, one of the best ways to differentiate from this insanely competitive market is by selling personalized products- one-to-one, human-to-human personalization- scalably. now, yes, personalization will give you a slight edge over the other e-commerce stores, but definitely won't make you rich overnight. by doing some research, i found that most of the drop shipping stores, including personalization stores, are targeting big countries like united states and leaving the continent called europe untouched, and that lit the light bulb over my head. why should i go and compete with thousands of already successful e-commerce stores when i can sell these same products in europe, where no one hasn't even heard about these products before? this will definitely increase the chances of succeeding and, personally, i have created all my stores targeting europe because i think the market is super untapped and in this video, i will try to back up my words. see how this company right here can customize any item with your pet's personality. the product we are going to sell is a digitally drawn picture of your pet. these are cool, super customizable and it's just, it's amazing, and it comes as a framed portrait that you can later hang up on your wall and use it as a decoration. they're so perfect and they look just like my little babies. i was blown away. these portraits are so realistik that even dogs can't tell the difference. now, humans are driven by feelings and i believe this product is something that triggers the emotion that will make the consumer's decision making easier and therefore, hopefully, gets us more sales. i found this product at the beginning of december and it pretty much was the best time of the year for selling online. without wasting any time, i hopped on my computer, designed the logo, bought the domain, linked it to shopify, set up my social pages and started customizing the store. once i had finished customizing the store, i added few triggers on the website, one of them saying your pet deserves a christmas gift too, and other being a timer that was showing when was the last day to order this product if you wanted to receive it before christmas. now, when you're selling this kind of product, then one of the most important things about your website is your reviews. before launching the store, you should have at least 50 to 100 reviews to give a customer the needed level of confidence before purchasing. i usually get these reviews from my competitors websites and delete them once i start receiving my own reviews. leave it or not. jail right away. if you are enjoying this video, then maybe consider subscribing and also smash the like button for the youtube algorithm. but now let's get back into the video. now. the next step was to find someone who can actually draw these pet portraits, and for that i jumped over to fiverr. fiverr has thousands of talented freelancers who can pretty much do anything you can think of. finding a designer who can draw these pet portraits was not a problem, but since fiverr takes a fee on every single order, i decided to message the designer and asked if it could work for me personally. once the designer agreed to work with me in private, it was time to price the product. we came to an agreement that the designer can throw one pet portrait for eight dollars, i decided to sell it on my store for sixty dollars. now this product comes as a framed poster, so i needed to find the print-on-demand company which was the cheapest to me. i decided to fulfill my orders with printful. now, when subtracting the price of an order, fulfillment and shipping, it leaves me with 27 profit. now, since i found some companies that are already selling this product in europe, i decided to narrow european further down and choose estonia as my target country. estonia is also the country where i am from, so i didn't need to hire someone to translate the website. if you would like to start a dropshipping store in non-english country, then the best thing you can do is to go on fiverr, find someone who speaks your target country language and ask for their help to translate your store. once everything was ready, it was time to run facebook ads. since i only had seven days to get the most out of this product, i created two different campaigns, one for driving traffic and other for conversions. inside the traffic campaign, i created two ad sets, one of them being super broad with no target, and the other ad set targeting only women. both of these had a daily budget of 10. now the conversion campaign was with a daily budget of 20 dollars and also with no detailed targeting. since the targeted audience was estonia, with about 1.3 million people in total, there was no point in doing detailed targeting. but if you want to sell this product in some more populated countries, i would suggest to use detailed targeting. with some pet related interests, placements were set automatikally by facebook. when it came to ad creatives, i asked my designer to draw two pictures of my friend's dogs. once the drawings were ready, i ordered the frame posters of the drawings and carried out a small photoshoot with the dogs. by the end of the first day, i had set up the store and scheduled ads to start from monday. i left the ads to run until sunday without touching them at all, and the first day of running the ads made us one sale and 60 dollars. but as time passed, things literally started to take off. no way this is happening right now. already the second day, advertising generated us four conversions with about 210 dollars in sales. now, in these seven days we generated 1.2 000 in sales with a total of 20 orders, which is not bad at all. our designer price came to around 160 dollars, fulfilling and shipping to others 500, facebook ads 180 and the domain 10 dollars, leaving me with around 350 dollars in profit. considering this was just the first week of testing this product, i will definitely keep on running the ads and see where this product takes me. so i hope you guys enjoy the video and if you have any questions, leave them down in the comments below and i will see you in the next video.
The Most Impressive Dropshipping Store I've Ever Seen | Shopify Store Case Study 2020
yo, what's going on everybody? welcome back to another video. are you here? and today we're gonna be looking at something pretty awesome. now. q4 is around the corner. literally in a couple weeks, we'll be entering the fourth quarter of 2020, which is mind-blowing, to say the least. i don't know about you, but this year has been going by extremely quickly, like way quicker than any other year in my life, which is a good and bad thing, i mean. obviously, with the virus and everything, i'm kind of glad that this is sort of going by quick, but it's also a little bit nerve-wracking. i don't feel prepared at all going into this fourth quarter of the year when it comes to my e-commerce business. so today what i wanted to do is do a little bit of a case study around this one drop shipping store. that is extremely impressive to me. they've been around for pretty much as long as i've been making youtube videos and they still continue to kill it without getting rid of the drop shipping business model at all. this whole year, i've been preaching so much about building an actual, tangible brand, and some people may have misunderstood that, thinking that i think drop shipping is not viable anymore or something. obviously, that's not true, but i do believe that it's important for everybody to have a brand building mentality. even if you do build a drop shipping brand, still treated like a real brand, and hopefully the case study store that i'm going to be showing you today will give you a really good idea and inspire you to actually start a brand out of your drop shipping store, which is my main goal with this channel. i want all of you guys to start amazing brands that provide value for the world. so go grab your coffee, some water, some tea- i don't know what you're up there drinking, but i got my coffee ready here and i'm really excited to dive into the store with you now. as i told you, i'm not extremely prepared for this q4 when it comes to my brand, but now that we're shipping everything from the us, i'm really excited to be able to ship things out to last minute when it comes to, you know, the holiday season, and if you follow me on instagram, you'll know that my brand actually reached a brand new milestone. we reached a 2k day the other day, which was the highest day we've ever had on this brand, and that was only through facebook ads, which is really amazing, and i'm really happy to be building up a solid facebook ad system, but without further ado, let's actually take a look at this brand that i'm toking about. the brand that i'm doing a case study on today is called warmly. now the brand name already is pretty awesome. i mean warmly. it's so clean and modern. i just absolutely love it. i think it's such a good name, especially for what they're doing. so what this brand actually does is they sell modern home decor. so, as you can see, right off the bat, this doesn't really look like a drop shipping store by any means. they've made it extremely congruent and whoever's running this is either hiring a really good developer or brand designer or they know a lot about brand design themselves, because this is extremely congruent. and even though this is all products that they're drop shipping, it's still pretty impressive how they're able to get really congruent product images. which is one of the biggest downsides to having a drop shipping store is it's hard to really get congruent images, and that's why a lot of people do one product stores, but if you're running like a niche store or a general store, this is going to be very difficult to do, but they've been able to do it either way. i don't know how, but maybe they just take their own pictures. that's what we do, at least with our brand. so i've actually toked about this brand before because i found them like a long time ago and i was like, wow, i can't believe this brand is actually drop shipping and they're still at it. if we take a look at their traffic, we can see that they're getting over 200 000 monthly visitors. now the thing about similar web is that a lot of times- which, by the way, similar web is the tool that i use- it's a chrome extension and that's what allows me to see traffic that different stores are getting. it doesn't always work, but when it does work, it's relatively accurate. i do find that most of the time, it actually underplays how much traffic a store is getting, meaning that chances are the store actually is getting more traffic than they are reporting, which would mean that they're also generating more revenue than i'm estimating right now. but due to their average order value, i think it's a conservative assumption to say that they're doing at least a million dollars per month. and the reason why i titled this the most impressive drop shipping store and the reason why i think it's the most impressive drop shipping store, it's because they're not even using facebook ads to do this. if we actually look on similar web- because similar web is actually like a website, it's not just the chrome extension- we can see the traffic distribution, meaning where they're actually getting their traffic from, and we can see that 99.64 of their traffic is coming from pinterest. so if we go on warmly's pinterest profile, we can actually see that they're getting over 10 million monthly viewers. now, i'm almost certain that this is not all organic. i'm sure most of it is actually paid, but that's still a pretty ridiculous amount of traffic, and i know that the reason why pinterest is so cool is because, with pinterest, any link that you link to your store from a pin- it's actually considered a back link. now, a lot of you guys probably don't know much about backlinks. i don't even know much about backlinks- but i do know that backlinks are essential to getting a really good seo score on your website and your different landing pages, which allows you to get a lot more organic traffic. so chances are, warmly is actually not spending that much money on advertising and they're actually cashing in a lot of profits through simple seo and, as you can see, their pinterest looks basically like an extension of their store, which i think is super cool, and it's extremely clever considering that the people that go on pinterest are actually going on pinterest to look for inspiration when it comes to home decor, fashion, all these things that's. those are all great niches to go into when it comes to pinterest. i've tested pinterest ads a little bit. i haven't dove too deep into them, but after looking at this, i'm definitely way more inspired to look into pinterest ads, especially with the weird fluctuations that we've been experiencing with facebook. not just me personally, but in the industry as a whole. even brands are experiencing inconsistencies. so so if you have a drop shipping store and you've been experiencing a lot of inconsistencies with facebook ads, don't worry, you're not alone. a lot of people are dealing with the same things. like i said, even brands and even agencies are dealing with this stuff, so don't worry about it too much at the end of the day. this is why it's important to sort of brainstorm different marketing ideas, different ways to reach customers, and pinterest might actually be a really great alternative for you, especially if you're building a store similar to warmly's. now. what i find interesting is that they actually don't link any social media on their actual website. i think the main reason why is so that people don't leave the website. when somebody leaves your site, it's gonna be extremely hard to get them back. so obviously run retargeting, obviously have emails in place to make sure that you're recovering your lost visitors at all costs. but this is a great way to do it is by just not having any sort of distractions anywhere to be found on your store. that's actually probably the best way to get people to just stay on your store. now, as you can see, some of their products are literally like six hundred dollars. uh, and they use quad pay here, which allows people to pay in installments. that's really clever, especially considering that.
$1,011,653 Dropshipping In The Dog Niche And This Is Their Best Selling Product...
so when I first got started in dropshipping back in 2016 now then everything was completely brand new to me. I had never ran a Facebook ad before, had never built a Shopify store before, I'd never sold anything online before, and one of the things that really helped me out and kind of see results pretty quickly was to look at successful Shopify stores, look at what they were doing. at least then I knew I was learning from the right people. so when I was looking at the Facebook ad creatives they were running, I knew that it was a successful Facebook ad creative and therefore I should try and replicate it or implement the same kind of strategies into my own business. I would look at what products they're selling and sell the same products. I would look at the design and layout of their Shopify stores- what color schemes, what fonts, what kind of strategy they were using in their product descriptions, that sort of thing- and by doing that it allowed me to find my very first winning products pretty quickly and make some significant money, and be able to do this full time ever since. so that's exactly what I want to do in this video. back then, I used to use a tool called exchange Marketplace, which basically where people went to sell their Shopify stores so you could see exactly how much money they'd made, what their best selling products were, all that sort of thing. however, exchange Marketplace is shut down now, so instead I use a website called flipper, so if we jump into my computer, we'll take a look at my screen. now. this is essentially what a store listing on flipper looks like. once you've created an account, you can see a bit more information about a partikular Shopify store. um, the one I want to show you in this video is called the perfect poor store. this one is indeed a verified listing, as it says here, so all the sales numbers you see from Shopify, PayPal, Etc. are all legit. basically, and if you haven't seen it already, the monthly profit for this business is almost 20 000 US Dollars and the age is only two years, so not bad for a business. it's only been going for about two years. they've also uploaded some sales figures as well. these are all from 2022, so the product you're about to see is a tried and tested, extremely proven products that is working right now. in the month of August, we can see they made 275 000 US Dollars, which is not bad at all. that's at a conversion rate of 4.52. I sell in the dog niche as well and I can confirm that four or five percent. I've converted as high as seven percent as some months, especially coming up to Christmas. so so I can confirm that 4.52 is definitely achievable. if we take a look at the next one, this is from first of June to the 20th of October. I'm not sure how many months that is. it's one, two, three, five months. they've hit over a million dollars. this is all selling one partikular product as well, which I'm about to show you. so if you still haven't started your business yet and you're looking for somebody to learn from, something to mirror your business from and what a seven figure proven products looks like, make sure you stay tuned because I'm going to be showing you all of that good stuff. I'll also be showing you the Facebook ad creatives for this product as well. so essentially, you'll have all of the inner workings and makeup of what a seven figure business looks like. some key highlights for this business, then. it's two years old, which we've seen already. it's earning 200 000 per month and they're currently operating with a profit margin of about 18. 18 is definitely reasonable. you'll see some people out there say they run Drop Shipping businesses at 50- 60 percent. I've never been able to do that personally. they might be able to, you never know. however, in and around sort of 20 is about average for Drop Shipping. in the month of October they generated nearly quarter of a million dollars. it's November as I record this so, like I mentioned earlier, it's current and working right now. this partikular product, and if we take a look at their primary expenses, we can see their spending every single month: nearly six figures alone on Facebook ads. so anybody who says Facebook ads are dead are come tok in complete nonsense. um, nearly 20 grand on tiktok ads, 10 grand on Google ads and in the product cost, product fulfillment, sixty five thousand dollars. I'm gonna do a video on this shortly, but I'm hoping these guys are using a credit card to pay for this and then pay it back each and every month, because spending this sort of cash on a credit card and being able to pay it back in full every single month or two, they'll be able to get free first class flights to pretty much anywhere in the world with this sort of spend. so enough said, let's jump into the Shopify store and see exactly what this seven figure business looks like this is their home page, as we can see, very straightforward, very traditional setup and look for a Shopify store. this is the home page. in fact it's just an image, and straight into their footer just goes to show you don't have to do everything perfect. you only have to get the product right and the actual product page as well. and if you haven't guessed already, this is the product. it is the personalized no pool dog harness. this is a proven, tried and tested product for many years now. for anyone watching this video who says this product is saturated and you can't make money in it, that's complete nonsense. these guys made nearly quarter of a million quid last month, plus. the dog Niche is one of the most Evergreen niches. every single year there's hundreds of thousands of new people who adopt dogs and therefore have a requirement for products like this. so, in my opinion, it's almost impossible for a dog's product to become saturated, because there's always new people adopting dogs. to point out, some of my favorite features of this products page, then, is the different imagery for the different variants. this is a strategy I adopting all of my stores, and it makes a night and day difference to the amount of people who convert. definitely get this on your Shopify store and see the difference for yourself. they have a really spot-on size chart. you may have heard me mention this in a previous video. most, there's no, most, um, it's the one we're trying to say. most stores, most businesses, won't include this suggested breed column and they'll only include the dimensions, which is complete rubbish, because nobody's going to drop their phone, go and find a tape measure, then call their dog and then hold them there and try and measure how big their dog is. what they want is to think: I have a Jack Russell. where's Jack Russell? it's on size, small. that's what I'm going to order there. and then makes it so much quicker, so much easier and it's going to translate into so much higher conversion rate. I can guarantee that. as we move down the product page description, it's very typical and kind of traditional layout. they have a nice GIF here, which is perfect. they have the key points in bold that they want to draw attention to. they have testimonials of showing the actual picture of the person and where they're from. so this is Karen in Manchester register. they have little touches like this, so everything is using this kind of green color and rather than just use a circle or like a DOT as the bullet point, they're using a emoji of a paw print, which is just a nice little touch. something I've notiked this store does quite a lot as well is they repeat the information quite a lot, which is interesting to see. I'm not sure why this could be. maybe they've split tested this over many months and just found this is what works for them. what they also do, in fact, is this, so I have started using this on all of my stores: having your products versus everybody else's. it makes you come across as the original seller, gives kind of like lots of different reasons why somebody would buy your products versus somebody else's, so it gives them an excuse not to have to go elsewhere because you're telling people that yours is strong and firm.
