| 00:02:34 | 00:02:38 | long-term ban of your account because |

| 00:03:12 | 00:03:15 | and so if you are doing drop shipping |
| 00:03:14 | 00:03:17 | from retail suppliers this is really |
| 00:03:15 | 00:03:19 | going to help you out i got dinged |
| 00:03:17 | 00:03:20 | recently on one of my retail suppliers |

| 00:03:20 | 00:03:24 | and it was you know it was a company |
| 00:03:22 | 00:03:26 | that i knew i shouldn't have been using |
| 00:03:24 | 00:03:28 | but i actually ran out of the uh |
| 00:03:26 | 00:03:30 | that actual product on my original |
| 00:03:28 | 00:03:33 | supplier so i knew that one of the other |
| 00:03:30 | 00:03:35 | companies was using that this was barnes |
| 00:03:33 | 00:03:37 | and noble for example was using or was |
| 00:03:35 | 00:03:38 | selling that product and so i ended up |
| 00:03:37 | 00:03:40 | ordering it during the holidays because |
| 00:03:38 | 00:03:41 | i was you know just running around with |
| 00:03:40 | 00:03:43 | like a chicken with my head cut off |
| 00:03:41 | 00:03:45 | trying to process you know hundreds if |
| 00:03:43 | 00:03:47 | not thousands of orders during christmas |
| 00:03:45 | 00:03:48 | and so one of them obviously ended up |
| 00:03:47 | 00:03:50 | being from a retail supplier because i |
| 00:03:48 | 00:03:52 | was trying to fulfill that order and i |
| 00:03:50 | 00:03:54 | ended up getting caught with it okay so |
| 00:03:52 | 00:03:56 | we're not here to cover any of those |
| 00:03:54 | 00:03:59 | specifics in this situation um but what |
| 00:03:56 | 00:04:01 | i do want to cover in this in this video |

| 00:04:30 | 00:04:33 | and then what's next what do you need to |
| 00:04:31 | 00:04:34 | do well you need to submit a plan of |
| 00:04:33 | 00:04:35 | action they're literally telling you |
| 00:04:34 | 00:04:37 | what you need to do here because they're |
| 00:04:35 | 00:04:39 | trying to help you get your account back |
| 00:04:37 | 00:04:41 | okay this is from somebody that's |
| 00:04:39 | 00:04:43 | literally telling you we caught you drop |
| 00:04:41 | 00:04:44 | shipping this is how you can appeal it |
| 00:04:43 | 00:04:46 | and tell us that you're going to address |

| 00:04:46 | 00:04:50 | key here that i want to touch on right |
| 00:04:48 | 00:04:52 | is whether you're going to continue the |
| 00:04:50 | 00:04:53 | drop shipping on amazon the way that you |
| 00:04:52 | 00:04:55 | got caught or whether you're going to |
| 00:04:53 | 00:04:56 | continue retail drop shipping on amazon |
| 00:04:55 | 00:04:57 | or whether you're going to continue |
| 00:04:56 | 00:04:59 | wholesale dropshipping |
| 00:04:57 | 00:05:01 | none of that matters right what matters |
| 00:04:59 | 00:05:02 | now since that they've they've suspended |
| 00:05:01 | 00:05:04 | you or they're telling you that your |

| 00:05:34 | 00:05:38 | amazon's drop shipping policy because we |
| 00:05:36 | 00:05:39 | placed orders from retail stores and had |
| 00:05:38 | 00:05:41 | those products shipped directly to |
| 00:05:39 | 00:05:43 | amazon customers using their boxes |
| 00:05:41 | 00:05:44 | invoices etc we made this mistake |
| 00:05:43 | 00:05:46 | because we were out of inventory of |
| 00:05:44 | 00:05:47 | certain products and we were unable to |
| 00:05:46 | 00:05:48 | fulfill our orders at the time therefore |
| 00:05:47 | 00:05:50 | we made the mistake of sending customers |
| 00:05:48 | 00:05:52 | products that we didn't have from other |
| 00:05:50 | 00:05:53 | stores we understand this is a violation |
| 00:05:52 | 00:05:55 | of amazon's drop shipping policies and |
| 00:05:53 | 00:05:57 | we will not make this mistake again so |
| 00:05:55 | 00:05:58 | there's the first part of it that |
| 00:05:57 | 00:06:00 | they're asking right the root cause of |
| 00:05:58 | 00:06:01 | the of the problem why did you get |
| 00:06:00 | 00:06:03 | caught doing it why why are you |
| 00:06:01 | 00:06:05 | suspended what happened what caused that |
| 00:06:03 | 00:06:07 | right and literally title it the root |
| 00:06:05 | 00:06:08 | cause of why the drop shipping policy |

| 00:06:08 | 00:06:12 | the next thing you want to title is the |
| 00:06:10 | 00:06:14 | actions that you've taken to resolve the |

| 00:06:15 | 00:06:18 | corrective actions so we've gone through |
| 00:06:17 | 00:06:20 | and double checked all of our inventory |
| 00:06:18 | 00:06:22 | levels and all of our stok to make sure |
| 00:06:20 | 00:06:24 | that what we have listed on amazon we |
| 00:06:22 | 00:06:26 | currently have and we're able to fulfill |
| 00:06:24 | 00:06:27 | from our warehouse only |

| 00:06:28 | 00:06:31 | saying this that you're not going to |
| 00:06:29 | 00:06:33 | dropship in the future um but what it is |
| 00:06:31 | 00:06:34 | doing is it's telling them what they |
| 00:06:33 | 00:06:36 | want to hear you're not going to get |
| 00:06:34 | 00:06:37 | unsuspended unless you tell them what |
| 00:06:36 | 00:06:38 | you want to |
| 00:06:37 | 00:06:40 | what they want to hear and you address |
| 00:06:38 | 00:06:42 | it in this manner right and it's not |
| 00:06:40 | 00:06:44 | necessarily explaining because you could |
| 00:06:42 | 00:06:45 | basically say like hey i'm drop shipping |
| 00:06:44 | 00:06:47 | from wholesale suppliers that don't give |
| 00:06:45 | 00:06:49 | the invoice like you could get all into |
| 00:06:47 | 00:06:50 | that but it's a lot easier to just say |
| 00:06:49 | 00:06:52 | this way and then proceed to do it the |
| 00:06:50 | 00:06:53 | correct way in the future or go back to |
| 00:06:52 | 00:06:55 | whatever you're doing it doesn't really |
| 00:06:53 | 00:06:56 | matter we're not getting the semantiks |
| 00:06:55 | 00:06:58 | of it here but this is going to be the |
| 00:06:56 | 00:06:59 | most easy way and the most direct way to |
| 00:06:58 | 00:07:01 | get your account back and again we're |
| 00:06:59 | 00:07:03 | just telling them what they want to hear |

| 00:07:30 | 00:07:34 | inventory number one and also number two |
| 00:07:33 | 00:07:36 | you're clearly not going to face this |
| 00:07:34 | 00:07:38 | issue ever again because you're shipping |
| 00:07:36 | 00:07:40 | all your products into fba and we also |
| 00:07:38 | 00:07:42 | have read 100 always say something like |
| 00:07:40 | 00:07:44 | this um regardless of the suspension but |

| 00:07:44 | 00:07:48 | shipping because they always want you to |
