00:08:07 00:08:10 and that is low-hanging fruit when you
00:08:09 00:08:12 have
00:08:10 00:08:13 holiday shoppers especially especially
00:08:12 00:08:14 during this time of the year especially
00:08:13 00:08:16 when you're running site-wide discounts
00:08:14 00:08:18 it's important to know where that
00:08:16 00:08:20 low-hanging fruit is so
00:08:18 00:08:23 um what we've done is another example of
00:08:20 00:08:25 reducing friction for those people
00:08:23 00:08:26 and i've created an exit offer that's
00:08:25 00:08:28 not only
00:08:26 00:08:30 for people who exit the site but it's
00:08:28 00:08:32 also for people who return to the site
00:08:30 00:08:34 with items left in their cart so i want
00:08:32 00:08:35 to make sure i tok to those people
00:08:34 00:08:37 every single time they come into the
00:08:35 00:08:38 store it's like it's like if you had a
00:08:37 00:08:40 brick and mortar store and your sales
00:08:38 00:08:41 associate happened to know
00:08:40 00:08:43 every time someone walked in that left
00:08:41 00:08:43 something on hold and every time they
00:08:43 00:08:45 walk in
00:08:43 00:08:46 you know how are you how are you
00:08:45 00:08:48 greeting them how are you speaking to
00:08:46 00:08:50 them to let them know that hey
00:08:48 00:08:51 maybe this item is the best seller this
00:08:50 00:08:53 is the last one we have left or
00:08:51 00:08:54 you know any kind of scarcity selling
00:08:53 00:08:57 and pushing them closer to
00:08:54 00:08:59 making purchase so these are so this is
00:08:57 00:09:00 great for people who are more likely to
00:08:59 00:09:02 abandon cart
00:09:00 00:09:03 who just like to wish list things but by
00:09:02 00:09:05 sharing with them this special
00:09:03 00:09:07 discount it might just be compelling
00:09:05 00:09:08 enough for them to actually go ahead and
00:09:07 00:09:10 make that purchase
00:09:08 00:09:11 yeah and this is another great uh
00:09:10 00:09:14 strategic uh
00:09:11 00:09:14 implementation for early holiday season
00:09:14 00:09:16 um
00:09:14 00:09:17 and to make sure that you know
00:09:16 00:09:18 fulfillment and logistiks and everything
00:09:17 00:09:19 and you're getting gift orders out as
00:09:18 00:09:22 early as possible
00:09:19 00:09:23 and maybe this is happening prior to
00:09:22 00:09:24 your doorbuster sales but people are
00:09:23 00:09:25 adding to the card and they're leaving
00:09:24 00:09:28 and coming back and everything
00:09:25 00:09:29 this is really a great thing to use
00:09:28 00:09:32 actually year-round i think
00:09:29 00:09:33 and so the the most important component
00:09:32 00:09:35 i think on this
00:09:33 00:09:37 is the scarcity selling and sort of
00:09:35 00:09:38 having this reserved discount on hand
00:09:37 00:09:40 for those people because also those
00:09:38 00:09:42 people are most likely of
00:09:40 00:09:43 discount affinity purchasers so you're
00:09:42 00:09:43 going to get them to purchase with a
00:09:43 00:09:44 discount and they're not going to
00:09:43 00:09:46 purchase without one
00:09:44 00:09:48 so um might as well split one in front
00:09:46 00:09:49 of them so i want to show off the rules
00:09:48 00:09:50 real quick just because i
00:09:49 00:09:51 you know i was toking about all the
00:09:50 00:09:52 various conditions you can do and so i
00:09:51 00:09:54 want to show you
00:09:52 00:09:55 that this is again showing once per
00:09:54 00:09:56 visitor i want to make sure i'm
00:09:55 00:09:58 targeting people that have never made a
00:09:56 00:09:59 purchase before because we'll keep them
00:09:58 00:10:01 in their own segment right
00:09:59 00:10:02 they'll be in some email drip flows and
00:10:01 00:10:04 we'll get them otherwise but what i'm
00:10:02 00:10:06 saying is they haven't made a purchase
00:10:04 00:10:07 and their session or past seven-day car
00:10:06 00:10:10 total is
00:10:07 00:10:11 greater than zero and either they're
00:10:10 00:10:13 leaving or they're
00:10:11 00:10:14 returning to the site for the at least
00:10:13 00:10:17 the second time so
00:10:14 00:10:19 this is an example of the sophistikation
00:10:17 00:10:22 that you can build with these
00:10:19 00:10:24 these categories of conditions and i
00:10:22 00:10:26 will also segue that into
