Black Friday doorbuster deals create chaos in stores
The Black Friday Frenzy: Chaos and Tragedy
The annual Black Friday shopping event has become notorious for its chaotic scenes as shoppers scramble to take advantage of deep discounts. This year was no different, with an estimated 116 million shoppers hitting the stores. However, the frenzied scenes turned deadly at an Alabama mall where a fight resulted in a shooting, leaving one person dead and a twelve-year-old girl injured. Despite this tragedy, the majority of the country experienced mostly peaceful shopping.
Facts:
- An estimated 116 million shoppers participated in Black Friday shopping this year.
- Deep discounts on big-ticket items, such as TVs, attracted buyers.
- The average shopper is expected to spend more than a thousand dollars this holiday season, a four percent increase from last year.
- More than half of all holiday shoppers are expected to spend some money online.
- Major retail sites experienced online traffic issues, such as the jcrew and Loews websites being down for some time.
Chaotic Scenes:
- Shoppers were fighting over garments at a Victoria's Secret in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
- A free-for-all broke out at a Georgia Walmart as bargain hunters wrestled over pots and pans.
- The commotion veered out of control at an Alabama mall as shoppers scrambled for safety when gunfire rang out.
- Sales reps had to climb on tables to escape the crowds, such as at a Chattanooga Victoria's Secret paint store.
- Two women were seen fighting over pots and pans at a Georgia Walmart, with one refusing to let go.
Peaceful Shopping:
- Long lines of customers were seen at stores from Maryland to Florida to Texas.
- This year's Black Friday could be the biggest since 2011.
- The strong economy is helping boost sales.
- Macy's Herald Square in New York started its Black Friday sales even before Thanksgiving dinner was on the table.
- Some shoppers prefer to shop in-person and try things on.
While Black Friday shopping can provide great deals, it can also lead to chaotic and dangerous situations. It's important for retailers to ensure the safety of their customers and staff, both in-store and online. As the holiday shopping season continues, it's important for shoppers to prioritize safety and sanity over getting the best deal.

Costco's Black Friday Ad for 2018!
In this article, we will be discussing the first Black Friday ad from Costco, which has been released recently. We will be going through the deals that are available and analyzing them to see if they are worth the price.
Points to be discussed:
- Starting off with the warehouse and online savings deals.
- Deals on candy and cookies.
- Lack of information on the regular prices of the products.
- Food deals from November 16th to November 26th.
- 4k TVs and other electronics deals.
- Comparison between 43 inch and 55 inch 4k TVs.
- Samsung 8 inch tab A with bonus sleeve deal.
- Comparison between Samsung Galaxy Tab A and Chewie high 9 pro.
- Better tablet deals available on Gearbest.
The Black Friday ad from Costco seems to have some good deals, especially on electronics. However, it is important to compare the prices with other retailers and check the regular prices of the products before making a purchase. It is also worth checking out other online retailers like Gearbest for better deals on tablets.
Target Black Friday Deals 2018
Hey there! Sir James here, and today we're taking a look at Target's Black Friday Ad for 2018. I know what you're thinking, isn't it a bit too early? Well, usually around this time, we tend to get leaked ads and stuff like that appearing online, and then usually leading up to Thanksgiving is, of course, the official ads. But actually, this year, Target has finally revealed their entire ad within the first month of November. So, of course, we're gonna check it out!
If you've never been to my channel before, we are looking primarily at the video game deals only. Once again, we're gonna be looking at the video game deals. If you want to see the entire ad, a link is provided in the video description down below. Now, if you want to follow along as well, this is currently on page 17 and 18 for the ad, and there's also one more at the very end. So, let's go ahead and start on this top left-hand corner.
First off, we have Call of Duty Black Ops 4 for about $45, which I would say is probably worth it around then for anyone who's a big fan of Call of Duty. Just do keep in mind that it doesn't have a campaign, which is why I can't recommend it at the $60 price range. But for that price, it doesn't seem too bad.
Moving on over to the $25 bin, an easy one right here I would recommend is, of course, God of War. There's also FIFA 2019, Crash Bandicoot: The Insane Trilogy, Far Cry 5, the Call of Duty of World War 2, which I won't recommend for $25 because you can get it for much cheaper, the SpongeBob Kart Racer, Mario Rapids Game, then we have Dragon Ball FighterZ, Detroit: Become Human, and of course, Lego The Incredibles.
Moving on over down to the $35 section, we have Assassin's Creed Odyssey, NHL 19, Forza Horizon 4, Sea of Thieves, and the newest Soul Calibur. Now, I have played both Assassin's Creed Odyssey and the latest Soul Calibur, easily worth the price. Do keep in mind that obviously with Black Friday ads, you want to keep track of every single store to kind of see what store is going to offer the best deal for whatever game you're looking at.
Next up in the $15 section, we have games like NBA Live 19, Overwatch, Star Wars Battlefront 2, which that one tends to go a little bit more cheaper for online digital sales. Then we have Battlegrounds, Skyrim, Doom, The Evil Within, Wolfenstein, Lego Jurassic World, and of course, a farming simulator.
Moving on down to the Nintendo 2DS, the bundle here is that you have a yellow and red coloration of the 2DS, which comes bundled with Super Mario Maker pre-installed. In the $30 section, we have Fallout Game of the Year Edition, WWE 2K19, and I believe this one is the Naruto Shinobi Strykers. We also have Rise of the Tomb Raider, which is easily recommendable for $30 bucks.
They do have some deals for Nintendo Switch cases for 20% off, so you have to kind of see what they have available and just take 20% off what the price is. Controllers tend to go on sale for about $40, so if you need a controller, there's that. A deal for a headset, which I'm not too familiar with.
Now, if you've been wanting to get a PlayStation 4 for either yourself or as a gift, this is a pretty sweet deal. This is the PlayStation 4 Slim model here, which is a one terabyte console, and you also get a copy of Marvel Spider-Man for only $200. So heck yeah, that is worth the deal.
They also have a $10 off for Xbox Live Games with Gold, which I believe is the 12-month membership. They do have Starlink for $40, which I think is a pretty good deal. Starlink is basically the new interactive toys-type game. So, if you've ever played Skylanders or the Lego variant, it's pretty much like that, but instead of small characters, you actually get to collect pilots and spaceships. The best version I would say is the Nintendo Switch one because that's the only one where you could actually get the ship from Starfox and Starfox himself.
Of course, they also have a pretty good deal for anyone who is interested in a PlayStation VR for $250, and this basically has everything. So, you have the main headset, you got the two controllers, you got the camera, and this also comes with a couple of games to get you started.
In that bad, and I'm pretty sure some ads are gonna have some pretty good deal for PlayStation VR games, which fortunately, if you don't have a listing here, it's pretty much it for this main page here. The very last one they have is actually all the way towards the back here. Like I said, a full link to the entire ad is down below if you are interested in other things. But the last one up here is the last deal that they have, and we have some $30 games, some different sports ones here, and of course, we have the Destiny the Forsaken collection pack here. So, you get all the main DLC for $30 bucks, that's not half bad. And of course, we also have an Xbox One S for $200, which comes bundled with Minecraft. Again, other stores may have different bundles included, so again, do keep track of that.
Let me know what you guys think about Target's video game deals for Black Friday 2018 down below, and was there anything in this ad that caught your interest? Also, let me know. Until then, I'll see you guys on the next video!
