Bom dia que ele já vai fazer a instalação do Sol. aquele já tá fazendo a instalação do print Scan, que é o aplicativo da brother que normalmente é utilizado nesses aparelhos aqui fazer a digitalização dele. se você usa um outro só pra fazer digitalização, nem sempre será necessário fazer a instalação desse solo. mas se você não tiver nenhum ou software da Bros quebrada disponibiliza, é isso aqui é bem simples de usar, fácil também você entender as funcionalidades dele E aí E aí Tá bom agora que ele já me pergunta se eu quero instalar algum software opcional. ele tem o paper port, que é outro software de digitalização e também tem aqui esse abbyy PDF Transformer. está a princípio, eu não vou instalar nenhum software adicional, só vou avançar e aqui eu já posso fazer a conclusão da instalação. agora me pergunta aqui se eu quero deixar um ícone do ladinho do relógio que ele sempre vai me informar quando tiver uma atualização nova, que sofre aí a questão de se você quer deixar ou não esse creme para sempre. tá avisando, eu vou deixar aqui, eu vou dar um ok, abrir o software da Brother. já vai cair nessa tela aqui. então eu já venho aqui no escanear. o aplicativo comum a gente utiliza para fazer digitalização nesses caminhos, a brother é esse contra o centro e nele que eu vou clicar. ele vai me perguntar aqui se eu quero um acesso a versão ao modo Inicial ou a modo avançado. eu vou clicar no modo avançado e já vou dar um OK. beleza, aquele vai me questionar se eu quero que ele sempre inicialize o contra o sempre quando eu ligar o meu computador. eu posso deixar ele que sim, ou eu vou abrir ele sempre quando for necessário e eu deixando ele inicializar juntamente com o computador, é se eu for utilizar o scanner na rede, porque ele tem um recurso que o scanner vai localizar esse software e vai estar instalado em um computador para sempre fazer a digitalização para lá. mas isso é um assunto, um próximo vídeo. aqui eu vou deixar ativo essa da forma como ele me dá aqui e já vou dar um OK, beleza, ele abriu o software. Brother ImageCenter ADS 3000N Software & Network Installation

good morning, ladies and gentlemen. today we're going to be installing this awful brother, Imogen rads 3000 and missed baby, here, as well as spending a bit of time to show you how to program these three buttons here. no, no, we touched the 2500 W and the 2500 w e last year and it has a touchscreen with a whole bunch of different shortcuts. this one only has to read, so, even though this costs the same amount as the models with the touchscreen. this partikular model is designed for, says down here, mid to large-sized workgroups. so I assume that it's made simple and easy for more focused applications than the other two machines that gets sent to, you know, Facebook and all kinds of social media locations and all kinds of network folders right from the touch screen. but this one, basically, you have three shortcuts and then one button here to activate scan to PC. so it's a lot easier to use but provides the same level of performance at 50 pages a minute, scaring speed, single-pass duplexing up to a hundred images per minute, and we're going to see if it can actually do that, I'm pretty sure. well, now, once we get it hooked up. so let's see what happens here now. we've done this before and I we've installed a bunch of brothers stuff from the last couple years and all that comes with a paper board and I would expect nothing less from this. the CV has been enough. well, there we go. rather, select your language- English- and it's gonna walk us through these steps over here. next, License Agreement. I'm not gonna read it, but I have to accept Italy, it's not gonna install. Matt, all, right, now I don't have the cables hooked in, hooked up, I thought it had Wi-Fi, so I have to go over and connect it to my switch with it Ethernet cable. so we're gonna do a wire. I had to wait for that. and once it booted up now. now I have all of this brothers stuff on it, so it's hold down here. the brother help. this is all the same stuff that you've seen. you've seen on the mfps, the all-in-ones and the other scanners. control center for brother help, which is this: you can make this go away. should be a. the status monitor is up here it's that's asking us if we want to activate automatik software updates, and the software's won't even be on here for a couple days, so I don't want it. once I click ok, we'll see. should see status monitors show up down here. there it is, and it's things that the scanner is sleeping. so I double click it. it's telling me about the scanner and I don't mean to trouble shoot anything and I don't need to buy it. only supplies. this thing has its feed rollers. there's no toner or ink or anything like that. this is a freshly updated computer and there's not a bunch of junk on it supporting anything installed on this. okay, look. but anyway, I click the supplies and that's supplies gate. wait, we don't need to worry about supplies, because of all, there is this feed rollers and they'll see them in the test report, in fact. then you go right here. now there are accessories and supplies for this and then of the feed roll, there's been less 200,000 pages. anyway, I'm not going to go through the paper port and ABI installation. it's all on you cover all of that on. you know another three or four other brother videos, software videos, and if they're really interested in to see how it works, you can find it on the, the image center EDS 2500 W or the W E or one of the other brother latest brother videos, and we've done over the last year or two, so I'm not gonna bother with paper port stuff. alright, so that's what I open. why I open this up is I wanted to show you that this is a clean system. was really like nothing on stuff from Microsoft Office- WinZip, Acrobat, Adobe, Acrobat Reader. that's it, Edison misbehaving like crazy with this. anyway, this, the screen recorder, does cause problems, have you know them, but it's working just fine now. so all of that mess had to do with it. it was in the middle of a Windows Update. it needed to be rebooted. so leave this here, leave that there. let's look at the continuum. look at the software. this brother helped Kim. like I said, it can be turned off so you run this program, one startup, show desktop button, one startup. so I don't want either one, but you can see it down here. so I'll get rid of that and then close this. let's go. we already looked at status monitor. the only thing left to look at is control center for and there's two modes. once again, this this has been covered at nauseam and there's nothing wrong with it, but I'm a little tired at all over this. there's two modes: advanced mode, home mode. they look mixed up because this one has buttons in this one that doesn't have buttons and this one's home load doesn't advance. so but what's the advanced about advanced mode is- and we'll go through a bit again- is that it has more features these things have both set up. then the homo does, but on the other hand, the whole mode as and if you don't install PaperPort, you might want to do home loan because it opens up your scans and a little window here and you can see what you're doing. paper port does this like Vega war features. but anyway, you can. you can scan, pull a scanner. you know what I'll have to do is click scan and it shows that should show up here. but it did it automatik. do I put a some simplex original in there in it and it's scanned both sides automatikally like super fast. so to get your idea, now it's upside down so I can rotate it. okay, the original a little funky, so it a little block edge here with paper port and you can get rid of this kind of stuff. deskew, deskew it. alright, it's all that kind of advanced editing. well, with this one, this control start afford basic. you're gonna have to open it with an application in order to do any editing, but nevertheless you're gonna save at some place. you can print it. you can open up with an application like pain photo gallery, you can send it with your email client that's on this PC and you can do some optikal character recognition. Brother ADS-4900W Wireless Network Desktop Document Scanner Review

hello internet world. welcome to my review of the brother ads 4900w. this is a desktop document scanner, works either wide or wireless. full disclosure for you, brother, are a sponsor of the geek noise channel and this product was sent in free of charge for this video. but no money's exchange hands for the video. they haven't asked me to say anything in partikular, nor have they asked to pre-approve what i'm going to say. all of the opinions are my own and if something doesn't work as expected, i will certainly let you know. so without further ado, let's get on with the review. as i mentioned earlier, this is the brother ads4900w. it's a desktop document scanner and, as you can see here, it's really nicely designed and it doesn't take up too much space on your desk. inside the box you get the scanner itself and you do have to actually install this back document feed. this comes separate in the box. it just sort of snaps into place. also inside the box you do get a usb cable, so this is going to plug into the back of the scanner and then the other end will plug into your computer. now you don't have to use it wired via usb. you can use it connected to your network via ethernet, or indeed you can use it wirelessly as well. also, inside the box we get a quick setup guide. this details some of the other scanners in the range with various features. this partikular one is the top of the range- ads 4900w- and this quick setup guide will sort of detail how to connect the scanner, install the software and get everything running as expected. we also get some extra information on this paperwork and then, of course, the scanner itself, which has got a really great specification. this will actually scan up to 60 pages per minute. it does two-sided or double-sided scan, so it scan both sides of the page at the same time, allowing you to scan up to 60 sides per minute. this document feeder at the back is adjustable, so you can adjust this for different sized paper. this section here pulls up and down to support your documents as well, and this will actually allow you to put up to a hundred sheets in and scan those 100 sheets without having to sort of interact any further with the scanner. that's a really great feature. it's got five gigahertz wi-fi and that wide connectivity, as i mentioned before, and also it will scan directly to a usb host, and i'll explain what i mean by that very shortly. so on the front of the scanner, just here, we've got this little uh sort of button here. we can actually pull this down. this allows us to open up the scanner, just in case you get a document misfeed or a paper jam. we've also got a switch here which allows you to switch either to single sheets or to document mode. so if you wanted to scan maybe a larger document that's folded in half, for example, then we've got the main control panel display and i'll show you that in action very shortly. we've got some physical buttons here. this displays a touch panel, but the physical buttons allow you to cancel, go home and go back one step. we've got the main power button and then we've got the paper exit path at the front which, again, you can pull these out so that when the documents exit they're nice and neatly stacked in the front. we take a look at this from the side profile, you'll see how nice and compact it is. if we take a look around the back, you'll see the various connections, these pieces of paper. i just got covering up the serial number and some software license numbers as well. so on the back we have got ethernet. we've also got usb host, so you could perhaps put a memory stik in there and scan direct to that usb memory stik or flash drive. we've got the usb that's going to go into the computer, so this will go from the scanners as a computer, and then this one. here is the power supply. you get an included multi-voltage power supply inside the box and that plugs into the back here. then, last but not least, on this corner here we've got a kensington lock for extra security. if you're using this, perhaps in an office environment, you can actually tether this down to a desk. now i've had this set up via ethernet and wirelessly for the purposes of this video. i'm going to have a direct connection to my computer so you can see it's scanning direct to my macbook pro. let's start by taking a look at the user interface. as i mentioned earlier, this is a touch screen and then we've got physical buttons down the side. now here you can actually scan direct from the scanner, or you can do it the other way around and actually control the scanner from your computer. if you're controlling the scanner from here, we can have access to scan direct to our pc and here we can choose which computer we're going to actually scan to. so if i was scanning to my macbook pro on my network. i would select this bottom one here that i've set up previously before i scan into my pc via usb. i would choose this option here and then when i complete the scan, they will automatikally be saved to my destination folder on my computer. now i've got a few options here. i can either go home or i can go back one step and it takes me back to the previous screen. we've got network settings here. we can scan to ftp or sftp. we can scan to my workflow. we've got the general settings inside here. we can scan to an email server or to a sharepoint, or we can add additional destinations using this button. here you can see that apart from currently being connected via usb, i am also connected wirelessly as well, so i could still scan to the computer. i've got connected via usb and at the same time i could scan wirelessly to another computer. we've also got shortcuts down the bottom here and these can be set up with various scanning profiles and at any stage. if i'm in a folder, for example, or a setting, let's go into settings here and then we go into general setup. if at any time i don't want to go back one step. i want to go all the way back to that home screen. i just push the home button. the x button here is for cancelling various selections. so if i'm in in the middle of a scan i can cancel the scan that's actually happening at the time. this is the brother i print and scan software. i've currently got it installed on my macbook pro. you can see here i can scan, i can create a workflow. i can go into machine settings. i can go into machine scan settings or i can select my machine as an example. if we go into machine scan settings i can choose what the scan key settings do for my machine, so the pc or my workflow. i can also change the name of the computer as it's displayed on the screen of the scanner. if i go into scan, it allows me to change various settings. now again, this can all be done on the scanner itself. but i've got more sort of uh, easy access control of the scan settings if i'm using the software. so i've got a scan preset of document and i can change the document size to have it a prefix size or for it to automatikally detect. i can choose to scan in color- true gray gray or black and white. i can choose the resolution all the way up to 1200 dpi, and i can also change the way it handles double-sided documents, whether it flips them along the long edge or on the short edge, and i can also gain access to all settings, which gives me even more granular control over how the scanner is going to perform. so we are now ready to perform our first scan, and i want you to keep an eye on this window here. this is the preset folder that i set up where i want my scans to be saved on my macbook pro. so i've got some old bills here and i don't want to keep the paperwork forever, so i'm going to organize these and i'm going to scan these direct to my macbook pro. now i've got lots of options. let's just place those documents in the automatik document feeder. i can scan to my pc or to a network folder, or to a file server or to my workflow email server. there are so many different destinations. i could even scan direct to that usb flash drive if i wanted to, but for now we're going to tap on to pc and we can go to my macbook pro, because that's what i've got it connect.
