00:03:17 00:03:21 if you feel like that then you shouldn't

00:03:21 00:03:24 successful as I am when I sell fishing
00:03:22 00:03:27 products is because I understand what
00:03:24 00:03:30 the niche wants and I help them get that
00:03:27 00:03:31 as quickly as possible right so what is
00:03:30 00:03:33 the result that your niche actually
00:03:31 00:03:34 wants what's the goal where do they want
00:03:33 00:03:36 to go where do they want to be what like
00:03:34 00:03:39 what is it right is it to get in better
00:03:36 00:03:41 shape is it to lose ten pounds is it to
00:03:39 00:03:44 catch bigger fish catch more fish what
00:03:41 00:03:46 is it that is your responsibility not
00:03:44 00:03:49 mine to figure out what are the results
00:03:46 00:03:50 that your customers your ideal customers
00:03:49 00:03:53 hold dearest to their hearts and that's
00:03:50 00:03:55 what you have to help them get with your

00:04:57 00:05:01 right I donated to that and getting more
00:05:00 00:05:03 people involved in fishing is something
00:05:01 00:05:05 that they actually care about they don't
00:05:03 00:05:06 want nobody to be fishing right people
00:05:05 00:05:08 fishing buddies love going out fishing
00:05:06 00:05:09 together just like people that play golf
00:05:08 00:05:11 and maybe there's something like that in
00:05:09 00:05:13 your niche we ended up donating all
00:05:11 00:05:15 those proceeds to the to the Ike
00:05:13 00:05:19 Foundation but we did say we're only
00:05:15 00:05:21 donating 10% of those proceeds the next
00:05:19 00:05:22 thing that I was able to do with that
00:05:21 00:05:25 product and make it as successful as it
00:05:22 00:05:28 was is I created a very good compelling
00:05:25 00:05:29 offer and this comes back to right
00:05:28 00:05:31 understanding what the niche wants
00:05:29 00:05:33 because if you don't create an if you
00:05:31 00:05:35 don't if you don't know the niche how
00:05:33 00:05:37 can you know what to sell them it makes
00:05:35 00:05:40 zero logical sense
00:05:37 00:05:42 think about it how can you go into a
00:05:40 00:05:44 niche and sell products in that niche if

00:05:44 00:05:47 they want or where they find valuable or

00:05:51 00:05:55 otherwise all of your efforts are
00:05:53 00:05:57 completely wasted and yeah maybe you'll
00:05:55 00:05:59 make a little bit of money but I promise

00:06:38 00:06:42 courses anything that's gonna bump up
00:06:40 00:06:44 that perceived value for your customer
00:06:42 00:06:47 to get them to pull the trigger is
00:06:44 00:06:48 whatsoever right we do not compete on
00:06:47 00:06:50 prices here guys would give more value
00:06:48 00:06:52 to our customers help them get to the
00:06:50 00:06:55 solution that they want to by giving
00:06:52 00:06:56 them things for free with this right so

00:07:18 00:07:22 with your competitors you don't have an
00:07:20 00:07:23 offer so how can you compete how are you
00:07:22 00:07:25 gonna steal their competitors steal
00:07:23 00:07:27 their customers right that's what the
00:07:25 00:07:29 offer allows you to do when you have an
00:07:27 00:07:31 offer it gets steal your customers
00:07:29 00:07:32 competitors because they you are giving
00:07:31 00:07:34 such an irresistible offer
00:07:32 00:07:36 that your customer right your potential
00:07:34 00:07:37 customer would feel crazy that they
00:07:36 00:07:40 didn't buy from you because they're
00:07:37 00:07:41 getting so much more value right a lot
00:07:40 00:07:44 of you love to compete on price don't
00:07:41 00:07:46 compete on price compete on giving more
00:07:44 00:07:48 value to your customer right that's how
00:07:46 00:07:50 you win I promise you that okay it takes
00:07:48 00:07:51 a little bit of effort on your part
00:07:50 00:07:53 right but if you're into your niche you
00:07:51 00:07:54 love your niche you're passionate about
00:07:53 00:07:57 your niche it should be fun this whole
00:07:54 00:07:59 thing should be fun and the third and
00:07:57 00:08:00 final reason that that product was as
00:07:59 00:08:01 successful as it was and how we were
00:08:00 00:08:04 able to get to seventeen hundred dollars
00:08:01 00:08:06 or a thousand dollars a day in sales in
00:08:04 00:08:09 on the third day was because of our
00:08:06 00:08:11 laser targeting the niche a lot of you
00:08:09 00:08:13 guys what you're doing when you start
00:08:11 00:08:15 your Facebook ads on a brand new pic so
00:08:13 00:08:17 brand new everything is you're going in
00:08:15 00:08:19 and starting just launching a bunch of
00:08:17 00:08:22 campaigns two million plus person
00:08:19 00:08:23 audiences that's crazy right you have to
00:08:22 00:08:25 keep that audience size under a million
00:08:23 00:08:27 otherwise you're targeting everybody
00:08:25 00:08:30 instead if you go look at some of those
00:08:27 00:08:32 ad campaigns that I ran I had 40,000
00:08:30 00:08:35 person audiences getting me buyers and
00:08:32 00:08:36 under $1 right that's the reason I was
00:08:35 00:08:38 able to scale it as quickly as I could
00:08:36 00:08:40 and ask profitably as I could now I
00:08:38 00:08:42 understand and you should understand
00:08:40 00:08:44 that a 40,000 person audience you can't
00:08:42 00:08:47 scale that past four teeth out of $40 a
00:08:44 00:08:49 day right it's you can't really scale it
00:08:47 00:08:51 but your goal when you're just starting
00:08:49 00:08:53 out is to create
00:08:51 00:08:56 as many buyers as you humanly possibly
00:08:53 00:08:58 can that way when you do start scaling
00:08:56 00:09:01 your facebook ads you give in facebook
00:08:58 00:09:03 enough buyer data to make to know how to
00:09:01 00:09:06 serve ads to those bigger audiences
00:09:03 00:09:08 right so after you hit that 100 200 300
00:09:06 00:09:09 thousand buyers that's when you can
00:09:08 00:09:11 Smoove into those look-alike audiences

00:09:11 00:09:14 move into some more advanced Facebook
