Adding COD Fee to your Shopify Store - Demo

hi everyone, this is a demo video for adding Cod fees for using the codp and auto confirmation app from birdshine team. so first of all, we need to install this app from this app listing and just click on ADD. install the app as any other apps I've already installed in one of our test shops. so I'll go there. and once you reach to this app, you need to make sure that you click on codp settings tab, which is a set second tab in this partikular app. so once you click on this, you will see this view. so I'll just tell you how to enable this app in just three simple steps and see it working live on this demo video. so, first of all, if you click on step one, you can see um, there's a activate codp, so just make sure that you click on this. and then this app also gives you full flexibility to the amount of cod fees we want to add. so this is added: when customer places a cash one delivery order on your store, the additional charges will be applicable: um to the customer and um, this is a codp's name. so, uh, what? what name you want to show? uh, while adding this partikular piece? so in this partikular example- cash on delivery fees I have added. and then, um, if you want to add any instructions on thank you page, which is the post purchase page in Shopify, it also shows this screenshot shows you, um, where it will be added. so, in the thank you page, whatever instructions you add here will be added in your store. so just click on Save. so the step one is complete. now I'll go to step two, which is, uh, configuring the checkout page. so this is an important step because, um, you have to make sure that you have the cod, cash and delivery payment method enabled in your store to to use this app. you just have to click on, go to payment settings and, under manual payment methods, uh, select Cod and add instructions. um, I have also added a recording, simple recording for the same, but I'll just show you how to do that on a live store. so, once you reach to this payments page, scroll it down, you see a manual payment method. so I have already added cash on delivery, cod as one of the payment method you can add here and payment manual payment method. and then, uh, just add additional details, um, to whatever message you want to show to the user and click on Save.
