How To Install Facebook Pixel Shopify (UPDATED 2022)!
hi guys, welcome to this video. my name is adam. in this video, i'm going to teach you guys how you need to install your facebook pixel, because there's so many videos out there showing you the outdated stuff when it comes to installing your facebook pixel, and i'm getting so many questions from people saying, hey, i don't know how i need to install my facebook pixel, what do i need to do? it's not triggering the right data, it's not triggering all the events that i need. so, in order to solve that, i'm going to show you guys how you need to install your facebook pixel correctly and how you also can test and see if it is, uh, triggering the right events. alright, so let's get straight into it. all right, guys. first, what you need to do: go over to facebook and log into your facebook account, because we need to create a facebook business page. after we created a facebook business page, you need to create a facebook business manager account, and after we create a facebook business manager account, we need to create an ad account and our pixel. alright, so let's get straight into it. so what you need to do is, after you're logged in, on the left it's going to say pages. so click on that, and here it says create a new page. so you want to click on that as well. and after you clicked on it, uh, you can just fill in your business information here. so i'm just going to put in dummy, and then, for example, on the clothing brand, and then dummy, dummy, yummy, dummy, dummy, uh. so try to fill this in as uh, detailed as possible and you know, whatever question facebook has, try to always fill everything in on your facebook business page, because this is crucial. if you don't do this, what's gonna happen is, if you later decide to run facebook ads, you may have the possibility that your facebook ad account will be blocked because you don't have much business details on your facebook page, right? so you don't want to skip this step, guys. so definitely fill in everything as much as you can. all, right. so after you created it, what you're going to do is you want to head over to google [Music] and type in facebook business manage. so after you typed facebook business manager, you want to click on the first link that comes here, so meta business suite and business manager, and you'll be presented with this screen right here. so what you want to do is, from here, you want to click on create accounts and you just fill in your- um, you know, your business name. so for this video, i'll just do dummy, so dummy. and then business email, so dummy, gmailcom, for example. and then you just click on submit, fill, fill in some more information and after that, um, you know, you'll create your business manage account. and once your business manager account is created, what you need to do is- there are three lines here- so click on that. from there we need to go to business settings, so click on that as well. so now, uh, you know, obviously i have a lot of business magic accounts, so i have, uh, you know, that's why i have a lot of accounts here showing up. so i'm just gonna click, for the sake of this video, one of the dummy accounts, so i'm gonna click on this one. okay, what we need to do now? because we created our facebook business page, we created our facebook business manager, but we need to create an ad account and a pixel. so if you scroll down to where it says account and open this up, it says add accounts. click on that and then, from here, you can click on this blue button here that says add. so click on that and then click on create a new add account and now we can name our ad account so we can give it a name. so let's do dummy youtube video, for example, and then select your currency. you know i'm from europe, so i'm gonna do euros, euro, euro, euro. but after you've done that, it will say this ad account will be used for, and then you can go ahead and select your business match account. so for this account, it's rights media, and then i'll click on my business and then create. okay, as you can see, our ad account is created at the moment, but we need to give someone access to this ad account, and the person that needs access to this ad account is ourselves. so i'm gonna select my own name, click on manage ad account and then assign, and now i'm officially the owner of this ad account. all right, so click on close. you can go ahead and add a payment info, but since this is a dummy account, i'm not gonna add a payment info. so i'm gonna exit this and, as you can see, we have a ad account right now. all right, so we've done that as well. all we need to do right now is to create a pixel. so what you want to do is here, scroll down to where it says data sources, open this up and click on pixels. now it says that we don't have any pixel yet, so we're going to create one. so click on this blue button here that says add, and then it's going to ask us to give our pixel a name. so i'm going to give my pixel name and that's going to be youtube, dummy youtube, and i'm gonna put my website url here as well. so this is my dummy website url, and then i'm gonna click on continue [Music] and now it says: are you ready to set up your pixel? so we're going to click on set up the pixel now and basically we have now three options, but the option that i like to go for, and which i recommend you as well, is add code using a partner integration. so click on that and now you'll be presented with all the- you know, most used platforms where people host their website. in this scenario, because i'm using shopify, i'm going to click on shopify. now it says: connect your shopify account to facebook. so what we're going to do is we're going to head back over to shopify. we're going to click on online store, click on preferences, and if you scroll down here, it says facebook pixel. all right, click on set up facebook. okay, now shopify wants us to add the facebook channel to our platform, so we're gonna do that. we're gonna click on add sales channel- [Music]. right now, we have added the facebook sales channel. as you can see to the left here, we can see the facebook logo as well, so we need to fill in some information in order to set up everything. so it says: you connect your facebook account to get started. so that's what i'm gonna do. i'll click on connect account and it asks for my password. so that's what i'm gonna do right now: [Music]. click on continue. right now. [Music]. as you can see, our facebook account has connected right now and we need to select our business manager account. remember, in the beginning of the video, we created a business manager account, so we need to select that business manager account for this video. uh, you know, for for this example, i've used rice media, so i'm going to connect that one. okay, now it's connected and it's asking for domain verification. we can do that as well. so i'm gonna click on it confirm [Music]. okay, i'm getting an error because it's claimed by another business magic account, which is: you know. it's fine, i can skip that, but if you're doing it yourself, definitely go ahead and verify it. so now it's asking for an ad account. so what we need to do is we need to, uh, select our ad account that we created. so obviously, the ad account that we created was done in youtube, so i'm going to select that one, and then it wants us to accept some terms and conditions. so i'm going to click on this, click on accept here and then close it. open the other one, click on accept, close it, and then we can click on done, okay. so now we need to connect our facebook business page. remember, we create a facebook business page, so we need to connect that now. so obviously, the one that i'm going to connect is the dummy youtube facebook business page. so i'm going to click on that, click on connect and, as you can see, it connected instantly. and then here it says data sharing. so i'm going to open that, because this is really important and what you want to do. so you have three options here, so conservative, enhanced and maximum. you always want to go for maximum, because maximum just works the best. obviously, you want to get as many data as possible, so click on maximum and then from here you can uh s.
How to Add Facebook Pixel to Shopify and Track Conversions (2023 UPDATED!)
before you can start running Facebook ads, there's a couple of things we need to set up. first, we need to create a Facebook business page for our store, and then we need to create a Facebook business manager account. then, inside of that manager account, we need to create a Facebook ad account, and then we need to create a Facebook pixel. a Facebook pixel is simply a piece of code that we're going to put on our store, which is then going to track all the activity that our visitors are going to be doing on our store, which is then going to be the data that we're going to use to optimize our campaign, so we can see exactly what works and what doesn't work. and then, once we have all this set up, we can start creating our campaign and set up our ads. alright, so the first thing we got to do is create our Facebook business page. so log into your Facebook account and then here on the left side, where it says Pages, we want to click here, and then we want to click on create a new page. then we want to give our page a name. so this would just be our store name- in my case, perfect paw apparel, let's say store- and then we also have to decide on a category, so this would be, let's say, clothing. then here we can also put in a description about our page and then click on create page on the bottom left. and then here we do want to make sure to fill in as much information as possible for our Facebook page, which will help us keep our accounts, our ad accounts, healthy and not get us banned when we start running the first ads. I'm gonna skip this part for this video, because I do have a complete tutorial about how to create your Facebook business page. I'm going to leave a link to this down below in the description and I'm gonna just skip through this real quick here and I'm going to move on to the next step. now we have created our Facebook page and we also need to create our Facebook business manager, or meta business manager, whatever you want to call it. so let's go to businessfacebookcom and then, once you're here, click on create an account. then here we're going to type in our business name and also an email address, then click on submit. now we are inside of the Facebook business manager. the next step is to create our Facebook ad account. so you want to come over here to accounts and then go to ad accounts and then click on ADD and click on create a new ad account. we're going to give our ad account a name, choose the currency and then click on next. then choose my business, click on create and now we have to assign someone who will manage this ad account. in our example, it's just going to be ourselves, so we're going to choose our own Facebook profile here, and then we're going to just do full control. so we're going to take this box and click on assign. great, now we've created our Facebook ads account. the next step is to create a Facebook pixel and put that pixel on our Shopify store so that Facebook can track everything that our customers do on our store so that they're actually able to optimize who our ads will be shown to. this is absolutely essential if you want to make sure you're able to optimize your ads. so let's go to data sources down here and click on pixels and then click on ADD, and then here you can change the name of the pixel if you want to. I'm just going to leave it as it is and click on continue. then let's click on setup pixel now, and then we have a couple of options on how we can get the pixel on our store. the easiest one, if you use Shopify, is just use this first option: add code using a partner integration. so we're going to choose this option and then here, because our store is on Shopify, we're going to choose Shopify and now Facebook tells us to connect our Shopify store to Facebook. so we're gonna need to go to our store, to our Shopify store here, and start connecting our Facebook account with Shopify. so let's go to online store and then go to preferences, and then we're going to scroll down to where it says Facebook pixel. here we're going to click on set up Facebook and this will redirect us to the page where we can add the Facebook sales channel. so let's just click on ADD sales channel here at the top, and now, as we can see here on the left side, we have created a new sales channel for our store, which is Facebook. now we need to go through all these steps to connect our Facebook account to this store. so let's click on connect account. then here we need to connect the Facebook page that we have created before. so this would be perfect: paw Apparel Store. then click on connect and then we need to connect a Facebook business manager account that we have also created before, so I'm just going to use this one here. click on select, then connect, and then here Shopify is asking us how much data they're allowed to share from our store with Facebook. now I would recommend to choose maximum here, because that will allow Facebook to optimize your ads better. so I'm choosing maximum here and then click on Save. and then here we want to connect the Facebook pixel that we have just created before, which is going to be the source of all the data from our store. so let's click on connect here. then we have to agree to the terms and conditions and click on submit for review. so now you can see it says your shop is in review. however, that is referring to the shop on Facebook, which is not something we're setting up right now. all we want to do is be able to run ads to our Shopify store and, as you can see here, we are already able to run ads on Facebook and Instagram, because we have now added the Facebook sales Channel and installed the pixel. so we can now come back to our Facebook business manager and move on with the pixel setup process. so we can now check this box. I've completed the setup on Facebook and then click on next. then here we want to check if our pixel is actually working. so we're going to go and get the URL of our website so we can just go to our Shopify store, go to online store, click on this icon here and then just copy the URL from the top of the browser. then go back here to Facebook and just paste in the URL. click on send test traffic. now sometimes it does take some time until the pixel is active on your store. so if it doesn't show you that your pixel is active right away, don't worry, just come back in like 30 minutes and then try again to send some test traffic and see if the pixel is active, and eventually you should get to this page where you can see that the pixel is active. then what you want to do is click on next. then here let's click on finish. and now we want to connect our Facebook account and also our Facebook ad account to this pixel. so we're going to click on ADD people here at the top. choose our own Facebook account, make sure we have the full control over this pixel. click on assign and done and then click on ADD assets and then choose our Facebook ad account. here click on ADD and done. and now, to make sure our pixel works properly, we also need to verify our domain. so we need to go to Brand safety here on the bottom left, click on domains, then go to add and click on create a new domain. then here we simply put in the domain of our store and then click on ADD. and now we need to add this meta tag, which is basically just a piece of code, onto our HTML code of our store. so all we need to do is just copy by clicking on this code right here, then go back to our Shopify store, go to online store themes and then go to actions. here click on edit code and then we want to go to theme liquid here on the left side. now this looks quite confusing, but just don't freak out, just follow what I'm doing here. all we need to do is just paste in that code in the header section. so here, as you can see, the header starts. so we just click here, click on enter, so we get a new paragraph. then we just paste in the code, just like this, and then we click on Save. that's all you need to do to enter the code onto our store. and now we can go back to Facebook and check if that actually works by clicking on verify domain. here and there we go, our doma.

How To Install Facebook | Meta Pixel On Shopify 2022
hello, Angels engines. thank you for stopping by here at my channel, digital ocean, and I'm gonna be showing you today how to install Facebook pixel on Shopify. there are actually three different ways of installing the pixel. I'll be showing you all of them and you will be choosing which one to go through. and, yeah, see you in a bit. [Music]. [Applause]. [Music]. okay, so now we are under businessfacebookcom and you need to go and see, click this one. you should be seeing this exactly. unless it's um, Facebook has changed something else, like meta has changed something else. you should click here on settings, then business settings, more business settings. okay, now under data sources, click pixels. once your pixels, you should be having at least one pixel or zero. click to add. if you don't have any pixels, just click to add pixel. right, and um, here is very easy, self-explanatory. it's gonna create pixel for you. just put, give it a name, website eventually- I mean that's absolutely optional- then click continue and it will automatikally create pixel for you. let's say, we have a pixel already- AEG Market there and this one, okay, open in event manager. so we are opening the advanced manager. sometimes it's opening it here right on the in this overview, so make sure you are here under data sources, right, and this is where you're going to be able to see this view, this exact view. so there are a few ways you can see in your pixel. here is your pixel, those are your settings of the pixel. make sure that this automatik Advanced matching it's on. that's absolutely clean, mandatory. then go to overview. then go to from a new website, right at events, from a new website, and here we have two different ways of installing the text node, installing the pixel integration. check your partner's integration and you can see if there are a lot of Integrations with kajabi tops for many, many different like Integrations. we are choosing Shopify, and this should be some settings that we need to do before we proceed here. so let's go to Shopify store and click on online store. you click on preferences. honestly, you cannot wait for a while. I don't think it's changed- absolutely. install Google analytiks as well. you know- I've said not numerous times in on my videos- that are very important and this is very important for tracking purposes and this is the one of the best free tracking ways, right, nowadays. so set up Facebook, right? I don't know it's given this way, but it used to be very easy. now you're gonna give it the name of the website: dot my shopifycom. there we go. we have our channel here on the left hand side, Facebook Channel. I'll definitely give it a pin so that you, we can pin it and have it faster access to it. now we can go and create shopping, right, Network shopping and what's not. you need to connect the pixel here on on settings. now it's set up. it's all set up. you just go on the events manager and you continue: yes, I've completed the Shopify. next, there's already one pixel, right, verify your pixel is working correctly, right, so there's one only. um, there's one pixel working already. you'll see that here on the website. let's go to the website. that's the website, and I want to show you something. for instance, if you don't see any pixels here, right, yeah, that's because you have a blocker. that's a blocker. I will usually click on my adverb and just turn it off and refresh the page. now you see the actual pixel. same metadata, similarly detected. okay, it's pretty well set up. I just wanted to show you that the pixel is already installed in working correctly on this website and that's why I'm not gonna show something that is just next, next, next. this setup is completely. next, next, next, and, and it's already set up. I'm gonna show you how you gotta see it like this way here. on share data, once you go to settings, you need to see, under shaded, your pixel. if it's not, if you don't see it, you just go to setup and you set the pixel correctly. and it's pretty easy because they are connected um through API. right, and I will show you later in a different video how to. how you can also install the conversion API, which is something like Facebook pixel. it gets data, but it's based on the browser. it's not based on browser data, but it's based on a conversion API. it's through API, it's connected to the CRM, basically, which is uh, where the data is much more accurate and okay. so once we are done here, the pixel is installed correctly. there's another way of installing the pixel. it's up. if you go to Shopify App Store hour and retype Facebook pixel. you will get some apps that you can install and it's really easy to. once you follow their videos, it's really, really easy to get your pixel up and running. it used to be very good application, Google pixel track, a little bit of helper. I don't see this application right here, but anyways, you can. I'm 100 sure that you click any of this. apps will just look at their reviews not to get into. it's a 3.5 or something. it's, you know, like this one, I don't know. people are not very happy about this, this one, yeah. so there's the second way through applications. and Third Way, installing the pixel. Facebook pixel is when you go to online store. maybe we should go to uh event manager first so that we can grab the code from website and now, instead of going to Partners, we will go to still cut manually, copy the code. so there's the whole code, right, and we will go to the Shopify store again. you click here, online store themes and that's your theme, and under action, just go to edit code. okay, now, here we are looking for this team theme, liquid. click on it, Team Liquid, and you can read this: uh, this section here. where was this? okay, paste the pixel code into the bottom of the header section, just above the head tab. install the base coat on every page on your website. okay, so after reading this, you're gonna click this one here and get back to the, to the website, and we scroll down where the header is ending, into the body Heather. so that's the the end of the header section. see, I'm gonna give it some space here. I'm gonna face the pixel. yes, so I'm installing this pixel manually. only just to show you. right, let me see, after I save it, when I go to the website should be refreshing it. and after I refresh the website, we click here and there you go, we have two pixels right in store. well, those are the three ways of uh installing pixel code on our Shopify. the first one it's through shop, through Facebook's, right away your partners right here, click event and back in Partners right from a new website. the first way is through partner. the second way it's manually. and the third way it's through a third-party application on on Shopify. thank you for stopping by here in my channel and watching this video. I hope it helped you a lot in your business or career on or whatever. so please hit the thumbs up and uh subscribe for for the channel. thank you very much and see you next time. [Music]. [Applause]. [Music].

How To Connect Shopify Store to Facebook & Instagram Shop in 2022
hi guys, um, so in today's video, I wanted to show you how you can connect your Shopify store to a Instagram or Facebook shop so you can sync your products automatikally and you can have that shop on Instagram and Facebook so that you can you're able to sell whatever products you like on those social media platforms and integrate the two. okay, so let's get started. so, to begin this, you you first need a Facebook page and an Instagram account. obviously, once you have that and you have your Shopify store, or you need to actually first go to to your business Suite. you need to go create an account and if you're in your business Suite, what you're going to need to do is you're going to need to have a business, your business manager set up and you're going to need to create a Commerce account, and that should be over there. but what you're going to need to do, if you click on your Commerce manager over here inside your business Suite- so your business Suite is very your business manager- is going to to be for your different accounts. so if I click on the account that I'm looking for and I go to Commerce manager, it's going to show me that I have a product catalog already set up and you need this catalog to be able to sync this your products to, from Shopify to meter. and you do that by simply just adding catalog and then running through these, the wizard. so if, for example, you have an e-commerce store and just carry on, next you'll say, connect to a partner platform and you'll select Shopify and then you'll go to Shopify and you would then log in with your Shopify account and that will sync and connect your Shopify store to your commas manager and that will sync your products and and by doing that, you can have your catalog set up on meta. and then, once that is done- if you just go back, once that's done, then you're just gonna have to create, we're gonna have to sync your, your Shopify store, to Facebook or meter or Instagram and you, that will be, you'll be able to display all your products and make it shoppable on those social media platforms. so to do that part of it, you're going to have to go to apps over here and we're gonna have to go to- if you click on- apps and sales channels and then from here we're going to need to add Facebook and Instagram. let me just go back, I just need to search for it, click on here and we're going to search for Facebook in the Shopify App Store and we're going to click on Facebook and Instagram by meta and click on add app. you can click on ADD cells Channel. okay, so now we've added the Facebook and Instagram sales channel to our Shopify store and then from here all we have to do is we're gonna have to follow this wizard over here and we're going to select start setup and then we're going to need to connect our Facebook account to our sales Channel. That's now installed on Shopify. we click on connect account. it will bring up your the accounts that are in your account Center and you can just click on that. click on both if you want Instagram on its own or if you want Facebook on its own. you can select either or or. you can just select both and you can connect. it's going to ask you if you what the sharing preference you want, and I'll just cover the default and I'll say save. and then it's going to ask if you want to connect a Facebook pixel, and we do want to do that so that we can track our conversions. so we can just say connect. if you do not have one already, you can just click on create new and that will create you a new pixel and that will connect to your Shopify store. so I'll just click on connect and I'll select, I agree and submit for review. so once you do this, you can um, it'll take a couple of days for them to review your, your shop and just make sure that you following all the the policies according to Facebook and Instagram, and once everybody viewed it, it usually takes about two to three days and then from there you will be able to get approval for that and then, once your approval comes through, you'll be able to sell on Facebook and Instagram and you'll be able to view your shop and you'd also be able to tag all your products when making posts on Instagram or Facebook. if you like this video, please don't forget to subscribe to the channel. but that's how you connect your Shopify store to Facebook and Instagram. thank you, goodbye.

I want to go back here into Shopify. so I'm gonna scroll a little bit down until I found the start setup. so, as you can see, we have the Facebook account, uh, set up your shop. so what I want to do is to connect my account. so it's going to be popping up this new notification window where what I just need to do is just to wait a few seconds until the Shopify store finds my account. so, as you can see, I do have the uh business assets here into the meta business account. if you don't have any better business account, it's going to be asking you to create a new Facebook page and from that Facebook page, what you can do is to have your meta business account. now it's really important to have a metal business account if you want to have a Facebook pixel, if you want to track some data about your, your clients, everybody who clicks into your store. so if you don't have that, you have to be worrying about that. what I'm going to be doing here is to go into my meta business or into the creative studio. so here I'm going to go into business dot Facebook and in here what I want to do is to focus into my main account. here I'm gonna just uh close this for a second, go into my all the tools and, as you can see, we have the business feed, the account, quality business apps, the page settings, the advertise and so on and on. so what I want to be focusing on is into the event manager, but first of all, I'm going to be showing you guys to go into the settings and once you are here into your settings, you want to go into business assets and in here you want to add a new asset. so in here, what you want to do is to create your first business account, so you can create your business account, linked it into a Facebook page, into an Instagram account or into a WhatsApp account, and the purpose is exactly the same. it's really, really easy, and your account is going to be appearing it in here. so, now that we have our ad, our business account already opened, you want to reload this page so you can see that your account has been connected successfully, right so now what I want to do is to select my store, go into connect and here what you want to do, if you're just starting, you want to just leave it like that. the enhanced option, and I'm going to go into safe. that it was really really simple right now in here, as you can see, we have the connect apexo to track customer Behavior. so, as you can see, I already have a few pixels already created by um, by the business assets. so if you don't see any pixel, you don't have to be worrying about that. I do have just a few pixels from Facebook because I've managed a few shops and a few ads inside the metabusiness suit. but if you have nothing, you're going to be seeing something like the create Facebook pixel. by creating a pixel did you agree to the terms of servers? so I want to go into create new and here it's going to be appearing a new pixel. so this pixel is going to be helping me to track the customer behavior of all the tracking stuff that I'm gonna be um having here into my, into my website. so I just need to go into confirmed and of course I want to agree to the Facebook sellers equipment. I want to enable this and go into this submit for review. so once I have this option already created, since it might be taking a few minutes to process the information you submitted. so if you go back into your best and better suit, I'm gonna be just reloading this page. really simple and what I want to do is to go into my ad account settings just to see my event manager and see if my, if my tracking pixel, my new pixel, has been added successfully. so if I go into the events manager, what I wanted to do is to first open, uh, using my own profile, which is actually this one, and what I want to do is to scroll a little bit down. I want to go into the pixel. so, as you can see, here is a picture that was created a few seconds ago. this one ends into 54.86. you can see all the pixels that were created in here. so now I can go back into my Shopify store and here it says: you are ready to start selling on Facebook sales channel. so I need to get into done and now that we have our Facebook pixel connected, we can start to customize our shop on Facebook, we can start to customize and sell your products on Instagram and we can start running ads and Facebook and Instagram. so if I clicked into create and now it's going to be sending me into the ads manager of the business, facebookcom section. so if I go into the create campaign, you might see that your pixel has has been added successfully. so that's the way that we can start working here, guys, into the Facebook pixel if you want to track. all the information is going to be available into your own middle business suit, not from Shopify, but into the business, uh, into the meta business suit. so hopefully, guys, it was a very useful video for you. don't forget to like And subscribe to the channel if you want to see more about this, Shopify tips and all that. thank you so much for watching this video. good luck with this store of yours and I'll see you in the next one.
How To Install Facebook Pixel On Shopify And Track Conversion | Simple Tutorial (2022)
how to install facebook pixels on shopify and track conversions. hi guys, welcome back to another video, and in this video i'm going to be telling you how you can install facebook pixels on your shopify store to track conversions. so, having said that, let's just jump into the video now. i just want to say that, before we begin, there are a couple of things that you're going to need. first and foremost, what you're going to need are some basic things, such as facebook business manager, facebook ad manager, and then we're going to go ahead and install on the pixels. but if you create an account or facebook business suite, you will automatikally create an account on your facebook business ad manager, on the event manager and all of the rest of the stuff, because facebook business suite is basically like the home for everything, so you don't have to worry about that. so, having said that, let's just jump into the video now. so i'm already over here on my facebook meta suite, right? so the business suite, and what we're gonna do is we're gonna go ahead and jump into the ad manager over here. so for that, just scroll down and click on all tools and you will see all of the tools that facebook has. so, ad manager, business manager. you know they're all going to be over here. so what we're going to do is we're going to open up ad manager in another tab and we're also going to open up the event manager in another tab as well. so this is the ad manager right here. so, as you can see, this is how it looks. like there is nothing over here. we have literally nothing. so what we're going to do is we're going to go ahead and install and create an ad, right and once we come over here, but before we create a net, we need to go over here onto all tools and we need to go over to the event manager. so simply come over here on all tools and click on event manager and this will open up the event manager over here. so, as you can see, we have no pixels as of yet. over here, you're basically going to be able to create pixels. so, as you can see, i have nothing as of yet. so what i'll do is i'll just simply click on connect data, and we have a bunch of different options now, since we are going to be connecting our shopify store. so we're going to choose web action over here and then click on connect and then we have to enter in the name of our pixel. so i'll just say test pixels, and then we'll just simply click on create pixel. so now what we'll do is we'll add a url of our website. so for that we'll go back over here onto shopify login and once you've logged in, just simply copy the url over here. simply copy the url and then come back over here onto the event manager and paste it over here, and once that's done, just simply click on tik. and there you go, it's done, and then just simply click on next. and then we have to choose how we want to connect to the website. so conversions, api and metapixels, or metapixels only. so this one is, you know, recommended because since we want to track conversions as well, so we're going to want conversion, api and meta pixels. so we're gonna choose that, and then we'll just simply click on next and then we are good to go, all right. so, as you can see, it's still creating we. this is the test pixel right over here and it's waiting for activity. so we have to come back a little bit later to check for it. so, but, as that happens, what we'll do next is we'll go back over here onto our shopify account. what we want to do is come over here onto online stores or click on sales channels, but uh, we don't want to add another sales channel. we'll click on online stores and at the bottom, we want to click on preference. so we'll click on preferences over here and then it's going to open up the preferences, and then what we want to do is we want to go back over here at the bottom. we will see facebook pixels, right. what we'll do is we'll just simply click on set up facebook and then, over here, we'll just simply click on add sales channel and, just like that, it's going to be added into our account over here. as you can see, facebook is added. now what we want to do is we want to connect to our facebook account. we simply click on connect and we choose enter in the password of our facebook account. next, as you can see over here, we just simply click on continue with the name of our account and then we click on continue and, as you can see, our facebook business manager is now connected. all right, so this is our marketplace. we already had an account, so what we'll do is we'll just simply click on connect to this marketplace. we could have created another manager, but for now, we're good to go. then we want to confirm our domain. we'll just simply click on confirm, even though it's unverified, so let me just go ahead and verify it over here. this is my account, so let me just confirm the email to verify it. there we go. your email has been verified, all right. then we want to click our and connect our ad account. so, as you can see, over here, we just simply click on connect. all right, you just view and accept their terms and conditions, both of them- and once that's done- i hope this is their terms and condition- we just simply click on accept over here. there you go, it is now accepted, all right. so i think, because i verified my account, it got logged out, but now i'm logging in again, so we should be good to go, all right. so now i'm logged in, so let me just connect my ad account again. there we go. one is done, let's go ahead and view and accept another one. and now we just simply accept the terms and conditions. and over here, here we go. it's now done. we just simply click on done and now, all right, uh, add the account. and then we add the account as well, because it wasn't added before and now this personal. okay, so i need to add and run an ad account. so let me just do that. actually, i'll catch you guys in a second, okay, so i couldn't actually, you know, um, do this. i couldn't actually create an account, i don't know why, but uh, something went wrong and i couldn't actually create my ad account. but i mean, you're pretty much set to go right, like you understand what you need to do. like you just have to click on the connect button over here and then in facebook page you just simply have to connect the facebook page and in data sharing you will already, once you have created the pixel, once it's activated, then you just simply have to choose that pixel and click on connect, and same with the facebook target country: simply choose a target and then finish the setup and you'll be good to go. so pretty much that's it now. i'm sorry i couldn't show you what moves on, because now i have this tiknical difficulty and if i try to create another account, in that i would have to create and run another ad and then which i would have to run for at least 24 hours, then it'll work, but i don't know- then it would take probably quite a long time. so, pretty much, just simply connect to the settings that you have chosen, connect to the page, connect to the pixel of your choosing and your country, and you should be good to go. so, pretty much that's it. that's how you use it, that's how you connect your pixels to shopify and track your conversion. so so, having said that, that is it for this video,
