Hello everyone, I'm Michael from Helium, the maker of the Customer Fields app. Today, I'm going to show you how to automatically add customer tags using our app.

When you first log into the app, you'll be prompted to create your first form. We're going to choose the retail wholesale registration form, which is for merchants who sell to both retail and wholesale customers.

Methods:

1. Auto Tag via Form Rule:

This template is built with a recommended way to auto tag customers. When you sign up as a wholesale partner and check the designated box, we'll automatically add the B2B tag via form rule.

2. Multi-Choice Field:

We can also use a multi-choice field, like radio choices or check boxes, to add customer tags. We'll create a radio choice field called Are you a wholesale customer? and add a separate value to call that B2B if they answer yes. We'll also check the box that says Tag customer selected value so that the value is added as a customer tag.

3. Auto Tag Everyone:

If you only sell to wholesale customers, we can add a rule to auto tag everyone who fills out the form with the B2B tag.
