00:03:48 | 00:03:52 | ask them a direct question it was always |
00:03:50 | 00:03:53 | like hey you guys looking at laptops are |

00:03:53 | 00:03:56 | seeing what's out there was there |
00:03:54 | 00:03:56 | something in mind that you were looking |

00:03:56 | 00:04:00 | right so now i've given them pathways |

00:04:00 | 00:04:04 | so for you whenever you're presenting if |

00:04:58 | 00:05:00 | enthusiast or you're going to buy a |

00:05:00 | 00:05:03 | so then i'd be like oh cool is there so |

00:05:03 | 00:05:05 | kind of know the way all the sales go |

00:05:05 | 00:05:09 | um but otherwise if you're looking to |

00:05:09 | 00:05:12 | um you know you have all these different |
00:05:10 | 00:05:13 | brands but the first thing i do is just |

00:05:15 | 00:05:19 | small portable ones kind of medium size |
00:05:17 | 00:05:21 | then high performance big ones right |

00:05:47 | 00:05:50 | daughter and uh you know i don't want |

00:05:52 | 00:05:56 | fancy um we're just looking for |
00:05:54 | 00:05:58 | just something that's just right it's |
00:05:56 | 00:05:59 | like well no duh |
00:05:58 | 00:06:01 | actually i'm looking for something |
00:05:59 | 00:06:03 | that's too expensive and i'd like |
00:06:01 | 00:06:05 | something that has things i don't need |

00:06:23 | 00:06:26 | our guard up right because there's |
00:06:25 | 00:06:27 | always people trying to manipulate us in |

00:06:29 | 00:06:32 | way in fact they're probably more so if |
