a and today we're going to get into a
few things but i run multiple job
servicing businesses driving six figures
and an
education business called the drop
servicing blueprint that teaches drop
servicing
and today we're gonna get into the real
strategies and tactiks working out there
right now

into it so before we get into the video
i just want to give a few

that's really cool for his first sale

and um yeah loving the post that we've
got going on in the private community
lots of results going on and it's
awesome yeah feeling fantastik like
anthony says so
let's jump into some of the questions to
help you guys get sales in your business
as well
oh that's right we also have philippe
here first client closed 700
for the first month and then 950 a month
retainer so that basically means the
client pays a month after month
which is always awesome so yeah keep
that up and uh yeah i'm super excited so
i want to help you guys out now let's
get into these questions and start
hitting them out of the park

sorry two questions which paying ads
sell more
facebook or google ads pros and cons
well if you know how to make them work
they can both sell just as well
the thing is you need to realize there
are quite different platforms
with facebook you're kind of coming in
and interrupting people's days right
with your ads you
don't really know exactly who you're
targeting and whilst the facebook
platform can be quite powerful
once you've spent enough money for the
pixel to start really working for you
and the targeting itself as well
the thing is it's display so you're
putting these ads in front of people
and then seeing whether they're
interested so the interest level is
quite low
they're not really looking for what
you've got to sell you're kind of
interrupting them so you need to come at
them with a really good offer from the
get-go
um with google ads they are a little bit
more expensive overall than facebook ads
though that's
that's slowly changing facebook's
becoming more competitive the cool thing
with google ads is you're going to be
able to control the buyer intent a lot
more so the buyer team is basically
how likely the person is to buy by
searching for a certain keyword
on facebook it's not very likely right
because you don't know who you're
putting your ad in front of
whether they're going to be ready to buy
soon but with google
you can target specific keywords that
are much more likely to buy
so for example your service might be an
explainer video right
so if somebody's googling buy explainer
video
and your ad pops up that's going to be
much more likely to convert into a sale
than if you just put a
ad on facebook in front of somebody
random so that's kind of the difference
between the two
the pros and cons are just that with
facebook you can spend a lot less in the
beginning kind of scale things up
um with google it's a little bit more
expensive to go for really
high value keywords because there's a
lot of competition already there
and when it comes to b2b so there's pros
and cons to both
i use both my drop servicing businesses
and i teach both
and i recommend using both but when
you're getting started out with any ad
platform
i recommend just starting with one and
then mastering that getting sales with
that before moving on to the next one
but
when it comes to these two here um you
could really go either way
i don't really swing one way or the
other i would recommend just trying out
both seeing which one you prefer and
then choosing one to stik with
until you start seeing results from it

youtube video on how to run google ads
with the perfect keywords as well as the
right budget
yeah for sure i can do that eventually
probably not today it might take a
little bit too long
um and then we have raheem ammon for
websites like upwork and peoplepr
how can we get sales for people's
projects from a new perspective
i feel like no potential client would
trust news like me
with their task and money yeah so with
these platforms when you're getting
sales from the freelance networks
usually you're going to need to come in
at a much lower price than everyone else
so you basically want to offer the
lowest price possible
then once you start to build up some
reviews and testimonials and basically
amount spent on your profile so
basically how much money you've made on
the profile
it's going to start to build up your
reputation more and more and you can
increase your pricing over time so
that's usually the way you want to go
but there are some strategies that you
can use uh to get reviews
a bit quicker than that and then we have
usual
mishra sir i've been watching your
videos since last month
and started my own drop servicing
company but the problem i'm facing is
i get some replies from clients in
airport but i'm unable to make
conversion also should i
try get a lead generator from fiverr my
store mainly focus on web design so i'm
not 100
sure what your question is there but i
think it's related to your offer
um when it comes to fiverr i wouldn't
recommend using that to get leads
usually gonna be much lower quality than
building the system yourself to generate
leads but what you want to do if you're
not getting good responses to your
offers
is you need to test more variations of
that offer so i would have at least
five different versions of your offer
being tested at all times
and that way you're going to come across
the best one you don't want to just use
the same offer all the time
because you're not maximizing the
results you can get so my first thing
there
usually would be to test as many offers
as you can and then we have a lovely
fella here i'm not really sure what his
name is don't uh
read that kind of uh alphabet um but hey
guys i am really new to this type of
business so i wanted to ask how can you
get clients to respond to you knowing
that it's your first time
and i've been trying to start a payment
method and i chose paypal
but it keeps asking for my formal
business name or my company's name
whereas i'm not registered anywhere and
just starting so in terms of getting
your client's response really not that
difficult you just have to have a good
offer
like i said every time i start a new
business i don't have any testimonials
or examples either
so the thing you want to do is just
start reaching out and testing out
different offers
making adjustments to that offer over
time and improving it that's all you can
really do
and of course over time things will get
better but you really just need to start
taking action create an offer and start
putting it out there because if you
don't make any offers
you're not going to get any sales and
when it comes to paypal
i'm not really sure how it works it's a
little bit different in every single
country so i'm not 100 sure they may you
should probably google that one
um and then we have another question
here from john paul hi dylan
can you make a tutorial on how to create
a job servicing website yeah so a drop
servicing website it's not really like
any kind of special drop servicing
website um it's really just an agency
style site that you see with any kind of
digital marketing agency whether it be
seo web design whatever it may be you're
going to create the website in the same
way
and you can use a lot of things for it i
recommend using wordpress just because
it's the best
and the cheapest option as well and
you've got a lot of versatility there a
lot of options in terms of design how it
looks how it works so
that's my go-to that's what i recommend
using um in terms of tutorials you can
find a lot of tutorials already on
youtube for building a website
it's basically the same as you would use
to build a drop servicing website
um but in the course we get into a lot
of tutorials around that as well and
then we have
sham here sham says hi dylan i would
like to know how do you ask
exactly for other job servicing
businesses how much their freelancers
cost
and how do you determine which
businesses are drop servicing so
you don't need to know which other
businesses are drop servicing it doesn't
really matter at all
you're not trying to reverse engineer
drop servicing businesses but just
agencies in general
any business with digital services
selling online you want to kind of
reverse engineer and figure out what
they're doing and then do what's already
working as i always recommend
yeah and we give you a lot of templates
in the course for that
in terms of exactly what to say we
provide all the templates literally copy
and paste
everything you need to say to
freelancers and competition um but
really you just want to figure out what
the processes are
figure out what they do figure out how
they sell and you just need to do that
by emailing and messaging them um but if
you're a member of the course sham you
can just copy and paste templates we'll
provide you
either way there and then nino cabral
also asked google ads or facebook ads
it's really both i went through some of
the pros and cons there
but i recommend testing out both seeing
what you prefer and going either way
it's a little bit different method of
advertising because obviously one's
display
kind of interrupting your audience and
you can't be as targeted from the
beginning with that audience
whereas with google it's a little bit
more expensive um but the cool thing is
that there's more user intent
so they're more likely to buy if you
target the right keywords obviously the
broader the keywords so the shorter
the less likely that are going to buy
but you want to be able to test those
high buying temperature keywords are
more likely
to convert so test out both are both
quite different in terms of their
approach but they both work very well
and that's why i recommend using both
and then yeah once you've tested them
out then you know you can figure out
which ones you prefer
and then just go from there but we also
have james here and james says what are
the alternatives to paypal as recently
they've been shutting down some drop
services
accounts and holding money um they
definitely haven't been shutting down
any drop services accounts i think
you're thinking of drop shipping
james uh not drop servicing but two
different things
um but yeah uh in terms of holding money
for 180 days that will usually be
something
that they i don't think they do 100 days
for new users but some new users find
that
they will freeze your money if you
haven't verified your account and all of
the right ways just make sure you go
through the process properly verifying
your account
and then you'll be fine there's a lot of
other options like you've transferwise
as well
and plenty of other options you can use
to receive payments so you don't need
paypal
um but it works fine for drop servicing
just not so well for drop shipping at
the moment so
