Dropship Custom Men's Joggers for Running

Published on: May 13 2023 by pipiads

Last week, the author received a DM from Justin Phillips, one of the co-founders of Support Black Colleges, a brand that aims to support historically black colleges and bring awareness to them. The author decided to fly to Atlanta to interview Justin and learn more about his business.

How Justin built his business:

- Justin and his cousin started Support Black Colleges in 2012.

- Justin joined the business a few years later and brought his digital media background to help the business grow.

- The brand has gained hundreds of thousands of followers and collabed with countless celebrities.

- Support Black Colleges made all the gear for the NBA All-Star game.

A day in the life of running the business:

- Justin's day starts by checking his to-do list and checking in with his staff.

- He spends time designing and checking inventory.

- He checks in with his business partner and his brother, who helps run the business.

- Support Black Colleges uses a program called Finale Inventory to track everything.

Tips for starting a clothing business:

- It's important to figure out what type of person you are as an entrepreneur.

- The type of business you start depends on your stress level, time commitment, and how much money you want to make.

- Start with one entrepreneur and invest in their coaching or courses.

- YouTube is a great resource for free content, but it's important to take action and not get stuck in analysis paralysis.

Justin's story and parting words:

- Justin was raised in a single-parent household and saw his mom grinding to put him through school.

- He started with selling candy and had many failures before starting Support Black Colleges.

- Investing in himself and betting on himself was the key to his success.

- If he could do it, anyone can.

- Justin is starting a YouTube channel to share his knowledge and educate others.

Justin Phillips and his brand, Support Black Colleges, are a testament to the power of investing in oneself and betting on oneself. Starting with a small candy-selling business, Justin learned from his failures and eventually grew his brand to collaborate with celebrities and the NBA. His advice for starting a clothing business is to figure out what type of entrepreneur you are and invest in coaching or courses from successful entrepreneurs.

Dropshipping Custom T-Shirts VS AliExpress Products

Hey there! In this video, I'm going to talk about the differences between drop shipping custom t-shirts and drop shipping Aliexpress products. I've been seeing a lot of Shopify dropship store owners switching to print on demand custom t-shirts and claiming to make lots of money, so I want to share what I learned with you.

Main Points:

- Print on demand services like Printful can take a design you've created and print it on various types of products, with t-shirts being the most popular.

- With custom t-shirts, you have to come up with the product idea and design, which can be challenging.

- You can find t-shirt designers on Fiverr if you don't have graphic design experience.

- Just like with Aliexpress dropshipping, you have to put your product in front of your niche through Instagram shoutouts and Facebook ads.

- Custom t-shirts are limited to the products that the print on demand service can print on, like clothing, hats, mugs, and pillows.

- Aliexpress has millions of products and is easier to find products related to your niche.

- Shipping times for custom t-shirts are faster than Aliexpress but still take time to create and ship.

- Shipping times aren't a huge deal because you'll be selling impulse buys.

- It's always good to have multiple streams of income, so don't rule out Aliexpress dropshipping.

Overall, if custom t-shirt dropshipping interests you, there is a lot of information out there to experiment with. However, I would not rule out Aliexpress dropshipping because it is easier to find products related to your niche and shipping times aren't a huge deal. How To Design & Sell CUSTOM Products Online (2021 Step-by-Step)

Designing your own branded product and selling it online is a great way to start an e-commerce business. Alibaba.com is the world's largest B2B platform and is home to millions of suppliers and manufacturers who can help you create your products in bulk. There are three strategies for finding the right supplier: direct search, ready to ship, and request for quotation (RFQ). The RFQ method is the most recommended and efficient way to find suppliers. To submit an RFQ, you need to provide clear details about your product, including a product spec sheet, supply capability, shipping, and payment terms. Once you submit an RFQ, suppliers will provide you with quotations. You need to evaluate the quotations and choose the supplier that best fits your needs. To ensure that you choose the right supplier, check their duration on the platform, their location, and their specialization. With the right supplier, you can turn your product idea into a reality and build a successful and profitable e-commerce business.

AliDropship Review & Tutorial - Best Dropshipping Plugin for WordPress?

Hey guys, it's Hogan here and in this video, I'm going to be giving you a brief review of the Ollie Dropship plugin, which is a WordPress plugin to add a dropshipping store to your website. I'll be showing you briefly how to use it because I know a lot of you might be on the fence whether or not you could just stick with your WordPress store or you want to switch over to Shopify and Oberlo for dropshipping.

Pros and Cons of Shopify and Oberlo:

- Shopify is a great platform to use for beginners to build out a dropshipping or e-commerce store.

- It can get a little bit expensive.

- Oberlo is the main dropshipping app for Shopify.

- Aliexpress doesn't look that modern in my opinion.

Alternatives to Shopify and Oberlo:

- Ollie Dropship

- Whoo Dropship

- Blue Dropship

My First Impression of Ollie Dropship:

- Everything looked pretty good.

- But the designer just didn't really stand out compared to Oberlo.

Why I Chose Ollie Dropship:

- The pricing on Ollie Dropship is a one payment of $89.

- It doesn't matter how many products you sell or how many products you import.

- It's $89 for free updates and support.

- You get to import reviews from Aliexpress website to your WordPress website.

- The community was a lot bigger than the Woo Dropship plugin.

- They have a forum support area and it overall seemed a lot more active.

How to Use Ollie Dropship:

- Click on Buy Now only for $89.

- You'll get two different plugins, Ollie Dropship plugin, and Ollie Dropship Blue version.

- The main difference is that the Ollie Dropship plugin only works with the Ollie Dropship specific themes, which they've created.

- The Ollie Dropship Blue version is compatible with WooCommerce, so it integrates with it and it also works well with any of your WordPress themes that you might be using.

- Install the plugin and activate it.

- Go to Google and search for Ollie Dropship Chrome extension and add that to your Chrome.

- Import products from Aliexpress.

- Edit the images, variations, and titles before importing it to your WordPress website.

- Import reviews from Aliexpress website to your WordPress website.

- Set pricing formulas.

Overall, Ollie Dropship is a great alternative to Shopify and Oberlo for dropshipping. It's cheaper and easier to use. With the Ollie Dropship plugin, you can import products from Aliexpress, edit the images, variations, and titles before importing it to your WordPress website, and import reviews from Aliexpress website to your WordPress website. It's a great plugin for beginners who want to build out a dropshipping or e-commerce store.

Unboxing My Clothing Brand Samples From Alibaba [Streetwear Startup Ep.5]

In this video, the speaker unboxes samples of clothing from Alibaba that he had ordered for his clothing brand. He goes through his live reaction and afterthoughts about the quality, attention to detail, printing, and fit of the samples to see if the low-cost Alibaba suppliers can produce quality clothing.

Sample Review:

- Sample Number One:

- The supplier messed up the tech pack, which was not a great start.

- The printing quality was not good, and it looked flaky and painted.

- The back of the shirt looked dark, and the white was coming off as black.

- The design was not something the speaker would actually wear.

- The hat was of super cheap quality and looked like something from a dollar store.

- The material quality of the shirt was not what the speaker was going for and felt suffocating and plasticky.

- Sample Number Two:

- The speaker did not receive this sample yet.

After spending $300 on samples, the speaker was disappointed with the quality of the samples. He realized that the supplier was not going to be a good partner for his clothing brand. He plans to wait for the second supplier's sample to arrive and do another video review. If that sample is also not up to the mark, the speaker may have to pay a little more and source locally to get the quality down. He wants to ensure that his clothing brand is of truly quality, truly dope, and something someone wants to wear and be happy to wear.
