How I Made $4,230 in Four Days with Branded Dropshipping and Influencer Marketing
In this article, I will be sharing my experience of making $4,230 in just four days through branded dropshipping and influencer marketing. I will also be discussing how I found the product, my supplier, and built the store from scratch.
Finding the Product:
- Discovered the product through Dropper Spy, a tool for finding products for dropshipping
- Found a wrinkle removing device with a high markup and searched for similar products
- Undercut the competition by offering a cheaper price for the same product
- Looked for similar products on Amazon to make the branded version look more professional and worth the extra cost
Finding a Supplier:
- Used Alibaba to find a supplier that would allow for branded dropshipping with a minimum order quantity of just two
- Paid an initial setup fee of £80 for the supplier to create a mold that would print my logo on their products
- Supplier dropshipped the products for me, so I didn't have to invest in inventory upfront
Building the Store:
- Initially built the store using WooCommerce but found it too slow due to the number of plugins needed for the store's functionality
- Had a Shopify developer friend build a custom theme called Sweet Funnels that allowed customers to skip the cart and go straight to checkout
- Used Fiverr to create a logo and hire a photographer for high-quality branded images
- Rebuilt the store using Sweet Funnels with a clean and professional design, reviews, order tracking, and an emphasis on the product with a Buy Now button.
- Generated £3,450 in revenue in just four days
- Over 1,000 sessions and a 1.12% conversion rate
- Average order value of just under £90 and 39 orders in total
- Converted the revenue to $4,230
