How to Automate Dropshipping With a Free Chrome Extension!

one of the challenges of running a successful ebay or amazon drop shipping business is that we often find ourselves doing the same repetitive but simple tasks over and, over and over again. it takes up a lot of time. now, luckily, people are developing software that is automating that process for it, for us, making it a lot faster. but there's some things that people haven't made software for yet, and in this video I'm going to show you how you can program basically your Chrome browser to do it for you, and I promise you it's not as hard as it sounds. hey, I'm Paul and I'm committed to teaching you the exact strategies I use to create multiple six-figure businesses on ebay, and these are the same methods that changed my life, and I'm here to show you how they can change yours as well. so here I am on homedepotcom, and if you've dropped it from Home Depot, then you know that one of the challenges is that Home Depot's address book only accepts 50 addresses at a time- any more than that, and it sort of messes up the system, and what we have to do once a day is come in to the address book and delete all 50 addresses by clicking here, then clicking here. imagine that there were 50 year, it would take a really long time to delete all of them. that is until I found this Chrome extension called imacros, and I'll put a link to this underneath this video. I'm gonna go ahead and add it now and show you how it works. great. so it's added. now it's up here and what I'll do is click this and I'm gonna start a new one. so I click on the main folder, imacros. this is a little bit confusing to use the first time, but, as you'll see, it's not too bad and the more you play with it, the more fun you can actually have with it. you can see how many different things you can automate. so I'm going to click now where it says record right here. click record macro. there we go now, click yes, delete it. and now come back here and click stop. and now this will show you the whole process. right here. so the first step is actually labeled. number two: it says: go to this URL, which is homedepotcom- slash addresses. right. then it's have you click where it says delete, which is right here. then it clicks again where it says delete it right here. so those are the steps it recorded and now what I'll do is click Save and close. and this is it right here. I'm gonna rename it by right-clicking, click rename and call it delete addresses, and now I'll click play macro. it's going to go through all the steps, so first it's going to go to that website, then it's going to click the button delete and then click the next button that says to be. so it just happened. it was really fast and that's how it works now. what you can do now is you highlight it, click on manage and click on edit and you can edit it in here. so I get rid of the URL because I can just come right here when I'm ready to do it, but you can leave it in there if you want, and then what I'm going to do is repeat these tasks. so I'm gonna copy them and repeat it so that it keeps doing it and you can have, I think, up to 25 lines of code, so to speak, so you can quickly delete all them. now, one thing I found is that you need to give it time to load between deleting items for the website to load. so between each of them, what I'm going to do is add in another line, deposit, and that looks like this: it says wait seconds equals 1, so after it deletes an item it's going to wait one second- actually I screwed that up- goes right here and now. I will copy and paste that. so this is really great. you got to play with it a little bit. now click Save and close, and now we can try it again by clicking play the new one. so now it loads the website, it's gonna click delete, it's gonna do these second ones, it's gonna need to alert third one, the fourth one. it would have kept it leading them, but there's none left. so really cool little software you can play with this. this script itself that I just showed you I'll put underneath this video if you want to, or I'll put in a link underneath this video if you want to copy it and use it yourself and play around this. see what else you can do with this. I'm only beginning to learn from it. if you open the folder called demo, there's a lot of different demos. it will show you different things that can do like fill in forms for you, do quick save as upload things for you. so try it out and let me know in the comments section what you've discovered that it can do or different ways that you found to do repetitive tasks over and over again really, really quickly, and if you like this video, I'd appreciate it if you give it a thumbs up. if you loved the video, make sure to subscribe for more quick, fast tips about ebay and amazon drop shipping. thanks, and I'll see you in the next video. Do NOT Use Aliexpress to Dropship (NEW 2022 Method)

Drop Shipping is dead. this is a phrase that I've heard countless times over the past few years. it has caught so much confusion and it's time for me to clear this out. selling things on the Internet isn't going away. what's popping YouTube? my name is Nathan Nazareth. welcome back to the channel. I've been doing e-commerce and drop spring for over three and a half years doing multiple seven figures in online sales, but, like I said, there's a whole host of problems doing things this way. the reason people have this common misconception About Drop Shipping is due to scammy looking websites, low product quality, long shipping times and all the other major hassles that you have to deal with when you're working directly through a product page on AliExpress to fulfill your orders. and one of the most important, if not the most important, things that I learned along my journey was to establish a private supplier right from the job. establishing a relationship with a private supplier has never been easier, yet people are still doing it in very, very incorrect ways, so I'm going to be clearing all that up and showing you guys exactly how to get a private supplier in this video to Jump Right In. AliExpress sucks, as a supplier. using AliExpress simply limits your growth and will not satisfy your customers. two main reasons why AliExpress fails to be good supplier is won the long shipping times and two, the poor product quality. customers just don't want to wait three to five weeks for their product to arrive at their house anymore. I don't blame them. we're in the era of Amazon Prime, where things are literally showing up the day. people order them now. not only will these long shipping times overcomplicate the process, causing you more money, since customers will constantly be emailing and you'll have to respond, taking your time or hiring somebody to respond to all these issues- but they'll refund orders along the way. they'll open chargeback requests, which will not only charge you fees, but they'll also hurt your payment processors, which means that they'll essentially start holding all the money in, which will really start to inhibit your scaling potential. another main issue about going through AliExpress is that there's pretty much no reliability. you're using this one product page and you'll be left never knowing if your orders went out on time, if the boxes were all damaged, if the products were broken, if the consumers actually received the product that they paid for. this is exactly why Drop Shipping gets a bad name. when I first started dropshipping, I ran into countless issues. on multiple occasions I found out the supplier actually shipped the product to the wrong address and when I would reach out to them about it, they would either deny it or not answer me altogether. punch you on the face- so bad right now. another common issue these suppliers will get you on is actually sending lower quality products to your consumers. they have little incentive to communicate with the people who buy from them, so, in other words, they're kind of just sending out whatever to your customers because they don't care. they've already made the money terrible business. now that I've gone over why AliExpress is just not sustainable in the long run and it's potentially holding back your business from getting to the next level, I think we should tok about some of the key benefits that come along with having a private supplier and why you literally need one right now. so, starting off with a private supplier, you can achieve shipping times much, much faster. in many cases, you can actually get two to five day shipping, which is typical for domestik suppliers, in other words, suppliers that hold your inventory in the United States, if that's where you're selling to, or in Europe or in Canada, and so on and so forth. another bonus of working with these private suppliers is usually the potential for white labeling, for custom packaging, logo, those and just creating an overall, more unique and branded customer experience. a private supplier would also be willing to negotiate with you for lower prices, for faster shipping, for cheaper shipping, depending on how many units you are actually selling. that way, the more successful that you become and the more volume you start pushing through the supplier, the more likely they are to reduce some of the costs per unit, thus increasing your profit margins over time. you're going to need it now. at this point, you're probably saying, okay, I'm sold, but how do I actually find these private suppliers to work with now? this can be a tricky task if you don't know where to look and there's lots of misinformation on it, and also many suppliers are reluctant to work with drop shippers, especially relatively inexperienced drop shippers that aren't pushing a lot of volume. however, there are a few crucial methods and things that you can do to increase your chances in working with a top tier supplier right off the bat. firstly, you can try reaching out to suppliers that specialize in a product that you're already selling. these suppliers are more likely to be familiar with the niche, the industry that you're selling my products in and you can immediately start toking with them and asking them questions, which makes you seem more experienced and makes you seem like you're already pushing units or you're ready to start selling thousands of these things. and remember they're going to get excited about that because they want to make money just as bad as you do. you can also try contacting some smaller suppliers. they might not be as reputable yet, but typically they'll be more flexible with their terms and willing to take on new partners, as they are trying to seek out as many new clients as possible because they're just getting their business going. also, if you urgently need private suppliers and you want to shortcut some of the time involved with actually going out there and finding a list yourself, you can click the first link down below, which will be an application link to my mentorship program inside of my education company. in here we have lists of vetted suppliers that I've worked with for years and built up amazing relationships with. on top of that, you'll be seeing a holistik picture into how I do Drop Shipping in 2022.. we only have a few spots left, so hurry down there and see if you can pick one. know now, when you're just starting Drop Shipping, it can be difficult to go straight into finding a private supplier. the easiest way for people just starting out is to actually go ahead and get their hands on an agent. an agent essentially works as a middleman and has experience working directly with all these different manufacturers and suppliers. this will save you a ton of money and hassle in the long run, because the agent will be able to get the best quotes for you for tons of different suppliers and they'll essentially do all that work that is really time consuming on your end. oftentimes, these agents, or even third-party platforms that do this service for you, will actually try to drop ship on top of that and add more additional costs along the way. so it is vital to speak with multiple agents and making sure you're not getting drop shipped or further ripped off along the process, if that makes sense now, when trying to find one of these agents, there are a few different websites, for example Alibaba, where you can start going and just messaging every single supplier, though more often than not, that's how you're going to find the actual suppliers and manufacturers. so my preference is to use Auto DS, which will actually connect you with an agent associated with the supplier themselves, or you can go to an agent directly, who will go to their suppliers and find you the best deal for your product. now, autods actually aims to be a full service automation dropshipping platform but, like I said, one of the best things about using the platform Auto DS is that they can easily integrate and connect you with some of their top suppliers and get you the best quotes. I've.

I Tried Dropshipping With $0 For 30 days

have you ever wondered if it's possible to become a millionaire with Drop Shipping, for a million dollars, millions of dollars from Drop Shipping? well, I know for a fact it's possible, because I went from a high school dropout to making over 1.5 million dollars in a year. by the time I was age 21.. and to show you that it's still possible today, I created a brand new Drop Shipping Store using zero dollars and I'm sharing the entire process transparently now. we just officially ended our first full month in business and we had a lot of ups and we had a lot of downs and, honestly, this reminded me of how hard it is to get your first business off the ground. so while a lot of people are going to be watching this video and impressed with the sales that I've gotten, just realize that this isn't an overnight success. this has been the last five years of me dedicating myself to this craft and I don't want this video to come across showing off. I know there's a lot of gurus out there who try to highlight how easy Drop Shipping is, and we both know these guys are not Drop Shipping, so just know that I'm gonna always keep 100 with you guys. now, any good Drop Shipping Store starts with a good product. I don't care how good your website is or how good your ads are, so I couldn't just find any product. to be successful in this challenge, I needed to find a product that matched the criteria of a winning product. usually when I am picking a product to sell, there's a few things that I look at. obviously, profit margin- if we don't have a good profit margin, then there's no way we're gonna ever be successful. and another piece of criteria that I think is important is that the product actually makes people's lives easier. so to locate this problem-solving product, I ended up going on tiktok and looked up hashtag. tiktok made me buy it and, honestly, I had to browse sometime to find something decent. but I knew we had found a winner when I found a tik tok post with literally hundreds of people asking where they could find the product and the video only had about a thousand likes at this point. now, honestly, this was kind of suspicious- a post with only about a thousand likes to have this many comments of people wanting to know where to buy the product- and I thought this was a great opportunity. hundreds of people were looking to buy this product and they didn't have someone to fulfill that demand. so I built a website on Shopify and I started my journey trying to get this brand sales using zero dollars Capital. now, I only really had one opportunity to become successful with this store, since our budget was zero dollars in order for us to create a profitable business. it meant attracting customers to our website without spending any money. now, this meant that the standard avenues for advertising, like Facebook ads, were completely out of the question, but what was possible was for us to create tiktok and Instagram real content completely organically and try to get the post viral so customers can see our product. so for the last 30 days, I spent a ton of time creating content and it actually went pretty well. so I want to go over the results and how much money we're able to make. so this challenge started on August 16th. this was our first day in business and I ended up posting up only one single tik tok on this day and, yes, I did not get any sales. this was definitely a stressful day for me. I was creating a brand new business from scratch again and, honestly, day two felt pretty similar. we made zero dollars in sales and I spent hours of our time and we weren't able to even manage to get one single sale, so I was feeling pretty disappointed around this time. but day three, things started to pick up. day three, on August 18th, I managed to get our very first sale, and this was when I realized that we were on to something. so I got super stoked and excited about creating this brand. so I ended up doubling down. on the 19th, I created two pieces of content, but unfortunately we were only able to get one sale for 56 dollars. and then the day after that, on the 20th, we were only able to get one sale again, even though I was posting more content now. up into this point, we had gotten zero sales from tiktok. our tiktoks were doing terrible, but our Instagram reels were actually getting to push out, so this was a good sign. we're getting a few thousand views on our Instagram reels, but for some reason we weren't able to crack into tiktok yet. now, day six was a super exciting day. we managed to get three sails for a total of 270 dollars, and this made me feel like we could really take this brand to whatever height we wanted to grow it to, and this brought me down a path of switching our content up. I started to focus on More Story based content, and this started to work really well. we were able to wrap the first week up at a total of 785.93, which personally I thought was a really good start to this challenge. I was feeling super excited and optimistik that this store could grow to a store that does six figures a month. so I really wanted to double down to get the best results we could in this Challenge, and that's also when I set a goal of trying to to make one thousand dollars in a single day throughout this Challenge, and this brought us into week two. on day one of week two, we ended up doing 159 dollars, and day two ended up being another Super solid day. we did 299 dollars in sales this day, which got me feeling really good. we were able to hit some consistent results at this point, and at this point we had generated over one thousand dollars in sales. and the best part about this is, since we weren't spending money on ads, almost 75 percent of the revenue was profit. day three of week two, we had a pretty similar day, and then, day four of week two, I started ramping up the content. I realized that our posts were doing well, but maybe we needed more volume. so on day four of week two, we managed to hit our best day yet at 364 dollars, which was a really good sign. we're almost 40 percent to our 1K a day goal. and then, day five, we managed to smash that record at 399 overall. during week two, we managed to get over two thousand dollars in sales, which meant for this two-week period we had done over two thousand and seven hundred dollars, and I already created a video covering up to this point. if all this sounds familiar. but what I'm about to get into is week three and week four, which ended up being a total twist, and I think it's gonna be something really exciting for everyone. going into week three, I was definitely nervous because we hadn't hit the goal that we set out for this challenge yet and while we were getting results, I wanted to show people that this business is really possible and that we can hit some big numbers. so I was seriously stressed to continue to create the best content that I could, and it ended up being a pretty stressful week. but here's how it ended up. going as far as sales, on day three of week one- such a disappointing day- we managed to get zero sales, but honestly, it felt like it was about time we stopped getting great holds. it seemed like everything was going pretty easy in the beginning of this challenge, so the fact that we weren't facing turbulence just meant that we weren't pushing hard enough. so the fact that I didn't get any sales today, I kind of just dismissed it and decided I'm just gonna keep pushing on. now, on day two of week three, we actually did end up getting a sale, but unfortunately we also did have a refund. so that's why we only made 14.99 on this day, which is just pretty natural. sometimes customers will end up ordering something and they'll want their money back, so we just gave them their money back. we're not going to worry about that and we're just gonna hold. day three is more successful. unfortunately, it wasn't and we managed to do zero dollars in sales yet again. so for this three day period, we had literally only made about 14.99 and I was feeling really bummed out at this point. I thought that maybe the store was over, maybe the product wasn't workin.

How to Dropship from Aliexpress to eBay with AutoDS (Lazy Method)

Bill Gates once said that I will always choose a lazy person to do a difficult job, because a lazy person will always find an easy way to do it. so in this video we're going to look at the laziest way to start drop shipping on ebay. now, dropshipping is a model where we find items on other retail websites like Aliexpress, calm, and we list them up for sale on eBay. then, once they sell, we buy them directly on Aliexpress and ship them directly to our customers, which means we never have to handle the inventory ourselves. now this process can be done fully manually if you want. so that means you are going to go on Aliexpress and go on eBay, see what items are already selling well on eBay that you can buy from Aliexpress, list them up for sale on eBay by copying everything from Aliexpress, pasting it into eBay, doing all that manually. but of course there are now ways to automate that process, make it go much, much faster. so I made a video recently. you might want to check that out. that video shows the current way that I do this drop shipping. its a mix between manual and automatik drop shipping and it really feel like it's the best approach to dropship. you see, if you go fully manual. there are definitely benefits to that method. what you're going to see is that you're going to have more control over the whole process. you're going to see exactly what is going into your store and you exactly check that every item that's going in there is the item that you want in there. but the drawback of doing everything manually is that it takes a lot of time. with an automated approach, the benefits there is that it takes you zero or no time to actually list products and to get the whole process going. now the drawback there is that you don't have as much direct oversight or control. a lot of times, because you know when something's automated, we tend to get a little bit lazy and not pay as much attention to it. now, with the method I show it in that last video, it's kind of a mix between the two and I still think that's the best method for you to use. but I know some of you guys are lazy out there. so in this video I want to show you the lazy way to start drop shipping onto eBay, and the lazy method requires you to just press one button, which is the thumbs up button underneath this video. alright, just kidding guys, but seriously hit that like button. now let's go into my computer so I can show you the lazy way to start drop shipping onto eBay. okay, so this is the software that I used to run my ebay drop shipping business. it's called Auto D s. now this software does a lot of different things to help me run my business. it will help me find products, it will then list them up for sale and it will help me with order fulfillment as well. again, we're trying to do as lazy as possible here. so once you sign up for an auto D s account, get all your settings correctly. then, if you're being lazy, then come over on the Left where it says Auto D s finder. now full disclosure here. this part is not free. you do have to pay a little bit extra to be able to use the auto d s finder. but let me show you how it works. am i? and why? if you're lazy, you might want to take advantage of this. so if I'm gonna choose on the source site here- Aliexpress China -, eBay US. and what this Auto D s finder does is it's going to find items that are already selling well on eBay that you can source from Aliexpress. and you can break it down like: let's say: okay, I won an item that sold at least three times in the past month, or at least five times in the past month, or at least eight times in the past month. now, obviously this one is the most valuable- eight times in the past month- because if it's done that, then you know that that's a really popular item and chances are, if you list it up for sale, you're going to make some awesome sales on it as well. but of course, this one cost a little bit more money. for that reason. now I'm gonna choose- let's choose a couple from the three and let's do maybe three products and we'll choose two that's sold at least five times and the eight times. I'll choose one, and that will cost me a total of eleven credits. now I'll click upload it. wellwhen. now it's going to take me to another screen where I can choose exactly what I want these items to be priced at, so you can put your break-even here, and then you could put in an additional profit percentage. so the break-even percentage: how much you have to mark it up in price just to break even. so if you sold it at just the break-even, you wouldn't make any money but you wouldn't lose any money. but of course you want to make a profit here, so we'll put in an additional profit here. we'll choose our return, our template for the listings, the quantity, so how much of the item you want listed on eBay, I'll do one each and I'll have our handling time. because this is from Aliexpress, which is coming from China, I'll choose a longer shipping time, a little bit longer handling time and a 30-day return policy. if you want to add any tags, you can. so on this tag, I'm going to do finder that way. I know I uploaded these using the Autodesk finder and we'll choose here that is coming from China, because you want to be fully accurate here. you want them to actually know the buyers. that is coming from China, that's it, and I'll click Save products- scheduled products. and once it's done, loading has a few items to go through. so it's gonna do that and now what it's doing is actually just going to list those items into my store for me. so I don't even have to look at them, I don't have to review anything. it will automatikally find those items and upload them to ebay for me and let's kind of take a look at what those items are. so I can actually see these products right here and it's still working right now. but it's pulled in three of them. so first one here. let's take a look at that one, and the way you can kind of look at it is on the left. click on this edit button and you see that it found this wallet that's doing really well on eBay and I think a reason this one is probably doing so well is because there's so many variations, so there's a lot for people to choose from. so what Otto das is doing is pulling in each of the variations for listing. you know this is a listing on Aliexpress for one wallet, but there's different choices. you can get a gray one, a brown one, a black one, this metal box one. it also pulls in the item specifics, which is really important for eBay, and the photos and the description. I'm going a little bit beyond what you need to do. you do not need to click through and look at this like I am. I'm just doing that for this video so you guys can kind of get an idea of what it is that Auto D s is actually doing in the background. what I'm going to do is copy down this title and actually search for it so we can see where they got this from. so this looks like it on Aliexpress, yeah. so this is it right here and you can see right here on Aliexpress. its sold nine hundred and eighty seven times, so this is definitely a popular product on Aliexpress and it's gonna price it. so, for instance, this one is pricing it at $17.60 and you can buy it for twelve dollars and 46 cents, so there's a markup there. enough for you to make a profit. now, if you come back to Auto ds2- the items that is uploading, I'll show you one other thing, because, remember, I mentioned before that there are drawbacks to doing things that are fully automated, and this is one the drawbacks right here. this item right here, as we see, is Christmas bracelet, Saul's Christmas stuff, and right now it's January 15th. so this item definitely sold a lot within the past thirty days because this was selling right before Christmas, but now it's after Christmas, so it's very unlikely that this is going to continue to sell, well, now that it's January 15th when I'm recording this video. so this is not one that I would want listed in my store, but that's one of the drawbacks of doing something like automation. like I said before, you're not gonna have as much oversight into what items are actually being l.

Automating Your Dropshipping Store | $1,382/Day Profit on Autopilot

hey everyone, Gabriel, here and in this video I'm gonna be toking about how this new store is making me fourteen hundred dollars a day in profit completely on autopilot. and by that I mean that I'm only spending 15 to 30 minutes a day working on this store and everything else is completely taken care of, completely automated. so first off, I want to show you guys some numbers. so this is actually a new store that I started late in November, so around the 25th of November, and since then, as you can see, the store has done seventy seven point three thousand dollars in sales, so it's been doing really well. I've been working on scaling it gradually and right now it's sitting at about six thousand dollars a day in sales. and I don't want to scale it past this point right now because I'm actually in the process of private labeling the product and I don't want to push it too far before I private label, because right now the product is really on top and I don't want a lot of people copying me. but as of now, I'm really excited about this brand and I hope that it's gonna do really well in 2019. but that's not the point of this video. the point is to show you guys how I automate my stores to the point where I only have to do fifteen to thirty minutes of work a day on them. so just to show you the proof about the $1400 a day, I'm just gonna pull up the last seven days, so from the 10th to the 16th, and, as you can see, the total sales were 44k and my profit margins on this store for those 10, for those 7 days. I actually did the math before this video and they worked out to 22 percent. so it's 44,000 times 22 and then divided by 7, so 1.3, eight thousand dollars a day in profit and that's pretty much with, you know, 15 minutes of work a day. so it's really not bad and I'm gonna be showing you guys exactly how I automate everything in this video. so, without further ado, let's get right into the content. so when you start scaling a dropshipping store, there's three main tasks that you need to take care of, that are gonna take a lot of time and that you want to automate as soon as possible so that you can start focusing on the higher level stuff. number one is customer service. obviously, as you start scaling, you're gonna get a lot of messages, a lot of emails, a lot of comments and you want to have a team in place to respond to all of those in a timely manner so that you know your customers aren't upset, you don't get a lot of charge backs, etc. order fulfillment is also something that starts taking up a lot of time as you start scaling, especially if you don't have a good system in place. so, like if you're ordering from a Leakes, stress or another similar supplier where you have to put in or each order one by one, this is gonna take a lot of time, it's really inefficient and that's another thing that you want to automate as soon as possible. lastly, marketing is a another time-consuming task, right, especially when you're scaling. most of you know that once you start scaling, it's not just like you leave your ad sets going and everything, everything goes well. you have to manage them every day, kill bad, odd sets, create new ad sets, and so this takes a lot of time and this is another task that you can partially automate to make your life easier. so I'm gonna break down each of those three tasks one by one and show you, guys, how I automate them. first up, automating your customer service. now, the way that I like to set this up is to use a software called Zen desk, which is a customer service software, and it integrates seamlessly with Shopify. so it's really easy to set all that up. and once you've got Zendesk, Zendesk allows you to keep things really organized, so it uses a tiket system, which is what most companies use for their support right? so Zen desk is a really big company and having this tiket system is going to help you keep things organized. and another thing that you can do with Zen desk that I use a lot is macros. so macros are basically pre pre written responses to email, so you can have a macro for every scenario that happens often, and then your customer service agents can just apply that macro and reply to emails and seconds. so I'm just gonna quickly show you my Zen desk and what the macros look like so you get a better idea of what I'm toking about, because I understand that this might be confusing for beginners. so these are the macro settings on my Zen desk for the store that I was showing you at the start, and so I have all these macros made. so I didn't actually have to make these myself and my customer service made these. so what I tell them to do is I tell them to make macros for whatever scenario keeps on happening, based on our refund policy, based on our shipping times and everything that I trained them to do so. whenever they have, you know, questions I keep recurring or a problem that keeps happening, they'll make a macro for it and then they can just apply that macro whenever they need to respond to someone. so these are just a few of the macros that I have. right, basic business days, cancel before ditched, batch, cancelled too late. cash from delivery. so people asking like: can I connect a with cash on delivery, change address, you know, if it's before the dispatcher, if it's too late, can charge extra. so you know people that email us. they say, yeah, I got charged extra and that's because of the conversion rate between currencies. so all these different problems that happen all the time, like delivery tracking not active- you know all this type of stuff. we have macros for every possible possible scenario. so this allows my customer service representatives to easily respond to emails and do it a lot faster. I also have a few tips when it comes to actually hiring your customer service representatives. so number one is that you want to hire them on upworkcom. in my experience, that's the best place. all you need to do is you post a job and you explain what you need them to do, and you'll get a ton of applicants and you just need to select the best ones. so a few tips here. number one is that, in my experience, the best price range is around seven to eight dollars per hour. you're gonna get a lot of applicants who offer a lot less than that, and usually you get what you pay for. so those people aren't gonna be, you know, fluent in English, they're not gonna be attentive to details, and so the quality of the work isn't gonna be that good. so what I like to do is I like to pay a little bit more and get someone that has a lot of experience, you know, with Shopify, with drop shipping, with Zendesk, and so someone that's really gonna be able to help me out and take care of things independently, without always having to ask me what to do and things like that. so $70 per hour is, you know, that sweet spot that I found that I usually pay for my das. now, like I just mentioned, you want to only hire people with experience using Zendesk. the reason being is that, especially if you don't know how to use n desk. they can do a lot of things with Zendesk like you wouldn't even know about, for example, the macros. I didn't set up any of those macros myself, just the customer service representative that I hired has a lot of experience with the Zen desk and so she set all of that up by herself and it's gonna save a lot of time. it's gonna save me money, right, because now that she has those macros, she can reply to emails faster and not waste time, and I pay hourly, so everyone wins. so hire people with experience, it's definitely worth it. now I want to show you the job posting on up work that I put up to hire this representative that I'm toking about, so you guys get a better idea of what kind of job posting you need to put on in order to get some good, some good customer service reps. so this is the job posting that I put up on up work, and it's pretty simple. so all I'm saying is we're looking for an expert customer service representative with experience working in e-commerce. we currently have one experienced member on a customer service team and we are looking to add a new member. you will be trained.

How to Make 6 Figures Dropshipping on Amazon Using All Software

in today's video we're going to cover how to build a six-figure Drop Shipping business on Amazon. there's a lot of places that you can drop ship and build a sizable business on, but the reason that I love Amazon so much is because it's practikally 100 automated. once you get your product set up and put in your Amazon inventory, there's software that will scan the internet and do product research for you, so you know which products are profitable and which one's to list. there's software that will tell you how much a product is selling already on Amazon, so you know listing it is actually even worth your time. there's software that will automatikally reprice your inventory for you, so if you have a product set up, it'll continue to monitor your competitors and adjust your price accordingly. that way, you can make as much money as possible, because your price will always be super competitive. there's software that will cut your order processing time significantly. if you're doing it on your own, which might not sound like a big deal, but if you're doing dozens of orders a day, this can cut hours off your work each day. there's software that will automatikally input tracking numbers for you, so once you actually process and order, you don't even need to manually put in the tracking number anymore. it'll do that for you, and there's even software that will automatikally fulfill your orders for you, so you literally don't have to do anything. we're going to cover each and every software in today's video and I'm going to give you a rundown of how you can build your very own six figure Drop Shipping business on Amazon. all of this stems from my experience doing this in my own business, a business I'm still doing right now and I still strongly believe in. so the first thing that you need to do in order to build a profitable drop stream business on Amazon is find good, profitable products. there's many ways to find products, but perhaps the best way is use the software that compares Amazon's catalog of millions of products, again similar products all over the internet on hundreds of other websites. the software that I highly recommend is called Source Mogul. it's a game changer for software and has been instrumental in scaling my own Amazon Drop Shipping business. you can search through hundreds of websites to find products that are selling for Less on those sites than they are on Amazon, and then, once the software spits you out products, you'll want to make sure that one you're able to sell it, and this will obviously depend on the age and sales history of your Amazon seller account, as well as if you're gated for that product, brand or category. and second, you'll want to make sure that it is indeed still profitable. now you can do that by running the price on Amazon against the price on your supplier's website to see if it's actually going to make you money after Amazon fees are deducted. an easy way to do this is by using Amazon's profit calculator, and they provide one free for you. and three, that it's actually getting enough sales on Amazon to justify listing it into your inventory now. I highly recommend the jungle Scout Chrome extension for this. I've used and recommended this software since I started in e-commerce years ago. it's helped me build my business from the ground up and I could not recommend it anymore for Amazon sellers. then, assuming all this checks out, you'll want to add that product to your inventory on Amazon and set it up in your repricer. a repricer is a software that automatikally monitors your price against other sellers on that listing and then adjusts your price automatikally so that it remain remains competitive and you have a shot to win the buy box. for those of you that don't know what the buy box is. it's basically just that yellow add to cart button that you see on an Amazon list. now there's usually a lot of sellers all competing for that, but upwards of 95 of sales on Amazon come from that add to cart button or rarely, to someone on Amazon searching to buy. click the other sellers button and buy from somebody there, and the seller that wins the buy box doesn't actually always have the lowest price either. there are many factors to go into what actually gets the buy box and who wins it. I'll link a video that I did in the past on all the factors that go into getting the buy box and how you can give yourself the best chance to win it. it's a really great, in-depth video. I'll drop that at the bottom of the description for you now. I never recommend repricing at lower prices on Amazon, because that's how you end up with like race to the bottom pricing and then nobody wins. instead, I typically recommend that you either match the buy box price or you match the lowest price if there is no buy box or if you're selling a used product that's not new. there are many reprices out there and they they can get expensive. so instead of recommending an expensive one that isn't really necessary for drop shippers. I'm just going to be honest with you. you don't really need a repricing software. Amazon has one that's already built into the back of Seller Central, and the one that they built actually works pretty well. it doesn't come with all the special functions of software. that charges you like 400 a month, obviously, but we don't need a software like that for what we're doing. we really only need to match the buy box price or match the lowest price, and the free one in Seller Central does that pretty well from there. you'll also want to make sure that you have a software that monitors your inventory. that way, you don't actually sell an item that's out of stok. I recommend skugared for this. it does a really great job. it'll basically check all your products every hour to make sure that they're still in stok on your suppliers website and if they aren't anymore, it'll actually go into your Amazon inventory for you and then change your stok to zero on that listing. this will give you peace of mind that any sales that you have are still in stok and you don't ever have to cancel orders, which are a big deal on Amazon. another software that I highly recommend recommend using is called spot and paste. this software copies addresses from your Amazon orders and then makes it super easy to paste them into your supplier's website when you're fulfilling orders. it can be programmed to do this on literally every single website and it'll save you loads of time so that you can process orders a lot faster. yet another software that will save you time is tracker bot. this software will scan emails for your tracking numbers and corresponding orders and then it will match them up in your Amazon orders and automatikally input those tracking numbers for you into it. that means that you don't have to waste time opening emails, copying tracking numbers and then finding the orders that correspond and putting them into Amazon orders yourself. this software does it automatikally for you and finally, there's software out there that will even fulfill your orders automatikally, so you really don't have to do anything. now, full disclosure: I don't use these. okay, I fulfill the orders myself with spot and paste and then trackerbot or I have a VA do it for me, but there is software out there that will do it for you. I don't want to recommend, and any specifically, because I haven't tried them all and personally I really don't think that they're necessary for the prices that they charge, and I found that it's actually actually and more effective to Simply pay a good VA to do this for you. one that I have tested personally was OA genius, and it actually did work pretty well. but the problem with OE genius specifically was that it limits you to only using suppliers that OA genius integrates with, which is a major disadvantage, and I suspect this is the case with pretty much every order software out there, so keep that in mind. I've personally found that you want to Source from obscure suppliers that most people aren't using, not your normal suppliers that everybody else is comp.
