I'm going to show you the product price on AliExpress, so you have all the information you need to go out and crush it. so, with that being said, let's get into product number 10.. product number 10 is an absolutely genius product. as you see this tiktok over here. it's only about nine seconds, but it's blown up: nearly 450 000 likes, 10 000 shares. but it's this scooper that also gives you a weight every time you scoop something up. the reason why I think this product is going to be such a winner is not only can you advertise this product as a food prep product, so people can accurately measure the amount of food they want to eat, but I also think this a great pet product if you want to accurately measure your pet food, and if we actually come over this competitor's website, you can see how poor they've actually merchandise this product. the website's literally named Connor storecom, so it looks like someone who's about 16 years old probably just got into Drop Shipping and his mom let him create a store and he named it Connor store. now, no hate to him, but this store could definitely be improved upon quite a bit and I think how you're going to be able to sell tons of this product is if you actually merchandise this for that bodybuilding community and brand your website to feature information targeting your ideal customer demographic. now, another thing I notike is this competitor is only selling this for 19.99. now, when we do come over to AliExpress, the product is super cheap. it's 4.31, which means that the competitor actually has a really solid markup. he's making about 15.50- 50 cents every time someone decides to purchase this product. now, the genius of this product is the fact that you would be able to get away selling this for 39.99 if you're really honing down and advertising this to your dream customer. so I think, if you want to sell this product, create a custom experience for your ideal demographic for this, which will be bodybuilders and weight lifters, and really create your messaging to speak to that customer. now, with that being said, let's move on to product number nine. so product number nine is a classic example of Click bait marketing. they're showing someone with frostbite black fingers and then they're saying, hey, here's how you can prevent it- these heated gloves. and it shows someone going into snow and actually using these. so, if you aren't aware, these heated gloves go viral every single year and they also are a pretty Evergreen product. of course, they will do better in this wintertime season, but I think the potential to advertise this right now is Limitless, especially because winter is still going to be here for quite a bit longer. now we have 221 000 likes on this post, 2500 likes from this company called try hot glove, so they're getting a great reaction and you can see their website over here. it's not a great website, guys. this is a very simple website. they don't even have reviews on this website, so I think that pretty much anyone watching this video can build a better website like this. on Shopify: Shopify makes it super easy, so you guys can obviously use my link down below if you guys don't have a Shopify membership yet, and it actually helps the channel out a ton. so thanks for doing that now. this would be my strategy if I wanted to sell this product. first, I would create a much better website than this competitor has over here and where I think they could use the most work is in this description, so make sure you have a very compelling description. I'll leave a link above. if you don't know how to create descriptions yet, this video will definitely help you out ton. but, as you see, they're selling this for 45 dollars and if we do come over to AliExpress, you can find a competitive product for 18.32. so there's definitely a decent profit margin. that means every time someone goes onto the hot glove and buys this product, they're making about 28 profit. so definitely a good profit margin. and this product would be really easy to advertise, doing organic content, just like this competitor has done. I think they figured out a really compelling hook, which is showing these people with frostbite and then showing this product. it's basically a classic- here's the problem and here's the solution- type advertisement. so if you are wanting to sell this product, just rinse and repeat the content strategy they've already developed, and I think this will also do awesome on paid advertising as well. now, with that being said, let's move on to product number eight. product number eight is a product I found on Facebook and I know this product is going to do extremely well. as you see, this video is showing this windshield that's frozen over and it has this device that basically unfreezes your windshield and it also acts as a portable heater in your car. so this is a two for one product. it's going to help you out with your windshield and when it's also super cold in your car, you're going to be able to put this on and turn it towards you. and, as you see, this is a paid ad that's being run right now and it started October 17th over here, but it already has 10 000 likes, over 3 000 shares on this product and if we come to the comment, you can see that a lot of these people really love this product. people are saying: I would love to have this, that would be good for my buggy, so there's a ton of people who already want this product, which is a great sign. to come over the comments and see that real demand. now, if we do come over this competitors website, we can see that they're selling this for 29.99 for the air blower and if you want the bracket as well, it's 32.99. now, in my opinion. I think they should have just grouped this together and sold it as one variant. usually having three separate options for such a simple product like this can definitely cause some confusion, but overall they have a decent product website. they put some good information in here, but I think it's a little bit clunky and, as you can see, the color scheme is not very congruent, and they also don't have reviews on this product, which kind of shocks me. reviews will easily increase your conversion rate dramatikally. so if you are wanting to sell this product, make sure you have a clean color scheme and make sure you're having a solid description with those reviews. now, if we do come over to AliExpress, the product is only 13. if I was selling this personally, I'd be selling this at 39.99. you can get a three times markup on this product easily. it just depends on how your branding this and Merchandising it. the more high-end that you're branding this, the more premium price you're gonna be able to command for a product like this. now, with that being said, let's move on to product number seven. product number seven is a product I found on Pinterest and, as you see, they're advertising this as 10 times cheaper than the Dyson air wrap and basically this is a five in one curler, and if we do come over to their website, you can see that they're selling this for a pretty hefty price- 99- and, honestly, their website's actually pretty decent. you guys should be looking at websites like this that have beneficial gifts and are actually clean, but there is a lot you could improve here. having too many gifts can slow down your website, and they've also bolded a lot of words that I don't think need to be bolded, and they could have simplified this page quite a bit. so take these notes if you are wanting to sell this product. but overall, it's good that they have a lot of information on here, because when you are selling products- this High tiket- you're definitely going to want to make sure you

I Tried Shopify Dropshipping For 3 Years (My Experience)

what's going on, guys? welcome back to a new video. in this one, I'm gonna be toking about my experience with Shopify Drop Shipping for the past three years or so. now, why do I say three years, when I made my two year update like 10 months ago? because I'm not even sure myself what to say how long I've been doing it, because I got into Shopify Drop Shipping in late 2017, but I only started doing it in like 2019 and my first real success was in like 2020, so I don't even know how long it's been myself. I don't know what to say when someone asked me, like when I started, if you want to count me watching videos about it but not actually doing it for two years, then I guess it would be five years. so I'll just say roughly three years for the sake of the title, so the video makes more sense and, yeah, that being said, let's go straight into the video. alright? so before I get into the video, I just want to say that Shopify is doing a trial where you can get three months for one dollar each. so if you're planning on starting a Shopify store soon, use that and make sure you use it as soon as you can, because I don't know how long it's going to be available, so I just thought I'd get that out of the way before we begin and let's move on into my story. so, first of all, my first ever video was my six month experience for Drop Shipping. so if you guys haven't watched that video, you can go back to my channel, go into the oldest video and watch that first. I also made an update on two years, so that was posted like 10 months ago. so if you want to check that out as well, you can watch that too, or you can watch that after this video. it really doesn't matter, um, but in this video I'll be going over the part from two years to three years, kind of. so if you're interested in anything else, you can go back and watch the older videos, all right. so first of all, I know a lot of you guys are interested in the results and I will show you guys some results later in the video. but I won't be showing you guys exactly how much money I'm making or how much I'm profiting exactly, because, sure, I do have a YouTube channel, but I'm a normal guy. I don't want people knowing exactly how much money I'm making, whether it's friends or people I don't know or you know who, but I'll show you guys some results and I'll explain how my life looks so you can roughly see how much I'm making or if Drop Shipping is something that would be worth your time or something that you'd like to get into. so first of all, since my last update video, which was like 10 months ago, not much has changed. I mean, I'm making more money, but my life has been pretty similar. like I had a decent amount of money back then. I could buy whatever I wanted to. I wasn't really missing out on anything and I'm still not missing out on anything. I can still buy whatever I want, I can travel wherever I want, I can do whatever. so like not much has changed. in that sense, I can eat out every single day if I want to, for every meal, I can buy clothes, I could buy cars, you know whatever I wanted to. I just don't spend much. I'm pretty Frugal and I don't really have any materialistik wants or needs or whatever. I like making money and I'm not stingy. I don't mind spending money. I just don't really need anything special. like I've moved out. I guess that's like a cool thing. I've actually moved out twice since the last video. so now I'm living in a different city, in a way nicer apartment, and I mean I've liked it so far, I enjoy it and apart from that, I haven't really been spending much money. so yeah, I don't really know what to tell you guys because I just haven't been spending much. but yeah, in terms of the car, the thing that sucks is I have a learner's license, and that is not because I'm an idiot and I only got my license like last year. I actually got my license like three years ago. it's just that I got my license at 17 and Serbia has a lot where your learner's license lasts until they're 21 and it limits you on which cars you can drive, like how much horsepower and stuff. so I've bought my car like more than in a year ago and I've only driven it like a little bit. so although I've had the car, I haven't really enjoyed it much. it's sitting in the garage and it sucks to see it, but I legally can't drive it. so I'm waiting on turning 21 and then I'm gonna start enjoying the car a bit more and then maybe buy some other cars as well. but apart from cars and apart from, like living in a nice place. I don't really see what else I should be spending my money on or what I could be spending my money on. I don't really enjoy clothes too much. like it's nice to have, but it's not really my priority. I don't really care too much about clothes and apart from that I don't really know what else to tell you guys when it comes to money. but, yeah, I'm financially free. I can do whatever I want whenever I want. I don't have a boss, I don't have working hours. I can work whenever I want, however much I want, and I make good money so that I can do whatever and I don't have to worry about running out of money ever. so I think that would be basically when it comes to money. now I know a lot of you guys are not watching this video just to see, like, what I've been up to. you want to see if Drop Shipping is a thing that you should get into and if it would be worth your time. so, when it comes to expectations and how much you can expect to earn and how quickly and stuff like that, how much work you'll have to put in, I want to give you guys more info on that so you guys can kind of decide and see if it's something that would be good for you. so first of all, how much money can you make from Drop Shipping? and the answer is as boring as it can get, but it's unlimited and there is no guarantees you'll make money or that you lose money, or how much you will make or how quickly. it very much varies from person to person. it can take you a long time if you don't know what you're doing, if you're trying to do it all yourself and you're not learning from anyone. you don't have any plan you're following, you're just kind of going randomly at it. it can take you years and there's no guarantee you'll succeed. so you might just waste a lot of money and not do anything and unfortunately that's what happens for most people, because the reality is like five to ten percent of people are successful. the rest always fails. so if you want to make sure you're not in that 90 that fails, you have to make sure you have a plan, you're doing what you need to be doing, you know what you're doing, you know you're following a proven strategy that works and you're not just trying to test things out yourself. I'm not saying you can't succeed if you're doing things on your own. it's just that. that's how life works. if you're trying to prepare food and you don't have a recipe, it's gonna be a disaster. if you have a recipe you're following, it's gonna take you like an hour or two and you'll be done. so it's not about how much effort you're putting in. it's about putting that effort into the correct places and correct things and knowing that you're doing things right and that's what's going to bring you the most results in the shortest time frame. now you might be wondering what you should be putting your effort into, and some of the most common misconceptions beginners have is that you need to choose a specific product, otherwise you're not going to succeed. although that's true to some extent, it goes beyond the product. it's not just about having the right product. it's about knowing how to advertise it, how to present it, where to present it. you know whether you should be doing Facebook ads or tiktok ads or organic marketing or whatever it is. you need to kind of have an understanding of how things work and you need to have some sort of plan with what you're going to do with the products that you're trying to test now. the second reason why most people fail is they give up way too quickly. most people will test like one product and then they'll give up and that's it. they'll consider their Drop Shipping career failure a.

hey, what's up guys. welcome back to another video. this is today. we are going to tok about something very, very interesting. i really wanted to share this with you guys. so, as you know that i have been into the online business industry for a while now and i also produce a lot of content with regards to facebook ads, drop shipping, shopify, stores, and that's because i work on similar fields and in similar industry while i'm providing service to my clients. and now down the line, i thought: why not give it a shot myself? because past couple of months, i have been quite busy with the agency stuff, fulfilling client requirements or all of those things. but now i think it's important for me to start something and test this out as well, because, i don't know, somewhere down the line i had this feeling that i really wanted to test it out and i thought: what's the harm if it fails? it fails. i just want to put in my efforts, invest some money and see how the results is, and accordingly, we'll take a step forward right. accordingly, we'll decide if it's worth investing more into this product and the store or not. otherwise, we'll just shut it down, or maybe if, down the line, i figure out another product that's working well, then i might test that as well along with this store. all right, so the objective here is that i am starting an indian drop shipping shopify store and i wanted to post you guys about all of the update that is going to happen with this store. so it's just been couple of days that i have be running ads for this partikular store. it's just been like last week. i launched this product. i'm actually seeing a good response as of now, based on the money that i've invested on the ads and based on the return that i've generated in terms of the sales. it looks pretty good to me right now, but i want to give it some more time, invest some more money, get some more sales out of it and then we'll decide if it's worth scaling over a long period of time or not, because, as this product is relatively new and i do feel that i could still scale this product, i'm really new into selling this product. it's just been very few days, which is why i won't be able to share any partikular details as in like: what's the store address, which product am i selling, or any other partikular details that you guys would be looking forward to, because you know, it generally happens that if i share all of those videos right now, some of you guys would create an exact same store, run same exact ads and become my competitors, right? so that's going to increase my cost down the line. i really would love to share those details, but at a later end, when i am uh aggressively scaling the store maybe, or when i'm saying that, okay, i'm finally looking forward to shut this store. so maybe that's a video wherein i'll be sharing more details about this product, but as of now, as of today, i'm not going to share all of those details now. one more thing that happened to me while i was launching this store was, as the ad account was relatively new, i was not able to spend a lot of money on the first place itself. i was planning to actually start with somewhere close to 1200 rupees per day, so that's like close to, i guess, uh, 18, 20- you can say 20- per day budget, but i was not able to spend that because the ad account spending limit, as it's a fresh account, was only till 450 rupees for the first three days, right? so that is something, and this, and there are a few other things as well that i want to discuss with you guys. so i thought, why not just let me jump onto my computer, show you a few stats from my dashboard, show you the ads manager, what was the strategy while i was launching this ad campaign for this product and other things as well. so i think i'm quite pumped up. i'm quite excited for the store, are you guys? let me know in the comments down below. also, do not forget to give a thumbs up to this video, guys. all right, so let's get right into the computer and take a look at how exactly did i launch the store. alright, so, guys, so now i'm right here on my computer, let me quickly take you to my shopify dashboard, as i'm quite excited to show you guys this right now. all right, so i'm here at my shopify dashboard. you can see, uh, we have a live visitor right now. uh, as of now i'm recording this video on 14th of feb 4: 40 pm and today, so far, sales looks like 2.8 k, like that's like 2 800 indian rupees over here. but uh, i had a return today itself. so, as you can see, there's a return. so we got a total sale of 5750 rupees, but we had a return of 900, which is like close to two orders, and that's why the net sales stands over here. let me quickly go into analytiks and show you the entire sales. like, the total sales that we have generated so far has just been like third day. if i'm not wrong, today is the third day, but i'm gonna go all the way till the 10th of feb. that's when we launched the store for the very first day. i think, yeah, 11th is when we got the very first sale and then we were rolling out. so let me go back to 11, 11 to 14.. okay, so that's what it looks like. total sales: 13 443 rupees so far, and i'm really happy with the store so far. all right, and uh, what i wanted to show you, guys is i have added few things as well. i'm making some constant changes to this as well. let me quickly jump on to my uh. let me quickly jump on to my ads manager. let me refresh the stats over here. let me refresh the whole page for you once again, guys, so that you know that this is not photoshop, this is not edited. this is real stats that we have. so today, 14th of feb, today is valentine's day, and we are doing pretty, pretty good so far for today, let me show you the real stats. so, as i was mentioning guys earlier, before i move on to continue to show you guys the stats, i want to mention one more thing is that, as i was mentioning earlier, the ad account has not been able to spend a lot of money overall. so, if i go into maximum, uh, i have just spent like close to 3500 rupees on the store so far, and out of which 30 went for just engagement and just warming up the ad account and 3 300 went into actually driving in sales for the store. so, overall, 3 400 rupees is what i've spent, which is, uh, pretty much close to- i forty would say- dollars maximum, i wouldn't say fifty as well, like close to forty five us dollars. right, that's all. that's how much i have spent. now, if i go into, um, not seven days, let me go into eleventh, i'll show you guys that you can see, uh, 450 is what it was spending that day. we're not spending anything above that. uh, again, 450 was the mark that was hit for two days and then the limit got increased on 12th. i think we were able to spend a bit more. yeah, we spent 760 rupees on that on saturday, that's 12 on sunday. yesterday, i guess, we spent close to again 750 rupees and today i am hoping that we could spend. i've increased the budget to 1000 rupees, so let's see if the threshold has pushed on on. it has went up and it has increased the total spending limit of the ad account. it will go ahead and spend one thousand bucks today, but so far, uh, let me go into maximum and again i'll give you a detailed view about what i did, how i did and what was the reason behind it, without mentioning any partikular details, as i have told you at the beginning of this video. so, as you can see, there are five ad sets that i created to start with because i wanted to test and i had put an initial budget of close to 300 rupees on each one of them. that was the time when i did not know that this account would not be spending more than 450 rupees per day initially. so i was planning to start with 200 rupees per day, but as that was didn't know that was not working, that it turned out well, because you can see all of these ads that spend like 170, 170, 180 bucks and only this one was working well. uh, the reason behind that is. so i spent 450 rupees on all of these ads together. let me, let me see what it says. let me show you guys. i think that would be really good. yeah, so very first day, this was the situation. this is how much was spending. we got one order, but that order go.
