I'm gonna show you my favorite strategies for making sure I'm able to test and scale my products for maximum conversions. because, hey, I've been there. back then there wasn't any guys like this and I kind of had to do a lot of trial and error and I legit had to hit the books, sometimes like physical books, but once I figured things out, my sales began to skyrocket. so how does this all work, you're probably wondering. so what you're actually gonna do is go on Amazon and we're gonna do some research on their bestsellers list. so it's a good option for jewelry just because it shows us, like, what the latest trends and stuff are. so obviously, right here, you're not gonna see jewelry off the bat, so you're gonna actually have to do some categorisation or categorizations. yeah, let's go categorization. so clothing, shoes and jewelry- and then we're gonna do women's jewelry. so we're just gonna select women and then we're gonna select jewelry, and then we're gonna have this awesome list. and what's cool about this best sellers list? it's updated hourly, as it says here, so it's gonna be the latest and um, latest and greatest selling products. so it's not just like, oh, this was the best sellers for last week or last month or something, and they haven't updated it since. so it's updated every hour. so, as you can see, our earrings are trending really well. right, no earrings, that's what I'm seeing mostly, and maybe like these animal pendants or something like that and yeah, so a lot of earrings and bangles and things like that. so what you want to do here, what I recommend, is just kind of take note of what products that you feel like will best suit your store for your brand and what like what catches your eye, basically that you think are gonna sell really well. so I'm gonna do some more. how about we gonna do earrings for this video? just because I see earrings are doing really well. so I'm gonna make a mental note of like these styles and, of course, you know you could take your time kind of look through these some more and see. you know what's what's doing good, what's doing not, what's not doing good. you can check out reviews and see what people like about it, what don't they don't like about it. so maybe you could find another product that is like this but better. so after you find kind of like, have an idea of what designs and stuff that you like and you kind of want to source products, I recommend going over to Aliexpress here and what we're actually gonna do is there's the jewelry and watches tab right here and we're gonna select trendy earrings. because what we want, what I want to do right now is I think earrings are doing really well, so I want to select some earrings. so off the bat right here, I think this one can do really good just because it's the same design as kind of like this, a similar design, so this could potentially do really good. it has good reviews and you know it has over 2000 sold. so I'm gonna make a note of this. but before that, you know this one just caught my eye, but normally I do want to put in my filters, so I'm going to put four stars then up- and of course it's still there because I had good reviews. and then also of you know if, depending on your profit margins and stuff like that, you can get really specific with it if you want. so you can definitely do a minimum maximum if you want to be like targeted about where you ship your product from and things such as that. maybe you want to save money with free shipping and stuff like that. so it's all up to you how you want to play around with this. but keep in mind, simple, for the sake of the video, I'm just gonna do four, four stars and up and then I'm gonna just do my own research, just because I'm gonna look for the reviews right here and then the amount sold. so I want to do, um, so you can do these mass amounts, but I think I want to do specific, like earrings, just like this one that was really cool, um, and then this one looks pretty cool, um, this might do well, actually. so we have this one and then I pick out one more, let's see. yeah, so again, take your time on this area. you obviously want to find products that really suit like your store and your brand of what you want to do. so, you know, don't hesitate if you want to spend, you know, twenty to thirty minutes on here, just kind of look into products, and of course, you can, you know, pick a few and then test it out and then come back and pick a few more, so you don't have to like, do everything right here, right now, and then just have a massive like ding the test later. so I like this one too: 4.8 reviews, 4d to done so. so, like I said, I'm just picking designs that I like and I feel like what's not really well because, like I said, this one originally- and this one originally- was on the best sellers list. hey everyone. it's your girl, christina fashion, and welcome back to my channel. this channel is all about leveling up and growing our business together, and you'll love it here. in today's video, i'm going to tok about how to start a drop shipping business. this long, weird video is finally here. i'm going to tok about how you can drop ship if you're interested in building another stream of income. i think about a year ago i introduced this topic and it catched on like wildfire. you guys were dming me about how to start one or some of you went ahead and actually tried to start a drop shipping business. maybe you couldn't figure out how to sync your products to your store, how to properly communicate with the vendors that way they're making sure that they're fulfilling each order in your store. but the biggest problem you probably had was how do you sync everything so that way you can get all your orders automatikally fulfilled and that the items do get delivered to your customer? they primarily focus on working with suppliers in the us, so that means faster shipping times for your customers. that way, your customers don't have to wait 30 days, you know, to receive their items. that used to be in the past. your customer can get their items in five to seven days, or 14 days, depending on what product you're importing to your store. to build our drop shipping store, we first need to find our winning product. what i like to do is go on pinterest and tiktok and i will look up videos or trending jewelries for my market research and, from what i have found, my top three trending products are the pearl necklace, the initial necklace and the signet rings. then we'll head over to spock it, to browse around and shop around, see if there's any items that we like, and then we're gonna click on each item and then you can read the description, read the return policy, their shipping time, their processing time. after browsing around, i found this beautiful evil eye pearl necklace and once i click on the image and i browsed around, i wasn't too sure if i really wanted this necklace or how it would look like in person. at the bottom of each product image there is a product description in which you can read about the material type and the length of the chain and more information about the type of jewelry they sell. now, to order a sample, you'll click on the order sample button. from there i'll pop up a screen and then you can order how many samples you want, whether it be one or two, and you can enter a note for your vendor if you have any specifics you want to include. if you want the 18 inch, if you want the pink version of the pearl necklace or the green version, whatever variation they have, you can always order a sample. that way you can sample it at home. there is a separate product variation button. you can click to see how many colors this vendor carries in that item and it will also show you how much of that specific color that they have in stok. so for this one they have about three per necklace. now, if you're looking for a specific country or price range, you can always filter your products by clicking at the top page next to search, click, filter and from there you can change the shipping country. you can look for a specific supplier, you can look for a quicker shipping time and then filter it to how you see fit. at the top of the product description you can click the green button: add to import list. to import now to see all the items you have imported, you're going to click on the import list button on the side. this section is where you can customize the product title, the category, you can add it to a specific collection. you can change the images, change the description the way you want it to appear on your personal website. now, once you're done customizing the title and description, you're going to click on variants and from variants we are going to price our product. once you click on variants, you'll be able to see all the different type of product images and styles on the left side. on the right side, your inventory, the shipping price and the sales price. from there you're going to add in your sales price and, for an example, i'm going to do it times two and use 15, so that would leave me with a profit of and 7.72 cents. you can always mark it up to the industry level. i see necklaces like this going for like 30 to 50.. so they do all the calculation for you. all you have to do is just play around with the numbers depending on how much your expenses are and then how much you think your item is worth. to view all the products you have pushed to your store on the left side, you're gonna click my products and from there you can see all the products you have, and you can always remove any products from your store if you need to. now that i have added all my product, here is my product page. everything flowed and synced nicely to my website, so now, if you click on the product images, you'll see how our description looks like when we customize the earlier. everything just looks really, really good and our store is completed now that you're officially open for business. thank you for watching the tutorial with me and following along with me and opening up your store. okay, we're about to get to the bag, so now let's tok about how are you going to be able to market your product? [Music]. hey, girlies, welcome back to another video. it's a girl, christina fashion. in today's video i'm gonna tok about how to start a jewelry business with little to no money. and if you didn't think it's possible, it is possible. so this strategy i want to tok about is called drop shipping. so drop shipping is basically where your supplier basically ships and packages your orders and ships out to your customer without you having to pay for any inventory up front. you only pay for inventory once your customer makes a purchase and possibly paying a fulfillment fee from your supplier. drop shipping can be very, very beneficial for someone who wants to kind of earn money passively. you don't want to own any type of inventory or store at your house or even do like laborious work like shipping and fulfilling the orders on your own, because sometimes, honestly, shipping orders can be it's very, very time consuming. um, like there was one time where i had sold out in my store and i was sitting there for a whole day shipping out, fulfilling and shipping out orders. if you definitely don't want to do that type of work, then drop shipping may be for you. so we'll be breaking down the pros and cons to drop shipping because, honestly, with any like business method- not every business method is for everyone. so this basically gives you an idea how you can start a business without having to make any excuses that you can't start a business because you don't have the money. so this method can help you. if you really, really don't have the finances, you don't have the savings to start a business, then drop shipping may be for you. so let's break down the first pro. so the first pro: when it comes to drop shipping a business, you don't have to store any inventory. like how nice would it be to walk into your office, not have to deal with inventory, especially if you're working out a small dorm or your small room, maybe so at your parents house, or maybe you have kids around and you're in a small, tight space. so you don't have to deal with having to create extra store shelves and having to store inventory. the more your business grows and you want to scale it, then you may need like an extra space, like a warehouse or like a storage unit where you have to store your inventory. so that's really one of the pros to drop shipping: you don't have to store inventory. second pro is you don't have to worry about fulfilling orders. so, like you know, once your orders start to come in, your business to grow. maybe you don't want, you don't have the time to dedicate to sitting there fulfilling each item, placing jewelry in each box, or you don't have the patience to be cutting labels, putting labels on- you know, your packages. maybe you're just too busy, your life is too busy and you don't want to worry about that. and deal with shipping supplies, marketing, being a content creator, managing social media, doing the videos, like you, can wear a lot of hats when it comes to owning a business. to have something like this taken off your plate can really really save so much time so you can focus on certain aspect of your business, which brings me to pro number three. so, pro number three, you can focus on just dealing with your marketing strategy. if marketing is your best skill, um, then you can focus on, like dealing with marketing ads, like facebook ads, pinterest ads, focusing on building a brand, and focus on engaging with your customer than worrying about having to figure out you know which collection we should bring in next, which jewelry or which style is trending at the moment that you think your customer will like. for me, i own inventory at my house and let me tell you, to think of a new collection can be very, very time consuming, especially if you're not in a creative space at the moment. honestly, a lot of times if you go to the drop shippers storefront, you can actually see which item has been very, very popular and all you have to worry about is adding it to your store. and also, you can test out a variety of style. all you have to focus on is your marketing strategies, like focusing on building your facebook ad and focusing how you can build more traffic, how you can convert your audience using a partikular ad, focusing on, you know, building your pinterest, your social media platforms and just basically building that skill. because you can have a pretty sight, you can have pretty inventory, but if you don't know how to build that traffic, it really doesn't matter, because then you're sitting there with product or not and your storefront is not making any type of money and it's just a waste of time and you're not really being a profitable business. the fourth pro is you can test out a variety of style. you can add a bunch of styles to your site and kind of figure out which your customer like the most. so as you start to build more you know customers build more followings. you can kind of figure out which style is so selling out the most, which is being added to your cart the most. so let's say, like what i'm wearing. let's say you add it to your site without owning the inventory. you just have the digital photo in the description and the price and you see that this partikular necklace is selling out the most. maybe you want to have this partikular piece as your staple piece, as your long-term piece in your store so you can focus on what you need to have. maybe you want to build a collection. so you may want to focus on figuring out what inventory, which type of jewelry or necklaces or rings or earrings that your supplier has maybe built a collection, um, by adding these digital pictures on your site and descriptions and building a collection and focusing on, like, maybe the photography side of it, getting more influencer to rock that um piece if you end up buying the samples um to those pieces, uh, and then you can focus on like, really like, just getting the collection out there, promoting it the best you can, and then, once you start seeing that collection is only out, maybe long term you might want to transition to having the inventory in-house in your own space if you want to. but if not, if you want to keep everything all digital, you can just focus on, like keeping this collection as your main piece or to what your store is about. definitely, when you own a jewelry business, you want to have your basic staple pieces that people know your brand for. um, there's so many jewelry business out here. you gotta figure out which piece or jewelry will make your brand stand out, which people will know you for and give out something that's unique. you don't want to just add every type of style that's trendy and be like every other jewelry brand. you definitely pick certain different pieces. and what's good about drop shipping too, depending on where you are drop shipping from- let's say you're drop shipping from alibaba, because there's- there are a few suppliers that do offer drop shipping from alibaba- then maybe you have about like three vendors you're working with. then maybe you can pick out different styles that are popular from their storefront, add the pictures to your site, build a very curated, very unique collection. that way, the only way people can get those partikular pieces is shopping your site and then you don't have to worry about owning the inventory. then all you have to do is once that customer has placed an item in your store- let's say they place like two pieces- then you would go to your supplier back-end and request to inventory that you need and then they would go ahead and ship off the item and at this point you just made profit without having to worry about inventory. of course, you still have to calculate. you know the inventory amount and how much you're gonna price it at a retail price to make sure you're still gaining enough for your store to use some of that for your facebook ads and keep on generating more traffic. so that is basically the pros to um owning a drop shipping business. now we have toked about the pros. let's kind of dive in a little bit into the numbers: how drop shipping would partik.

How to Blind Dropship from Aliexpress (hide the supplier + hide the price!)

Hey guys, In this video I'm gonna teach you how to blindly dropship from AliExpress, and you may have notiked that I'm in a bit of a different location. I'm actually filming this from New York. For those of you that don't know, blind dropshipping is the phrase used to describe when a dropshipper ships an item without adding any form of identification or marketing in the package so that the customer doesn't know where it came from. You see, a common concern that a lot of people discuss on our YouTube videos is that they are concerned that the AliExpress supplier will leave a form of marketing in the package identifying that it was them that was selling the item and not you. People will then see this and get upset with you reselling an item cheaper to them. Here is a comment someone left on one of our recent videos, basically voicing this concern. So, of course, the solution to this is that you need to get the supplier to not include any marketing materials in the package identifying that it was them, ie, you need to get them to blindly dropship. So in this video, I'm gonna do two things: Firstly, I'm gonna teach you how to get a supplier to blindly dropship an item for you and secondly, I'm gonna show you what it looks like for the customer when they receive an item that has been blindly dropshipped. To do that, I'm gonna order a bunch of items from AliExpress using the quick method that I'm gonna be teaching you at the start of this video. To do this, I'm gonna be doing an AliExpress unboxing or unpackaging video so that you can exactly see what the customer receives when they order an item from you. So let's jump straight into it. All right, let me switch over to my computer screen and show you just how easy it is to get your items blindly dropshipped from AliExpress. Getting your items blindly dropshipped is super simple. All you have to do is go to the checkout page in AliExpress. There you can leave a message for your supplier. Simply ask them to not include an invoice or marketing material with the package and ask them to please blindly dropship the item. Super duper simple. You see, the sellers on AliExpress are used to working with dropshippers so they understand our needs and know how to ship packages out for us. You see, AliExpress suppliers love working with dropshippers because they know that we can do a huge amount of volume for them. so don't be afraid that they won't understand your request, And this is another good reason why it's important to pick a supplier that has a good feedback score, and this is something that I discuss in depth in my video "The Six Tips to Dropshipping on AliExpress", and I will have a link to that video in the description below. Basically, you want to be looking for suppliers that have a feedback score between 2,000 to 2 million. If you pick a supplier that has a feedback score above 2,000, then you know that they are experienced, established and are almost certainly working or have worked with dropshippers. And if you pick a supplier that has a feedback score of less than two million, then you know that they're not doing insane amounts of volume and so they're gonna be more attentive to the messages that people leave on their orders. And if you wanna be doubly safe, then you can message the supplier in advance and ask them directly if they do blind dropshipping. And suppliers in this feedback range are the sweet spot, because you know that they are reliable enough to reply, but not too busy to reply. All right. So now that we have gone through how to blindly dropship, I'm gonna switch over and do an AliExpress unboxing so that you can see what the customer receives when they order a package. Okay, I have here a package that I have ordered from AliExpress, and I ordered it using ePacket shipping. Well, as you can see, on the front there is absolutely no advertising indicating what supplier I purchased it from or that I purchased it from AliExpress at all. It just looks like a general address label, And if you look on the back, you'll see that there is absolutely no advertising on it at all. So now I am going to open this so that you can see that inside, there is absolutely no advertising material Inside. this is what we see. Now I'm gonna open this up as well. Tada, We have a self-stir mug and, as you can see, there was absolutely no advertising material in it at all. so you have no idea where it came from, And if you are a long-time subscriber of Wholesale Ted, you will probably recognize this mug. All right, I have another package from AliExpress and, as you can see, there is no advertising material on the package at all. If we go around the back, you will see there is only an address label And, again, it does not give the buyer any information about where they could go to purchase this. Okay, so let's open this up and see what's inside. So when I open up the package, this what we see: Once again, no advertising material on it at all. Now let's open it up, Tada, And this is what we have inside. If you are a long-time subscriber of Wholesale Ted, you will probably also recognize this. This here is a travel mug that looks like a camera lens and again, there is no packaging inside which would indicate where it was from. So this here is another package from AliExpress. As you can see, there is no information on the front of it or advertising that would indicate where it is from, so the customer would not be able to go there directly themselves. If we switch it over, you will also see that there is absolutely no advertising on the back either. So let's open it up inside and see what we find. So I've opened it up and this is what I have inside. As you can see, there is no advertising on the item at all, and if we flip it over, there is no advertising there either, so the customer would have no idea where it came from. And just to double check, inside the package, there is absolutely nothing as well. Here is another package from AliExpress. As you can see, there is no advertising on the front at all, and if we switch it over to the back, you will see that there is absolutely no advertising on it at all. So the customer would have no idea where to go and buy it from. Let's open it up inside and see if there is any advertising inside. So I have opened it up and it is a key keyring and on the package there is no advertising. and if we switch it over, there is once again no advertising. And if we want to double check inside the package there is no advertising either. So again, the customer would have no idea where you got this from. It has been dropshipped blindly, All right. so I hope that you appreciated that AliEpress unboxing video and that you can see that a seemingly complicated problem has a very simple fix. And the thing is, I've notiked that there a lot of people that get held back by stuff like this. There are a lot of people who have left messages that they haven't started with this business because they've been afraid that their customers were going to receive marketing or invoices and then discover where they truly got the item from. But a little bit of research reveals that this is actually a really easy problem to overcome, and that's the funny thing If you encounter a roadblock like this, don't stop. Instead, try to find a solution, and it's almost certainly going to be simpler than you thought. Thanks for watching this video.
