How To DROPSHIP On Ebay As A Beginner STEP By STEP (Copy And Paste Job)

what's up- everyone Carter here in with me- is million dollar eBay dropship- apology, Lipsky. and today we're gonna break down how you can dropship on eBay step-by-step, as a complete beginner. it's almost as easy as a copy and paste job. it really is, you're gonna see, it's just that's pretty much the only skill you need. yeah, as long as your fingers work and you can click a mouse and you have some Wi-Fi on the computer, you can drop trip on eBay. so we're gonna go on to Paul's computer, we're gonna share his screen and we're gonna go into just how you can start your own an ebay drop shipping business. so let's get right into it. cool, so I know I've been showing you this kind of all day, but we only have like a short amount of time to show people at home, so I'll try to make this quick. there's obviously a little bit more that goes into this, but this is basically how it starts. so what I'm going to do here is I'm gonna start by going over to Walmart. okay, so in this case, what we're doing? this type of drop shipping. we're drop shipping from websites like Walmart onto eBay. so once the item sells on ebay, then I buy from Walmart, ship it directly to the customer. so first we have to find the right items to put up for sale on eBay. so I want to use Walmart here. so literally you're gonna search for any item. it doesn't matter at this point, don't, don't anything, don't overcomplicate this. I'm gonna search for bookshelf, bookshelves, bookshelves. yeah, and this is not necessarily an item that you're going to dropship. just literally just pick any random item here. I'll just pick the, the first one that comes up. I'm just going to open it in a new tab and I'm going to copy the title again. this might not even be an item I drop ship. you'll see why this is important in a second- and then I'm gonna come over to ebay and search for that item and we'll see what comes up. because our goal here is we are looking to find other people who are drop shipping this item, because if they're drop shipping this item, they're also drop shipping other items home, right? so once we lock into that, we can see: okay, what are they selling? can we sell the same items? and if you- no people are already selling the items, you can start selling them right away, okay. so once we pull that up, I first come over here in Walmart. I look at the photos, like try to kind of have put in your short-term memory what these photos are. so here's one with the door halfway open, here's one with the measurements on it, here's a corner. and then I come over to ebay and I look for listings to have the same photos, because that means they're drop shipping it. so this one kind of looks like the same thing, right, yeah, so let's open that one up. yeah, it's got 51 people watching it. yeah, a lot of people are interested. okay, sorry, so four times already. yeah, so don't don't get ahead of yourself. okay, first we got to make sure it's the right item and I can get exciting. okay, so these are obviously the same photos, right, you see that? mm-hmm. so we just found a person who's drop shipping their, drop shipping this item. we go from Walmart onto eBay. here, it is right here. so that's like step one. we found another drop shipper, right, yep? step two would be: let's see what else they are selling. now, in this case, we got lucky because we did, because this item is selling, it's already selling. you can see that right here. this is we're kind of skipping ahead here, but yeah, we're gonna take advantage of this because, um, the great thing about eBay's: they tell you what sells. well, it tells you right here, look at that for sold. so you don't have to guess if an item is going to sell. well, you can see it. it's right here. it says for sold. so this is an item that I would dropship again. we're getting a little ahead of ourselves. well, let's, unless that's let's. we did step one, we found another drop shipper. let's go onto step two. we can always come back to this later. oh yeah, so I'm gonna click on their name, which is over here on the right, and this is going to open up their, all their items, and you can see all them. buy right here says items for sale, and then number. click on that and what you're looking for is anything that they've sold. so right here at the top, we seize: this item sold 189, 189 times. this one sold one hundred and eight times. this one sold ninety-seven. these are all items that are being dropship. so right now you have a large variety of winning products right here. so let's, um, let's pick up, pick a random one. so let's do this. one is coffee table. again, we can see that's sold 55 times. so this is kind of like the next step. we found an item that they are already selling. well, okay. so the next step after that would be: we now have to find where they are drop shipping this from so that we can sell it ourselves. okay, so I'm gonna scroll down to the description, which is right here. see this block of text. I'm just going to copy it. so again, copy and paste. yeah, yeah, I didn't clickbait this video at all. literally copy and paste. so if you guys don't know how to copy and paste, I'll teach it to you. uh, right-click. or if you have a macbook, you hold down control and click oh my gosh, and you press copy and then you go to google, google, and then you paste it in there and you click search and I'll actually show you a shortcut later, that's if that wasn't fast enough. so you search for the entire description and what it does is it will find the item. in this case is Walmart. so, but if they might be drop shipping from Home Depot, they might be drop shipping from amazon. so when the search results come up, pick one of those- in this case is Walmart- and now we're gonna do the reverse of what we did before. so we are going to make sure that this is this item. we're gonna make sure that these match up. so again, we're gonna look at the photos. let's look at all these photos on ebay. so here's one with like candles on the top and books on the bottom. this one is more books and flowers on top. and then here, yeah, yep, flowers, the same item. so right here, boom, we just found an item that's being dropship. so this is an item that I would sell right here. so just to kind of recap that part of it: one search for a random item on Walmart and then we copy the title, pasted it into eBay and searched and everyone that came up that had a matching item. those people are dropshippers. so step one: we just found a whole bunch of dropshippers. step two: we came in to this drop shipper, looked at all their items and we saw what items are selling well. so that's step two: we see what items are already selling in their store. and then step three is we copied the description and we search for it on Google and we found an item that we could dropship. so let me show you just that last step. one more time. let's find another one and then I'll show you how to actually get your item onto eBay. so let's look at this one. so 47 times looks pretty good. you have to be ready for $121, so 47 times it's a lot of revenue. I would like that like that. so again going down to the description highlighting it, and this time when you right-click, if you're using Google Chrome, you actually see there's a button here that says search Google for. so that's kind of a shortcut that will actually search on Google for you, saves you like a step. and then here's the item on Walmart. probably, Oh No, okay, no big deal. this happens sometimes. yeah, it could be. this item is no longer available. let's check. I've never dropped ship from this website, but maybe this is where they're getting it from. yeah, good be possible. let's see what else we have. we have been Amazon listing. let's check out that one. that's not right. it's too expensive. they might just be drop shipping from that random site, wherever that. yeah, it could be. or maybe they were. we're doing it from Walmart. maybe they're. Walmart's just has a glitch or something. I mean that happens, that's. that's part of that's. this is part of the process, honestly. so, um, like, you'll go through and you'll run into these roadblocks, so it's kind of good that it came up. okay, sweet, yeah, but I'll show one m.

How to Dropship on eBay as a Complete Beginner in 2022! (Complete Guide)

ebay drop shipping is an amazing opportunity if you're looking to start your first online business, because you're able to create a relatively passive form of income for pretty cheap. sadly, though, what most people are teaching about drop shipping just doesn't work anymore, so in this video, i'm going to show you what actually works in 2022 and how you can get started with just a laptop and an internet connection. [Music]. what's up? everyone paul here from dropshippingtitanscom, where i teach regular people just like you how to start your first successful drop shipping store. now, before we get into the strategies for 2022, we first have to cover what ebay drop shipping is to begin with. so if you're not familiar with ebay drop shipping, this is basically how it works. first, we have a customer who is shopping online here- she is right here, and she is buying an item on ebay. so she's going to pay, let's say, 100 to purchase an item from a seller on ebay, and that seller is you. now, the interesting thing here is that the item that you just sold, you don't even own that item. you've never even touched or handled that item. instead, as soon as that customer purchases the item from you, you then purchase the item from your supplier. so here's your supplier, and you are only going to spend a portion of that- let's say about 80 or 75- purchasing the item from your supplier, and at that point supplier will then ship the item directly to your customer. so this means, with this model, you never touch the inventory, you never handle the inventory, you don't have to buy the inventory up front or store the inventory. your supplier handles all of that. all you have to do is list the items up for sale on ebay as soon as it sells. you then get the supplier to fulfill the orders for you. so it's a relatively simple business model, and the really cool thing is that i believe that anyone can really make one sale using this model. and as soon as you make one sale, all you have to do is go round and round and round and round and round and continue to do it over and over and over again. now the first thing you're going to need- if it wasn't completely obvious- is an ebay account. so just come on over to ebaycom and click on the top left where it says register, and this is where you can sign up. now they give you the option for both a personal account or a business account, if you have that option available. i would go with a business account, but it really doesn't matter. you could sell under a personal account as well. so if you already have an ebay account that you're not using anymore, that's a personal account. you can go ahead and use that one for ebay drop shipping as well. so this might be a good time to tok about why we are selling on ebay to begin with. now i know a lot of people probably assume that ebay is dead with amazon taking over and shopify and etsy and all these other websites. are people still buying stuff on ebay? well, the truth is yes. there's still a lot of money being spent on ebay every single day, and what really stands out about ebay is a few things. first of all, selling on ebay is not like selling on shopify or your own website, because ebay is a marketplace, which means that it already has customers there purchasing items. instead of building your own website and trying to get traffic to visit that website and then trying to get that traffic to actually purchase from you, you can actually go where the customers already are. it is a lot, lot easier to get started on a marketplace than to build your own website. in addition to that you're going to spend a lot less money because you don't have to buy ads like you would if you're driving traffic to your own website. now, comparing ebay to other marketplaces, ebay is one of the simplest places to get started, one of the lowest barriers to entry, and they tend to be not as strict when it comes to other websites like amazoncom. amazon- if you mess up as a seller, you can really just get banned pretty quickly. you can get in trouble with amazon. ebay is a little bit more lenient and forgiving. i just find them to be a lot, lot more beginner friendly. so ebay is an excellent place to start drop shipping if you are a complete beginner looking to get started selling products online. now, during the registration process with ebay, they are going to ask for your bank account information. that is necessary so that they can pay you the money that you receive or that you get for all the sales that you're making. in the past, ebay used to work with paypal, so all the money would go flow through paypal. that's not the case anymore. you don't have to have a paypal account in order to sell on ebay. now everything is integrated in one and you will receive your payments directly through ebay, which is why they need your bank account information. before we actually find items to sell and list them for sale up on ebay, we first have to find a supplier that is actually going to sell those products and dropship them for us. now there are primarily two types of different suppliers. we have retail suppliers and we have wholesale suppliers. so you have to choose whether you're going to do retail drop shipping or wholesale drop shipping. now, retail drop shipping is when you buy the item directly from another retail store, such as amazoncom or walmartcom or homedepotcom, and have them ship the items to your customers. on the other hand, wholesale drop shipping is when you connect yourself up with a wholesale supplier who will then dropship the customers, the orders that you receive on ebay. now, with wholesale drop shipping, it is definitely a bit more difficult to get set up because you have to contact the suppliers, you have to ask them if you can work with them and they have to approve you. so in terms of setup, it's a lot easier to do retail drop shipping and it's harder to do wholesale drop shipping. in addition to that, we have a lot of software that we use to help us run our drop shipping businesses. now that software primarily only works with retail drop shipping, and this software is awesome because it really automates so much of the drop shipping business for us, which is why so many people that do retail drop shipping are able to scale it up so high because of the automation software. so retail drop shipping has the benefit of automation software. wholesale drop shipping has some software that works with it, but it doesn't really work that well, at least not as well as retail drop shipping, and it's a lot more money. so my opinion: there isn't great software for wholesale drop shipping. now. the third thing up here, though, is competition. so right now, you're looking at this and saying: retail looks pretty good, but here's where things start to kind of muddy the waters a little bit. the competition with wholesale drop shipping is really really low because it is harder to set up. most people aren't going to go through all the steps necessary in order to start doing wholesale drop shipping, and that lowers the competition if you are willing to take the action necessary to set up a wholesale drop shipping business. so in terms of competition, wholesale drop shipping definitely wins here. in addition to that, and really because of that, the margins with wholesale drop shipping are better as well when you are drop shipping from retail websites like amazoncom. i mean, think about this: amazon is getting those items from a wholesale distributor themselves, so they're taking the wholesale price and marking it up, and then you're going to take that price and mark it up even more in order to make a profit. but when you're buying it directly from a wholesale supplier, you're getting it at the wholesale price so you can sell it at a markup and still be at or below the amazon price and definitely below what other people are selling it for if they're doing retail drop What I Wish I Knew When I Started eBay Dropshipping

hey, what's up? welcome back to the channel. so today i'm going to be sharing things i wish i knew when i started ebay dropshipping. now this is a video i'm excited about because i feel like this is going to be very, very beneficial for you guys. i'm going to go through every single questions that you guys have sent to me, or you guys have commented as well, at things i wish i knew myself when i started ebay dropshipping. let's get straight into it. so one of the biggest questions i get is: ebay is holding my payments. why and when am i going to receive my funds now? this is a very, very simple question. now, the reason why ebay is holding your funds is most likely because you're a brand new seller. now imagine someone coming into your company. brand new seller now you're going to want to make sure that they are extremely safe. of course, you know scamming customers now. in fact, i'm actually really, really happy that ebay has this feature. the reason why is because: so the other day i bought an item from ebay and the person selling this item created the account about a month ago. i bought the item, the money went free, everything went exactly how it should, but i did not get my item delivered. it didn't come. it took about a week and i had got no feedback, no responses. i contacted the person. nothing happened. now, when i checked, it says that the person had been banned or has been kicked out of the platform. now what happened was my money was still being held. i still didn't have my money. i didn't have my item, didn't know what to do. so in this case, what could have happened was, as soon as i bought the item, the person would have got their money. they would have drawn that money and left, but eventually i was able to get my money back simply because, i believe ebay held the money, so they couldn't withdraw the money before. they then left and closed the account. so what ended up happening was ebay giving my money back. now that is exactly what's happening to you. ebay is holding the funds for a little bit to make sure that you're kind of safe, to make sure that you're legit, but eventually they'll continue to just give you your money next day. now, at my point, i'm getting the money literally next day if i tell ebay that i want my money the next day, is ebay dropshipping legal? now, ebay dropshipping is not illegal. it's not something that the government will come at you for so you don't have to worry about it. is it against ebay's policy to dropship? no, ebay themselves actually allow drop shipping, but they do not actually support the idea of drop shipping from other retailers. so in this case, tiknically, you shouldn't be drop shipping from amazon, but i don't really ham on to people for this reason. now, that is why a lot of people are dropshipping. i get this question so many times. should i be drop shipping? is my account going to get banned? and i'm telling you, i've been doing this now for about a year. several people have been doing this for three, four years and they are doing perfectly fine. so it's all about how much risk you want to take. if you wish to actually take the risk to make some passive income for the sake of your ebay account getting banned and nothing else really happens, then take the risk. that's what i would say. but it's definitely something that isn't allowed. but you're able to do it because ebay doesn't actually enforce any laws too tough. trust me, a lot of people do this and they are doing perfectly fine. do you ebay buyers not complain when they see that their item arrives in an amazon box? most ebay buyers do not complain. i'd say the reason for this is because they're banned from ebay. you have a low expectation when you buy from ebay. generally, you're not ordering something expensive from ebay most of the time. now it seems to be like no point. no, no one percent of people do care. i probably shipped around a thousand item now and i'm telling you about five people have actually complained or messaged me saying: why did my item come in an amazon box? what's going on? what is, what's the situation? so what i usually say to them is something along the lines of: i sell on different websites, so this product just came from my fba store and that is why they got this with quick shipping and they still came safe and well packaged. so ultimately they are still left happy. the customers usually don't mind. they don't really care about the box as long as they get their item exactly how they wanted it and they're happy and they got it on time. most customers do not care. how do i increase my monthly limit? so the background to this question is when you initially start ebay dropshipping, ebay limits how much you can actually sell. so what happens is usually you might start with 10 or you might start with 100, but it's a small amount. so this means you're capped at the number of items you can solve, but this can rapidly increase. i know a few people who started with 500 and eventually now they're able to list over 5000.. all this does is is to limit you from actually listing a ton of products at the same time, which you don't want to do anyway because you can get your account banned. so to increase your limits, all you need to do is just continue listing. if you have about 10, i would usually say that you want to list around 10 per day. i stik to around 10. so if you have a limit of 5000, you want to list around 50 per day, just so you don't actually flag up your account. once you continue to do this and you max out your limit, eventually ebay is going to automatikally increase it for you. can i ship internationally? yes, you can. ebay will actually help you with this. they will give you a location to send the item to you then from there they will take care of the international shipping and everything else. now for the next question: what happens when a customer wants a return? usually they would either open a return or they will actually message you, telling you that they want to open a return, and what should they do in this case? all you need to do is message them, let them know that you send your return case and you provide them with a barcode. you get this barcode from amazon. go ahead on amazon, go on the item that the person actually purchased. now you're going to open a return on amazon like usual, and you're going to get given a barcode. you now need to copy this barcode, screenshot this barcode, send it over to the person on ebay, as well as adding a simple message of what they need to do. usually, amazon say something like: take it to your nearest hermes or you know whatever place you can drop this item, or for free, of course. you don't even need the box. that's all you literally need to tell the customer. once you do that, provide them with the barcode. it's essential that you do that, or they cannot return the item. you go back on ebay, you refund the customer and that is all you need to do. what software do you use? i am currently using list on auto ds. list start and auto ds don't have to be used together, i just have both. so i started with list store and i would say that list only works in the uk and it also provides you with products that are actually quite good, but obviously it's only limited to people in the uk. now, auto ds actually helps with automations, helps you carry out your sales and orders and everything else, so this is for a different kind of people. if you live in the us or other countries and you also want automation, and auto ds is something that you can use. i'm using auto ds primarily to actually carry out my orders and monitor everything else, so this is one that you can check out. down. in the link below you can find out more details about these softwares. if you do use the code sally, then you can get one more free trial for auto ds, so you can go ahead and use it, find out if you do like it and if not, then you can bop onto something else. the next question is: what credit card should i get now? all right, drop shipping. i'm going to guide you through the entire process, because i've recently found out that it actually does work. and i'm not gonna lie, i was a little bit skeptikal when i first heard about this. i would actually make these listings on my ebay account and then, after a couple days or weeks when they wouldn't sell, i would go in and delete them. and then recently i listed a couple more items. two of them have sold in the past week. so earlier today i got a notification from ebay, as well as paypal, that i made a sale. okay, okay. so this is. this is pretty common for someone who just starts it without really like learning how to do, without taking a course, or even people that do. you know? you list up some items doing the drop shipping model and they might not sell right away. that's okay. you know you're not going to get a home run right away. it's a process you have to learn. it's better just to start learning, uh, because the sales will come once you understand how it works. um, but you know, take your time, be patient with it. it sounds like she was, which is pretty awesome, and she's definitely hasn't been doing this for just one day, so i have a lot more confidence now in what she has to say in her experience for about 55 i think it was. when i got this notification, i was a bit confused for a little bit because i didn't know what i had sold for 55. so when i went and clicked on it i found out this was one of my drop shipping products. okay, so for those of you that don't know, i've been selling on ebay for a couple years now. i was really doing it on and off over the past couple of years and it was all right awesome. she also has a few years of ebay experience so, yeah, she obviously knows what she's toking about here. until back in march, where i seriously started consistently making sales on ebay- still nothing too crazy- i've sold about a little over a thousand dollars worth of items on ebay- mostly just things lying around my house, so most of it has been profit. however, i am looking into different ways of scaling my ebay business up. this method is going to be perfect for other people like me who might be. yeah, i saw some of her other videos and she was toking about how to start an ebay business for zero dollars, and that was by selling stuff around the house, which is pretty awesome. you can build up from zero. build up a store, make money by selling junk around the house. reinvest that into yourself, either by taking some training to learn how to do something that's more scalable, like drop shipping or something like that. so you know, it's pretty cool the way she structured a channel like that to kind of see that type of growth. a little bit lazy and not want to always be going out and finding products to resell on ebay, or if you also don't have a lot of money to invest up front, this method will allow you to not purchase any products until you've actually made the sale. if you guys have heard about shopify drop shipping, then you're probably familiar with, like the drop shipping business model. yeah, yeah, another reason i really, really love drop shipping: because it is a little bit lazier. you don't need to go out find the items. you could do it from your couch. you know for myself, i live in a camper van. we just do it in there. we're not actively going out to stores and sourcing products. well, you're basically listing products on one store and then, when you make a sale, you buy the product at a cheaper price from another store and you add your customers information on the suppliers. we

drop shipping is such an amazing opportunity for new entrepreneurs because it allows you to create a pretty passive stream of income without a huge upfront investment from anywhere in the world. but what worked two years ago or even at the start of 2020 just doesn't work anymore. so in this video, i'm going to show you what actually works in 2021 and beyond when it comes to ebay drop shipping and how you can get started with just a laptop and an internet [Music] connection. up everyone paul here from dropshippingtitanscom, where i teach regular people just like you how to start your first successful drop shipping store. so before we can get into the strategies that work for ebay drop shipping, i first want to quickly explain what ebay drop shipping is and the model that we use to see success. so what is ebay drop shipping? it's a pretty simple business model. first, we have a customer here and she is on ebay shopping for items and she'll spend a hundred dollars on an item that you list it up for sale. that's you right there now. once she purchases the item from you, then you turn around and spend a portion of that money buying the item from your supplier and then supplier ships the item directly to the customer. so this means that you hold no inventory. all the inventory is held by the supplier, and you don't buy any items until your customer buys the item from you first. so you do this once, and then you do this again and again, and again, and again and again and again, and that's the basic model of ebay drop shipping. so the first thing that you're going to need to start selling on ebay is an ebay account, duh, so just come over to ebaycom and click on the top left where it says register. and the cool thing about this is that ebay is free- free for free, so you don't have to pay for anything here. now why do we use ebay? there are plenty of other places to sell online, places like amazon, walmart, bonanza, etsy. why ebay? well, ebay is pretty much the easiest place for beginners to get started. they have a very low barrier to entry, meaning they don't require a lot in order for you to set up an ebay account, and other sites, like amazon, require a lot more. in addition to that, they have less strict metrics than you'll find on websites like amazon. now, that doesn't mean that you can just go in there and make a complete mess of things, but it does mean that you can mess up a little bit and they're not going to ban you right away. they give you some wiggle room to play with so that you know you run into some issues, it's okay, it's not going to totally tank your account. so whenever people ask me what they should start with as a new seller, i always recommend ebay. it's a lot more forgiving and a lot more beginner friendly. now the second thing that you might need is a paypal account. now paypal is also free, for free, so you don't have to worry about that. but you will find that most people eventually are not going to need paypal accounts because ebay is getting rid of paypal. if during the ebay setup process, ebay asks you to link up with your bank account, then that means you're on ebay's managed payments, that's their payment processor, and you don't need a paypal account. but if you didn't link up with your bank account during the setup with ebay, then yeah, you got to sign up for a paypal account. like i said, it is free, so not a big deal there. all right now that you have your account set up, you have to start looking for items. but before you can do that, you have to figure out what suppliers you want to use for your business. now there are primarily two types of suppliers we use for ebay drop shipping. we use retail suppliers and we use wholesale suppliers. what's the difference? well, retail suppliers are other retail websites, websites like walmartcom, homedepotcom, costco, costway, sam's club, pretty much any website where you can buy things from as a consumer. you can potentially drop ship from that website onto ebay. now wholesale suppliers, on the other hand, usually don't have a retail website where you can buy items from as a consumer. so if you think about the chain of production, we have a manufacturer, they then sell their items to a distributor or wholesale supplier and then the wholesale supplier sells it to a retail store and then the retail store sells it to the general public. we as drop shippers. if you're doing retail drop shipping, you fall between the retail store and the consumer. you fall right in there. but if you're doing wholesale drop shipping, you are buying directly from the wholesale supplier, so above the retail stores. so what are the pros and cons of each? well, retail drop shipping has a huge benefit because it's been going on for so long that we have a lot of software that we use to automate. it's very easy to automate it using the software. so everything from listing the items to repricing them to restoking them can be done without any manual work on our part. but there are some benefits to wholesale, primarily that it's a little bit harder. so there's less competition, less people doing it and the margins are better because we're going up higher in the chain of production. see, every step through that chain of production the item becomes more and more expensive. so if you can buy it directly from a wholesale supplier, then you're going to get better prices. now the drawback of wholesale is that it is a little bit harder to set up. with retail it's very simple, but with wholesale you got to get agreements with wholesale suppliers. you have to reach out to them and that's a higher barrier to entry. but that does mean less people are doing it and less competition. the other benefit of wholesale is that it's completely 100 allowed by ebay, whereas with retail drop shipping, tiknically the rule states that you're not allowed to do it. now what happens if you do retail drop shipping? well, we found that ebay doesn't ban you for doing it. they don't kick you out. all they do is take those retail drop shipping listings and lower them in the search results. but they're doing that for everyone who's selling the same items. and because retail drop shipping is so easy to automate and scale up, it kind of almost doesn't make a difference. plus, there are ways to avoid ebay from even knowing that you're doing it in the first place. so you might be asking yourself now, paul, well, which one do i do? do i do retail drop shipping or do i do wholesale drop shipping? no, i do both, because both work. so i'm not going to tell you one is better than the other. but if you want to be super safe, if you want to avoid any sort of issues, if that's what you're paranoid about, then go with wholesale, because we know for 100 certainty that it is allowed. and if you want to create a second account and do retail in that account, yeah you could do that and you're going to see results with that as well. but for the rest of this video i'm going to show wholesale because i want to show kind of what the future kind of looks like with ebay drop shipping. so now that i've decided to drop ship using wholesale suppliers, the question is: what supplier should i use and where do i find them? well, the first place to look is just come over to google so you can type in the niche that you want to sell in- like pets here, and then just the words wholesale suppliers, and go through all these results. you're looking for a supplier that allows you to drop ship, that allows you to sell on a marketplace like ebay, and there's a few other criteria that we look for, but those are the very, very basics that we need. so you can just go through all these websites and click around, look at their faq, look at their policies and see if they allow you to do that, and you'll have to go through pages of this and this does take time, but it does work. you do find suppliers using this method. now, another great resource to go to is inventorysourcecom. now, inventory source is a software that will automate the process of drop shipping from wholesale suppliers onto ebay. but, paul, i thought you said before that there was no soft

I really appreciate that. thank you so much in advance. don't forget to subscribe as well. hit the Bell notification. let's get right into the video. so in front of me right now, I've got the nine different steps that I'll personally take. if I was looking to start a brand new eBay Drop Shipping business right now- and that's exactly what I'm doing because, as you can see, I've recently built up a brand new eBay account- I'm going to start listing products on for me to generate sales over the next few months. but if you're currently a complete beginner and you haven't taken the first step, then, of course, step number one is for you to sign up and verify all your details, and when I say verify all of your details, what this means is that you need to make sure that you confirm your email address, your telephone number, your identity, your bank account. these are the things that you need to make sure that you do from day one to prevent any delays when it comes to you being approved as an eBay seller. once you've done all of that, the next thing you need to do after that is to build your feedback and your selling limit. so, for those of you that are brand new to the world of selling on eBay, essentially eBay is built on a feedback system, which means that buyers can leave sellers feedback, but sellers can also leave buyers feedback too, and there's three different options when it comes to leaving feedback, you can either leave positive, neutral or negative. but before you get started, when it comes to building your eBay business in a serious way, you need to make sure that you build up as much positive feedback as possible, and I always advise beginners to get their feedback score to at least 50 or 100 minimum. however, as you can see, with this brand new eBay account I've been working on for the past two or three months now, I've got the feedback score to around 348, and of course, this is much higher, what I recommend beginners to do. but if you are able to get it to a higher amount, then you're going to give yourself the best chances for you to make sales whenever a customer comes across your listing. and when it comes to building up your selling limit, the way that eBay works is that they don't give you a high limit straight away if you're a brand new seller, because they want to make sure that you're not selling counterfeit Goods or poor quality items to their customers and for them to be able to monitor that effectively, they need to cap the amount of items that you can list. so, going back to this eBay account that I'm currently working on, I'm currently allowed to list up to 1 000 different items every month, and I'm also allowed to list items up to the value of fifteen thousand pounds. so you want to try and work on this ASAP. you want to try and get your selling limit to a higher amount, because the higher selling limit is ultimately you're going to be able to list more products, which is going to increase your chances of being able to make more money. so the next thing that you need to consider doing ASAP is to switch from a personal account to a business account, and the reason why you want to do this is because the business account was intended for people that are looking to take their eBay business more serious. I would say that the personal account is realistikally made for people that are looking to sell items like line around the house, which means that you're going to be limited to the amount of features and the amount of things that you're going to be able to do when it comes to progressing your eBay business further. so make sure you remember this, because it's going to help you run your eBay business a lot more effectively. and moving on to the fourth step, which is that you need to find a winning eBay product to sell. so when it comes to me building any e-commerce business- it doesn't even need to just be a eBay business. I always like to make sure that, whatever product I'm going to sell, I'm gonna find relatable products within the same category and essentially build a brand. and this is the same advice that I'll give to you. but, of course, if you're at the start of your e-commerce Journey or your eBay journey, then you may want to sell a bunch of different products for you to kind of get an idea of what's selling well. and when it comes to you being able to find a winning product and figure out exactly what's selling well, the way that you can do it is by going over to eBay, clicking on shop by category, just like that, and then you're going to be able to see all of these different options. but what you can do to see even more categories is by clicking on this option over here and then, from this point, you're going to see all of these different categories and subcategories, but I'm just going to click any one of them and then I'm going to show you exactly what I'm going to do next. alright, so I clicked on bicycle accessories and, as we can see, there's all of these different. however, if we scroll down, eBay is going to show us which items within the subcategory is currently being purchased the most, and one thing that I can notike is that backlight seems to be very prevalent. so there's one there, there's one over here, one over here, one over here, one over here. there's multiple different types of bike lights that seem to be performing well right now, according to eBay. but for me to validate all of this information, I'm gonna go over to Zeke analytiks, which is a product research tool when it comes to finding the best winning products to sell, and I'm going to type in backlight right there. and, as you can see, in the last 30 days alone, over 46 000 pounds was spent on any item that has the keyword backlight in the title, and there's also a 71 successful listing rate. so to me, this is definitely an item that, if I was to list myself, I'm most likely going to make a sell, and the good thing about using Zeke analytiks is that, if we scroll down over here, we're going to be able to see the best performing items right now in terms of the model, in terms of the types of backlights that people are buying within the last 30 days, so using this information is going to help us get a better idea of which one exactly we should sell. so once you've gone to the point where you found at least 5, 10, 50 different winning products that you can list on your store, the next thing that you need to do after that is choose a related store name. so whether you're looking to go down the route of building a niche eBay store or a general one, it doesn't really matter. you just need to make sure that you pick a related eBay store name, because the mistake I see so many beginners making is that they will maybe use their own name. whether their name is John Smith, you'll see that as their eBay store name, and that's not very professional. in my own opinion. I believe that one of the first things that a customer is going to look at is your store name, because it's right next to your eBay feedback, and then from there, they're going to make a judgment on whether or not you're someone. that'
