EASIEST Way to Find a Product | Amazon Dropshipping Guide
Today we're toking about Dropshipping on Amazon, but- and this is a big but- we're not toking about Dropshipping in the same way you're probably already familiar with. That's because, honestly, there's a ton of outdated information out there, especially here on YouTube, that doesn't consider the recent changes Amazon made to their Dropshipping policy, And if you don't understand these changes before getting started, you run the risk of having your account suspended. So let's go over these real quick, because they are very important. The first policy here states that you must be identified as the seller on all invoices, packing slips, external packaging and really any other information included or provided with the product. What this means is there should be no mention of your supplier or manufacturing on or inside the packaging. So here's a good example of this. Let's say you sell this coffee mug or coffee maker on Amazon, right, And a customer purchased the product from you. You then turn around and purchase the same coffee maker from walmartcom at a much lower price. Your next: you enter the Amazon customer shipping information into Walmartcom And now when the Amazon customer receives their package, most likely it will have a Walmartcom identifiers on it. This is not allowed, Okay. so if you can't do that, then what's the work around here for Dropshipping. The answer- and I'll go into this in more detail later- is to basically find a supplier who doesn't put their logo or any branding on their packaging, So basically no identifiers on their boxes. here Again, I'll go into that more detail later on. Policy number two: you are responsible for accepting and processing returns. What this means is basically set your own address as the default return address If you have a service under account. I'll show you exactly how to do this. You want to hover over your settings icon here and then click return settings. On this page, click manage return address And, over here, manage your return address. If you already have an address, you can just select one here. If not, don't worry, Just click add new address and add your address. Okay, And the third and final policy here is you must comply with all of Amazon's terms of services. Basically, just don't break any rules that apply to every other seller. That was pretty simple, All right. With all of these policies in mind, how does Dropshipping on Amazon actually work? Here's a great diagram that I think covers the basics. So first, an Amazon customer will purchase your product that you've got listed on Amazon And, don't worry, I'm going to show you exactly how to create your first listing later on. Next, Once the transaction is finalized and you receive your funds, you'll go ahead and purchase that product directly from the supplier and give them your customer shipping information. Lastly, with the buyer's information in hand, the supplier will then send your product to the customer without any of their branded identifiers. And that's the tricky part here. How do we actually get our suppliers to hide their logos? The answer is to look for suppliers outside of the major retailers like Walmart, Target, Costco and Home Depot, for example. Instead, there are other online suppliers out there that specifically cater to drop shippers like yourself: AliExpress and CJ Dropshipping. These are two great examples of suppliers that will basically hide their logos or all their identifiers. We're actually going to use these two throughout this video to do product research, But before we get there, it's important to understand that when you order from sites like these, shipping times will be much lower than what most Amazon customers are accustomed to. But there are some ways that you can actually use some filters and narrow down just the products that have fast delivery times, So you can actually select products that are only shipped from United States And that should cut your delivery down from like three to like 14 days max. So we'll go over those in just a bit. Okay, I'm on AliExpress right now, but, to be honest with you, I don't think this is the best way of starting product research specifically for Dropshipping. That's because there are a lot of products on the page here, but I have no idea knowing which ones sell the best on Amazon or if they're even profitable. So when starting out, I actually wouldn't start here. Instead, I'd head over to Amazon and look for products that are already in high demand. Well, how do you do that? One great way is to browse through the best sellers, new releases and movers and shakers pages. These are great starting points and you can go down a bunch of rabbit holes to find interesting products that are already in high demand. And what I mean by high demand is any product that sells around ten or more units every single day, which would be about 300 monthly sales on Amazon. that's a really good number to shoot for And to find products that meet this threshold. We actually have a free tool on our website that you can use. Just search for Jungle Scout sales estimator here or use the link in the video description. How it works is you find a product and open up the listing, then pull up the sales estimatot here and enter three pieces of information. First is the best sellers rank. You can find this by going back to the Amazon listing and scrolling down to the product details section. The number you're looking for is right here. Also, take note of the category as well, because you'll be needing this information later on. going back to the sales estimator, Copy and paste that number here. Second, select the Amazon marketplace you're selling in. And, last but not least, remember that category you noted earlier. Go ahead and find it from the list here. Once you're done, just click estimate sales. Now you'll be able to see the estimated monthly sales on Amazon for this product. Okay, Now, while this is a free way of estimating Amazon sales, doing this for ten, 20 or even 100 products a day can start to become a really time consuming. You're also not able to search for and filter through the products that meet the other qualities of a good dropshipping product, like low competition and high profitability. So that's why I'm now going to show you how to use Jungle Scout's opportunity finder to search through every product on Amazon and find these specific opportunities. I also put a link for this down in the video description to start, Select the Amazon marketplace You want to sell it. then go through and select one or however many categories you want to search in over here. This is where you can input filters to narrow down which products you want to find. For example, to find products with high demand, Set the minimum sales filter to around 300. to find products with low competition, You can adjust this competition slider to low or even very low. And lastly, because you want to find profitable products, A general rule of thumb is to sell items between 20 and $70. That's because, when you consider all of the cost of selling on Amazon, your profit margins will be very slim. if you sell anything below $20. And really anything above $70,, people are typically less likely to make a quick impulse buy Now. certainly feel free to adjust these numbers however you want, But once you have all of your filters in place, just come down here and click search. You'll now see a big list of all the high demand price ideas in these categories. I'd recommend spending some time opening up a few products and tracking metrics like unit sales pricing in search volume over the past two years. This really helps give you a great idea of how strong this product idea is or if it's just a trending product right now. The last tab here will display all the top products in this niche and you can quickly see how many sales they're all getting. So, for example, when you see a projected deal like this, that clearly a ton of shoppers.

what's going on, guys? aaron goldstein here. so in this video we're going to tok about amazon, drop shipping, violation, suspension, what, how this happens, and then i'm going to give you a guide you can use to get your account back. i have gotten my store hit with two of these. i've gotten my account back both times and i have a client of mine whose store got hit and i was able to get his account back within about a day. um, if you do this right, you should be able to get your account back very quickly. my account got hit for the second time- it was, um, like three or four days ago and, uh, i basically submitted two plan of actions. i basically sent two things into amazon and within about 24 hours, my account was back like up and running. so let's go ahead and dive right into this. so what is happening? so amazon is getting stricter with drop shipping on amazon. that doesn't mean it's impossible to do. you can definitely still make money with it. i think i made i don't know of i'm not making as much as i was a couple months ago, but i think i made like 250 dollars a day in profit with it. so you still make money. it's still a great business model. um, you just kind of have to know how to work around it as things come up. businesses that can adapt to it generally can survive and keep making money. people that aren't equipped sometimes they can't survive. not a solid rule, but definitely something to consider. so what's what's happening is amazon's getting a little bit stricter with drop shipping and they're hitting people with more of these drop shipping violations where basically you get a- uh, you basically get a thing in your account that says, hey, we believe you're drop shipping and we want you to tell us what you're going to do so you're not drop shipping anymore, and if you don't send them a good message explaining your plan, then in about 72 hours they will shut down your account. when they shut down your account, you can still get it back up and running if you send them kind of a plan. so let's go ahead and tok about this, and a lot of this is strategy. so we believe what's triggering this is people using retailer names in messages. so them sending you a message and them saying, hey, this item arrived in a walmart box, or them leaving you a review: i got the item, but it came in a walmart box- that word. from what we can tell- i don't have any hardcore proof, but i've toked to a lot of people in this industry- from what i can tell- that's causing the the, the um. this is that's triggering something that's causing these suspensions that wasn't before. um. now i know people that have gotten- you know- their stores hit three, four, five times and gotten their stores back. but you have to kind of know the process. so when you get that, what you want to do is you want to. you're going to type out something and you're going to send it to amazon and then what will happen is that the reply you send to amazon needs to be structured like this: the first thing is: you want to acknowledge what you did. so we don't want to hide anything. we don't want to say: i don't know what you're toking about, amazon, i think you're full of do, do? we don't want to say that. we want to be open and honest. so we want to say hey. so we want to say, hey, this is what happened. we got you know we, we, we violated amazon's drop shipping rules, after ratings, amazon's drop shipping policy. we understood that's against our terms of service. then what we want to do is we want to explain why this happened and what you might want to do is just kind of make something up. so there could be a variety of things. ideally, we're not supposed to be drop shipping. we're supposed to be shipping items from our warehouse, so we could, or a verified drop shipper, not like home depot. so there's different excuses we could say. one of the excuses could be that oh my, um my, the wholesaler that i was using- they, the wholesaler that i was using- they uh had a delay in shipment or some of their items were damaged and we were not able to fulfill it through them. what we wanted to do, because we care about customer service, is we went ahead and we bought the item from home depot and we bought it at a loss and we sent it to the customer. we know this is against our terms of service, but we, we wanted to make the customer happy and we wanted to kind of fulfill their needs. then, after you explain what you did, you have to give them an explanation of what you're going to do to prevent this. moving forward, to prevent this, what we did was we contacted our drop shipper and or what we did is moving forward is we're not going to list the items for sale in our store till our certified drop shipper gets the items, inspects them, make sure they're not damaged and then tells us it's good to list it. we kind of jump the curve on this and we just assumed, because they were getting a shipment later that day, that we could list the products. we now know not to do it. so it's got to be something structured along the lines of that where you're giving them an actual plan of what you're going to do. another thing you could say is you could say: hey, you know, my, uh, my items were damaged. uh, you could, instead of using a certified drop shipper- so not home depot or a walmart, but a certified dropshipper, it's i fulfill everything from my warehouse. the issue that happened was we were getting these items in today and whenever an item is set to get delivered, we have it set in our store to sell, because usually there's not an issue with it. what happened is the items we got were damaged and we already sold those items and we were kind of running a muck and not 100, sure you know. we didn't want to cancel the order for the customer, so we bought it from walmart at a loss. we saw walmart was carrying it as well. moving forward. to prevent this, we will not sell any items in our store. we will not say, say we have items for sale in our amazon store until the item has landed in our warehouse. we have inspected it, seen it's not damaged and been good to go. so that's kind of the structure to follow. um, it's important to understand a couple things. a, you want to respond to amazon quickly, like it's better to respond to amazon like that day than wait like three or four weeks to respond to amazon. um, it shows that you care more about your account. that's very, very important. the second thing is: sometimes amazon wants you to work for this a little bit. so sometimes they want to prove you on the first message you send them. sometimes you'll send them a message and then they'll say: we're not happy with it, send it back to us, and then you're going to go in more detail. so in this theory example, the more detail would be. what we're going to do is we hired a second person to help out with getting inventory in quickly and what the second person is going to do is after the first. the first person gets the items and sees they're inspected. we hired a second person. that is, in addition. what they're going to do is they're going to be a second set of eyes and they're going to verify all the items are in good condition and in stok before we list it on sale for amazon. this will prevent any future issues of items not being able- you know, damaged items happening because we have the first person. first of all, we're not going to- you know we're- we're not going to- even list items for sale until they land in our invent, our warehouse, when we inspect it, and then, secondly, we're going to have a second set of eyeballs verify it just to make sure there's no issues before we sell it. that way this will not happen again. so if you submit something and amazon comes back and says they want something else for you, just kind of explain a little bit more in detail. it doesn't necessarily mean sending a longer message, even though sometimes it does, but we we want the messages to be able to be read in about seven minutes from a person like sometimes you know someone will send a plan of action, they'll submit something to amazon that takes like 30 minutes to read and sometimes the person- the person that's from my understanding-

hey, what's up guys? luke profits. does amazon allow drop shipping? i've seen this question asked so many different times. does amazon allow drop shipping? and the answer might surprise you: yes, amazon is perfectly fine with drop shipping. they actually have a policy that specifically says drop shipping is totally fine. i'll put a link in the description so you can go ahead and click there and see. basically, you just need to know that you are totally responsible for your items. that, uh, you know being sent out on time, being delivered to the correct addresses, being, you know, not broken, all that kind of stuff. you're totally responsible for the products that you're selling, even though if you're having them filled by somebody else, uh, so you know you're totally responsible for that. so if there are any problems, you know they come back on you and usually it's not a big deal because you can just have them return it and then, you know, send it back to the supplier and stuff like that. so, yes, you know, but amazon is holding you accountable for, um, you know, making sure that everything's being done properly, which makes sense. you know the person that's owning your drop shipping business. you're responsible for the products yourself. wow, wow. who knew the drop shipping policy also requires that you remove any packing slips, invoices, external packaging, any of that kind of stuff. because since you're selling on amazon, you know amazon wants buyers to think, oh, my products coming from amazon. they don't want to think, oh, i'm being, you know, drop shipped too from some other supplier. they're amazon's fine with it. they just don't want, you know, other branding of other companies getting mixed up with amazon and confusing customers and stuff like that. so they ask that: uh, you know you ship it in just a plain brown box that doesn't have any branding on it. so that's it. amazon is totally fine with drop shipping, as long as you follow those guidelines. i'll put the link to the full drop shipping policy down there. it's like right at the top of the description of the video so you can go ahead and click and see: uh, amazon's, you know terms and rules and everything, but that's, you know. pretty good summary of, uh, everything that the policy says. that said, you do have to be careful when drop shipping from some suppliers, especially like the big box retailers, like walmart, home depot, lowe's, costco, you know, like all of those big box retailers and stuff, because when they ship items they usually come in their branded packaging, which is against amazon's terms. but you can still do it, assuming you've passed the initial like three month-ish period where amazon's looking really closely on your account and it's not strictly uh, three months. there are specific uh guidelines. even if you created your account five years ago, if you haven't really sold on it or anything, you're still in that initial three-month period that i'm toking about. i'll put a little card thing that'll pop up up here. so if you don't know what that is, click up here or you're gonna accidentally get your account suspended by doing something stupid. so you know, follow this, uh, this little card thing that popped out and click. and if nothing popped out, then i probably just forgot to link it. so leave a comment and i will go ahead and fix that there. but, yeah, very specific guidelines. you need to follow uh to sort of age your account, break it in a little bit and, uh, because amazon's like looking really closely at your account when it's new and then, after you've been, you know, doing the right thing and everything that they want for several months, um, you can sort of get past that and then they stop really paying as much attention to your account, and you can. you, then that's when you can drop ship from bigger retailers and things like that. you want to start with that? so you know, i've got a whole video about it, so i'm not going to go too much in here, but just click the thing if you, if you don't know about that and you want to see that video because it will, uh, save you if you're new to amazon drop shipping. so to recap, yes, amazon is totally fine with drop shipping. they just want stuff you know being shipped to buyers. uh, in just plain, you know packaging, no brands, not like a big you know walmart logo on the side or target or anything like that. as long as there's no branded packaging, invoices, anything like that, amazon's totally fine with drop shipping. and since, uh, you know with how drop shipping works, if you're uh doing fulfilled by merchant, where somebody places the order with you and then you order it from you know your supplier, target or whatever, and have it shipped to them, uh, the, the branded packaging isn't that big of a deal as long as you've kind of broken your account in because, uh, amazon's not you know shipping those products, you are shipping those products, or rather you are, you know, having target ship those items for you and since amazon's never getting to inspect the boxes or anything like that, uh, it's, it's pretty much fine to have branded packaging show up to your buyers. it doesn't really cause any issues. um, it's just that, tiknically, you are going against the guy line, so it's better, you know, if you have the option, try to get it in. uh, you know unbranded packaging, because then you're perfectly in compliance with the policies. uh, but if you know if it's coming in a walmart box or something like that, yeah, but it works and people do it and make a lot of money doing it. so well, guys, that's it for the video. if you're new to drop shipping on amazon and you're trying to figure out how to get started, i've got a full free set of training videos down there. link in the description goes over everything you need to know to get started. drop shipping on amazon and amazon's great because, compared to other platforms, it's actually super easy to get sales with very few listings, because there's so many more buyers on amazon and so many few sellers that you're competing with compared to other platforms like ebay. if you've got any questions about anything drop shipping related, feel free to hit me up on facebook. i'll put a link down there, as well as a link to a group that i started that has hundreds of other drop shippers in it that you can join. i post new content on this channel every few days, so go ahead and subscribe and hit the notifications, and i'll be back with another video in a couple days. Why Amazon Dropshipping Gets new sellers SUSPENDED 2021
listen, do not start drop shipping on amazon until you watch this video and understand what's going on. in 2021, amazon is suspending new drop shippers left and right, and not only are they suspending new drop shippers, it's almost impossible to get your account back. in this video, i'm going to share with you exactly what's going on, share with you why this is happening and show you the loophole, how to get around this, what to do if you want to start drop shipping on amazon in 2021. so let's go ahead and tok about what's going on. so, in order to understand this, you have to understand. if we go back a handful of years. we go back to 2015, 16, 17-ish, 2014, 2018- you could open up a new amazon account. you could start drop shipping on it- drop ship from walmart, drop ship from home depot, drop ship from costco, dropship from anywhere- and amazon didn't really care. it wasn't a big of a that big of an issue. in 2020, amazon started asking new drop shippers to upload a certain type of invoice from who they were getting the product from. so what's happening now is people are creating a brand new amazon account and then they're going to retailers. retailers are like walmart, bed, bath and beyond, costco, sam's club. they go to walmart, they start drop shipping from walmart and after a couple days or a week, or even it can sometimes be a month or two, amazon stops the the seller's account and they send you a message that says we want you to upload three. we see that you're selling these different items. here are three of the different items you're selling. we want you to upload a piece of paper from the person that is made the product that says that you have the right to sell the item and, um, this is called a letter of authorization. so basically, if you're selling like, let's say, you're selling a kitchen, let's say you're selling a kitchen chair, amazon wants a piece of paper either from the company that produces the chair or from like a middleman, like a wholesaler, that gives you express permission from the manufacturer, or actually it could be from the wholesaler that that has authority to sell it to middle people that are allowed to sell it. but basically, you need to upload a piece of paper that says you have authority to sell this product. a walmart receipt will not work. it used to work back in 2017. it used to work. it does not work anymore. so what's happening is amazon dropshippers are getting started in this business. they start listing items right away from walmart, where, wherever, and then amazon says: hey, we need a letter of authorization saying that you have expressed permission from the manufacturer, from the wholesaler. essentially, you have expressed permission to sell this product. a receipt from walmart will not work. so what people are doing is they'll try to submit a receipt from walmart and walmart won't accept it. they'll say: this is a receipt, but this is not good enough. a few years ago it used to be good enough. it's not good enough anymore and you will not be able to get your account back. you've probably seen this in facebook groups or on other youtube videos. now there's a solution for this. what's a solution? there's a solution because people are still, to this day, starting to drop ship on amazon accounts. there's a few different ways to do this. the first thing that what we have to understand is amazon does not trust us. we're new sellers. when you, when you make a new, we- sorry, it's not that they don't trust us, they don't trust new sellers. so when you make a new account, they don't really trust you. they kind of look at you through a microscope. they don't really trust you, so it takes a few months for them to start to develop trust- a good three to six months. so a way around this. there's actually a few ways around this. the first way around this is to buy an aged account that has some seller activity. so if you find someone, maybe they've sold on amazon in the past. maybe they've sold on it for six months or a year or even a couple years. they're not selling anymore. you could buy their account and then start drop shipping on their account. their account has authority with amazon. amazon trusts them more and they don't ask for these letter of authorizations. that's the first thing to do. you have to be careful when buying these accounts. sometimes you could spend four or five thousand dollars on a good account. you got to make sure you get it from someone that's going to give you the account and transfer the data. when you transfer the data, you have to do it correctly. but that is a way. you could buy what's called aged amazon accounts, an account that's been on amazon for like a year or two, especially if it has activity like, let's say, it sold 100 000 or more of product in a year or two. that's really good, even if it's got, even if the account is like a year and a half old and it has no activity. it's just being a year and a half old is a lot better than a brand new account. the second thing to do is you can drop ship from certain specific wholesalers. there are some companies out there that not walmart. they're not retailers. you can't do any retailers not walmart, not home depot, nothing like that. but there are certain companies out there that have expressed permission and can give you a letter of authorization. there are certain companies out there that you can drop ship from their company and if amazon asks for those letters of authorization, you can get the letter of authorization from your wholesaler that you're drop shipping from, upload it to amazon. it'll pass and it'll go through. by the way, one of the reasons that a lot of times you can't- it's hard to really make any money drop shipping. the money's made drop shipping from retailers- pretty much so. that's why we don't like. that's why we usually don't drop ship from wholesalers, because usually you can't make any money. sometimes you're just breaking even. but that is one one way to go about it. another way to go about it is doing what's called fba fulfillment by amazon. so that's where you buy a bunch of products, you send it into amazon and amazon fulfills the orders for you. so you're not drop shipping. you basically get a bunch of items. there's different ways to do it. you send it into amazon's warehouse and then anytime the item sells on amazon, amazon will ship the item. so what a lot of people are doing is they will do fba for three to six months to kind of season or warm up their account, and then they'll switch the drop shipping. another method is you make a new amazon account and then you want to upload one or two items a month for a few months straight. so you make a new amazon account and the first account. the first month that you have your amazon account you list one item. then the second month you list a another item. two weeks after that you list a third item. two weeks after that you'll list the fourth item. and then you you do that for, uh, for a handful of months, three to six months ish, roughly, roughly, roughly, and then after that time you can start uploading a little bit more. basically, what we're doing here is we want to kind of warm up or get amazon familiar with us. it's called warming up, it's called seasoning the account after about three to six months. month-ish. switching to drop shipping from retailers- walmart, home depot, bathroom, costco, all those ones- is more safer to do, where you can basically switch and start drop shipping from retailers and the chance of you know amazon asking for any of those invoices goes down dramatikally. um, if they ask for the invoice and it's from your wholesaler- usually they just ask for a once every now and then they ask for it twice. but usually if they ask for a once you're able to submit it because you're drop shipping from a legitimate wholesaler- then you're good to go. or if you do it one of these other ways, you do fba, you get a seasoned account. you start off really slow. you do it. you start off slower, do fba for three to six months. then at that point it is significantly safer to switch to drop shipping from retailers and not having to worry abo.

Welcome to our overview of Amazon policies for sellers. when selling in the Amazon store, you have the opportunity to reach new customers around the world. these customers trust you to provide a positive customer experience and count on you to fairly and accurately represent yourself and the products you sell. Amazon's selling policies and seller code of conduct are in place to help you sell more effectively and earn customer trust, so it's important to be familiar with them. let's look at some of those policies now. note that this training doesn't cover all of our policies or serve as legal advice. it's your responsibility to make sure that you comply with Amazon policies and obtain legal guidance when and where you need it. let's begin with intellectual property, or IP. when you sell products, it's important to comply with the Amazon intellectual property policy. this policy protects the rights of Ip owners, including Brands, individuals or entities. no products in the Amazon store may infringe upon the rights of an IP owner. to comply with the Amazon intellectual property policy, you must obey all laws and Amazon policies applicable to your products and product listings and respect the IP rights of brands or other rights owners. any violation of this policy may result in the loss of selling privileges or account deactivation, in addition to legal consequences, IP is the legal protection of an individual or Brand's design, creation or invention. there are three main types of intellectual property: copyright, trademark and patent. let's look at each of these. copyright protects an owner's original creative work, preventing others from copying that work without permission. creative Works covered by copyright laws include literary works such as books or computer programs, artistik works such as drawings, photographs or sculptures, sound recordings, videos and films, and dramatik works such as plays or dances. copying, selling or otherwise reproducing and distributing copyrighted media items without the permission of the copyright holder is piracy, which is illegal. this is true even if the copied work takes a different form than the original, such as a printed book, transcribed into a text file and then distributed. it's important to remember that copyright doesn't just apply to the products you sell. it applies to everything you create and publish, which includes your listings. think carefully about where you find the text and images for your product listing in the Amazon store. if you found a photo or video elsewhere you don't own the copyright to that photo or video. before you use that photo or video, you must obtain permission from the copyright owner. make sure you keep all documentation confirming permission to use the copyrighted photograph or video. a trademark is a word, symbol or design, or a combination of these things, used to distinguish one company's products and services from another's. in short, a trademark helps the customer connect a product or service to a specific company. you may have some protections for a trademark as soon as you begin to use it. if you then register your trademark with the relevant trademark office, however, you'll have more rights and protections. use of a trademark name is acceptable on a product detail page if you're selling a genuine product with that trademarked name. it's also acceptable for describing a product's compatibility with a trademarked product. you may not, however, use a trademark name to describe how one product is similar to a trademarked product. the Amazon brand name and logo, for example, are trademarks. if you're selling a tablet case, you can say that it's compatible with the Amazon Kindle. you can't, however, say that it's an Amazon Kindle case unless it's manufactured by Amazon. another type of IP violation is counterfeiting. a counterfeit is an inauthentik product designed to mimic a product or content protected by another party's IP rights. a product that deceptively imitates an original is a counterfeit, regardless of whether it actually functions identikally or at all. counterfeit products are damaging to an IP holder because the holder has no control over the distribution, quantity or quality of these Goods. counterfeit products are dangerous to customers because there's no guarantee they'll perform similarly to the authentik item or that they meet safety standards or requirements. selling counterfeit
