It's your man, Mohamed Camara, and welcome back to the channel. You already know what time it is, man. In this one, we got another highly highly requested video topic, which is all about dropshipping shipping times, And in this video I'm going to show you three different ways You could go about getting faster shipping for your dropshipping business today. Okay, In the last video, if you haven't caught up already, we were toking about a secret, kind of undercover, low key method, about going to TikTok ads and being able to test products with just a hundred dollars ad spend and get very, very profitable return on ad spend off of that. If you haven't seen that video, I'll link it up right here so you can catch up. But in this one, like promise you know, you guys were blowing up the comment section asking about this topic, which is: how do I get faster shipping times for my customers, And there's actually a lot of other alternatives. Okay, I would suggest to stop using Aliexpress as soon as you can, As soon as you see that shipping starts to become an issue with some of your suppliers there. you definitely want to move over and try some of these strategies that are outlined in the next few minutes. All right, and as promise, like always, these are the same exact strategies that I'm using on my seven figure e-commerce store right here. As you can see, we're at 1300 on the day We hit that 50 K mark. I'm hoping we can squeeze out another 5k in the next two days so that we can hit the 60 K mark. Right, I just like to round the numbers up- Why not? And you know, I want to show you that this is actually working. okay, These are actually things that you can implement right away. So, without further ado, let's get right into it. You guys know the very first one that I'm going to recommend to you guys, which is CJDropshipping. CJDropshipping is a sourcing agent. They're kind of like another form of Aliexpress. If you guys haven't heard of them, they are pretty popular in the dropshipping space. They are the main supplier that I've used in the past few years. As you can see, I've spent over half a million dollars with them as far as buying inventory- you know, fulfilling orders, stuff like that- And they've been a great partner of mine as well. I know that's not the case for a lot of people. A lot of people have either had very good things to say about CJDropshipping or very bad experiences, And I don't know why those bad experiences arise. Some people say that you know, maybe when you select certain shipping methods that it becomes. you know the orders get stuck in transit And you know the tracking information is kinda like it's not accurate. So I just wanna, you know, be fair here. just because I use them doesn't mean that you're gonna have a great experience like I have. You know, I have used them and I've had a great experience with them. I have a sourcing agent with them That's in a Skype chat with me, So whenever I need to get in contact with him, he's right there and he's ready to answer any questions. Okay, but I've been able to get shipping times as fast as like six to 10 day shipping times with CJDropshipping And, like I said, this has been consistently for the past- I would say two, three years me working with them And you know I really liked their service. They have a integration with Shopify, So all you have to do is download the Shopify app for CJ into your Shopify store and then you source the products. You can connect the products step by step- They have some tutorials on the website to do that- or you can contact their support and have them help you out with connecting products. If they don't have any products specifically, you can also put in a sourcing request so that they go and find that product. they'll give you like 24 hours or something. They'll go search for that product And then you'll see that if they do find success finding that product, you can import it into your site. It'll already be connected and as soon as orders come in, you'll be able to select your shipping methods, sync all the orders and then you'll be able to fulfill all the orders in one go, which I really, really like. It saves a lot of time when it comes to just automating the whole fulfillment side. rather than on Oberlo and using Aliexpress, you got to go and click, fulfill each order one by one, And that just doesn't work at scale. okay, So I probably spend about maybe 30, not even I spent like maybe 15 minutes fulfilling all the orders on a day, and you know, I've had a very, very good experience, Like I said, over half a million dollars spent with them, And I didn't realize until like before I was going to do this video that I've actually been like spending that much with them. So you know a very reliable supplier. if you wanna link to them, I have a link in my description somewhere. I'm always toking about CJ, but if that's an option that's not working for you, Obviously another option you can go with is SourcinBox. Okay, So this is option two out of three, And SourcinBox is something that I found this year okay, And this is thanks to a lot of my students. But a lot of my students, when they do come across problems with CJ, what they'll end up doing is they'll use SourcinBox, and SourcinBox takes pride in faster processing and shipping times. They're kind of similar to CJ, but I feel like the response that I've heard from a lot of people who've used it is that the shipping time is a lot easier. The actual customer service is a lot better here. You're going to get that one-on-one direct sourcing agent to tok to. So this is also a point that I want to bring up to you guys is that whenever you have any shipping problems with orders that you've placed from like these third party logistik companies and stuff like that. make sure if the order is stuck in transit or if it never gets to the customer you want to make sure that you or your customer service rep is contacting them and opening a dispute on that, because to have paid for all that inventory and then it's not being delivered, you're already getting a backlash from the customer. So at least make sure that you're able to recoup as much money as you can that's coming from wasted products and products that will never able to be delivered in the first place. But with SourcinBox I've personally haven't had experience using them, but they seem to have a good word around the whole dropshipping space, especially with the students that I'm working with. They have nothing but good things to say about SourcinBox And you can kind of read up here. just go into the link. And then they come back and that's gonna lead to them Leaving good reviews on your site, which is going to help you get more conversions in the future. 60 days in order to get the product to your customer. in my opinion, one of the only benefits of using aliexpress is when you're testing products. this is because there's a ton of sellers with all kinds of products that you're able to find and add to your store to quickly test and find out if it's going to be a winning product for you or not. but when it comes to finding that winning product and scaling using this platform will not be sustainable for your business at all. there is a couple other things that play into the reason of aliexpress not being the best platform to use for scaling a product outside of just the shipping times. a couple of those reasons is product and quality and communication. there are major variations between the suppliers, shipping times and product quality, so what that basically means is that it is a random game of product quality and how well your supplier is going to do when sourcing and shipping your product, and, as that is not enough of a hassle, it can take days to have a conversation with the suppliers, as they are likely in a different time zone as you, depending on wherever you live. so, with that being said, my one suggestion during this testing phase and using aliexpress is: make sure that you're doing supplier validation heavily. you should be looking for a 98 or a higher store rating, with a 4.7 rating or higher for the communication product as described and the shipping times along with that. you want to make sure that they have a couple hundred reviews and orders and have been in business for at least over a year to know that this is a supplier that you can at least test with and regardless of the fact that it can take days to hear a response. when you find a supplier that has what you're looking for, make sure that you still message them, start communication and make sure that it is someone that wants to help you grow. now i just want to reiterate that aliexpress is used solely for testing, and once you've found a product that is selling well for you, it's time to move on, to get those faster shipping times so that you can continue to grow and scale your business. so, with that being said, i'm going to recommend you two different sites that you can be using today to make sure that your customers are satisfied with your service and you're not getting angry emails and low feedback ratings that can ultimately give you a restriction very quickly. efficiency is everything for your customers today, especially with competing with platforms like amazon and other drop shippers in the space. customers like to have their product in a hurry, and these two suppliers can help you with exactly that. now, the first site that you can be using is cj drop shipping. cj drop shipping is just one of the top picks due to the fact that they have warehouses all around the world to ship to other countries. this is the ideal situation for local and worldwide drop shipping so that you can make sure that those shipping times are competitive and something that your customers are satisfied with. so if you're someone who is currently struggling with chargebacks and refunds because customers are unhappy with the shipping times, then cj dropshipping can really help you with these issues. many of you have heard of cj dropship and you may know their fulfillment center for any products that you might want to be selling, but you may not know all the benefits that can come from using them as a supplier, so let's go ahead and jump right into it. so here we are on cj drop shipping, and you can on aliexpress and, as you guys can see, i went ahead and chose a dog harness. if you guys have been drop shipping for a while, you know that this dog harness has been going absolutely crazy year after year and it's always a product that you can sell on aliexpress. you can see that we're going to get this item for 11.95. this is for the large variant, with free shipping being estimated. delivery of march 5th. now today is january 18. so this is almost 45 to 50 day shipping on this product if i go ahead and source it from aliexpress. but if we head over to cj drop shipping and we look for that exact same product, you can see that is three dollars and 81 cents for the large variant as well, with the shipping cost of six dollars and 23 cents, which gives us a total drop shipping price.

How To Dropship WITHOUT AliExpress On Shopify (Fast Shipping Methods)

[Music]. what's up? guys, it's your boy, jordan, back with another e-commerce video. and listen. this year i am on a mission. i'm on a mission to make over five million dollars with my e-commerce brand and document the entire process as much as i can so that i can lead by example and help you start your own online store. i want to try to hit 100 000 subscribers and help a thousand people start their own online store in 2021. so if you want to see that journey and support my vision, make sure to hit the subscribe button down below and give this video a thumbs up, as it shows it to more people and helps my channel grow. and, without further ado, let's get started with the video. being transparent is one of the most important things to me, so i want to show you some of these shipping times first hand on my dashboard, so you can see- this is the shopify dashboard here and i'm going to click on orders, we're going to go to fulfillment- status fulfilled. we're going to change the date to the last 30 days and then we'll just sort by the oldest ones. that way we can pull some that have arrived. so we'll take this one and we'll take this one. for example, if we click on the link here, you can see that this was delivered in six days, and if we click on this one once again, you can see that it was in six days, and that's using the same exact shipping method that i'm going to share with you right now. real quick, i just want to explain why aliexpress is not a sustainable tool to scale your business. in my business, aliexpress really only has one use, and that is to test new products. this is really the only benefit of this website. there are a ton of sellers, there's a mass variety of products, but when it comes to scaling a product with this platform, it is not sustainable at all. the major problem with aliexpress is that there are massive variations between the suppliers, shipping times and product quality. [Music]. so when you're fulfilling a product from this platform, it's totally a random game on if your supplier is going to do a good job or not. the one piece of advice i can give in that initial testing phase is: study those suppliers heavily, look at their reviews, look at how many other products they have and how long they've been in business. just make sure to be very careful on who you decide to work with. and when you do find somebody that has the product that you're looking to sell, make sure you message them and build up some type of rapport so you know that there's a real person on the other side that wants to help you grow. but, once again, this website is only for testing products, so once you found a product that is selling well, i'm going to recommend some alternatives now to take that to the next level. all right, so now i'm going to show you two alternatives to aliexpress that offer faster shipping. these tools are good for that first phase of your business where you're getting maybe five to twenty orders per day and you're looking to provide a better experience for your customers. alright, so the first tool is called e-perlo. this is very similar to aliexpress. these products are all shipping from china and you can see they have a lot of the big drop shipping products on here. but the major benefit of using an app like this is that they provide shipping lines that you normally wouldn't be able to get from aliexpress. so you can see that they're offering yanwen, which is a really good shipping line that even i use. they offer 4px, and then they offer the traditional e-packet from aliexpress, which i wouldn't recommend using right now. it's super slow. so with an app like this, you're gonna get better shipping times, but it's gonna be a little bit more expensive. so if you can afford the cost difference, this is a great tool for shipping products from china. all right, and the second tool is called spock it. now, this app is very similar, but the only difference is that they mainly focus on products that ship from the us and canada. now, the major downside to spock it is their product library is not the greatest. a lot of these products really don't have major scaling potential on a drop shipping store, but every once in a while you'll find some pretty cool stuff like this: plant hanger is pretty nice. you can see that it shifts worldwide in 8 to 14 days, which is pretty good shipping times. compared to alley, it's a pretty dope product as well. honestly, put this in my house. then you have something like this, which is also a dropship product that i think could do all right, especially for the eco-friendly crowd. and you can see that once again, it ships eight to 14 days to the us, so they got a ton of products on here. but, like i said, it's a good app for fast shipping, but the actual product library is not the greatest. but anyways, these are two apps that you could use in that starting phase of your business. now, once you start scaling and you want to crank things up to the next level and get those juicy six to ten day shipping times, this is the method that i use and this is what i recommend you guys try to get to as soon as possible. let's tok about it. so the best and fastest way to ship products out of china is actually using a private agent. an agent is somebody who has connections in china with the fulfillment centers, the shipping lines and the manufacturers to help you get the best price and fastest shipping possible and to explain the process on how you work with an agent, i'm actually going to call mine up and have him break this down for you. he has over 10 years of experience and can do a much better job explaining than i ever could. hey, what's up yo jordan. how's it going? what's going on, drop shippers. today i'm going to be showing you three actionable methods you can start implementing today to start drop shipping with that sweet three to five day shipping. each one of these methods i tested myself and i've made multi-millions in combined revenue using these and i'm gonna share them transparently with you guys today so you can start implementing them in your drop shipping stores before we get into the value. if you guys get this video to 800 likes, i'm going to be creating a document for you guys with the top 10 viral products that are making thousands of dollars per day right now, and inside this document there's gonna be the ad that's making it happen, the competitor's website, the price you need to be selling it for and every other detail you need to make this product blow up in your store. but let's not waste any more time. let's get into the video and start finding your fast drop shipping suppliers. okay, guys? so the first method that i'm going to be showing you guys today is super simple and it's very advantageous for beginners because you don't need much capital to start up and it's really simple to do this. most people actually overlook this method, but i'm going to show you guys how you can do this really quickly. so the first thing you need to do is you need to come over on google and you need to have already identified the niche you want to sell in. i actually use this. back in 2017 on one of my drop shipping websites called vape trap. this vape trap website predominantly sold vaporizers and accessories, and i found the supplier was just coming on google and typing in vape drop shippers and, believe it or not, but all these different websites are gonna provide different services. so, for example, we can just open a couple of these and we can see that this eight vape company actually provides different drop shipping services, and the reason this is so advantageous is because all of these products in their catalog you can actually sell. so this is perfect for a niche store, and some of the margins definitely won't be as high as selling on aliexpress, but what i personally saw is that the margins were at least 120 on most products. so, for example, if you're getting a product for 10, you can at least sell it for 22.. so there's still a lot of room for profit here. and usually to sign up for these drop shipping programs, you just say, you scroll down. usually they'll have a form or some type of contact information here, so they left an email right here. one thing that i recommend you have is a tax id, because most of these people actually ask for that, and the second thing is you probably want a website that's already started. it's not needed, but it will definitely give you more trust and better prices when working with these us suppliers. and no, this definitely doesn't only work with this niche. for example, if we come over here and we type in jewelry drop shippers, then what's going to happen is all these different listings are going to come up. so, for example, rc jewelry, we see jay gooden and then this wholesale central. we can come over here and we can see that they're actually listing all these different drop shippers right here. so this is actually a pretty cool website that you can actually use to spot different niches and drop shippers. but if we come over here, we can actually see that this jay gooden company is actually offering drop shipping services on their product line. so this works in almost any niche, which is amazing, and obviously this won't be right for one product stores. the next method i'm gonna be showing you is gonna be perfect for finding those viral products on facebook that you can start selling and using for fast shipping. so if you guys aren't interested in this method, you guys are gonna love method number two. okay, so this next method most people actually wouldn't use because they're too lazy to take advantage of it. but if you're one of the few people who take action on this method, i promise you it will work. it just takes some consistency. so the first thing you need to do is you need to head on amazoncom, the largest ecommerce platform in the world, and what amazon is, if you don't know, basically how amazon works is they have a marketplace where millions of third-party sellers will come on and actually sell their products. so, for example, if we come over this search bar and let's say that we want to sell those knee braces that i showed you guys in my last video, and also, if you guys haven't seen that video, i scaled this product to 150k a month and you guys can actually learn how i did it- but let's say we want to sell that product, we can come over the search bar and type in spring loaded knee braces and what's going to happen is there's going to be all these different listings on amazon and, if you guys didn't know, these are each individual sellers who are selling it, so it's actually not amazon who's housing the products. so what we can do is we can come over this product listing over here and all you need to do is you need to scroll down until you find the seller. it's usually under the buy now box, as we can see. this product is sold by most fit and we can just click through and what's going to happen is that they're going to take us to their storefront and we can come and we can click, ask a question and basically it's going to ask you to sign in to amazon and once you're signed in, you're going to be able to contact them and once you reach out to them, you want to ask if they have any extra supply that's not in the amazon warehouse, or if they could provide drop shipping from the amazon warehouse, because amazon does provide fulfillment services, so sometimes you can actually use their fulfillment that's already in amazon and this method's great if you want to start testing those unique products, because amazon just has such a wide catalog, or if you already have a product that you're scaling and you just want faster shipping. and yeah, you're gonna have to reach out to quite a few people, but i guarantee if you stay consistent on this and you reach out to about 20 people, you should at least have some people with interest, especially if you already have sales volume because they're already importing these, and if you tell them that you can provide them more sales, they might charge you a fee for doing it, but i guarantee that some of these people be interested and you can create these advantageous relationships where they can actually ship the products for you and to your customers and you can let the profit come into your pocket while they handle all the dirty work. so this was the second method i showed you guys, and i know i need to head on alibabacom. what alibabacom is? it's the exact same marketplace that these amazon suppliers are getting the products, so you know that you get these a lot cheaper if you use this website. so, for example, if we come over here and we type in spring loaded knee braces, we can see how cheap we can actually source these products. if we scroll down a little bit, you can see that I don't blame them. we're in the era of Amazon Prime, where things are literally showing up the day. people order them now. not only will these long shipping times overcomplicate the process, causing you more money, since customers will constantly be emailing and you'll have to respond, taking your time or hiring somebody to respond to all these issues- but they'll refund orders along the way. they'll open chargeback requests, which will not only charge you fees, but they'll also hurt your payment processors, which means that they'll essentially start holding all the money in, which will really start to inhibit your scaling potential. another main issue about going through AliExpress is that there's pretty much no reliability. you're using this one product page and you'll be left never knowing if your orders went out on time, if the boxes were all damaged, if the products were broken, if the consumers actually received the product that they paid for. this is exactly why Drop Shipping gets a bad name. when I first started dropshipping, I ran into countless issues. on multiple occasions I found out the supplier actually shipped the product to the wrong address and when I would reach out to them about it, they would either deny it or not answer me altogether. punch you on the face- so bad right now. another common issue these suppliers will get you on is actually sending lower quality products to your consumers. they have little incentive to communicate with the people who buy from them, so, in other words, they're kind of just sending out whatever to your customers because they don't care. they've already made the money terrible business. now that I've gone over why AliExpress is just not sustainable in the long run and it's potentially holding back your business from getting to the next level, I think we should tok about some of the key benefits that come along with having a private supplier and why you literally need one right now. so, starting off with a private supplier, you can achieve shipping times much, much faster. in many cases, you can actually get two to five day shipping, which is typical for domestik suppliers, in other words, suppliers that hold your inventory in the United States, if that's where you're selling to, or in Europe or in Canada, and so on and so forth. another bonus of working with these private suppliers is usually the potential for white labeling, for custom packaging, logo, those and just creating an overall, more unique and branded customer experience. a private supplier would also be willing to negotiate with you for lower prices, for faster shipping, for cheaper shipping, depending on how many units you are actually selling. that way, the more successful that you become and the more volume you start pushing through the supplier, the more likely they are to reduce some of the costs per unit, thus increasing your profit margins over time. you're going to need it now. at this point, you're probably saying, okay, I'm sold, but how do I actually find these private suppliers to work with now? this can be a tricky task if you don't know where to look and there's lots of misinformation on it, and also many suppliers are reluctant to work with drop shippers, especially relatively inexperienced drop shippers that aren't pushing a lot of volume. however, there are a few crucial methods and things that you can do to increase your chances in working with a top tier supplier right off the bat. firstly, you can try reaching out to suppliers that specialize in a product that you're already selling. these suppliers are more likely to be familiar with the niche, the industry that you're selling my products in and you can immediately start toking with them and asking them questions, which makes you seem more experienced and makes you seem like you're already pushing units or you're ready to start selling thousands of these things. and remember they're going to get excited about that because they want to make money just as bad as you do. you can also try contacting some smaller suppliers. they might not be as reputable yet, but typically they'll be more flexible with their terms and willing to take on new partners, as they are trying to seek out as many new clients as possible because they're just getting their business going. also, if you urgently need private suppliers and you want to shortcut some of the time involved with actually going out there and finding a list yourself, you can click the first link down below, which will be an application link to my mentorship program inside of my education company. in here we have lists of vetted suppliers that I've worked with for years and built up amazing relationships with. on top of that, you'll be seeing a holistik picture into how I do Drop Shipping in 2022.. we only have a few spots left, so hurry down there and see if you can pick one. know now, when you're just starting Drop Shipping, it can be difficult to go straight into finding a private supplier. the easiest way for people just starting out is to actually go ahead and get their hands on an agent. an agent essentially works as a middleman and has experience working directly with all these different manufacturers and suppliers. this will save you a ton of money and hassle in the long run, because the agent will be able to get the best quotes for you for tons of different suppliers and they'll essentially do all that work that is really time consuming on your end. oftentimes, these agents, or even third-party platforms that do this service for you, will actually try to drop ship on top of that and add more additional costs along the way. so it is vital to speak with multiple agents and making sure you're not getting drop shipped or further ripped off along the process, if that makes sense now, when trying to find one of these agents, there are a few different websites, for example Alibaba, where you can start going and just messaging every single supplier, though more often than not, that's how you're going to find the actual suppliers and manufacturers. so my preference is to use Auto DS, which will actually connect you with an agent associated with the supplier themselves, or you can go to an agent directly, who will go to their suppliers and find you the best deal for your product. now, autods actually aims to be a full service automation dropshipping platform but, like I said, one of the best things about using the platform Auto DS is that they can easily integrate and connect you with some of their top suppliers and get you the best quotes. How To Start PROFITABLE Dropshipping in 2022 (without AliExpress)

It's definitely become more challenging to build a successful eCommerce and dropshipping store over the last couple years, but it doesn't mean it's impossible. In fact, online ecommerce sales is expected to grow by 385 this decade, so there's still a lot of room for new stores to enter this space. by using alternative suppliers and avoiding aliexpress, you're able to build not just any dropshipping ecommerce store, but a profitable and growing brand and shopify store that's still able to generate a new income stream for you. and a new income stream means more options in life. so in today's video, i'll be sharing the alternative to aliexpress, what they are and how to use them, by guiding you on screen right here. plus, i'll be giving away software to a lucky subscriber to help build their business. so stik until the end for more details. so the first aliexpress alternative i recommend in building a great shopify and e-commerce store is the distributor model. there are two ways to approach the distributed model, and it's easiest if i just jump on screen right here and show you. you can either drop ship or run it as a warehousing setup. here's an illustration that i found pretty useful that explains are both drop shipping and warehousing pretty well. you have a drop ship supplier, then the customer orders from your website, then the online store passes that order onto the supplier and then the supplier ships that order directly to the customer. simple as that. that's drop shipping. the warehousing retail model works with online store orders direct from the supplier. okay, so we would order directly from the supplier, then the supplier sends the products to an online store warehouse- uh, usually that's us- and then the supplier sends customers orders from the warehouse supply and then, finally, the consumer places orders from the online store. so to start, you either need contacts in the industry or begin to build an ecommerce brand from scratch. so, to give you an idea of how this all works, initially, i built a traditional dropshipping store back in 2017 and then approached established brands within my niche to become a stokist, essentially to resell their products onto our customer base that we built. but if you don't already have the brand and store set up already, you'll probably find it a little difficult to have a brand allow you to distribute the products. so in that case, i recommend building a store from scratch first. and that leads me to the second alternative and method spoken is a great alternative to aliexpress, and it's growing pretty rapidly too, if you haven't come across it. yet as a quick summary, it's one of the largest drop shipping marketplaces that specializes in product suppliers from the us in europe, and that's exactly what makes pocket so unique. it focuses on quality supplies and products outside of china and prioritizes fast and simple shipping, which, perks to spock it and probably one of the most popular features. one of the favorite features is branded invoicing. so all you need to do is upload your logo, add in a few details here and you can send automatik invoices directly with your shipment, with all your orders and to your suppliers too. really clean, it's really simple to use and that is a huge perk to using spock. it again just adds to the professional vibe, right. the other few added benefits to using spoken over aliexpress is automatik currency conversion for all the products that you stok. there's also, of course, automatik fulfillment and automatik restok when you connect it to your stores. and, speaking of which, when you connect spock it to your stores, there is integration with a lot of different platforms, so of course, you have shopify big commerce, wix, squarespace, etc. etc. and you're always able to use aliexpress if you wish to do so. i think a combination of both spoken suppliers and aliexpress is a great setup and a great approach to creating a drop shipping store nowadays. but another feature that i do want to show you is, of course, that bulk checkout confirmation order, so you're able to essentially bulk check out orders and purchase absolutely everything and manage all the orders within you know. one click of a button essentially, and that is another big feature of spock it. now, alternative is drop shipping through dhgate. i find that dhgate has smaller selection of suppliers, but their lead and delivery times are, overall, faster, and i'm recommending it as an alternative because often you can find unique products and suppliers not listed on aliexpress. so let's type in bags as an example. and then there is an option right here to click single piece shipping. so single piece shipping is essentially drop shipping. you're able to order a single piece item and ship it directly to your customer. as you can see, there are plenty of options here for a single piece. often, though, you do need to tok to your supplier, more so than aliexpress, but it's totally worth it to create that supplier relationship. the other option that you do have is, if you click us three-day delivery right here, they have local warehouses in the us with an estimated arrival time of only three days. this product category is limited, though, so it's a little frustrating when it comes to the product selection, but if you do want fast shipping and a unique product selection, dhgate is a great option for that, and you can either integrate it through a couple apps on shopify or you can manually just get a virtual assistant to manage an excel document right, and, whenever you get an order, send that excel spreadsheet over to your supplier and get them to fulfill it. the other alternative, which may surprise you, is amazon fba, which is essentially selling on the amazon marketplace. i personally never got deep into amazon fba, but i'm recommending this as an alternative because you're able to take advantage of the huge number of people using amazon and sell on the platform, which is really helpful, especially if you're not great with facebook ads or digital
