00:01:42 00:01:47 group of people that you're gonna sell

00:01:49 00:01:53 Facebook groups or reddit communities
00:01:51 00:01:54 YouTube channels are there influencers I
00:01:53 00:01:56 want to make sure that there's
00:01:54 00:01:58 communication happening in this niche
00:01:56 00:01:59 there's buyers there sellers all that
00:01:58 00:02:01 good stuff now once I find the niche

00:02:32 00:02:37 right now right you can use Aliexpress
00:02:35 00:02:39 right what are the top selling products
00:02:37 00:02:41 on Aliexpress in your niche right you
00:02:39 00:02:43 can literally go to stores in in real
00:02:41 00:02:46 life right and go see what are the
00:02:43 00:02:48 popular items that people in your niche
00:02:46 00:02:50 are already buying right now once you do
00:02:48 00:02:53 that right you need to differentiate
00:02:50 00:02:54 yourself from from the competition
00:02:53 00:02:56 otherwise why would they buy your

00:03:58 00:04:01 product right the 80/20 rule applies
00:04:00 00:04:03 here now if you don't know what the
00:04:01 00:04:04 80/20 rule is that means that 80% of
00:04:03 00:04:06 your sales will come from 20% of your
00:04:04 00:04:08 products right and I you should always
00:04:06 00:04:10 be focusing on this 80% in your business
00:04:08 00:04:12 what's actually gonna drive revenue
00:04:10 00:04:14 alright so take the best selling
00:04:12 00:04:15 variation and sell that I'm gonna show
00:04:14 00:04:17 you guys how you can actually sell other
00:04:15 00:04:19 kinds of variations throughout your
00:04:17 00:04:20 business in a second here but for the
00:04:19 00:04:22 front end product that's the first cut
00:04:20 00:04:24 of product that your customers see make
00:04:22 00:04:25 sure it's just one variation believe it
00:04:24 00:04:27 or not guys you might not want to
00:04:25 00:04:29 believe this but people love to be
00:04:27 00:04:32 told what to do right and especially
00:04:29 00:04:33 coming from like a Facebook ad or an
00:04:32 00:04:34 influencer or post where ever you're
00:04:33 00:04:36 getting traffic from a lot of those
00:04:34 00:04:37 customers probably never heard of you
00:04:36 00:04:39 before so they want to be led they want
00:04:37 00:04:41 to be told exactly what they need what
00:04:39 00:04:42 to buy and how to buy it and that leads
00:04:41 00:04:43 us to number two right after you have
00:04:42 00:04:45 your niche picked out and your product
00:04:43 00:04:48 picked out you need the funnel right the
00:04:45 00:04:50 funnel right the sales funnel is
00:04:48 00:04:52 essentially a guided process that you
00:04:50 00:04:54 take your customers through and tell
00:04:52 00:04:55 them exactly what to buy when to buy it
00:04:54 00:04:58 and why they should buy it right now
00:04:55 00:05:00 right we don't use a Shopify store right
00:04:58 00:05:02 you don't need a Shopify store you don't
00:05:00 00:05:04 need Amazon FBA right you don't need a
00:05:02 00:05:06 ton of apps to make this happen all you
00:05:04 00:05:08 need is one app that's it right that's
00:05:06 00:05:10 all you need right now a lot of you guys
00:05:08 00:05:11 might be thinking well there's a place
00:05:10 00:05:13 for Java and of course there's a place
00:05:11 00:05:14 for Shopify of course later on down the
00:05:13 00:05:16 line but if you're just trying you're
00:05:14 00:05:17 trying to make money and build up
00:05:16 00:05:19 cashflow in your business all your
00:05:17 00:05:21 traffic should always be going through a
00:05:19 00:05:22 sales funnel okay
00:05:21 00:05:24 always always always all your traffic
00:05:22 00:05:26 should always go to a sales funnel if
00:05:24 00:05:27 you have a Shopify store the only
00:05:26 00:05:29 purpose of that Shopify store would be
00:05:27 00:05:31 for those current customers that want to
00:05:29 00:05:32 come back and reorder you but even those
00:05:31 00:05:34 I would send to a sales funnel could you
00:05:32 00:05:36 make more money as you're gonna see here
00:05:34 00:05:37 in a second now Amazon we have a lot of
00:05:36 00:05:40 our e-commerce Empire Academy students
00:05:37 00:05:41 that are Amazon sellers and we actually
00:05:40 00:05:43 like believe it or not guys like a lot
00:05:41 00:05:44 of you guys that might be something on
00:05:43 00:05:47 Amazon and I see there's so many people
00:05:44 00:05:49 pushing courses and programs with Amazon
00:05:47 00:05:51 and the thing is with Amazon guys is
00:05:49 00:05:52 like you don't actually control those
00:05:51 00:05:53 customers right those aren't your
00:05:52 00:05:55 customers
00:05:53 00:05:57 those are Amazon's customers and I think
00:05:55 00:05:59 a lot of you that sell on Amazon they're
00:05:57 00:06:01 they don't understand business yet to
00:05:59 00:06:02 understand that right so they're selling
00:06:01 00:06:04 these random products and trinkets on
00:06:02 00:06:07 Amazon but when in actuality like making
00:06:04 00:06:08 a band in any moment or Amazon will just
00:06:07 00:06:10 start branding their own products
00:06:08 00:06:13 alright Amazon basics right put so many
00:06:10 00:06:14 people out of business right so Amazon
00:06:13 00:06:16 we have a lot of people that come into
00:06:14 00:06:18 our academy from Amazon trying to take
00:06:16 00:06:19 back control their business really
00:06:18 00:06:21 control their own customers instead of
00:06:19 00:06:23 just you know letting Amazon dictate all
00:06:21 00:06:25 of that so that's what the sales funnel
00:06:23 00:06:27 allows you to do right now to go I can
00:06:25 00:06:28 give you a quick and dirty a sales
00:06:27 00:06:29 funnel right you have your traffic and
00:06:28 00:06:31 we're gonna tok about traffic in a
00:06:29 00:06:33 second here but you have your traffic it
00:06:31 00:06:34 comes to a funnel right you the first
00:06:33 00:06:36 thing you do on a funnel is collect an
00:06:34 00:06:38 email address right you have to collect
00:06:36 00:06:39 that email address guys the reason you
00:06:38 00:06:41 have to collect the email address is
00:06:39 00:06:42 because the money is in the email list
00:06:41 00:06:45 so many ways to monetize an email list
00:06:42 00:06:46 once you have a nice big email list plus
00:06:45 00:06:47 you're gonna be able to followup with
00:06:46 00:06:50 this customer with future promotions
00:06:47 00:06:51 abandoned car email sequences all that

00:07:42 00:07:46 version of the product they just bought
00:07:44 00:07:49 you can do expedited shipping it's a
00:07:46 00:07:50 very easy no-brainer that they can just
00:07:49 00:07:53 toss in I love to use the analogy of
00:07:50 00:07:55 pretending to be at your grocery store
00:07:53 00:07:56 line right it's a last-minute you know
00:07:55 00:07:58 pack of gum it's a very easy toss in
00:07:56 00:08:01 item and it's a great way to make a lot
00:07:58 00:08:03 of money in your business now after they
00:08:01 00:08:05 buy from here right you got the email
00:08:03 00:08:06 address you've got buyers now you could
00:08:05 00:08:07 send them through upsell sequences now
00:08:06 00:08:10 you could sell send them through as many
00:08:07 00:08:11 upsell sequences as you want inside the
00:08:10 00:08:13 Academy I give you guys my structure

00:08:13 00:08:16 upsells as you want now these are all

00:09:15 00:09:18 be thinking well this is amazing I can

00:09:18 00:09:21 money but like how do you start driving
00:09:19 00:09:23 traffic how do you get to $200 per day
00:09:21 00:09:25 mark and how do you continuously do it

00:09:31 00:09:37 I love influencers both on Instagram and
00:09:34 00:09:40 YouTube okay love working with Instagram
00:09:37 00:09:42 influencers and YouTube because one you
00:09:40 00:09:45 don't it's low cost right low cost and
00:09:42 00:09:47 low risk okay that means you don't
00:09:45 00:09:49 necessarily have to go and spend $1000
00:09:47 00:09:51 on Facebook ads and hope to see if you
00:09:49 00:09:53 get some results right - it also lets
00:09:51 00:09:56 you build up your buyers right your
00:09:53 00:09:58 buyers list okay and customer lists
00:09:56 00:10:02 right that email list is going to be
00:09:58 00:10:06 growing as well now 3 the third and
00:10:02 00:10:08 final one is credibility right this is
00:10:06 00:10:10 going to give you a ton of credibility
00:10:08 00:10:12 as well when you start using influencers
00:10:10 00:10:14 right I love using a strategy of sending
00:10:12 00:10:16 our products influencers for free so
00:10:14 00:10:18 they can so they can see our product and
00:10:16 00:10:20 promote it how they see fit a lot of you
00:10:18 00:10:22 think that there's some secret formula
00:10:20 00:10:23 to having your influence or promote for
00:10:22 00:10:25 you when there's not they know how to
00:10:23 00:10:27 promote to their audience don't write
00:10:25 00:10:29 the posts for them just send them the
00:10:27 00:10:31 product for free and let them promote it
00:10:29 00:10:33 okay if that is for the personal brand
00:10:31 00:10:34 so if you're doing a meme page they're
00:10:33 00:10:35 not probably gonna want that you can
00:10:34 00:10:37 probably get away with paying them
00:10:35 00:10:38 twenty-five bucks and then they'll just
00:10:37 00:10:40 make a post that you send them but again
00:10:38 00:10:41 that quality traffic will be a little
00:10:40 00:10:44 bit lower but it does give you some good
00:10:41 00:10:46 data to use okay I love using
00:10:44 00:10:48 influencers tons of assets can get
00:10:46 00:10:50 created here as well for your for your
00:10:48 00:10:53 business for example pictures of the
00:10:50 00:10:54 influencer using your product videos of
00:10:53 00:10:56 the influencers using your product now
00:10:54 00:10:58 you can repurpose these assets for your
00:10:56 00:11:00 ads okay now this is where the machine
00:10:58 00:11:03 starts to happen right you have
00:11:00 00:11:05 influencers creating posts for your fun
00:11:03 00:11:06 alright they have they're creating posts
00:11:05 00:11:08 they're they're they're driving traffic
00:11:06 00:11:09 for you now
00:11:08 00:11:11 here's where I love to go and this is
00:11:09 00:11:14 your first step with Facebook Ads is to
00:11:11 00:11:17 set up basic retargeting ads right
00:11:14 00:11:19 retargeting ads of the people that have
00:11:17 00:11:21 already viewed your pages these are a
00:11:19 00:11:23 great way to get started with Facebook
00:11:21 00:11:25 Ads at a low cost instead of trying to
00:11:23 00:11:26 go and do interest based targeting and
00:11:25 00:11:29 all that stuff right out of the gate you
00:11:26 00:11:30 simply focus on influencers right
00:11:29 00:11:33 getting people on Instagram and YouTube
00:11:30 00:11:37 to promote your product and you just
00:11:33 00:11:39 simply set up some basic retargeting ads
00:11:37 00:11:40 saying hey if they viewed going back to
00:11:39 00:11:44 the funnel for example right this is our
00:11:40 00:11:46 email opt-in page right and then our
00:11:44 00:11:48 order page here you could set up some
00:11:46 00:11:51 very basic ads that say hey if somebody
00:11:48 00:11:54 opted in but didn't order right show
00:11:51 00:11:57 them these ads right you can also set up
00:11:54 00:11:59 ads where if they hit this order page
00:11:57 00:12:01 but didn't buy right you can then send
00:11:59 00:12:04 these people to a to a retargeting
00:12:01 00:12:05 campaign and we really recoup or bring
00:12:04 00:12:08 those people back right cuz a lot of
00:12:05 00:12:09 people guys right from the influencers
00:12:08 00:12:12 right that's already warmed up traffic
00:12:09 00:12:13 those the influencers our audience
00:12:12 00:12:15 already knows likes and trusts them
00:12:13 00:12:17 which is great right but they don't
00:12:15 00:12:18 necessarily mean that they know like and
00:12:17 00:12:20 trust you you haven't better shot to get
00:12:18 00:12:21 that quick buy right away
00:12:20 00:12:23 however sometimes you're going to need
00:12:21 00:12:24 to send them more information this is
00:12:23 00:12:26 where the retargeting ads come into play
00:12:24 00:12:29 this is where you can send out reviews
00:12:26 00:12:31 write reviews testimonials right showing
00:12:29 00:12:33 more information on your product in use
00:12:31 00:12:34 showing other people using your product
00:12:33 00:12:36 you can use the ads from your
00:12:34 00:12:38 influencers videos and ads from
00:12:36 00:12:41 influencers or in images from your
00:12:38 00:12:42 influencers using your specific product
00:12:41 00:12:44 right which builds up a ton of
