- Disability is a complex issue that affects millions of people worldwide.

- Being disabled can make it harder to participate fully in society and can lead to discrimination and exclusion.

- In this article, we will explore some of the challenges that disabled people face, particularly those living in foreign countries.

Challenges faced by disabled people living abroad:

1. Language barriers:

- Many disabled people struggle to communicate their needs and desires in a foreign language.

- This can make it difficult to access healthcare, education, and other essential services.

2. Inaccessible infrastructure:

- Many foreign countries do not have the same level of accessibility as in the disabled person's home country.

- This can make it challenging to move around independently and participate fully in society.

3. Cultural attitudes towards disability:

- Attitudes towards disability can vary widely from culture to culture.

- Some cultures may view disability as a personal failing or a punishment, leading to stigmatization and discrimination.

4. Limited support networks:

- Living in a foreign country can be isolating for anyone, but this is especially true for disabled people.

- They may struggle to build relationships and find support networks that can help them navigate the challenges of disability.

Living with a disability can be challenging in any circumstance, but it can be even more difficult for disabled people living in foreign countries. Language barriers, inaccessible infrastructure, cultural attitudes, and limited support networks can all contribute to the challenges that disabled people face. However, by raising awareness of these issues and working to create more inclusive and accessible communities, we can help disabled people to thrive, no matter where they call home.

Facebook Ads: When You Get Charged - Which is Best?

Title: When You Get Charged Setting in Facebook Ads Manager: What You Need to Know

Hi guys, it's Ben Heath from Lead Guru, and in this video, I'm going to explain the When You Get Charged setting within Facebook's Ads Manager. If you're putting together a Facebook ad campaign, you may have come across this setting and wondered which option is best to choose. In this article, I'll explain how this setting works, what options you have, and my recommendation on what to select.

Sub-Headings:

1. Different Options for Different Campaign Objectives

Different Options for Different Campaign Objectives:

Depending on the campaign objective you choose, you may have different options for the When You Get Charged setting. For example, some campaign objectives only allow you to be charged on an impression basis, while others, like traffic, offer more options.

How to Access the When You Get Charged Setting:

To access the When You Get Charged setting, you need to go to the ad set level within Ads Manager. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on Show More Options. From there, you'll see the When You Get Charged setting, and you can select from different options.

Impression vs. Link Click vs. Through Play Basis:

The three main options you have for the When You Get Charged setting are impression basis, link click basis, and through play basis (for video views). Impression basis means you'll be charged every time your ad is shown to someone. Link click basis means you'll only be charged when someone clicks on your ad's link. Through play basis means you'll be charged when someone watches your video ad all the way through.

My Recommendation: It Doesn't Really Matter:

From a results standpoint, it doesn't matter which option you choose for the When You Get Charged setting. Facebook's objective is to generate the highest revenue per impression possible, so they charge advertisers on an impression basis. If you select link click or through play, it just changes the way your data is reported and how your receipts look.

Other Settings That Are More Important:

There are other settings at the ad set level that are more important than the When You Get Charged setting. These include optimization for ad delivery, targeting, placement, and the event you optimize for.

Are you struggling to price your Facebook ad management services and earn a good income without feeling overwhelmed? This article will guide you through the process of pricing your services and avoiding common mistakes.

Common Mistakes to Avoid:

1. Choosing the wrong type of client: Some clients require more work than others, so it's important to choose clients who are easy to work with and offer a bigger market. Easy clients can save you time and effort.

2. Structuring your services: A done-for-you service is more scalable and valuable than a done-with-you service, as it frees up time and gives clients peace of mind.

3. Pricing and committing to a result: Use a retainer model with a set fee, and ensure that you get paid upfront and on a recurring basis. Focus on the result you're delivering, not on specific tasks or schedules.

How Much Can You Make?

The industry standard for Facebook ad management services is $1500 per month, but you can earn between $1000-$2000 per month, depending on your experience and how much work you're willing to take on.
