Facebook Ad Agency Pricing Structure
Don’t under-price Yourself. In this video, I’m gonna show you how to pick your service running Facebook Ads for the clients in way that you turn the strangers into high paying clients, So you can quickly build your successful business by helping businesses grow through the power of Facebook Ads. Plus, I’m gonna tok about 3 most common pricing structures that Facebook ad agencies use to charge their service. so stay with me till the end to learn which pricing strategy is the best for you. 1st of all, lets make something clear. you wanna build a profitable business, right? You are not looking for a hobby. you wanna make money from this. you are with me, Ok? In this business, you run Facebook ads for the business and they pay you in exchange for this service. So the first step is to get clients. You approach businesses and offer them your service. Now your sales pitch when you approach a potential client is very important. You shouldn’t start off by telling them, for example, I’m gonna run 2 Facebook campaigns a month, or 5 ads, or I do 10 posts a week for you. No, that’s not the right way. your sales pitch should be about the result, the result that they want in the business: more leads, more sales, more revenue, growing business automated system. So you should say this: I’m gonna help you build or grow your business. my service is not just getting likes or comments or even building your brand- which is a great thing on itself, by the way- But to a small business owner, you should tok about the result that you can help them get, which is having more customers. This is how they value your work and they’ll be happy to pay you high amounts for this super important service. So don’t under-price your service, because when you under-price yourself, you are not doing a favor to your client. actually You harm them. Why? Because when it doesn’t make sense to you financially, if the income doesn't make you happy, then you won’t dedicate enough time and enough energy to generate the best results for them, right? So under-pricing is a bad idea for both you an your clients. Now lets tok about 3 common pricing structure that you can have for your Facebook ad service. 1st one is a cut, a percentage of Ad spend. SO a company spending 100,000 a month on Facebook ad, you essentially get a cut or percentage of that. Its usually around %15, so it will be 15000 a month. This model is really good for big brands with huge budgets. its also very good for scaling. so when a client wants to scale and if they wanna increase their budget, you’ll scale with them. as I said, This model is for big brands, so when you are just getting started maybe it is not the best approach for you. The next model is the most popular one, that’s the retainer, a fixed monthly fee. if you wanna do this, I suggest to start with 1000 monthly in the beginning And then when you get more clients and more testimonials and referrals, then you can charge more for your service. The last model is performance based model, or revenue share. In this model you take a percentage of the lead or sales generated, So you don’t charge them a monthly fee. its just a portion of the result that you generate- the lead or sles. This model also allows you to scale as your clients scales. The incentive for you is to get better results for the clients, right? So if you are, for example, getting $50 for a lead, then you try to get as many as leads possible for the client, because that how you make more money. so that’s a great thing both for you and for the client. This model might be easier to convince a client to work with you because they don’t pay a fixed monthly fee. but there is a catch in it for you. you shouldn’t go to performance based right away. The most important part in this model is to audit that business well before going on this model. otherwise You get burned, client get burned, You end up wasting your time and passion, you cant get testimonial and referrals and your reputation gets spoiled. So What is the solution here? First, Audit the business very well, make sure it has room to grow and you can help them. ok if everything is ok. still, don’t go straight to this model. You have 2 options here. If you feel the business owner is willing to spend money and they wanna grow their business, Offer them a hybrid model, Meaning you charge them a fixed monthly fee, a retainer plus you get a percentage of the leads or sales, like 10%. so a retainer and a revenue share both. 2nd option is you feel the business owner is skeptikal and they are not sure about this. Offer this one For the first couple of months. you gonna charge a fixed monthly fee, even if you have to go lower than 1000, its ok. So your fixed feel plus you get a percentage of the leads or sales. And then after 2,3 months the contract becomes performance based. so no retainer anymore, just the share of the lead or sales. Now, This 2,3 first months, you have got all your testing and all your learning And you ready to generate leads, results and get huge benefits from it. This works well for the tougher clients because they are not gonna lose anything. just for the first couple of months they pay a small retainer and then its all based on the revenue, the performance, so nothing to lose for them. But again, before you go with any of these hybrid models, make sure the business you have approached has room to grow. so you must audit the business first. Ok, this was about the Facebook Ads pricing structure. Now let me tell you something honestly: I don’t know any better business, any more profitable and scale-able business that you can start immediately, with no money, no related work experience and no academic degree. You just need to learn how to run successful Facebook Ads and you can build a super profitable business. that’s it. How Much do Facebook Ads Cost | In 2020
so how much do facebook ads cost? today, we're inside one of my at accounts back-office and I'm gonna give you a good idea on how much you're gonna be spending on a Facebook ad, how you can save money on your ads and how you can get your hands on a free Facebook Ads course. so let's get started. hey, what's going on? I'm jr and welcome to my channel. if you don't already know, my channel is all about learning new ways to make money online, and one of my favorite ways to make money is using Facebook ads and affiliate marketing. it's how I'm building a six-figure and come straight from my computer. if you want more info on affiliate marketing, then just click the first link in my description and you're gonna see exactly how I'm using it to build real passive income online and how I made my first $1000 straight from my computer. so again, just click the first link in my description and I'll send you all the info on that. now, how much are you gonna spend on Facebook ads? it really depends on your own budget. so, for example, if I go ahead and click on create' right here to start creating a new ad, after that, you're gonna see that you get to choose your marketing objective. so do you want to drive traffic to your website? do you want people to click on your ad and go to your website? do you want an engagement ad? so do you want people just to like your post, share it, comment on it? are you trying to do a video ad or maybe a lead generation that once you go ahead and click on one of those right there, scroll down to the bottom and, as you can see, you can set your own daily budget. so maybe you want to be spending a hundred dollars per day on an ad or maybe you just want to spend ten dollars. just go ahead and enter that in right there and that's exactly how much you're gonna be spending per day for an ad. now you have two different options: you can do a daily budget or you can do a lifetime budget. and what a lifetime budget is? for example, let's say you want an ad to run for two weeks- exactly only two weeks- and in those two weeks you want to only spend about a hundred bucks. so you can set the lifetime budget of those two weeks to a hundred bucks and that's all Facebook is gonna spend inside of those two weeks. so again, you get to choose between a daily budget and a lifetime budget. for daily, it's what you're gonna be spending on a daily basis. for a lifetime budget, is the budget you set for the lifetime of the ad now going back up here. you guys, depending on what your marketing up Java's- do you want to drive traffic to your website or do you just want an engagement ad? it's gonna really determine how much you're gonna spend per ad. so, to give you an example, as you can see right here, for this ad I was using it for link clicks. I wanted to drive traffic to my website and for that I was spending an average of one cent- excuse me, one dollar- and three cents per click. so overall I ended up spending $16 on this ad right here, as opposed to the ad right above it. that's for post engagement. so I only wanted people to like the post, comment on it or share the post, and for that I was spending one cent. her result: so obviously a huge difference between those costs right there. if you're trying to drive traffic to your website, you want people to click on your ad and go to your website. you're usually gonna spend between 75 cents and up per click. so if you set a daily budget of $10, then you're gonna get roughly between 8 to 10 clicks on their ad, right there. now, another thing that's going to determine how much you're going to spend on the ad is the location you're trying to target. so, for example, if I jump over here, as you can see inside of this ad, I was targeting Australia, Brazil, Canada, several different countries, and for Australia I was paying an average of 13 cents per result, as opposed to Brazil, where I'm only spending one cent per result. now what's the difference? the difference is: Australia is a top five - your country. the top five tier countries are usually the most expensive ones, and those are the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. those are usually the top back to your countries. every other country below that is usually a lot cheaper, because most of them are third-world countries. you know South American African countries. now, something else that can make your ad a more expensive is your relevant score. so, for example, if I jump over here, as you can see, here are some of the ads that I posted right here- if I start scrolling down, it gives me some of the analytiks for my app. so, for example, my results reach impressions. and if I keep scrolling down, as you can see, right here we have add relevant score. so you want a higher add relevant score for a cheaper cost on your ad. if Facebook things that your ad is relevant to the audience that you're trying to target, it's gonna give you a higher add relevant score and it's gonna make your ad a lot cheaper as opposed to a lower one. that's gonna end up costing you a lot more. so you do want to make sure you pay attention to your ad irrelevant score inside of your ads tab right here. so here's the ads tab. jump inside of that and scroll down to the bottom where you can, excuse me, scroll down to the side until you see add relevant score right here now. none of these are showing up right now because I haven't ran these ads in a while, but once you create an ad, you usually want to wait about a day and it's gonna give you your add relevant scored. you want to try to hit anywhere between eight and above nine and above ten being the highest guys, to get a better cost on your Facebook ad, and what that means again is that your ad is relevant to your audience you're trying to target, so people are engaging with your ad. people are liking it. it's really connecting through the audience. so you do want to make sure you do your research on who your audience is exactly before you start running your ad. to get a little bit more info on your audience, go ahead and click on this tab right here, ads manager, and jump over to the audience insights and you're gonna be able to get some more information on who your audience is, for example, the gender, the age group, what their interest is, their day, their household income and a lot more information. so make sure you do your research, check out the audience inside to get better information on your audience, guys. now another thing that will determine exactly how much you're going to spend on your ad is what you're trying to target exactly. so, for example, if I jump over here- as you can see inside of this ad right here I was targeting entrepreneurship, small business, investment, financial money stuff right there- it's usually gonna be more expensive than targeting bow and arrows, darts or bowling or you know other lower random niches like that. obviously, if you're trying to target, you know, money or financial ads, it's gonna be more competitive, meaning your ads are gonna cost a little bit more than other niches again, like bow and arrow or bowling. so exactly what you're trying to target? my determine how much you're gonna spend on the ad. now to give you guys a few tips on getting better ad cost. one huge mistake I made when I first started running Facebook ads is letting Facebook to automatik placements. now, when you create a Facebook ad, it's because you wanted to show on Facebook, right? you wanted to show when people are scrolling on their phone or maybe scrolling on their time timeline on their computer. you want them to see your ad. now, if you let Facebook through automatik placements, they're just gonna throw your ass everywhere. so, for example, they're gonna put it on Instagram, Facebook marketing plays, Facebook video feeds, right column as stories, Instagram stories, Facebook stories, messaging stories and all a bunch of other random places. if you only want your ad to be showing on Facebook when people are scrolling on their phone, then make sure you go ahead and click on edit placements right here and after that click on Facebook newsfeed- only right here. click on.

Minimum Budget For Facebook Ads 2022 - The Ultimate Guide
what's going on? pixar hackers, christian lotus- it's from pixelfeet. here in this video, we're going to tok about minimum budgets for facebook ads in 2022- the ultimate guide. but before we get started, make sure to smash that like button, subscribe to the channel and let's dive right in. all right, so i get asked all the time- but individuals who are starting out and what for by brands that already established is like: how much should i spend on facebook ads to get results? and the answer is it depends. it depends what your marketing budget is. it depends if you have a proven product or not. is it established brand? do you have a website that already gets organic sales and you have tons of traffic going through it? do you just build your website and you never even tried to run an ad before? how do you know your? your website is, uh, optimized for conversions? these are all. these are all things that are gonna make or break your ads when you run them on facebook. so this is where you got to figure out how, what angle you're going to use for your ads, based on what's going on on the business side of things. so if it is a new website, a brand new account, you have to test many different angles with your copy and your creative and along with audiences. it's a brand new account that has no data, so it's going to be harder for that account to get results right. that's number one. if your established brand that has already tons of traffic, obviously we're going to go for the lowest hanging fruit right away, which is retargeting all that traffic that you're getting from your organic content, or which is your influencers or your seo, whatever, right, people who already know your brand. so when you're running ads, your cost per conversion is going to be a lot, a lot cheaper. so there's a few questions that you got to ask yourself: uh, do you? do you care more about growing, growing profitability? uh, are you okay with breaking even? uh, when starting out, are you trying to see if your product is proven or not? is it gonna work or not? what metrics are we gonna pay attention at in order to figure this out? so here's how i will do it and here's is what i would do. so if it was a brand new account, okay, the first thing that i need to find out is if my product works alright. so i'm going to create one campaign- asset- budget optimization- and i'm going to use. uh, let's say, four audiences maybe. so i'm going to do inform, informational websites. i'm gonna do my competitors, i'm going to do celebrities and i'm going to do books, magazines. guess what people are reading? books and magazines about your niche? they're really hardcore into it and they're gonna buy from you. and then actually, let's do one more, i will do five, and then wide open. broad, because you know what the facebook algorithm has gotten really, really good at finding those people. so when you launch, okay, we're going to determine our budget and i can tell you right now you want to do at least you know if you're doing these many ad sets. uh, you know, it's up to you how much you want to, you want to spend, but this is what i personally recommend. you don't want to do anything less than 20 dollars per ad set. i mean, you got to give it a fighting chance, guys, you know, and also depends on the price of your product, but you got to do the math. so how many days on average are in a month? 30 to 31, so let's say 31. so 20 times 31, that's 100. yeah, 20 times 31.. that's 620 times one, two, three, four, five, that's three thousand one hundred dollars. that means that just for the top of the funnel you're gonna need 3100, so you better have that money set aside. and then you got to set your middle of the funnel and you're retargeting. so let's say you're starting out, it's a brand new store, you, you don't want to do anything less than 10, so add another 20 bucks to that, times 31. that's 620 plus 3100, so now we're up to 3700.. okay, that's for your first month. so what am i going to do when i launch these ad sets and listen, if you have less money than that, then just pick one and start with that. but just think about it this way: the more money that i spend, the more data that i get back, which equals quicker decisions if i'm gonna be successful or not. so if you're not getting sales right away and you're trying to figure out if your product, if people are interested in your product, you gotta look. are people clicking over to your website? are they engaging with your post? are they landing on your website? okay, if you see the intent on those metrics, people are leaving facebook or instagram, leaving the platform platform and going to your website. that means they're interested in the product. and if they're not converting, it could be your website, or it could be the price of your product or the shipping costs and stuff like that. that's a whole other video for campaign. uh, uh, you know cbr, what do you call it? conversion rate optimization for your store. so these are the things you got to keep in mind. how much are you willing to spend to figure figure out if people are interested in your product? once you figure that out, if you start getting a sale here and there, that means that people like your product and you just gotta work on your store and make things a lot better. so this is what i recommend: if you're a brand new store, brand new product, brand new everything. okay. now let's go with a different approach. you're already established brand. you already have absolutely tons of traffic. well, brands are already established. they already have, you know, a marketing budget to go off and it's easier to get results for because they have a, the audience already knows who they are. because we're going to start with a retargeting campaign. retargeting campaign and, depending on the budget, when you're on a established brand or not, i mean i want you to spend at least 10 grand. you know, if you're a selfish brand and you're making tons of sales. 10 grand, it's not. it's nothing to you, because 10 grand divided by 31, that's 322 average. so with 322 dollars, that's going to give me enough ammunition to go for the middle of the funnel which is going to facebook engagers, instagram engagers, uh, website visitors and atc's right. that's one asset, right there. let's say a hundred dollars a day, right, then i'm gonna have, um, a dpa retargeting a hundred dollars a day as well. actually, yeah, a hundred dollars a day, right, and that's gonna be my view contents and atc's- right, and then the extra hundred dollars. i can do a small top of the funnel campaign based on my best selling product or collection and i can scale from there. it makes it much easier because when you have data and you already have a proven product and you have all that information, all you have to do is go on google analytiks or reports, restore and say, okay, which was my best-selling product? it's this one. okay, let's re-target everybody to come back and start buying for me to generate some revenue and let me launch a small campaign for 100 bucks for the winning product or the winning collection and we'll scale from there. and then you scale from there now back. see how much easier it is when you're already established and you're already getting sales. absolutely, it's easier. but the other thing you got to ask yourself when you're starting out, right, to set your metrics and see how much you're willing to spend. you know, to go all the way. let's say you want to set your budget at 3 700, right, well, if i'm gonna say 3700, what are my expectations back? well, there's a couple ways to look at it. do you want to, uh, make profit at the top? do you absolutely have to make profit at profit at the top? right, i'm, i'm assuming you want to make profit at the top. but if you don't, if you don't make profit at the top, how much are you willing to spend? to spend based on the ltv of your client? because that's another thing we've got to find out, all right. so, for example, one of the newest, the newest brand, brand that i just launched- i came to find out that 63 percent of our customers come back and spend an average of 300 dollars with us. so guess what if their ltv i?
