00:01:18 00:01:23 drop shipping business and also how to
00:01:20 00:01:27 scale using CBO campaigns alright so
00:01:23 00:01:28 guys this is for those of you that even
00:01:27 00:01:30 if you're not planning to our Facebook
00:01:28 00:01:31 ads right away do this do these
00:01:30 00:01:34 following steps and I'm designing this
00:01:31 00:01:38 free course is free Facebook ads and CBO

00:01:38 00:01:41 to follow like directly right so when
00:01:40 00:01:43 you see I'm doing something pause the

00:01:45 00:01:48 that are just running ads or running
00:01:46 00:01:49 influence or traffic right now it's very
00:01:48 00:01:51 important to have that Facebook pixel
00:01:49 00:01:53 installed immediately and the reason for
00:01:51 00:01:55 that is because Facebook is data driven
00:01:53 00:01:57 it wants to help you right but they're
00:01:55 00:01:58 not gonna be able to help you if you
00:01:57 00:01:59 don't know your purchasers are so as
00:01:58 00:02:01 long as you have that pixel installed
00:01:59 00:02:03 and you're collecting that data right
00:02:01 00:02:06 through influencers by the time you get
00:02:03 00:02:08 to running Facebook Ads you can at least
00:02:06 00:02:10 have that data to have Facebook already
00:02:08 00:02:12 have that data about your buyers okay so
00:02:10 00:02:13 the first step in all of this is to open
00:02:12 00:02:14 up your business
00:02:13 00:02:16 Facebook page right a lot of you
00:02:14 00:02:18 probably are had this some of this might
00:02:16 00:02:18 be a refresher for the some of you but
00:02:18 00:02:20 I'm sure there's gonna be a lot of
00:02:18 00:02:22 nuggets throughout here to help you out
00:02:20 00:02:23 so the first thing you need to do is up
00:02:22 00:02:25 here in the corner click this little
00:02:23 00:02:26 downward arrow and click and manage
00:02:25 00:02:28 pages right once you go to manage pages
00:02:26 00:02:30 you'll be able to create your page right
00:02:28 00:02:31 there now once you do that Facebook's
00:02:30 00:02:34 going to ask you a bunch of information
00:02:31 00:02:36 about what your business is what what
00:02:34 00:02:37 it's about what what category it is so
00:02:36 00:02:39 just put ecommerce website name your
00:02:37 00:02:40 page whatever your business name is it's
00:02:39 00:02:41 gonna ask you to put your profile
00:02:40 00:02:43 picture it's gonna ask you a book cover
00:02:41 00:02:44 photos so get some nice mock-ups that's
00:02:43 00:02:46 only up upon these videos but make your
00:02:44 00:02:48 business page look professional make it
00:02:46 00:02:50 look clean okay now after you do that
00:02:48 00:02:52 after you have your facebook business
00:02:50 00:02:54 page set up you want to open up your
00:02:52 00:02:56 business manager account I see a lot of
00:02:54 00:02:58 you guys running ads from your personal
00:02:56 00:02:59 account and that's like a real really
00:02:58 00:03:01 dangerous guys you want to have your own
00:02:59 00:03:03 a facebook business manager that you
00:03:01 00:03:05 connect your business page to so what
00:03:03 00:03:07 you need to do is you need to go to
00:03:05 00:03:09 business da facebook.com now when you go
00:03:07 00:03:10 to business type facebook.com it's gonna
00:03:09 00:03:12 say select business if you have
00:03:10 00:03:14 businesses they'll be all listed down
00:03:12 00:03:15 here but you can create your business
00:03:14 00:03:18 account right here so just click create
00:03:15 00:03:20 business what your busines count name is
00:03:18 00:03:22 what your name is and whatever your
00:03:20 00:03:23 business email address then Facebook's
00:03:22 00:03:25 gonna walk you through the whole process
00:03:23 00:03:26 of creating your ad account putting in
00:03:25 00:03:28 your credit card information in there
00:03:26 00:03:30 and the any other sort of information
00:03:28 00:03:31 that they need it's very very intuitive
00:03:30 00:03:33 that I'll walk you through eventually
00:03:31 00:03:34 once you're done that process you're
00:03:33 00:03:36 gonna get landed on this page so we're
00:03:34 00:03:38 gonna use on tap focus here as an
00:03:36 00:03:40 example right so here is my facebook
00:03:38 00:03:42 business manager for untapped to focus
00:03:40 00:03:44 right you can see here's my ad account
00:03:42 00:03:47 here's my pages right so what you want
00:03:44 00:03:48 to do is actually click into your ad
00:03:47 00:03:50 account right because the first thing
00:03:48 00:03:51 that we want to do right now is install
00:03:50 00:03:53 that Facebook page so all right because
00:03:51 00:03:54 again that Facebook pixel is so
00:03:53 00:03:56 important even if you're not planning to
00:03:54 00:03:58 run Facebook ads right away but it's
00:03:56 00:04:00 especially important if you do run the
00:03:58 00:04:01 front plan around Facebook ads okay
00:04:00 00:04:02 and actually came across the story the
00:04:01 00:04:04 other day that wasn't running Facebook
00:04:02 00:04:06 ads or wasn't didn't have their pixel
00:04:04 00:04:07 installed and they were still running
00:04:06 00:04:09 Facebook ads which is just ridiculous
00:04:07 00:04:12 but once you click your your ad account
00:04:09 00:04:15 right here you'll be taken here now the
00:04:12 00:04:18 Facebook the Facebook you know GUI GUI
00:04:15 00:04:19 the interface right it's constantly
00:04:18 00:04:20 changing so they just recently updated
00:04:19 00:04:22 this so to get to where you have to
00:04:20 00:04:23 install your pixel you'll just have to
00:04:22 00:04:25 click these little dots right here and
00:04:23 00:04:26 you'll just click event manager
00:04:25 00:04:28 you'll just click your event manager
00:04:26 00:04:30 right there now what's your name under
00:04:28 00:04:32 the event manager you're gonna have two
00:04:30 00:04:33 screens you're gonna have a one section
00:04:32 00:04:34 it's not gonna it's not gonna be any
00:04:33 00:04:36 data here you can see I have events
00:04:34 00:04:37 received ready because if my pixels
00:04:36 00:04:39 already installed here but what you
00:04:37 00:04:41 actually want to do is you'll see right
00:04:39 00:04:42 in this section instead of seeing data
00:04:41 00:04:44 you'll just have set up your facebook
00:04:42 00:04:46 pics all right so just click that now if
00:04:44 00:04:48 you don't or if you already have tried
00:04:46 00:04:50 setting this up you'll probably have a
00:04:48 00:04:51 screen that looks like this so you'll
00:04:50 00:04:53 just have to click right here where as
00:04:51 00:04:55 arrow points and just click set up set
00:04:53 00:04:57 up your Facebook pixel now when you do
00:04:55 00:04:58 click that button you'll be brought to
00:04:57 00:05:00 this kind of pop up this pop-up will
00:04:58 00:05:02 appear it says install pixel now when
00:05:00 00:05:03 you see this you'll just want to make
00:05:02 00:05:05 sure you click and manually install
00:05:03 00:05:07 pixel code yourself right make sure you
00:05:05 00:05:08 click manually and so I pick so code
00:05:07 00:05:10 yourself and Facebook will spit you out
00:05:08 00:05:12 all this tiknobabble code all right
00:05:10 00:05:14 don't be intimidated I'm definitely no
00:05:12 00:05:16 tikie myself by any means but all you
00:05:14 00:05:18 have to do is hover over this copy it
00:05:16 00:05:20 into your you know copy it and we're
00:05:18 00:05:23 gonna paste this into our sales funnel
00:05:20 00:05:26 right so here is our wait list sales
00:05:23 00:05:27 funnel for untap if you're interested

00:05:49 00:05:52 mistake when I was just getting started
00:05:51 00:05:53 guys I always forgot to save and update
00:05:52 00:05:55 settings and then I was wondering why I
00:05:53 00:05:57 like my pixel wasn't installed properly
00:05:55 00:05:58 and some of you might be like whoa what
00:05:57 00:06:01 what is this B what is this interface
00:05:58 00:06:03 what what is this right so we are we
00:06:01 00:06:05 don't use Shopify on this channel we
00:06:03 00:06:06 don't really use anything besides click
00:06:05 00:06:08 funnels to build our e-commerce
00:06:06 00:06:10 businesses if you want to learn more

00:06:27 00:06:30 installed here what you want to do is go
00:06:29 00:06:32 back to Facebook and click continue
00:06:30 00:06:35 right here on this page so this is where
00:06:32 00:06:36 you copied out that that Facebook pixel
00:06:35 00:06:38 code you'll continue here and then
00:06:36 00:06:39 they'll bring you to this screen it's
00:06:38 00:06:41 going to say use
00:06:39 00:06:43 Facebook's event setup tool or manually
00:06:41 00:06:44 install the event code right manual
00:06:43 00:06:46 install event code so what you want to
00:06:44 00:06:47 do is click manual and solve bank code
00:06:46 00:06:49 and you'll see Facebook will give you
00:06:47 00:06:51 all these different kinds of event codes
00:06:49 00:06:53 that you can install now what our event
00:06:51 00:06:54 codes well event codes are just tracking
00:06:53 00:06:56 the things people are doing on your
00:06:54 00:06:58 website right did they Add to Cart did
00:06:56 00:06:59 they opt-in for your lead magnet did
00:06:58 00:07:01 they buy something from you
00:06:59 00:07:02 right that's how Facebook is gonna be
00:07:01 00:07:04 able to understand okay well that person
00:07:02 00:07:06 you know they came to your page right
00:07:04 00:07:07 and they actually bought from you we
00:07:06 00:07:09 want to identify that person as a buyer
00:07:07 00:07:10 or maybe they gave you an email address
00:07:09 00:07:12 so we want to track that person as a
00:07:10 00:07:14 lead right maybe they didn't buy yet but
00:07:12 00:07:16 we're gonna maybe serve different ads so
00:07:14 00:07:17 those people that opted in and gave us
00:07:16 00:07:19 an email address but didn't buy from us
00:07:17 00:07:21 maybe we'll serve different ads to them
00:07:19 00:07:23 right as opposed to somebody that didn't
00:07:21 00:07:24 even hear from us before right so right
00:07:23 00:07:25 here you'll have all these different
00:07:24 00:07:26 kinds of event tracking codes the main
00:07:25 00:07:29 one you want to really focus on is
00:07:26 00:07:32 purchase and usually initiate checkout
00:07:29 00:07:34 or add to cart and leads for our for the
00:07:32 00:07:36 sake of our example I'm just using a
00:07:34 00:07:37 lead right I'm just using lead it's
00:07:36 00:07:38 actually right down here I couldn't get
00:07:37 00:07:40 the whole screen shot in here so what I
00:07:38 00:07:42 do next is I just go to my Thank You
00:07:40 00:07:44 page right that step that if somebody
00:07:42 00:07:46 does opt in on our opt-in page our wait
00:07:44 00:07:47 list and gave us an email just saying
00:07:46 00:07:49 hey yes I want to be on the wait list
00:07:47 00:07:51 for on tap when it launches after they
00:07:49 00:07:52 opt-in that they get hit with this Thank
00:07:51 00:07:53 You page saying hey congratulations
00:07:52 00:07:56 we're gonna be saving you a bottle
00:07:53 00:07:58 here's the details about our launch so I
00:07:56 00:08:00 just go over this page I click Edit and
00:07:58 00:08:02 then I just go into the settings here
00:08:00 00:08:04 and I go to head tracking code I paste
00:08:02 00:08:06 that big piece of code again but right
00:08:04 00:08:07 under it right where it says page you
00:08:06 00:08:11 I'll click enter once and then I'll
00:08:07 00:08:12 paste in the fbq track lead right so
00:08:11 00:08:14 where did I get this little piece of
00:08:12 00:08:16 code well right here when you click one
00:08:14 00:08:18 of these tracking codes and you click
00:08:16 00:08:19 this little downward arrow it'll
00:08:18 00:08:21 actually give you a little piece of code
00:08:19 00:08:23 that you can then use and paste it right
00:08:21 00:08:26 underneath that page view page view
00:08:23 00:08:27 tracking section okay and all you have
00:08:26 00:08:29 to do is just make sure you save your
00:08:27 00:08:32 funnel page and you're good to go now
00:08:29 00:08:33 uh we are not selling untapped focus
00:08:32 00:08:34 just yet maybe when this video released
00:08:33 00:08:36 will already be launched I've already be
00:08:34 00:08:37 sold out which is great but I'm building
00:08:36 00:08:40 out the funnel for or untapped
00:08:37 00:08:41 right now and you also want to make sure
00:08:40 00:08:43 you're tracking those purchasers right
00:08:41 00:08:45 so I always love to add the purchase
00:08:43 00:08:46 pics on the first upsell just in case
00:08:45 00:08:48 maybe somebody drops off through the
00:08:46 00:08:49 upsell sequence and they don't
00:08:48 00:08:51 necessarily fire the pic so so I'll
00:08:49 00:08:52 always add it on the page right after
00:08:51 00:08:54 the order
00:08:52 00:08:57 so right here is the first step of the
00:08:54 00:08:58 order form right here is where there's a
00:08:57 00:09:00 page you pixel installed but if they do
00:08:58 00:09:02 buy from us right they'll be sent to
00:09:00 00:09:04 upsell one so if somebody hits up so on
00:09:02 00:09:05 that means they are a buyer cuz it's the
00:09:04 00:09:07 only way to get to it right so right
00:09:05 00:09:10 here I will go into the upsell number
00:09:07 00:09:12 one I'll click Edit Page and if right
00:09:10 00:09:14 here under the Facebook pixel code I put
00:09:12 00:09:17 in that page you pick so again and the

00:09:19 00:09:24 actually gives you an option to put the

00:09:26 00:09:29 what am I supposed to put as my value of
00:09:27 00:09:31 my purchase well you can do one of two
00:09:29 00:09:32 things you can remove this value and
00:09:31 00:09:34 this little bracket here you can remove
00:09:32 00:09:37 that not worry about it for right now
00:09:34 00:09:39 or what you can actually do is put in
00:09:37 00:09:40 what your average cart value is right so
00:09:39 00:09:42 what's your average cart value so what's
00:09:40 00:09:44 the average customer worth you could put
00:09:42 00:09:46 that there right to track whatever that
00:09:44 00:09:48 is so that way you can see your stats a
00:09:46 00:09:49 little bit more clearly inside of your
00:09:48 00:09:52 Facebook Ads manager when you start
00:09:49 00:09:54 pumping out some more ads okay so at
00:09:52 00:09:57 this point you are is now sending data
00:09:54 00:09:59 from people that opt-in to your page
00:09:57 00:10:00 right viewed your page they viewed your
00:09:59 00:10:02 content they came in contact with your
00:10:00 00:10:05 website in some way shape or form you're
00:10:02 00:10:06 collecting people that have also opted
00:10:05 00:10:09 in that means they showed interest they
00:10:06 00:10:11 expressed interest in your product and
00:10:09 00:10:13 then we're also now going to be tracking
00:10:11 00:10:15 people that are actually purchased from
00:10:13 00:10:16 you okay very powerful now this is all
00:10:15 00:10:18 the setup you need and you can go and
00:10:16 00:10:19 start running your influencer your
00:10:18 00:10:20 YouTube influencer however you're
00:10:19 00:10:22 driving influence of traffic and that
00:10:20 00:10:23 data will be sent in Facebook and you
00:10:22 00:10:25 can set up some basic retargeting
00:10:23 00:10:27 campaigns and all that stuff but this is
00:10:25 00:10:28 all you need to do when you're setting
00:10:27 00:10:30 it up for influencers and just to get
00:10:28 00:10:32 some pixel data to Facebook but those of
00:10:30 00:10:34 you that want to start running Facebook
00:10:32 00:10:35 ads again make sure you continue and
00:10:34 00:10:37 watch the rest of this series because
00:10:35 00:10:38 we're gonna be going through a tizzy
00:10:37 00:10:41 exactly how to set up all of your
00:10:38 00:10:43 campaigns for your Facebook Ads we're
00:10:41 00:10:46 using CBO in 2019 for your drop shipping
00:10:43 00:10:48 business okay now understanding Facebook
00:10:46 00:10:50 ad structure this is the basic structure
00:10:48 00:10:52 of how Facebook Ads are set up right you
00:10:50 00:10:54 have a campaign level right you have
00:10:52 00:10:55 your ad set level right and then you
00:10:54 00:10:57 have your ad level essentially the
00:10:55 00:10:58 campaign level we're gonna go in-depth
00:10:57 00:11:01 on each one the campaign level is the
00:10:58 00:11:02 top portion right the ad set right this
00:11:01 00:11:03 is where you're targeting something
00:11:02 00:11:05 right we're gonna be going through all
00:11:03 00:11:06 that and an ad level is where the image
00:11:05 00:11:07 is going to be
00:11:06 00:11:09 what's the image people are gonna see
00:11:07 00:11:10 what's the headline what's the copy that
00:11:09 00:11:12 people are gonna see when they're
00:11:10 00:11:13 actually scrolling through their
00:11:12 00:11:16 newsfeed so this is how the structure of
00:11:13 00:11:18 Facebook ads looks now looking at the
00:11:16 00:11:19 campaign a little in depth if you want
00:11:18 00:11:21 to create a campaign right you just go
00:11:19 00:11:23 into campaign level on your ad manager
00:11:21 00:11:24 you click create and you always want to
00:11:23 00:11:26 go after conversion some of you are
00:11:24 00:11:27 gonna say hey Pete like what if I never
00:11:26 00:11:29 have gotten a purchase before I never
00:11:27 00:11:30 gotten a lead before go straight
00:11:29 00:11:32 conversions there's advanced strategies
00:11:30 00:11:33 with doing traffic and stuff with
00:11:32 00:11:34 retargeting ads and stuff like that but
00:11:33 00:11:34 we're not gonna be toking about that
00:11:34 00:11:35 right now
00:11:34 00:11:37 that's more stuff that's reserved for
00:11:35 00:11:39 e-commerce Empire Academy if you're
00:11:37 00:11:40 interested to learn more about that

00:11:42 00:11:46 want to go straight conversions and here
00:11:44 00:11:48 this is the screen you'll be brought to
00:11:46 00:11:49 is you want to name your your campaign
00:11:48 00:11:50 so you're gonna name your campaign
00:11:49 00:11:52 something we're going to go through this
00:11:50 00:11:54 whole process here shortly but here's
00:11:52 00:11:56 really the important part here is that
00:11:54 00:11:58 campaign budget optimization piece right
00:11:56 00:12:02 and this is where that campaign budget
00:11:58 00:12:03 is set now here's what makes really CBO
00:12:02 00:12:05 really really interesting makes it
00:12:03 00:12:08 really really cool the the thing about
00:12:05 00:12:10 this guys is that now currently right
00:12:08 00:12:12 until about October it actually got
00:12:10 00:12:14 pushed out September I believe now
00:12:12 00:12:16 October they're saying that CBO is going
00:12:14 00:12:17 to be a requirement you're not gonna
00:12:16 00:12:20 have an option you're gonna have to use
00:12:17 00:12:22 CBO but right now you can actually run
00:12:20 00:12:24 ads at the ad set level now this is
00:12:22 00:12:26 where I have found my most successful
00:12:24 00:12:28 probably you in the past really you
00:12:26 00:12:30 didn't have the option right so ad set
00:12:28 00:12:32 level always had performed the best
00:12:30 00:12:34 right now with the ad set level you're
00:12:32 00:12:38 essentially putting your budget per ad
00:12:34 00:12:41 set okay now on the CBO level right
00:12:38 00:12:42 you're now putting the budget on the
00:12:41 00:12:44 campaign level so let's really look at
00:12:42 00:12:47 the difference here so when you have
00:12:44 00:12:49 budget set at the ad set level right
00:12:47 00:12:50 you're that budget is being spent no
00:12:49 00:12:52 matter what on that ad set right well
00:12:50 00:12:53 that's at one we're spending ten dollars
00:12:52 00:12:55 today right adds a two were spending ten
00:12:53 00:12:56 dollars say no matter what right on ad

00:13:27 00:13:32 the up to the campaign level now so now
00:13:30 00:13:34 thankfully for the smart amazing people
00:13:32 00:13:36 at Facebook right they're gonna now be
00:13:34 00:13:39 able to allocate this budget according
00:13:36 00:13:39 to which ad set is performing best for
00:13:39 00:13:42 you
00:13:39 00:13:44 right so ad set one right maybe Facebook
00:13:42 00:13:46 only allocates $7 right and it gets that
00:13:44 00:13:48 three conversion now for ad set to
00:13:46 00:13:49 because it's performing so well right
00:13:48 00:13:50 it's gonna be like oh you know what this
00:13:49 00:13:52 one's performing the best
00:13:50 00:13:54 let's mainly put a lot most of our chunk
00:13:52 00:13:57 of our budget towards here and it'll put
00:13:54 00:13:58 18 dollars towards that one and excuse
00:13:57 00:14:00 me and then ad set number three we'll
00:13:58 00:14:02 put five because we didn't see the best
00:14:00 00:14:04 conversion there and you could see here
00:14:02 00:14:06 because we allocated more into ad set
00:14:04 00:14:08 two because it was performing better we
00:14:06 00:14:12 get a total conversion of 15 as opposed
00:14:08 00:14:14 to 10 now again this is not fully out
00:14:12 00:14:16 forced yet but it will be very very very
00:14:14 00:14:18 soon okay so that is the difference
00:14:16 00:14:21 between the ad set and the campaign
00:14:18 00:14:22 budget optimization right now ad set
00:14:21 00:14:25 level this is where you're gonna really
00:14:22 00:14:26 set up what your track what your goal is
00:14:25 00:14:28 right that's what I like to look at it
00:14:26 00:14:29 right it's gonna ask you what's the
00:14:28 00:14:31 website right what are you would eat
00:14:29 00:14:33 what's the goal of this campaign what's
00:14:31 00:14:35 the goal of this ad set right usually
00:14:33 00:14:37 you're gonna go after purchases if I for
00:14:35 00:14:38 me if I'm going after leads for to get
00:14:37 00:14:40 people on my wait list for my supplement
00:14:38 00:14:41 I'm just gonna go after a lead so it
00:14:40 00:14:43 depends on what you're going after
00:14:41 00:14:45 mostly you're just gonna select purchase
00:14:43 00:14:46 right here and then also when you scroll
00:14:45 00:14:48 down on this page you'll see all these
