00:00:28 00:00:31 we're gonna be toking about all the
00:00:29 00:00:33 numbers what was our margin how much
00:00:31 00:00:36 money did we make how much a net profit
00:00:33 00:00:39 did we make and plus we're going to go
00:00:36 00:00:40 over most importantly how do we proceed
00:00:39 00:00:42 from here what are things that we can
00:00:40 00:00:45 add to this business to make more money
00:00:42 00:00:48 in case you guys didn't know we did hit
00:00:45 00:00:50 the $1,000 per day challenge in
00:00:48 00:00:53 literally three days we got a nice
00:00:50 00:00:55 little reward sitting right there a nice
00:00:53 00:00:57 bag that I've been wanting for a little
00:00:55 00:00:59 bit of time now so let's get right into
00:00:57 00:01:04 today's video so guys in case you didn't
00:00:59 00:01:07 know we did roughly 1700 1761 dollars
00:01:04 00:01:08 and 40 cents in in in total revenue in
00:01:07 00:01:10 the business and this is kind of how
00:01:08 00:01:14 everything broke down inside of the
00:01:10 00:01:16 business so order form converted around
00:01:14 00:01:18 nineteen percent that did drop a little
00:01:16 00:01:21 bit I believe once we did raise our
00:01:18 00:01:24 prices sixteen point nine two percent of
00:01:21 00:01:26 people chose to buy a one unit twenty
00:01:24 00:01:29 seven point six nine people chose to buy
00:01:26 00:01:30 two units thirty six point nine two
00:01:29 00:01:32 percent of people chose to buy four
00:01:30 00:01:35 seven point six nine percent of people
00:01:32 00:01:37 chose to buy five units and 10% of the
00:01:35 00:01:40 people chose to buy seven and then this
00:01:37 00:01:41 was they this was the UH this is the
00:01:40 00:01:43 killer right here that was did really
00:01:41 00:01:45 well for us forty percent of people
00:01:43 00:01:47 bought the limited edition product which
00:01:45 00:01:49 is absolutely fantastik that is that is
00:01:47 00:01:50 converting really well if I was
00:01:49 00:01:53 continuing on with this business I'd be
00:01:50 00:01:55 raising that price all day long OTO
00:01:53 00:01:57 number one converting around twenty five
00:01:55 00:01:59 percent that means I would be raising
00:01:57 00:02:01 the price out there as well usually for
00:01:59 00:02:03 my OTO is I like them converting around
00:02:01 00:02:06 that fifteen percent
00:02:03 00:02:07 same with our OTO number two converting
00:02:06 00:02:10 close to thirty percent
00:02:07 00:02:13 doing 15 sales our average cart value on
00:02:10 00:02:15 the funnel was twenty-seven
00:02:13 00:02:17 twenty seven dollars and ten cents we
00:02:15 00:02:19 spent about a total of four hundred
00:02:17 00:02:21 fifty two dollars in ads let me show you
00:02:19 00:02:24 guys the ads real quick here I'll show
00:02:21 00:02:26 you by result so we had some mixed we
00:02:24 00:02:28 have a mixed bag of some of these ads
00:02:26 00:02:30 you know most of them are performing
00:02:28 00:02:32 very very well for us you know obviously
00:02:30 00:02:33 some of them were getting up a little
00:02:32 00:02:37 bit closer and now this is not an
00:02:33 00:02:39 optimized funnel whatsoever guys this is
00:02:37 00:02:41 not necessarily a funnel that I would
00:02:39 00:02:42 necessarily scale because it's missing a
00:02:41 00:02:45 lot of critikal pieces to be successful
00:02:42 00:02:46 in business so that's what we're gonna
00:02:45 00:02:48 be toking about a good amount in
00:02:46 00:02:50 today's video but just to show you guys
00:02:48 00:02:52 some of the ads and how they performed
00:02:50 00:02:53 if I was gonna scale these up I mean
00:02:52 00:02:55 there's a few in here that are doing
00:02:53 00:02:58 really well that I'd continue trying to
00:02:55 00:03:00 get as many buyers on um now nearing
00:02:58 00:03:03 around sixty buyers it's not really
00:03:00 00:03:05 enough data for me to necessarily go and
00:03:03 00:03:07 do local likes at least in my opinion
00:03:05 00:03:09 but I would slowly start testing them
00:03:07 00:03:12 out so let's go look at the numbers real
00:03:09 00:03:14 quick before we tok about the actual
00:03:12 00:03:16 than actual steps that I would change
00:03:14 00:03:17 now if you're brand new here to the

00:03:35 00:03:39 that means we sold eleven units for two
00:03:37 00:03:41 right that's a two pack of our of our of
00:03:39 00:03:44 our frog here that's eighteen total
00:03:41 00:03:48 orders from that so 18 times 2 that
00:03:44 00:03:51 means 36 units for the four pack we had
00:03:48 00:03:54 24 orders 24 times 496 five orders for
00:03:51 00:03:56 our six unit for six unit bring our
00:03:54 00:03:58 total units therefore 30 units eight
00:03:56 00:04:01 order that was we had seven orders of
00:03:58 00:04:04 eight bringing that 256 units our order
00:04:01 00:04:09 bump we had 26 order bump takes that's
00:04:04 00:04:12 26 units right there upsell 114 orders
00:04:09 00:04:16 for the four pack that gives us 56 units
00:04:12 00:04:17 15 orders times 230 units so the reason
00:04:16 00:04:19 I'm breaking this out is just to show
00:04:17 00:04:22 you guys what was our margin we're gonna
00:04:19 00:04:24 account all costs into here as well to
00:04:22 00:04:26 really see you know how much money did
00:04:24 00:04:28 we actually make on one
00:04:26 00:04:29 single product drop shooting product
00:04:28 00:04:32 look us like a half an hour to build as
00:04:29 00:04:33 you guys saw in this challenge so these
00:04:32 00:04:35 are how many units we total sold
00:04:33 00:04:38 throughout the funnel over these you
00:04:35 00:04:41 know these couple days now a total
00:04:38 00:04:43 revenue for the business 1761 total
00:04:41 00:04:45 units sold after we add up all of these
00:04:43 00:04:47 brings our total units to three hundred
00:04:45 00:04:50 and forty units our cost of goods
00:04:47 00:04:52 alright take that three hundred forty
00:04:50 00:04:53 units times it by our product costs
00:04:52 00:04:55 which is two dollars and nine cents in
00:04:53 00:04:58 case you didn't know go watch the whole
00:04:55 00:05:00 series that brings our total cost of
00:04:58 00:05:02 cost of the the actual product to be
00:05:00 00:05:05 seven hundred and ten dollars and sixty
00:05:02 00:05:07 cents we had sixty five orders as you
00:05:05 00:05:11 guys can see right here we had sixty
00:05:07 00:05:13 five orders right there so with the
00:05:11 00:05:14 sixty five orders we have to add
00:05:13 00:05:16 shipping into each of those that was
00:05:14 00:05:18 ninety five cent shipping brings our
00:05:16 00:05:20 total shipping cost 261 dollars and
00:05:18 00:05:24 seventy five cents so total cost to me
00:05:20 00:05:25 shipping plus plus the actual product
00:05:24 00:05:27 brings that to seven hundred seventy two
00:05:25 00:05:29 dollars and thirty five cents total ad
00:05:27 00:05:31 spend forty hundred and fifty two
00:05:29 00:05:34 dollars and twenty cents for a total
00:05:31 00:05:35 cost all-in cost of one thousand two
00:05:34 00:05:37 hundred and twenty four dollars mine is
00:05:35 00:05:38 that from the revenue we're left with a
00:05:37 00:05:40 profit of five hundred and thirty six
00:05:38 00:05:42 dollars and eighty five cents right
00:05:40 00:05:44 bringing our part of our margin to
00:05:42 00:05:45 thirty dollars and forty eight cents
00:05:44 00:05:46 which is you're not gonna get better
00:05:45 00:05:48 than that
00:05:46 00:05:50 with a none optimized funnel absolutely
00:05:48 00:05:52 not no chance you're gonna get those
00:05:50 00:05:54 kind of numbers I'm actually shocked at
00:05:52 00:05:56 this this margin got beefed up as much
00:05:54 00:05:59 as it did and the reason for it was
00:05:56 00:06:01 because we increased our product right
00:05:59 00:06:03 and those are our increased are our
00:06:01 00:06:05 prices on that second day because I saw
00:06:03 00:06:07 hey you know people were really really
00:06:05 00:06:08 buying this so we raise the prices that
00:06:07 00:06:10 helped our margin tremendously now just
00:06:08 00:06:12 to give you a guys a quick note that you
00:06:10 00:06:13 don't need a good margin like this on
00:06:12 00:06:14 your front and front hole like this
00:06:13 00:06:18 right the whole purpose of this kind of
00:06:14 00:06:20 funnel is to really collect leads look
00:06:18 00:06:22 we collected three hundred and sixty
00:06:20 00:06:24 nine email addresses three hundred sixty
00:06:22 00:06:26 and email addresses okay and that's the
00:06:24 00:06:28 first thing that I would change in this
00:06:26 00:06:29 business the first thing if I was
00:06:28 00:06:30 consulting for his business or if you
00:06:29 00:06:32 were one of our students inside of the
00:06:30 00:06:33 e-commerce Empire Academy the first
00:06:32 00:06:36 thing I would tell you is go after
00:06:33 00:06:38 low-hanging fruit set up your abandon
00:06:36 00:06:40 cart email sequences within the funnel
00:06:38 00:06:40 okay and you could simply do that under
00:06:40 00:06:42 your order
00:06:40 00:06:45 your automation tab you could set up all
00:06:42 00:06:46 of your emails to be sent right from
00:06:45 00:06:49 here and those abandoned car emails
00:06:46 00:06:51 should increase your your take rate or
00:06:49 00:06:53 your conversion rate by a few percentage
00:06:51 00:06:55 points which when you look over a grand
00:06:53 00:06:57 scheme of things they that helps a
00:06:55 00:07:00 tremendous amount in your bottom line
00:06:57 00:07:02 now another thing with these leads that
00:07:00 00:07:04 we're getting is the nurturing process
00:07:02 00:07:06 right so now we have 400 people right
00:07:04 00:07:09 but we only have this you know 369
00:07:06 00:07:11 people only 65 actually bought right so
00:07:09 00:07:13 we should be putting them through some
00:07:11 00:07:15 sort of autoresponder right where we
00:07:13 00:07:17 welcome them and tok about our business
00:07:15 00:07:19 we tok about our brand we tell them
00:07:17 00:07:20 while we started this business and we
00:07:19 00:07:22 just give them more information about us
00:07:20 00:07:24 right a lot of these people they raise
00:07:22 00:07:26 their hand to me right they raise their
00:07:24 00:07:27 hand they said hey you know what I am
00:07:26 00:07:30 interested to buy your product I just
00:07:27 00:07:31 don't have enough information that's the
00:07:30 00:07:33 way I look at this so what I need to do
00:07:31 00:07:35 now is indoctrinate them into the
00:07:33 00:07:37 business I need to show them or there's
00:07:35 00:07:38 more social proof more credibility show
00:07:37 00:07:40 them our product and use right and
00:07:38 00:07:42 unfortunately with this business this
00:07:40 00:07:44 wasn't a long term play for me so I
00:07:42 00:07:47 don't I'm not gonna set all that up
00:07:44 00:07:49 right so that would be the next thing
00:07:47 00:07:51 having some sort of Welcome Series in
00:07:49 00:07:52 play and if you guys see me looking down
00:07:51 00:07:53 I'm only going in through my notes here
00:07:52 00:07:55 because I have a few things that I want
00:07:53 00:07:57 to cover with you guys so abandoned cart
00:07:55 00:07:59 emails having some sort of autoresponder
00:07:57 00:08:00 setup is critikal I can tell you guys
00:07:59 00:08:03 without having I we would have hit
00:08:00 00:08:05 definitely over I I can guarantee you a
00:08:03 00:08:06 hundred percent that this number would
00:08:05 00:08:08 have probably close to twenty one
00:08:06 00:08:10 hundred twenty two hundred if we had
00:08:08 00:08:12 simply put in abandoned cart emails it
00:08:10 00:08:14 would have probably been a little bit
00:08:12 00:08:16 higher if we had put in our welcome
00:08:14 00:08:19 serious emails now these leads guys this
00:08:16 00:08:20 adds another $1 per month in revenue to
00:08:19 00:08:22 this business now you might be thinking
00:08:20 00:08:23 how is that possible how is that how is
00:08:22 00:08:26 that possible that these emails are
00:08:23 00:08:28 gonna you know transcribe to revenue
00:08:26 00:08:30 well guys usually rule of thumb is for
00:08:28 00:08:32 every email and your email list that is
00:08:30 00:08:34 $1 per month in sales that is $1.00 per
00:08:32 00:08:35 month in revenue that you're missing out
00:08:34 00:08:39 on in your business so this adds another
00:08:35 00:08:42 for almost $400 per month in sales with
00:08:39 00:08:44 future promotions you're retargeting
00:08:42 00:08:46 those people and just actively selling
00:08:44 00:08:48 to these people providing value and
00:08:46 00:08:50 selling right different sort of offers
00:08:48 00:08:51 affiliate offers whatever right this is
00:08:50 00:08:54 why these sales funnels work as well as
00:08:51 00:08:55 they they do guys is because when you
00:08:54 00:08:58 collect these leads right and then
00:08:55 00:09:00 nurture them and sell them continuously
00:08:58 00:09:03 right with new offers new products right
00:09:00 00:09:06 which leads us into our next next thing
00:09:03 00:09:08 is guys this funnel is not optimized
00:09:06 00:09:11 properly there's two too huge pieces
00:09:08 00:09:12 right now you need to have more upsells
00:09:11 00:09:15 in here right with more expensive
00:09:12 00:09:17 products and you also need our content a
00:09:15 00:09:19 continuity program right a subscription
00:09:17 00:09:20 box some sort of subscription built into
00:09:19 00:09:23 this business where hey you know what
00:09:20 00:09:25 out of these 65 people what if 10 of
00:09:23 00:09:26 them chose to be on our subscription
00:09:25 00:09:28 plan where we send them fishing lures
00:09:26 00:09:29 every month right now that may be and if
00:09:28 00:09:32 we're charging $20 a month that's an
00:09:29 00:09:35 extra 200 bucks a month in revenue for
00:09:32 00:09:36 the business completely for free right
00:09:35 00:09:38 subscription is absolutely critikal to
00:09:36 00:09:39 have I would never start a business
00:09:38 00:09:41 without having some sort of subscription
00:09:39 00:09:43 or more expensive products inside of the
00:09:41 00:09:45 funnel right if I had those things in
00:09:43 00:09:47 this business guys oh man this would be
00:09:45 00:09:49 probably double this would probably be a
00:09:47 00:09:50 doubled right here and the lifetime
00:09:49 00:09:53 value every single customer what I've
00:09:50 00:09:54 had would have literally tripled if not
00:09:53 00:09:56 more right absolutely critikal to have
00:09:54 00:09:58 more upsells that are selling more
00:09:56 00:10:00 expensive products that your customers
00:09:58 00:10:02 are interested in as well as that
00:10:00 00:10:05 subscription that continuity programs so
00:10:02 00:10:08 so so critikal now a couple other things
00:10:05 00:10:10 that I would set up here if I was going
00:10:08 00:10:12 long term is retargeting campaigns
00:10:10 00:10:15 there's no very real retargeting
00:10:12 00:10:18 campaigns that we did here okay so as
00:10:15 00:10:23 our pixel starts getting more data we'll
00:10:18 00:10:25 be able to to put more to launch
00:10:23 00:10:28 campaigns to retarget people that let's
00:10:25 00:10:30 say you know viewed our opt-in page here
00:10:28 00:10:32 right they viewed the opt-in page here
00:10:30 00:10:33 but didn't opt-in they didn't give us
00:10:32 00:10:35 their email address we would also be
00:10:33 00:10:37 able to set up retargeting campaigns
00:10:35 00:10:40 where people who viewed their order page
00:10:37 00:10:41 but didn't buy from us okay so those are
00:10:40 00:10:44 two campaigns that I would set up
00:10:41 00:10:48 literally right away for this business
00:10:44 00:10:49 if I was going long-term with it next
00:10:48 00:10:50 thing a couple other little things that
00:10:49 00:10:52 I want to tok about is linking your
00:10:50 00:10:54 domain in here we didn't even link our
00:10:52 00:10:56 domain this is we're just using the the
00:10:54 00:10:58 default you know click funnels sub
00:10:56 00:10:59 domain which to me as far if I'm
00:10:58 00:11:01 starting a business that I am actually
00:10:59 00:11:03 going to you know try and scale to that
00:11:01 00:11:05 six seven figure level like you want to
00:11:03 00:11:06 actually have a brand name right you
00:11:05 00:11:07 want to have some sort of you know a
00:11:06 00:11:09 little bit more
00:11:07 00:11:11 ability so I would definitely link my
00:11:09 00:11:13 domain here and finally and most
00:11:11 00:11:16 importantly is there really is no offer
00:11:13 00:11:18 here guys right I did not really sell
00:11:16 00:11:20 the offer well here you could see here I
00:11:18 00:11:21 said hey there's a bunch of bonuses that
00:11:20 00:11:22 we're gonna be giving to you but I
00:11:21 00:11:25 didn't really elaborate on those bonuses
00:11:22 00:11:27 very well on our pages now that is so
00:11:25 00:11:28 critikal to do to be able to scale and
00:11:27 00:11:29 compete right
00:11:28 00:11:31 I know what a lot of you are gonna do
00:11:29 00:11:33 you're gonna go try sell the same exact
00:11:31 00:11:34 product and your all the conversions are
00:11:33 00:11:36 just going to tank for because I know
00:11:34 00:11:38 you guys when we did this for the Thin
00:11:36 00:11:39 Blue Line stiker some of you guys went
00:11:38 00:11:41 and just started selling the same
00:11:39 00:11:43 stiker and you just just completely
00:11:41 00:11:44 botch the market so I encourage you like
00:11:43 00:11:46 don't just do that that's not the
00:11:44 00:11:48 purpose of this challenge purpose of the
00:11:46 00:11:50 challenges for you to see that you don't
00:11:48 00:11:51 have to go and nitpick everything before
00:11:50 00:11:53 launching your business you could see
00:11:51 00:11:56 build build a basic funnel like this
00:11:53 00:11:58 launch some stuff see what's happening
00:11:56 00:12:00 right um like I said there's a few
00:11:58 00:12:03 pieces in here that I like I think are
00:12:00 00:12:05 critikal to put in before launching like
00:12:03 00:12:07 if next time when we do this but all in
00:12:05 00:12:10 all it was a great successful three
