00:02:42 00:02:46 super simple right honestly to hit seven
00:02:44 00:02:47 figures all you need is good for product
00:02:46 00:02:49 funnels if you don't know if funnels are
00:02:47 00:02:51 or sales funnels or how to use them for
00:02:49 00:02:53 e-commerce check out that training down

00:03:25 00:03:28 five hundred units plus a month you
00:03:26 00:03:30 absolutely need to be thinking about

00:03:30 00:03:35 to the States
00:03:32 00:03:37 okay now the key here is guys make sure
00:03:35 00:03:38 whatever niche you do this for you plan
00:03:37 00:03:40 to be with for the long term
00:03:38 00:03:41 a lot of dropshippers especially a lot
00:03:40 00:03:42 of Aliexpress dropshippers they don't
00:03:41 00:03:44 care about their customers they don't
00:03:42 00:03:46 care about their niche they really are
00:03:44 00:03:47 just out there to make some extra money
00:03:46 00:03:49 for themselves now don't get me wrong
00:03:47 00:03:51 money is awesome but I'd love to have
00:03:49 00:03:52 win-win situations I want to create a
00:03:51 00:03:55 business that I love and that my
00:03:52 00:03:57 customers love to be customers of ok so
00:03:55 00:03:59 that's really important guys is when you
00:03:57 00:04:01 start branding your own products it
00:03:59 00:04:03 becomes much more important itch that
00:04:01 00:04:05 you pick and understand that it's a long
00:04:03 00:04:07 term play it's not something that is
00:04:05 00:04:09 gonna be your in and out up okay so
00:04:07 00:04:11 really understand that before you start
00:04:09 00:04:13 spending all this money to brand your
00:04:11 00:04:15 products make sure the niche that you're
00:04:13 00:04:16 in is something you want to build a
00:04:15 00:04:17 business in okay and you should be
00:04:16 00:04:19 thinking about that like from day one
00:04:17 00:04:20 when you start in business but I just
00:04:19 00:04:23 want to mention that here again and
00:04:20 00:04:25 budget appropriately okay branding
00:04:23 00:04:28 products isn't cheap
00:04:25 00:04:30 okay you can't just go to to you know to
00:04:28 00:04:32 a supplier or a manufacturer but okay I
00:04:30 00:04:35 want ten units with branded products
00:04:32 00:04:36 most of them won't even do it but those
00:04:35 00:04:39 that would they'll charge you an offer
00:04:36 00:04:41 for tchen to brand those products with
00:04:39 00:04:42 your own brand so the strategy really is
00:04:41 00:04:46 and this is what I teach my students in
00:04:42 00:04:49 our programs is go start with Aliexpress
00:04:46 00:04:50 start with amazon drop shipping start
00:04:49 00:04:51 with any other supplier that you can
00:04:50 00:04:54 find online where you don't have to risk
00:04:51 00:04:56 a lot of money of your own money out of
00:04:54 00:04:59 your pocket right build the business
00:04:56 00:05:01 start generating cash flow and then you
00:04:59 00:05:03 brand okay and you pick one at a time a
00:05:01 00:05:05 lot of people are gonna go and try and
00:05:03 00:05:07 do like five products at a time no just
00:05:05 00:05:10 one at a time guys that right keep it
00:05:07 00:05:11 simple one at a time and you don't need
00:05:10 00:05:13 hundreds of products in your store or
00:05:11 00:05:16 funnels guys by no means really all you
00:05:13 00:05:18 need like I said is for products like
00:05:16 00:05:19 for physical products to make us a hit a
00:05:18 00:05:20 seven-figure business you don't need any
00:05:19 00:05:22 more than that and you don't want to
00:05:20 00:05:24 complicate this more than you have to
00:05:22 00:05:26 okay so make sure you budget
00:05:24 00:05:29 appropriately now some branding basics
00:05:26 00:05:31 okay guys like I said a lot of people
00:05:29 00:05:33 that are watching come onto this channel

00:05:56 00:06:00 Amazon or Walmart by any means but feel
00:05:58 00:06:03 free keep doing you but as far as
00:06:00 00:06:06 branding is you want to make sure that
00:06:03 00:06:08 you have a good logo now a logo you you
00:06:06 00:06:09 it's not as important as people think
00:06:08 00:06:10 but when you put it on a piece of
00:06:09 00:06:12 packaging you want to make sure it looks
00:06:10 00:06:14 good okay so if you're if you're a
00:06:12 00:06:15 current logo you're like I kind of like
00:06:14 00:06:17 it I don't know like you want to make
00:06:15 00:06:20 sure that customer experience is good
00:06:17 00:06:23 and the logo is a nice logo right not
00:06:20 00:06:25 too convoluted not too too and not too
00:06:23 00:06:28 not too plain and dry you know what I
00:06:25 00:06:29 mean so some great places to go look for
00:06:28 00:06:31 a good logo design if they and this
00:06:29 00:06:32 might be a good time to rebrand right to
00:06:31 00:06:35 create a new logo for your business if
00:06:32 00:06:37 you currently have one already is 99
00:06:35 00:06:39 designs is a great place and it
00:06:37 00:06:41 a little bit more expensive but you're
00:06:39 00:06:43 gonna be able to rank the different
00:06:41 00:06:45 kinds of suppliers or the different the
00:06:43 00:06:47 different kinds of artists that create
00:06:45 00:06:49 you logos and then you pay for the one
00:06:47 00:06:50 you pick right so it's a little bit more
00:06:49 00:06:51 expensive but the quality of work is
00:06:50 00:06:53 tremendously higher especially we're
00:06:51 00:06:54 gonna be branding this this logo on
00:06:53 00:06:56 different products that you're gonna
00:06:54 00:06:58 source from manufacturers it's well
00:06:56 00:07:00 worth the money in my book especially by
00:06:58 00:07:01 this point you should be generating cash
00:07:00 00:07:02 flow if you're thinking about Brit
00:07:01 00:07:04 private label branding you should be
00:07:02 00:07:05 generating cash flow in your business
00:07:04 00:07:08 you should already have close to a
00:07:05 00:07:10 six-figure business if not towards that
00:07:08 00:07:12 mid six-figure business before you start
00:07:10 00:07:13 branding these own products but at least
00:07:12 00:07:15 six figures okay
00:07:13 00:07:16 the cool thing about branding guys is
00:07:15 00:07:18 this is where the fun begins like this
00:07:16 00:07:20 is what I love about business so I drop
00:07:18 00:07:22 drop shipping and Aliexpress is cool
00:07:20 00:07:22 alright there's a lot of cons with it
00:07:22 00:07:24 though
00:07:22 00:07:26 but the real I mean you really get the
00:07:24 00:07:28 shine when you start creating a real
00:07:26 00:07:30 brand for your business guys I can't
00:07:28 00:07:32 tell you right custom packaging it's
00:07:30 00:07:34 different kinds of insert cards for your
00:07:32 00:07:37 businesses putting your brand story on
00:07:34 00:07:39 your packaging and really controlling
00:07:37 00:07:41 the customer experience when they get
00:07:39 00:07:43 the product in your hands okay now what
00:07:41 00:07:45 you lose that with Aliexpress right they
00:07:43 00:07:47 just gonna ran up a piece of package and
00:07:45 00:07:48 the mail and it's just like okay alright
00:07:47 00:07:49 there's no customer experience right and
00:07:48 00:07:51 with with this you're gonna be able to
00:07:49 00:07:53 put in insert cards have your story have
00:07:51 00:07:54 coupon codes in there asking them for
00:07:53 00:07:57 reviews right you're gonna be able to do
00:07:54 00:07:59 a lot more cool things to really control
00:07:57 00:08:01 that customers experience and use it as
00:07:59 00:08:03 more marketing right so with our fishing
00:08:01 00:08:05 businesses when we were when we were
00:08:03 00:08:07 doing our subscription box right we
00:08:05 00:08:09 would actually sell advertising on our
00:08:07 00:08:10 packaging right it unlocks a tremendous
00:08:09 00:08:12 amount of revenue streams that you
00:08:10 00:08:14 wouldn't normally have if you were just
00:08:12 00:08:15 relying on aliexpress drop shipping for
00:08:14 00:08:17 forever right
00:08:15 00:08:19 so lots of cool stuff that you can get
00:08:17 00:08:20 into insert two cusps a kacheng and
00:08:19 00:08:22 logos if you have any questions about

00:08:43 00:08:48 unique product so for example if you
00:08:46 00:08:49 have a product that is a fishing lure
00:08:48 00:08:50 but you want like different hooks on it
00:08:49 00:08:52 or you
00:08:50 00:08:54 to be a different color right you can
00:08:52 00:08:55 actually have your supplier do that
00:08:54 00:08:57 right and the nice thing about the
00:08:55 00:08:59 suppliers is they have catalogs upon
00:08:57 00:09:01 catalogs of products that you can now
00:08:59 00:09:03 choose from that you can't even dropship
00:09:01 00:09:05 from Aliexpress like I love looking
00:09:03 00:09:06 through my supplier catalogs and they
00:09:05 00:09:08 send me products that aren't even on the
00:09:06 00:09:09 market you can't even find these things
00:09:08 00:09:11 right so it's kind of like a little
00:09:09 00:09:13 secret as you kind of build your
00:09:11 00:09:15 relationship your long-term relationship
00:09:13 00:09:16 with your supplier and this is where the
00:09:15 00:09:17 fun begins guys I'm Tanya if you're

00:10:05 00:10:09 products that you don't you can't find
00:10:07 00:10:10 these even on the internet like and you
00:10:09 00:10:11 could be the first one to hop on these
00:10:10 00:10:13 products right a lot of people tok
00:10:11 00:10:14 about trends and stuff like when you
00:10:13 00:10:16 could start the trend like you can like
00:10:14 00:10:18 I remember when we did this with our
00:10:16 00:10:21 fishing businesses we had Intel about
00:10:18 00:10:23 one product and it's sold like crazy I
00:10:21 00:10:27 think we're doing 25,000 dollars a week
00:10:23 00:10:29 on one product one product and this
00:10:27 00:10:31 product guys right you couldn't get it
00:10:29 00:10:33 anywhere else right yeah we had the

00:10:40 00:10:45 Alibaba that is what I mean Alibaba is
00:10:43 00:10:48 the best place to get suppliers from
00:10:45 00:10:50 guys so let me bring into view here my
00:10:48 00:10:51 screen so Alibaba comm I'm sure you guys
00:10:50 00:10:53 have heard of it believe it or not if
00:10:51 00:10:55 you if you've never heard of it
00:10:53 00:10:57 Aliexpress in Alibaba their own about
00:10:55 00:10:59 the same people guys surprised so what
00:10:57 00:11:00 happens is a lot of Aliexpress people
00:10:59 00:11:02 are actually drop shipping you alright a
00:11:00 00:11:03 lot of people don't know that so what
00:11:02 00:11:05 these Aliexpress you know so
00:11:03 00:11:07 flyers and they're not really suppliers
00:11:05 00:11:09 or more trading companies is there
00:11:07 00:11:12 actually drop shipping you so say you
00:11:09 00:11:14 buy a fishing lure for $2 from from
00:11:12 00:11:16 Aliexpress well they're actually buying
00:11:14 00:11:18 it in bulk from a supplier on Alibaba
00:11:16 00:11:20 now it's not always the case like this
00:11:18 00:11:22 right but most of them are like trading
00:11:20 00:11:25 companies so they're just getting a
00:11:22 00:11:26 buying bulk product from Alibaba storing
00:11:25 00:11:30 it and then shipping it to your
00:11:26 00:11:32 customers so pricing is so much cheaper
00:11:30 00:11:34 when you go to Alibaba guys and go
00:11:32 00:11:37 direct to the manufacturer okay it's so
00:11:34 00:11:41 critikal so if I wanted to get like fly
00:11:37 00:11:43 fishing lures you just type it in I mean
00:11:41 00:11:46 it's so simple all right so you can see
00:11:43 00:11:47 here right tons of different products
00:11:46 00:11:50 that are already here right that I can
00:11:47 00:11:52 go look in and whatnot now here's the
00:11:50 00:11:53 thing guys is take all of this
00:11:52 00:11:57 information that you see here price
00:11:53 00:11:59 minimum order quantities colors all this
00:11:57 00:12:01 stuff just take it with a grain of salt
00:11:59 00:12:03 it doesn't matter okay what you should
00:12:01 00:12:05 care about is the supplier and
00:12:03 00:12:07 contacting them you want to go to
00:12:05 00:12:09 contact put in put together a nice

00:12:11 00:12:14 in a moment here but really you want to
00:12:12 00:12:16 contact them and get them off of Alibaba
00:12:14 00:12:17 you want to get them on skype you want
00:12:16 00:12:20 to tok with them you want to get their
00:12:17 00:12:21 catalogs right it's extremely important
00:12:20 00:12:23 to get the catalogs
00:12:21 00:12:24 from your supplier because they're not
00:12:23 00:12:26 posting everything they have here guys I
00:12:24 00:12:28 mean these suppliers have literally
00:12:26 00:12:29 thousands upon thousands if not close to
00:12:28 00:12:32 a millions of different products that
00:12:29 00:12:34 they have access to that that you could
00:12:32 00:12:36 potentially find as your winners okay
00:12:34 00:12:38 and you can also send them products of
00:12:36 00:12:39 your winning product right you send them
00:12:38 00:12:41 your product okay we're looking to get a
00:12:39 00:12:43 you know we're looking to buy 5,000
00:12:41 00:12:45 units of this product we're wondering if
00:12:43 00:12:47 you could do that with custom packaging
00:12:45 00:12:49 or logo and maybe make a little tweaks
00:12:47 00:12:51 to the design of the product right
00:12:49 00:12:53 that's that's how you do it right now a
00:12:51 00:12:55 few things about vetting suppliers here
00:12:53 00:12:56 guys is usually always work with
00:12:55 00:12:59 suppliers that have been around for more
00:12:56 00:13:02 than one year I don't really trust
00:12:59 00:13:03 suppliers that are just like their first
00:13:02 00:13:05 year in business now there's a bunch of
00:13:03 00:13:06 filters you can do here you know
00:13:05 00:13:10 verified supplier which are all nice
00:13:06 00:13:11 things to have on here just to just to
00:13:10 00:13:13 ease the fear and you can do buy
00:13:11 00:13:14 products here and you can find your
00:13:13 00:13:15 supplier so if I right-click this and
00:13:14 00:13:18 open that in a new tab
00:13:15 00:13:19 we'll get taken to our supplier page
00:13:18 00:13:21 a gold supplier trade insurance right it
00:13:19 00:13:23 looks like they've been business for
00:13:21 00:13:25 about a year here which isn't too much
00:13:23 00:13:27 but you could see here this is where I
00:13:25 00:13:29 can contact them I email the supplier
00:13:27 00:13:31 and I message them send them my skype
00:13:29 00:13:33 information tell them about my business
00:13:31 00:13:34 you really want to play up that you're a
