- After creating the stream, copy the measurement ID and go back to the Google Tag Manager. Click on the new tags option, select the Google Analytics 4 configuration, and enter the measurement ID.

- Give the configuration tag a name and deploy it on all pages by choosing the all pages trigger. Go into the preview mode to test the installation, and you should see the Google Analytics 4 tag fired correctly.

- You can trigger a scroll to see if the tag is working correctly, and if it is, you can publish the changes and create more tracking with the help of Google Tag Manager on your Shopify store.
