00:02:37 00:02:41 too much and that's not to say that
00:02:39 00:02:43 later on you don't want to build your
00:02:41 00:02:45 own brand of standing desks but you
00:02:43 00:02:48 should first sell other people's
00:02:45 00:02:51 standing desks and then build your own
00:02:48 00:02:53 brand later on so what you would do to
00:02:51 00:02:57 that guys it's it's really really easy

00:03:10 00:03:16 this kind of product okay and by drop
00:03:14 00:03:17 shipping I don't mean like Aliexpress
00:03:16 00:03:19 and stuff guys I'm not toking about
00:03:17 00:03:21 that I'm toking about like you
00:03:19 00:03:24 literally contacting manufacturers in
00:03:21 00:03:28 the United States right and selling
00:03:24 00:03:32 their product right so let's see for
00:03:28 00:03:34 example let's block this I usually like
00:03:32 00:03:35 to click the first couple the ones that
00:03:34 00:03:38 are advertising because usually those
00:03:35 00:03:42 might be potential drop shippers but
00:03:38 00:03:44 boom and you could tell if it's a drop
00:03:42 00:03:47 shipper because if they don't have any
00:03:44 00:03:50 sort of like warehouses like a
00:03:47 00:03:51 wayfair.com for example right wayfarer
00:03:50 00:03:57 you might have some location
00:03:51 00:03:59 wayfair.com doesn't necessarily have any
00:03:57 00:04:01 locations or essentially just you know
00:03:59 00:04:02 drop shipping that's exactly what
00:04:01 00:04:04 they're doing they're just an online
00:04:02 00:04:05 retailer and that's kind of what we are
00:04:04 00:04:07 all right we're online retailers
00:04:05 00:04:09 eventually obviously and this is what I
00:04:07 00:04:11 preach is always building your own brand
00:04:09 00:04:13 right sell other people's products and
00:04:11 00:04:18 stuff like that and then create your own
00:04:13 00:04:20 brand so I just opened up a few pages
00:04:18 00:04:25 here and I'm gonna open up this one too

00:04:47 00:04:51 manufacturers like you'll contact now

00:04:51 00:04:55 hit him up be like hey you know and of
00:04:54 00:04:57 guys of course guys you can't just be
00:04:55 00:05:00 like I'm a brand new business owner and
00:04:57 00:05:01 all that stuff can I sell yourself no it
00:05:00 00:05:02 doesn't work like that you kind of have
00:05:01 00:05:03 to make it seem like you're bigger than
00:05:02 00:05:06 you actually are when you're starting
00:05:03 00:05:07 out to get approved to sell these
00:05:06 00:05:09 people's products but essentially it's
00:05:07 00:05:12 the same thing it's drop shipping you
00:05:09 00:05:14 know customer comes to your store you
00:05:12 00:05:18 know you're more specifically a Shopify
00:05:14 00:05:20 store they buy this product you now turn
00:05:18 00:05:22 around go to the supplier and they
00:05:20 00:05:25 fulfill it on your behalf so it's very
00:05:22 00:05:27 easy and obviously they'll probably give
00:05:25 00:05:28 you much better pricing here as well but
00:05:27 00:05:31 I wouldn't discount this yeah I'm just
00:05:28 00:05:33 trying to find a website here that is
00:05:31 00:05:35 drop shipping already to make sure that
00:05:33 00:05:37 it's possible that I'm not gonna go down
00:05:35 00:05:40 some weird rabbit hole and not be able
00:05:37 00:05:47 to drop shipped any of this stuff whoa
00:05:40 00:05:49 so what is this smart desk this might be
00:05:47 00:05:54 enough this doesn't look like a dropship

00:07:01 00:07:09 manufacturer right so motion wise

00:07:12 00:07:16 would the first thing I would do if
00:07:13 00:07:18 you're trying to do this right is you
00:07:16 00:07:22 want to get all of these manufacturers
00:07:18 00:07:23 right and list them all out right put
00:07:22 00:07:25 them it all in a big spreadsheet put all
00:07:23 00:07:27 of their contact emails in there
00:07:25 00:07:29 obviously have to go visit their store
00:07:27 00:07:32 you know their their manufacturer page
00:07:29 00:07:35 visit their store get their email
00:07:32 00:07:37 addresses get their phone numbers right
00:07:35 00:07:39 and you're gonna start reaching out to
00:07:37 00:07:41 these suppliers but before you do that
00:07:39 00:07:43 guys before you start and I want to keep
00:07:41 00:07:45 I don't want to keep this video too long
00:07:43 00:07:47 but before you do start reaching out to
00:07:45 00:07:49 these suppliers you want to make sure
00:07:47 00:07:51 you build out your Shopify store first
00:07:49 00:07:55 right and the reason you wanna do that
00:07:51 00:07:57 is because there's gonna be there's like
00:07:55 00:07:59 there's great suppliers and there's like
00:07:57 00:08:00 not so great supplier so some of the
00:07:59 00:08:01 suppliers they might just approve you
00:08:00 00:08:03 right away and then you could start
00:08:01 00:08:05 selling their stuff right away
00:08:03 00:08:06 and that's cool some other ones they're
00:08:05 00:08:08 gonna like you know go through your
00:08:06 00:08:09 website ask you other questions and
00:08:08 00:08:11 stuff like that those are like the good
00:08:09 00:08:12 ones alright you want to be able to sell
00:08:11 00:08:16 those so you want to have some sort of
00:08:12 00:08:17 store in place already that when they go
00:08:16 00:08:19 to your store they're not it's not like
00:08:17 00:08:23 just blank page so the way to combat
00:08:19 00:08:24 that guys is find like one or two
00:08:23 00:08:26 manufacturers that you're not going to
00:08:24 00:08:28 contact for now all right it's like a
00:08:26 00:08:30 little sneaky way to do it and just put
00:08:28 00:08:31 all of their products on your store so
00:08:30 00:08:33 it looks like you're already selling
00:08:31 00:08:35 them so when that other manufacturer
00:08:33 00:08:36 comes to your store and sees oh they're
00:08:35 00:08:39 gonna be like okay I see this they're
00:08:36 00:08:42 already selling this person so-and-so's
00:08:39 00:08:43 product already right so it's not gonna
00:08:42 00:08:45 be like your store is you know just
00:08:43 00:08:47 completely empty or anything like that
00:08:45 00:08:51 but let me see I wrote some notes here
00:08:47 00:08:53 about stuff to hit on here
00:08:51 00:08:57 but that's really I mean guys it's it's
00:08:53 00:08:59 not not that difficult with dropshipping
00:08:57 00:09:01 high tiket stuff it's really the whole
00:08:59 00:09:03 game is just getting approved and then
00:09:01 00:09:05 you're in terms of advertising if you
00:09:03 00:09:08 just want to sell high tiket stuff
00:09:05 00:09:10 Google AdWords Google product listing
00:09:08 00:09:12 ads are gonna be your best bet really
00:09:10 00:09:13 simple you just rank your I'm not gonna
00:09:12 00:09:15 go through a whole tour of AdWords but
00:09:13 00:09:17 you're gonna try and rank yourself or
00:09:15 00:09:20 bid on keywords on tail keywords that
00:09:17 00:09:22 have buyer intent so for example if
00:09:20 00:09:25 somebody types in best standing desks
00:09:22 00:09:27 for home office your should be up there
00:09:25 00:09:28 because that's like a buyer a buyer
00:09:27 00:09:29 intent keyword right they're looking for
00:09:28 00:09:33 the best you know they're looking for a
00:09:29 00:09:34 home office and that's like a keyword
00:09:33 00:09:35 you'd want to rank for and those are
00:09:34 00:09:39 that's where usually gonna have your
00:09:35 00:09:41 best results running Facebook ads or
00:09:39 00:09:44 influencer posts to a high tiket
00:09:41 00:09:47 dropship store is not a good idea but
00:09:44 00:09:49 the way I do this and I love high tik I
00:09:47 00:09:52 do like I take a drop shipping it's good
00:09:49 00:09:55 to sell it on the front end four main
00:09:52 00:09:57 keywords right like on Google but the
00:09:55 00:09:58 reason and and this is goes back to the
00:09:57 00:10:00 other video I made the reason I don't
00:09:58 00:10:02 really like high tiket drop shipping is
00:10:00 00:10:05 because you don't really get that many
00:10:02 00:10:06 customers right like I I don't like that
00:10:05 00:10:08 like you don't get a lot of repeat
00:10:06 00:10:09 customers I like having customers
00:10:08 00:10:13 constantly coming and spending money
00:10:09 00:10:16 with me so the way I combat that is I
00:10:13 00:10:19 use sales funnels as well right but
00:10:16 00:10:23 smaller leap with smaller lead-in offers
00:10:19 00:10:25 right so for example I might do like
00:10:23 00:10:28 office like if I'm a standing desk
00:10:25 00:10:30 supplier or Internet Retailer as you
00:10:28 00:10:32 want if you want to call that you know
00:10:30 00:10:36 you're reselling other people's you know
00:10:32 00:10:39 desks here you can dropship like small
00:10:36 00:10:40 little like like trinkets and stuff like
00:10:39 00:10:43 that that people would keep on their
00:10:40 00:10:45 desk maybe like a stress ball like one
00:10:43 00:10:47 of these cup things that holds like pens
00:10:45 00:10:49 and stuff maybe like some office hack
00:10:47 00:10:50 stuff like you know like they always
00:10:49 00:10:52 have like a bunch of kitchen wands like
00:10:50 00:10:55 the weird watermelon slices stuff like
00:10:52 00:10:57 that but for Home Office so there's a
00:10:55 00:10:58 ton of different variations you could do
00:10:57 00:11:00 that to start bringing in customers
00:10:58 00:11:03 because again selling a high to get
00:11:00 00:11:05 product on the front end it's not that
00:11:03 00:11:08 easy guys it's not an easy
00:11:05 00:11:10 especially on facebook ads you could
00:11:08 00:11:13 definitely do a retargeting later but
00:11:10 00:11:15 again these high tiket products are
00:11:13 00:11:17 more for you know your Google traffic
00:11:15 00:11:20 your Google ad or Google product listing
00:11:17 00:11:22 ads but that's really where you're gonna
00:11:20 00:11:26 see success here but again guys it's
00:11:22 00:11:27 it's really it's not that difficult it's
00:11:26 00:11:29 not that difficult make sure you just
00:11:27 00:11:32 have a nice get yourself a nice Shopify
00:11:29 00:11:34 theme put in these products categorize
00:11:32 00:11:36 them nicely I like to categorize these
00:11:34 00:11:38 kind of products by price you know you
00:11:36 00:11:41 know between and and the thing is I
00:11:38 00:11:43 don't even it's different for every
00:11:41 00:11:45 niche but just model what like whatever
00:11:43 00:11:46 other dropshippers are doing so for
00:11:45 00:11:49 instance here you can see they're
00:11:46 00:11:51 categorizing by like price shape color
00:11:49 00:11:53 so me I would probably just do buy price
00:11:51 00:11:54 because I'm not gonna have as many desks
00:11:53 00:11:57 in my store as them so I would just
00:11:54 00:11:59 model my collections of my Shopify store
00:11:57 00:12:02 just as they're doing alright
00:11:59 00:12:05 the hard part about hard high tiket
00:12:02 00:12:07 dropshipping guys is really just
00:12:05 00:12:08 reaching out a lot of people are scared
00:12:07 00:12:10 to pick up the phone they're a lot of
00:12:08 00:12:11 scared to contact via email and again
00:12:10 00:12:12 you got to pretend you're bigger than
00:12:11 00:12:14 you are be like hey you know what we
00:12:12 00:12:17 might or a multi-million dollar
00:12:14 00:12:18 ecommerce you know retailer we'd love to
00:12:17 00:12:20 have your products in our store blah
00:12:18 00:12:24 blah blah right you have to you got to
00:12:20 00:12:25 do that but yeah if you need some more
