Drop Shipping is dead. this is a phrase that I've heard countless times over the past few years. it has caught so much confusion and it's time for me to clear this out. selling things on the Internet isn't going away. what's popping YouTube? my name is Nathan Nazareth. welcome back to the channel. I've been doing e-commerce and drop spring for over three and a half years doing multiple seven figures in online sales, but, like I said, there's a whole host of problems doing things this way. the reason people have this common misconception About Drop Shipping is due to scammy looking websites, low product quality, long shipping times and all the other major hassles that you have to deal with when you're working directly through a product page on AliExpress to fulfill your orders. and one of the most important, if not the most important, things that I learned along my journey was to establish a private supplier right from the job. establishing a relationship with a private supplier has never been easier, yet people are still doing it in very, very incorrect ways, so I'm going to be clearing all that up and showing you guys exactly how to get a private supplier in this video to Jump Right In. AliExpress sucks, as a supplier. using AliExpress simply limits your growth and will not satisfy your customers. two main reasons why AliExpress fails to be good supplier is won the long shipping times and two, the poor product quality. customers just don't want to wait three to five weeks for their product to arrive at their house anymore. I don't blame them. we're in the era of Amazon Prime, where things are literally showing up the day. people order them now. not only will these long shipping times overcomplicate the process, causing you more money, since customers will constantly be emailing and you'll have to respond, taking your time or hiring somebody to respond to all these issues- but they'll refund orders along the way. they'll open chargeback requests, which will not only charge you fees, but they'll also hurt your payment processors, which means that they'll essentially start holding all the money in, which will really start to inhibit your scaling potential. another main issue about going through AliExpress is that there's pretty much no reliability. you're using this one product page and you'll be left never knowing if your orders went out on time, if the boxes were all damaged, if the products were broken, if the consumers actually received the product that they paid for. this is exactly why Drop Shipping gets a bad name. when I first started dropshipping, I ran into countless issues. on multiple occasions I found out the supplier actually shipped the product to the wrong address and when I would reach out to them about it, they would either deny it or not answer me altogether. punch you on the face- so bad right now. another common issue these suppliers will get you on is actually sending lower quality products to your consumers. they have little incentive to communicate with the people who buy from them, so, in other words, they're kind of just sending out whatever to your customers because they don't care. they've already made the money terrible business. now that I've gone over why AliExpress is just not sustainable in the long run and it's potentially holding back your business from getting to the next level, I think we should tok about some of the key benefits that come along with having a private supplier and why you literally need one right now. so, starting off with a private supplier, you can achieve shipping times much, much faster. in many cases, you can actually get two to five day shipping, which is typical for domestik suppliers, in other words, suppliers that hold your inventory in the United States, if that's where you're selling to, or in Europe or in Canada, and so on and so forth. another bonus of working with these private suppliers is usually the potential for white labeling, for custom packaging, logo, those and just creating an overall, more unique and branded customer experience. a private supplier would also be willing to negotiate with you for lower prices, for faster shipping, for cheaper shipping, depending on how many units you are actually selling. that way, the more successful that you become and the more volume you start pushing through the supplier, the more likely they are to reduce some of the costs per unit, thus increasing your profit margins over time. you're going to need it now. at this point, you're probably saying, okay, I'm sold, but how do I actually find these private suppliers to work with now? this can be a tricky task if you don't know where to look and there's lots of misinformation on it, and also many suppliers are reluctant to work with drop shippers, especially relatively inexperienced drop shippers that aren't pushing a lot of volume. however, there are a few crucial methods and things that you can do to increase your chances in working with a top tier supplier right off the bat. firstly, you can try reaching out to suppliers that specialize in a product that you're already selling. these suppliers are more likely to be familiar with the niche, the industry that you're selling my products in and you can immediately start toking with them and asking them questions, which makes you seem more experienced and makes you seem like you're already pushing units or you're ready to start selling thousands of these things. and remember they're going to get excited about that because they want to make money just as bad as you do. you can also try contacting some smaller suppliers. they might not be as reputable yet, but typically they'll be more flexible with their terms and willing to take on new partners, as they are trying to seek out as many new clients as possible because they're just getting their business going. also, if you urgently need private suppliers and you want to shortcut some of the time involved with actually going out there and finding a list yourself, you can click the first link down below, which will be an application link to my mentorship program inside of my education company. in here we have lists of vetted suppliers that I've worked with for years and built up amazing relationships with. on top of that, you'll be seeing a holistik picture into how I do Drop Shipping in 2022.. we only have a few spots left, so hurry down there and see if you can pick one. know now, when you're just starting Drop Shipping, it can be difficult to go straight into finding a private supplier. the easiest way for people just starting out is to actually go ahead and get their hands on an agent. an agent essentially works as a middleman and has experience working directly with all these different manufacturers and suppliers. this will save you a ton of money and hassle in the long run, because the agent will be able to get the best quotes for you for tons of different suppliers and they'll essentially do all that work that is really time consuming on your end. oftentimes, these agents, or even third-party platforms that do this service for you, will actually try to drop ship on top of that and add more additional costs along the way. so it is vital to speak with multiple agents and making sure you're not getting drop shipped or further ripped off along the process, if that makes sense now, when trying to find one of these agents, there are a few different websites, for example Alibaba, where you can start going and just messaging every single supplier, though more often than not, that's how you're going to find the actual suppliers and manufacturers. so my preference is to use Auto DS, which will actually connect you with an agent associated with the supplier themselves, or you can go to an agent directly, who will go to their suppliers and find you the best deal for your product. now, autods actually aims to be a full service automation dropshipping platform but, like I said, one of the best things about using the platform Auto DS is that they can easily integrate and connect you with some of their top suppliers and get you the best quotes. How to Place a Drop Ship Order on AliExpress 🔥 AliExpress Dropshipping Advice
hey guys. so today i wanted to show you how you can go ahead and place an order here on aliexpress for a drop ship order. it's actually really simple to do, and i'm going to show you how you can do this for free. you don't need any plugins to do this, although there are some tools you can pay for that will certainly make this process easier and automated- but i want to show you how you can do this, again for free, just using aliexpress. so once you go to aliexpress, you will you will want to create an account, if you haven't already done that, and then what you want to do is go ahead and find the item that a customer has, let's say, bought from you. so let's say, i found this hoodie- as an example here in anime hoodie- and let's say the customer who bought it from you- let's say they bought it for 30 dollars, and so it looks like you would have paid maybe seven, thirty, seven plus four, eighty. so you would have paid about twelve, thirteen, about thirteen dollars for this. so if you're selling it for, let's say, thirty, you're making fifteen, sixteen, seventeen dollars somewhere around there. so what you'll do is you'll first go ahead and find the hoodie, the right hoodie and the size that you want. so in this case we'll just say it's a medium and i got the color here and we're going to go ahead and add it to cart and says the item has been added to your shopping cart. then i'm going to go ahead and view shopping cart unless this customer had ordered more than one item. but again, for this example, we'll just pretend that this customer had just ordered one item. so this is going to be very similar to the process if you were ordering something from aliexpress for yourself. the difference is you're going to have it shipped to the customer and i'll show you how to do that next. so you'll go ahead and you see it here. you can double check on the shipping. so shipping is 480.. you can click on this little arrow here and see: is there another shipping option that's going to work better for you? so in this example we're going to want to stik with the four dollars and 80 cents. um, just because it's. you can see the price difference is quite a lot. so we're going to stik with that. i'm just going to click apply. but as you can see there there are other options and with other products- sometimes the other options. the price difference isn't so extreme, so we're going to leave it there just like that. and now i'm going to click buy from this seller and then we'll go to our next screen here. okay, so this is where you're going to want to um put your shipping information and what you'll want to do is add a new address, or you can select other addresses if you've, let's say, shipped to this customer before. so click add new address and then you're going to want to put in the and then you're going to want to put in the name of the customer. so i went ahead and filled out all the information here. now you're just going to click save and continue. you could set this as default if you want to make sure this is the address that comes up by default next time you place an order. but if this is a drop ship customer, odds are you won't want to have this checked. so i'm just going to click save and continue, and now it's going to go ahead and save this information here. so now it's showing. the shipping information will be your customers information. now your payment method. if you already have something saved, that's going to come up as well. you can change this if you need to, or if you don't have any information here. now, this is going to be your information, not the customer's information, and that's because the customer will have already paid you, so they would have paid you the 30 or 40 dollars for this hoodie. and now what you're doing is you're going to aliexpress and you're ordering this hoodie and having it shipped to them. now, one last thing you want to be sure and do is leave a message, and in the message you'll want to say: um, this, uh, is a drop shipped product, please don't include any pricing information. and so what this does is it lets the person from aliexpress know that you are drop shipping this product- you're not actually ordering it for yourself- and so they know that they need to not include the pricing of what you paid for the item, that they'll just show that this is the item that's being, you know, received, and not to include that pricing information that you paid, so that way it's more professional, and that the person who receives this doesn't show a receipt for seven dollars and they're thinking: wait a minute, i paid, you know, 30 or 40 dollars. what's going on here? so then what you'll do is you'll go ahead and place your order and you are good to go, and then at that point, you can then communicate with your customer, let them know the order has been placed, um, and that you can. you know, hopefully they'll expect to see it, whatever the shipping method was. here it said estimated delivery is on may 19th. you could certainly, uh, communicate that to your customer as well and say hopefully you'll see it by may 19th. if you have any questions, let me know. and, and what i might do is sometimes even, you know, say maybe may 25th or something like that, just to give yourself a few more days. so that's about all there is to it. as you can see, it's really easy to do. there's just a couple things. you want to make sure, again, you enter in your customers shipping information- and here i recommend including this bit of information as well, just to make sure it gives your customer a good experience. but this is how you can do this for free. you how you can basically drop ship, place a drop ship order on aliexpress without having to pay for any tools or plug-ins and so forth. so anyway, i hope this was helpful for you guys. if so, leave a thumbs up. i always appreciate that, and if you have any questions about this or the drop shipping questions, definitely let me know down in the comments below. but otherwise, thanks so much for watching. really appreciate your time and i'll see you in the next video.

Drop Shipping is changing, and it's changing fast. most people have heard about this business model, are well aware of its biggest Pitfall- slow shipping times- and that's why I literally don't recommend Drop Shipping off AliExpress in 2022. and, in fact, if you are still Drop Shipping off AliExpress, it's greatly limiting your growth. well, you already know, in today's video, I'm going to be giving you a few Alternatives, so you don't have to be that guy Drop Shipping with AliExpress. in today's landscape, most large e-commerce businesses try to aim for a two-day shipping experience, which beckons the question: how can drop shippers with 14 to 30 day shipping time compete with these large e-commerce brands? well, that's what most of the people in this industry have not figured out, but what most people don't know is that there's levels to drop shipping. AliExpress Drop Shipping is literally only the base of Drop Shipping. so I'm gonna go over methods that can give you fast shipping while all your Drop Shipping, actually improve the product quality and help you grow a profitable brand. because, at the end of the day- let's face it, guys- your product and your business is only ever going to be as successful as the value you're giving to your customer. so if right in the beginning, you are focusing on good shipping times, then it's going to greatly increase your chances of building a real company, which I know is a lot of people's value. who's watching this video? so let's go over the levels to drop shipping. level one is Aliexpress Drop Shipping. how level one drop shippers operate is by shipping products out directly using the AliExpress website link or some type of integration like oberlo. now, this is the absolute worst way to drop ship and that's why there's such a Negative stigma around Drop Shipping, because if you are using Level One Drop Shipping, chances are your shipping is going to take over 20 days just to get your customer. now the pros to this map method is it's very quick to Source A supplier to get that product to your customer and it literally acquires zero dollars to start. so that's why it's level one. it's the lowest barrier to entry- literally your four-year-old little brother or your grandma to go off AliExpress and do this. now, keep in mind: easy things are not always good. usually in business, if something's really easy, it means that there's pitfalls with that option and in this case, I just listed the cons, but I'm gonna be explaining another good option, which is level 2 Drop Shipping. this is gonna upgrade your entire experience: faster shipping, better products, better customer service with your supplier and, overall position you to get items delivered with about 10 to 14 day shipping, which literally cuts the AliExpress method in half. and then I'll go over the level three Drop Shipping method, which will help you get products, your customers, in two days. but let's not not get ahead of ourselves. level 2 Drop Shipping is personally where I think most drop shippers should try to stay, unless you're really trying to build that brand out and you have a unique product that you really want to invest that extra Capital into now. level two Drop Shipping is where you're working with someone called a private agent, or sometimes these could be called private suppliers. there's a few different names that are coined in this drop shipping industry. their job is to Source the product for you from different factories. so what they'll do is they'll reach out to 10 different factories, they'll try to price compare for your product and then they'll purchase the product, keep it in their warehouse and they'll do fulfillment for you. now I know this all sounds amazing, especially because the shipping time gets cut in half. now, the only con to this is it does require order volume. so what does that mean. obviously, these agents are taking on some type of liability and risk because they're purchasing your item from the, the supplier, so they have cash invested into that. so a lot of time these suppliers, they'll have to vet you to make sure- number one, you're doing substantial volume or, number two, you have a history with them and they know that you're a large Merchant who can potentially bring them a lot of business. and another thing with this method is the product price can drop substantially. now it depends who you work with, because there's middlemen who try to take higher margins and they're trying to basically do the same thing that you're doing: Drop Shipping the products. now you really don't want to work with these people who are Drop Shipping. you want to make sure that they're really in this line of business and they have their own Warehouse, because if you find these really legit suppliers, then they're going to be able to negotiate your price, help you get it cheaper. now the question is: how can you actually find an agent? let me be honest: finding a good Agent can be a tedious process. obviously, there's a lot of trust when you are working with these people based in China. you don't have a great relation relationship with them at the start. so you need to know reputable people, because if you're working with the wrong people in this business, it will literally wipe your company off the face of this planet. so, number one: you can generally find decent agents inside Facebook groups, but you're going to want to make sure you're properly vet them, because everyone, and their mother- tries to act like they are an agent inside these groups. so make sure you're vetting them out properly, and usually the really good ones are spread organically throughout this network in e-commerce. now, unfortunately, I can't give out my agents information because it would be too many people for them to vet, but what you can do if you need an agent right now is to click the link down in the description. you can book a call with my team and if you join our mentorship program, we actually connect you with the right people to help you with fulfillment. now, guys, now that you understand level 2- drop shipping- let me explain level three: Drop Shipping. this is the Pinnacle of Drop Shipping. this is where you can compete with the largest direct to Consumer Brands and really create amazing customer experience. now, in theory, this is the best method because you're going to have two-day shipping, but there definitely is cons to this method. this method is not as capital friendly. in level 2 and level one, you were able to manage fulfillment without investing upfront Capital, meaning that you didn't have to spend any money to start getting your order shipped. but this method is a little bit different. method three is where you're actually finding factories, suppliers who are manufacturing these items, and you're placing a bulk orders. now I know what you're thinking: how am I gonna get these products shipped out? it's actually a lot more simple than you think. there's companies out there called third-party fulfillment centers where you can get your items shipped directly to the third party fulfillment center. it's usually a really easy process and your suppliers can guide you because they know the shipping terms and once that product is at the third party fulfillment Warehouse, there are going to be able to ship your items, and why this is so advantageous is usually the items able to ship within a few hours after the customer placing the order and overall, I just think this gears you to create a real brand. now, another thing that's different about level Drop Shipping than level one and two is level three. you're actually going to be creating your purchase orders. in level one Drop Shipping. you would just go off AliExpress for the product. level two Drop Shipping: this supplier is going to source that product out for you. but level three Drop Shipping is where you go on websites like Alibaba and you're purchasing the items in bulk. so the purchasing process definitely changes here. but why this is still considered Drop Shipping is because once these items get in the third party fulfillment center, the process

how can i go with no experience whatsoever to get my first hundred dollars a day to two hundred dollars to seven hundred dollars a day so i can do things like, for example, travel around the world? um, not have to work for a boss that undervalues me and instead just do things that i love doing with people that i care about. and this is exactly what i would tell them. and that's step number one. before you understand what alibaba drop shipping is, which is like a new opportunity, you need to first understand what drop shipping is, and it's very simple because you know back in the day, to start a business, you would have to do it kind of like the opposite of drop shipping. you would have to have a product idea- awesome. then you would have to go ahead and find that product idea awesome. then you have to take your own money or borrow a huge amount of money from the bank or your family and you would spend thousands of dollars on these products and then you would have all these products and then you're like whoa, i can't sell any of these and you lost a bunch of money. that's literally the plotline of pursuit of happiness with will smith. like, have you ever seen that movie? like, what happened is, here's this one guy, will smith. in the movie he literally buys all these like medical trans, like microscope devices. right, he bought so many. he was like gonna get rich, but he couldn't sell it and because of that he lost a bunch of money. so all drop shipping is doing the opposite. you literally sell the product and only buy it after you've made a sale. i literally did this a lot when even i was a broke college student. i remember i was like selling things like, for example, this thing right here- you see this like backyard thing right here. look at this, 48 have been sold, right, the craziest thing about this: 48 have been sold at 614. but you could get the exact same product at walmart for 499. so this is just one use case of drop shipping, literally like copy and pasting this image on walmart, posting it onto ebay and wait for a sale. you didn't buy this thing on walmart yet. you just wait for sale. when you make a sale- look at this 614- go directly in your bank account. you then take the customer's shipping information and you buy it from the supplier at a lower cost, for 499. so, even though it's like a lot like- oh, i don't have 499 dollars, you're not spending your own money. you're only buying this after you've made us already made a sale and the money has been influxed into your bank account. does that make sense? and even just that alone? that's like what? 50 profit margins. he's making more than that on the back end because he's combining it with, like cashback sites and whatnot. but that alone, i mean 50 for 48 units old for just one product. that's the beauty of drop shipping, right in beauty bodies you could get started for like virtually very little risk and very little money in time. does that make sense? now you're probably wondering: well, what is alibaba drop shipping? well, all alibaba drop shipping is is just using sites like, for example, alibaba and aliexpress to be those suppliers. so like, for example, instead of using walmart, you use, for example, aliexpress and alibaba, and instead of using ebay, you use your own store, like, for example, on shopify, because you get to go ahead and get the email addresses which you could sell them more. so, right, and that's why we literally pivoted from the ebay method to the shopify method, because this was hosted on shopify and we were able to just do more sales with it that way, right? with that being said, you need to understand well what the heck is alibaba, what the hell is aliexpress. so alibaba is literally the biggest like e-commerce platform in china alone, and it's more for b2b, like business to business. so when i would sell, like, for example, grill mats and dog leashes and send them to amazon to go ahead and make money with that, i would literally go to alibaba and, for example, type in grill mats and i would literally strike a deal with these people from china to go ahead and make these grill mats for me. that i would literally buy like a hundred pieces- which is the minimum order quantity, as you can see- for like 18 to 20 cents and i would flip it over to amazon, for example, for, uh, like 20 bucks, right, so i'll get like a pretty healthy profit margin. but you're probably wondering: well, mike, that's the old way, isn't it? you're buying it first and then selling it. well, that includes why you know when you first get started. you can even use aliexpress, which is part of alibaba, but this is more like for b2c consumers, but they still give drop shipping prices. like: i can literally go and drop ship like grill mats directly from aliexpress. it might be a little bit more expensive, right, but you're still only dealing with like three dollars, 27 cents, 54 cents, so it's really not that big of a difference. many of which are probably the same supplier, even from alibaba. right, this is just for business to business. this is for business to consumers. but a lot of drop shippers that run facebook ads use aliexpress and that's the only difference. the next question people ask is: like: well, are these websites safe? well, there's multiple ways to make sure that you pick the safe ones, because, yeah, people do lose money because the supplier has garbage products or you know, the supplier is um. like. like you know, people take advantage of new platforms, especially if it's cross-country international relationships. that's why you want to make sure that you want to get vetted suppliers. so, for example, if you drop some directly from alibaba, you want to make sure that they have trade insurance, verified supplier, um as well as like one hour or less response time. if you just click on all of that alone, you're pretty much good to go right and then you can go ahead and communicate with them directly and you can find out how good they are communicating with aliexpress. it's really just um letting other people to figure out the best products for you and the best supplies for you and just you leverage them. like if i wanted to go and do grill mats, all i could do is just sort everything by orders, and i mean this one right here: 9 000 have already been sold, right, and? and the fact that 9 000 were already sold, that means that people know if this is a good supplier or not. so we can even see the reviews of the supplier. i mean, you can see how good this is. there's 30, there's 3 000 reviews, and the coolest thing about these reviews is they leave pictures of the product so you could see what actually people are getting when you're doing the drop.
