00:01:49 00:01:52 products and services right how do we
00:01:50 00:01:54 keep getting as much money and revenue
00:01:52 00:01:55 from our customers guys and what you
00:01:54 00:01:58 have to understand is your current
00:01:55 00:02:00 customers they're ten times easier to
00:01:58 00:02:01 sell to again then trying and getting
00:02:00 00:02:04 somebody off of a cold traffic or
00:02:01 00:02:06 anything like that so the first thing
00:02:04 00:02:10 you need to start focusing on is leads
00:02:06 00:02:13 right lead gen right lead gen guys

00:02:15 00:02:18 something on a shop buy store and just
00:02:16 00:02:19 driving traffic to it

00:02:21 00:02:26 like two years now like it doesn't work

00:02:26 00:02:29 leads right you have to be focusing on
00:02:28 00:02:31 using a sales funnel because at least
00:02:29 00:02:32 with a sales funnel right you're
00:02:31 00:02:35 collecting leads through your opt-in
00:02:32 00:02:38 pages right your two-step order form
00:02:35 00:02:39 right these are ways that you're going
00:02:38 00:02:42 to be collecting leads for your business
00:02:39 00:02:45 the second somebody comes in contact
00:02:42 00:02:46 with your business especially cold
00:02:45 00:02:48 traffic who has never heard from you
00:02:46 00:02:50 they don't trust you they don't like you
00:02:48 00:02:51 they have no idea who you are so why
00:02:50 00:02:54 should they pull out that credit card
00:02:51 00:02:55 and buy from you right this is important

00:03:12 00:03:18 can't build a business on completely

00:04:06 00:04:10 that lead right away from the two lead

00:04:10 00:04:16 opt-in okay second is conversion right
00:04:14 00:04:19 conversion right how do we take these
00:04:16 00:04:20 leads that we're collecting how do we
00:04:19 00:04:22 take these leads that we're collecting
00:04:20 00:04:24 and turn it into money how do we
00:04:22 00:04:26 actually turn that into paying customers

00:04:38 00:04:41 step and then we take the purchase on

00:04:45 00:04:49 just using a standard opt-in right they
00:04:47 00:04:52 just hit our order page after that right

00:05:14 00:05:18 the upsells because of continuity
00:05:16 00:05:20 because of down sells because of order
00:05:18 00:05:22 bumps on the quantity break discounts
00:05:20 00:05:24 all this stuff you're gonna make as much
00:05:22 00:05:26 money as you humanly possibly can inside
00:05:24 00:05:29 of your funnel right so how do we
00:05:26 00:05:30 actually nurture these leads well again
00:05:29 00:05:32 guys you're gonna have those people that
00:05:30 00:05:34 opt-in to your to sell order form or
00:05:32 00:05:35 your opt-in pages and they're gonna buy
00:05:34 00:05:37 from you immediately those are fantastik
00:05:35 00:05:39 but how do we nurture those that did it
00:05:37 00:05:41 well what guys it's like social media
00:05:39 00:05:43 write emails write email emailing your
00:05:41 00:05:45 list a couple times a week right you
00:05:43 00:05:47 should be emailing them helpful content
00:05:45 00:05:49 helpful information getting them to know
00:05:47 00:05:51 like and trust you it's critikal right
00:05:49 00:05:53 email them right a lot of people don't
00:05:51 00:05:54 email their list it's baffling every
00:05:53 00:05:56 time you don't email your list guys
00:05:54 00:05:58 you're not making money all right every
00:05:56 00:06:00 time you do email your list you're
00:05:58 00:06:02 making money okay you need to be
00:06:00 00:06:03 nurturing that list making offers and
00:06:02 00:06:06 sending them out to that email list okay

00:06:06 00:06:10 well we're very well here so they if
00:06:08 00:06:11 they opted in but then buy right you can
00:06:10 00:06:13 do abandoned car emails your daily
00:06:11 00:06:16 Seinfeld your broadcast dailies and all
00:06:13 00:06:18 that good stuff right social media right
00:06:16 00:06:19 you want to push these people to your
00:06:18 00:06:20 social media account so they can see
00:06:19 00:06:22 like hey look there's influencers
00:06:20 00:06:24 there's customers using our product
00:06:22 00:06:26 these products and services and ready to
00:06:24 00:06:28 make that customer feel like you know
00:06:26 00:06:30 what this company obviously has
00:06:28 00:06:31 customers the people are using and
00:06:30 00:06:34 they're getting the result from that
00:06:31 00:06:36 product let me now maybe go back and buy
00:06:34 00:06:37 from them right there's gonna be a lot
00:06:36 00:06:38 of those skeptikal people guys right
00:06:37 00:06:41 again like I said
00:06:38 00:06:43 can't just rely on impulse buyers
00:06:41 00:06:43 anymore to grow a business it's not
00:06:43 00:06:46 scalable
00:06:43 00:06:48 it is not scalable and I'm giving you
00:06:46 00:06:50 what I'm trying to make it as easy and
00:06:48 00:06:51 scalable as possible for you so we can
00:06:50 00:06:53 get those impulse buyers right away but
00:06:51 00:06:55 we can't forget about the people that
00:06:53 00:06:56 didn't buy the first time and I love a
00:06:55 00:06:57 solution did you ever once unless have
00:06:56 00:07:00 you bought something from a Facebook ad
00:06:57 00:07:01 like probably never but you're expecting
00:07:00 00:07:03 your customer to and you can't do that
00:07:01 00:07:05 guys you can't think like that okay when
00:07:03 00:07:07 you think like that you're losing out
00:07:05 00:07:09 literally like 50% your sales of the
00:07:07 00:07:11 people that didn't just needed more
00:07:09 00:07:12 information about your company right
00:07:11 00:07:14 because they weren't comfortable enough
00:07:12 00:07:15 to pull out other their credit card
00:07:14 00:07:18 information right away and it's probably
00:07:15 00:07:20 actually higher than 50% and the third
00:07:18 00:07:24 thing that you need to start focusing on
00:07:20 00:07:27 is retention right retention now what is
00:07:24 00:07:29 retention while retention is the like
00:07:27 00:07:32 making sure that these conversions that
00:07:29 00:07:33 you do get right when you go and think
00:07:32 00:07:35 of this it's like literally a funnel
00:07:33 00:07:37 right lead turns into a conversion and
00:07:35 00:07:39 then how we do we retain this customer
00:07:37 00:07:40 for life how do we get this customer to
00:07:39 00:07:43 buy from us over and over and over again
00:07:40 00:07:44 now again I like keeping it simple my
00:07:43 00:07:48 favorite form of retention is
00:07:44 00:07:50 subscription right continuity right now
00:07:48 00:07:51 subscription if you don't know what it
00:07:50 00:07:54 is it's kind of like barkbox Dollar
00:07:51 00:07:56 Shave Club Beachbody I mean anything
00:07:54 00:07:58 where your customer pays you on a
00:07:56 00:08:00 monthly basis and you provide products
00:07:58 00:08:01 or services it could be information it
00:08:00 00:08:03 could be access to a Facebook group it
00:08:01 00:08:05 could be physical products in the mail
00:08:03 00:08:06 every month it depends on what your
00:08:05 00:08:08 niche is you have to understand your
00:08:06 00:08:09 niche right cuz if you don't understand
00:08:08 00:08:10 your niche you're not gonna you're not
00:08:09 00:08:12 gonna be able to provide them value on
00:08:10 00:08:14 that subscription okay this is exactly
00:08:12 00:08:16 why I always tell you guys you got to be
00:08:14 00:08:18 niche down you can't win generally you
00:08:16 00:08:20 can't win generally it's it's physically
00:08:18 00:08:22 impossible you got to start niche down
00:08:20 00:08:25 first then you start broadening your
00:08:22 00:08:26 appeal okay but the three key concepts
00:08:25 00:08:28 guys that I guys really want you to
00:08:26 00:08:30 focus on and take away from this video

00:08:30 00:08:33 lead gen collecting those leads for your
00:08:32 00:08:35 business right you're gonna have impulse
