| 00:01:33 | 00:01:38 | require all that advertising and that's |
| 00:01:35 | 00:01:40 | when I found a BAE and specifically eBay |
| 00:01:38 | 00:01:42 | dropshipping because I live in New York |
| 00:01:40 | 00:01:44 | City I have about a 500 square foot |
| 00:01:42 | 00:01:48 | apartment there's nowhere to put any |
| 00:01:44 | 00:01:50 | inventory any boxes so if I need to do |
| 00:01:48 | 00:01:52 | something to sell online I couldn't hold |
| 00:01:50 | 00:01:54 | any inventory and drop shipping the |
| 00:01:52 | 00:01:57 | model you don't hold any of that |

| 00:02:39 | 00:02:45 | outdated so I was following to a tee but |

| 00:02:45 | 00:02:51 | wouldn't work in 2017 and especially not |
| 00:02:47 | 00:02:53 | 2018 and through the summer I started to |
| 00:02:51 | 00:02:55 | discover what was wrong with it and what |

| 00:02:55 | 00:02:59 | eBay just kind of figured it out on my |

| 00:03:39 | 00:03:44 | easy to get started with it because all |
| 00:03:42 | 00:03:46 | I'm doing is going up to other web sites |
| 00:03:44 | 00:03:48 | like Walmart finding an item that I want |
| 00:03:46 | 00:03:50 | to sell on eBay copying and pasting |
| 00:03:48 | 00:03:53 | everything including the pictures and |
| 00:03:50 | 00:03:55 | the item description into eBay and once |
| 00:03:53 | 00:03:58 | it's in there and it sells then I go on |
| 00:03:55 | 00:03:59 | that same website on Walmart buy it and |
| 00:03:58 | 00:04:02 | then ship it to the customer so it's |
| 00:03:59 | 00:04:05 | pretty easy to get started with it so in |
| 00:04:02 | 00:04:07 | the past you know because it was so easy |
| 00:04:05 | 00:04:09 | more people started doing it so it's a |
| 00:04:07 | 00:04:12 | bit more competition so it's no longer |
| 00:04:09 | 00:04:14 | the case that you can just sell anything |
| 00:04:12 | 00:04:16 | you got to really find the right items |
| 00:04:14 | 00:04:18 | to list you don't want to be wasting |
| 00:04:16 | 00:04:20 | time or space in your store listing |
| 00:04:18 | 00:04:22 | items that are never gonna sell so |
| 00:04:20 | 00:04:25 | that's a big difference is the product |

| 00:05:14 | 00:05:19 | price and then based on a formula that I |
| 00:05:16 | 00:05:22 | set up beforehand in the settings of DSM |

| 00:05:22 | 00:05:27 | it covers all the eBay PayPal fees and |
| 00:05:24 | 00:05:30 | so that I also make a profit on the item |

| 00:07:17 | 00:07:20 | don't want to give them access to my |
| 00:07:18 | 00:07:23 | credit card information or you know my |
| 00:07:20 | 00:07:25 | bank that's awesome so how many |
| 00:07:23 | 00:07:26 | assistants do you have at the moment if |
| 00:07:25 | 00:07:29 | you don't mind me asking you said yeah |
| 00:07:26 | 00:07:31 | just a couple yeah you know six or seven |

| 00:07:31 | 00:07:39 | tell run that business it's a bit much |
| 00:07:37 | 00:07:41 | and I don't need that money but what |
| 00:07:39 | 00:07:44 | happened was when I started out the |
| 00:07:41 | 00:07:48 | business I was afraid that if I would |
| 00:07:44 | 00:07:51 | hire virtual assistant and trained them |
| 00:07:48 | 00:07:53 | then or would not show up for work one |
| 00:07:51 | 00:07:56 | day I wanted to build a redundancy in |
| 00:07:53 | 00:07:59 | the system so that I wouldn't have to |
| 00:07:56 | 00:08:01 | worry about that so much as it turns out |

| 00:08:01 | 00:08:05 | contractors tiknically they're |
| 00:08:03 | 00:08:07 | incredible excellent so they show up for |
| 00:08:05 | 00:08:09 | work every day they never missed work |
| 00:08:07 | 00:08:12 | they never safe when they are sick they |
| 00:08:09 | 00:08:13 | should work anyway on Christmas I said |
| 00:08:12 | 00:08:16 | we're gonna make a day off I mean told |
| 00:08:13 | 00:08:22 | me no he wanted to work on Christmas |
