- Pop up ads can be really annoying, but there are ways to get rid of them without using any extra apps.
- In this video, I'll show you the step-by-step process to remove pop up ads from your Android phone.
- By following these simple steps, you can enjoy a pop-up ad-free experience on your mobile device.
Steps to remove pop up ads:
1. Close pop up ads: There are three types of pop up ads, and you can simply close them by clicking on the cross button that appears at the top corner of the ad.
2. Open Google settings: Go to your phone's settings and find the Google settings. In older mobiles, you may need to go to the accounts section and then click on the Google accounts. In the latest mobiles, you can directly go to the settings and click on Google.
3. Disable ads personalization: In the Google settings, click on the Add section and turn off the option for ads personalization. Also, make sure to disable the option for enabling debug logging ads.
4. Manage your Google account: Go back to the Google account settings and click on Manage your Google Account. Open the data and personalization option and scroll down to the ads personalization. Untick the option and turn off the ad personalization option in the window.
5. Visit your online choices: In the same window, click on Add, and it will prompt you to visit your online choices. If you encounter an error, simply press the Try Again button. It will start scanning all the companies showing ads on your mobile phone.
6. Opt out of all companies: Scroll down and press Continue to get a list of companies. At the top right side, you have the option to select all. Click on it and select all the companies. Then, go to the end of the page and click on the Opt out of all button. Wait for the completion.
7. Chrome browser settings: After completing the previous step, go to the home page and open the Chrome browser. In the site settings, click on Pop-ups and redirects and turn this option off. Then, go back and click on the Ads option and turn it off as well.
By following these steps, you can significantly reduce the number of pop-up ads on your Android mobile phone. However, please note that you may still encounter a few ads as not all companies can be blocked. Nonetheless, this method will help you have a more ad-free experience on your device. How to stop ads on android Phone in 3 Minutes
Hey guys, today's video is all about how to remove those annoying pop-up ads from your Android phone. These ads can be a real hassle, but I'm here to show you how to get rid of them for good. So let's dive right in!
First off, there are two sources of these ads that we need to address. The first is from Google, which are the normal ads that you can't completely stop, but you can definitely reduce their number. The second source is due to some kind of virus that you may have accidentally installed on your phone. Don't worry, I'll provide solutions for both scenarios in this video.
But before we get started, make sure to like and share this video, and don't forget to subscribe to my channel. If you want to show some extra support, a separate thanks would be greatly appreciated. Okay, let's get into it!
To stop Google ads, first, open your mobile settings. Scroll down until you find the Google option. If you can't locate it, you can simply use the search function. Once you're in the Google settings, open the ad section. In my case, there's an option called opt-out personalization or something similar. If you see that on your device, simply turn the option off and also reset your advertising ID.
Now, go back and press manage your Google account. Go to data and privacy and find the add personalization settings. These are all the categories of ads that appear on your screen. You can remove them one by one. Keep in mind that you may not see many categories at first because we just reset our advertisement ID. But there are always more out there that can be added to this list. So simply turn off the ad personalization option.
Next, open your Chrome browser and go to settings. Scroll down until you find site settings and open it. Then, open cookies and set the option to block third-party cookies. After that, go back and scroll down until you see the ad section. Make sure to turn off this option if it's already on.
Great! Now that we've solved the problem of Google ads, let's move on to dealing with any viruses that may be causing those annoying pop-ups.
Go to your settings and find the apps section or manage applications. If you're having trouble, make sure to hide the system apps. From there, find the app without a name or logo and simply uninstall it. This should solve your problem.
If you're still experiencing ads after uninstalling the mysterious app, the final solution is to reset your mobile phone. This may seem like a drastic measure, but it can easily solve the issue. Just make sure to create a backup of your data before doing so.
Alternatively, you can try another trick before resorting to a full reset. I've included a link in the description or at the end screen of this video that shows you how to remove ads using DNS. Give it a try!
And that's it! If you found this video helpful, please subscribe to my channel and show your support. Once again, thanks for watching!
