00:03:44	00:03:46	out there is called like an emergency

00:03:46	00:03:51	months of your you know salary or
00:03:49	00:03:52	expenses and a bank account don't do
00:03:51	00:03:54	anything with it
00:03:52	00:03:56	me personally again this just works for

00:03:56	00:03:59	months in my 9-1-1 fund

00:04:58	00:05:01	bunch of different flavors out there

00:05:01	00:05:04	trigger on it very important to work
00:05:03	00:05:05	with somebody that understands the

00:05:05	00:05:09	but a whole term life insurance policy
00:05:07	00:05:10	allows you to contribute money to it
00:05:09	00:05:12	each and every single
00:05:10	00:05:13	month while at the same time that money
00:05:12	00:05:15	is compounded
00:05:13	00:05:17	compounding at a four percent interest
00:05:15	00:05:19	rate plus dividends
00:05:17	00:05:20	on a yearly basis so your money here is

00:05:20	00:05:24	as well and this is guaranteed as well

00:05:48	00:05:51	you know 4k or whatever it comes out to

00:10:14	00:10:18	splurge on some nice designer clothes we
00:10:16	00:10:19	might go to a nice mansion we might rent

00:10:19	00:10:23	we do fun things eat at the best places
00:10:21	00:10:24	stay at the nicest hotels
00:10:23	00:10:26	right and guys i'll be honest with you
00:10:24	00:10:28	if you actually think people are paying

00:10:28	00:10:31	you're not you haven't opened your mind
00:10:29	00:10:32	again i get it because most people don't
00:10:31	00:10:34	learn about this stuff

00:11:06	00:11:10	very very good qualified credit cards to
00:11:08	00:11:11	generate these points even if you're
00:11:10	00:11:13	somebody that's working full time right
00:11:11	00:11:14	now there's no reason that you shouldn't
00:11:13	00:11:15	be using a credit card that is giving
00:11:14	00:11:16	you free money
00:11:15	00:11:18	you know there's not a lot of things
00:11:16	00:11:19	you'll come across in this life that

00:11:19	00:11:22	free money it's just they're handing it
00:11:21	00:11:25	to you on a plate like
00:11:22	00:11:26	credit cards and making sure to leverage

00:11:33	00:11:36	i love the points that get accumulated

00:11:40	00:11:43	however we're also going to be toking
00:11:41	00:11:44	about the personal credit cards as well
00:11:43	00:11:45	and the best personal credit cards to
00:11:44	00:11:47	use
00:11:45	00:11:50	because typically the american express
00:11:47	00:11:52	cards aren't really good for personal
00:11:50	00:11:53	use okay however there's a ton of good
00:11:52	00:11:55	credit cards out there that if you're
00:11:53	00:11:57	just you know working full-time
00:11:55	00:11:58	and you're you can't get some of these
00:11:57	00:11:59	business cards
00:11:58	00:12:01	that you're going to be able to take
00:11:59	00:12:02	advantage of to still get these points
00:12:01	00:12:03	so how do they work well there's a lot
00:12:02	00:12:04	of different rules for these points so

00:12:04	00:12:10	you know just to use an example of a you
00:12:07	00:12:12	know a recent trip that we had here in
00:12:10	00:12:14	philadelphia right i was able to book
00:12:12	00:12:16	the penthouse
00:12:14	00:12:17	at the four seasons here in philadelphia
00:12:16	00:12:19	it's it's an absolutely beautiful
00:12:17	00:12:20	beautiful hotel one of probably the
00:12:19	00:12:22	nicest hotels i've ever stayed in and
00:12:20	00:12:23	being able to have that amazing view is
00:12:22	00:12:25	fantastik but i
00:12:23	00:12:27	was able to pay that bill because of my
00:12:25	00:12:28	credit card points so essentially every
00:12:27	00:12:31	dollar that you spend
00:12:28	00:12:33	right you gain a point right now these

00:12:33	00:12:36	credit card bill
00:12:34	00:12:37	or they can be redeemed for rewards now

00:16:41	00:16:43	salary that they're paying for

00:16:43	00:16:47	has to pay with income tax and you have

00:16:47	00:16:50	dude they're not doing that what they're
00:16:48	00:16:52	doing is just like what i showed you
00:16:50	00:16:54	right they're using the lamborghini as
00:16:52	00:16:55	an asset for their business for you know
00:16:54	00:16:57	let's say if we wanted to buy a
00:16:55	00:16:58	lamborghini for this channel we could do

00:16:58	00:17:02	and we can say it's an asset because
