I Bought And Tested 3 Stores On Fiverr... Here's What Happened - Shopify Dropshipping

hey guys what's going on in this video,we're doing something that no one has,ever done and that's,ordering stores from fiverr all right,all right a lot of people have done it,but no one has tested like three of them,in the same video so that's what i'm,doing but yeah without further ado,let's go straight into the video alright,so in order for us to order a store from,fiverr we'll at least first have to find,the product so,i'm gonna go on a few really really,tough hours and search for some products,i'll show you them and then we'll go,over to the stores maybe the ads first i,don't know we'll see and uh yeah that's,pretty much it i guess that means i got,some work to do so see you,soon i guess,[Music],many hours later okay so after scrolling,cj drop shipping not drop us by this,time usually i would search on drop a,spy but,you know for building like stores on,fiverr it doesn't really matter too much,if you guys want to use droppers by link,in the description it's really good but,yeah so i'm on cj and i found three,products that we're gonna be testing,and having the stores built for so the,first one is an electric like head,massager that's also,led and stuff i haven't seen this,product before it looks really,interesting i kind of feel like i should,have seen it by now but i haven't so i,think this one's actually got some,really good potential because it's,pretty cheap it's like i don't know,we're getting one for,nine dollars like less than ten dollars,i guess we can sell one for like 35,30 minimum so we got a nice mark up,there uh the second product,i've seen a lot of times is this like,straight hair comb,comb i don't know um yeah we're getting,one for like,13. so yeah not too expensive pretty,decent i feel like it could sell so yeah,let's give it a go,and the final one i've seen like similar,products i've never seen this exact,design it's like,an eyelid massager or something like,that it's supposed to make you look,younger people love looking younger i,guess,yo guys it's me from the future i just,wanted to show you guys one of the,stores that i've been working on with a,client right so he came to me with a,product doing like 300,a day uh on april the 8th and we,partnered up and we managed to scale it,to 1k a day,in less than like 10 days and then we,took it to 2.4k,and we kind of had like a down date then,we scaled it up all the way,up to 4.5 k and then it was doing like,really good 4.5 k again,and then we kind of had to scale down,because of like facebook issues and,stuff but it's still done like one to 2k,a day pretty profitably and this is the,main campaign in facebook so as you can,see,it's done 117 000 in revenue and we've,only spent like thirty eight thousand,dollars in ads so the ros is like,3.09 so if any of you guys are aliexpress,so i can do this so if you guys don't,know there's a tool called saturation,inspector and it's,so good so it's in the chrome web store,so check them out i'll have a link in,the description as well,but yeah it basically tells you like how,many other stores are selling your,product and this product,seems to be like very untapped it's only,managed to find like two stores selling,this exact same product and the really,cool thing is like it gives you the link,to the store,so you can click on the link and it,takes you to the product page and then,you can see if it's horrible if it's,good,and if it's good you can like copy some,of it so it's really awesome for,descriptions too if you're like not,creative like me then,you can come in steal a bit from this,guy a bit from this guy and make your,own description so all right so for the,other product it only found one store,selling it so we did pretty good we,found some unsaturated products and then,the final one's probably going to be a,bit more saturated because i've seen it,a few times,but yeah let's see and all right it's,pumping up,12 stores all right so only 12 stores,sell on this one which is not too much,so i think we should be safe it's we're,not selling two sacher products this,site is like i don't know which language,this is this is something arabic i think,if you guys want to check out saturation,inspector,link in the description and yeah so you,know we have the products now for time's,sake,i'm going to be ordering the ads before,ordering the stores just because we're,going to be waiting at least like a day,or two for the stores maybe even more so,if i order the ads after that then we're,going to be running even more so so i'm,just going to order the ads beforehand,and then we'll order the,stores i guess and uh yeah that should,be it then we're going to be ready to go,so,we're going with top notch ads if you,guys want to use top notch ads as well,i'll have my affiliate all right now that i've placed the,order i'm just gonna fill out the,like product submission forms so this is,gonna take a few minutes see you guys,once i'm finished,all right so after a decent amount of,time i finally submitted all the forms,so i guess now we can finally go to,fiverr and find some gigs,maybe order some stores and yeah see how,they turn out so let's go there all,right so we're on fiverr and let's,search for like,shopify store and let's see what comes,up um,all right 426 euros that's a bit,expensive for one store,18 wow 1700 euros dude that's like,2 000 or something yeah let's scroll a,bit and let's see if we can find,something that's like,not incredibly expensive and looks good,actually but yeah i'll scroll through,and i'll update you guys once i found,something so yeah let's see,a few inches later okay so i think i've,found the first,actual like listing it did take a while,like there are a lot of bad ones but,this one's got,1400 reviews i think this is like the,best reviewed,like the highest number of reviews,listing i've found it's a level two,seller which means they've completed at,least 50 orders on time with a minimum,4.7 rating if someone's new to fiverr um,yeah that's what it means,and uh yeah two orders in queue uh the,packages it's like 70 bucks,110 bucks so yeah it's not that big of a,price,difference but you get like 10 more,products one more page and you get like,responsive designs so,yeah premium is just standard with more,like products and stuff so i don't know,it's probably good as well but let's,just stik the standard because i'm,buying like three stores and yeah so,i'm gonna be ordering from this one now,we gotta find like two more that we're,gonna be using so,see you guys soon a few moments later,all right so i think i found like the,second person we're gonna be buying from,so the basic package is only,35 bucks which is like super cheap yeah,you get like three pages 10 products,right 10 products is really good um but,it's not like responsive design,stuff like that so i'm not sure what,that means but you know i feel like it,should be better so,standard is only 70 bucks so it's not,that bad at all and you get 20 Easiest Way To Start Dropshipping From Scratch (Exactly What I Did)

trying to start a dropshipping store can,be overwhelming with so many different,steps and strategies it's hard to even,know where to start so in this video i'm,going to share my exact strategy for,starting a new drop shipping store from,scratch and in the last couple months,i've built a new store with this,strategy and that store has already done,close to 900 000,in sales so if i had to start over today,this is exactly what i would do if,you're new here my name is jordan and,i'm currently documenting the entire,process of growing my online business,with as much transparency as possible so,that i can lead by example and help you,start your own online business this year,so if you're interested in starting your,own online store and you want to follow,my journey make sure to subscribe for,new videos every single friday all right,let's get started firstly i want to show,you some live results that i'm getting,with this exact strategy so it's around,halfway through the day and i've already,generated around 3 800 in sales on this,store the profit margin is pretty good,as well i've done almost fifteen hundred,dollars in profit which is almost a,forty percent profit margin and if we,take a look at yesterday's stats you can,see i sold around sixty seven hundred,dollars and made around eighteen hundred,dollars in profit i just wanted to prove,to you that this is working right now so,you know it's worth your time to watch,this whole video so there are four main,things that go into building a,successful drop shipping store the first,one is your product the second one is,your store the third is your marketing,and how you get customers and the fourth,is running your business and shipping,out your orders now i'm gonna break down,each of these one by one as simple as,possible so let's get started with,products so without a winning product,it's pretty much impossible to have,success with drop shipping thankfully,there are a ton of products out there,that you can sell every single week new,winning products pop up so the,opportunities are always fresh there's,really only three things that i look for,when determining if a product is a,winning product the first thing is if,the product has been recently trending,on facebook and instagram what i mean by,trending is that there is a ad that is,getting a ton of views shares comments,and likes and people are going crazy for,the product this is a great sign that,you can make money off of this product,because people are already interested in,it as long as you do something a little,bit better than the person that's,already selling it you can swoop right,in compete with them and make money,selling that same product this is,exactly what i've done for every single,one of my winning products and it's,worked time and time again the next,thing i look for is mass appeal my,favorite type of products are the ones,that can be sold to the masses i don't,love the extremely narrowed down,products that only apply to a small set,of people yes they will buy the product,but if we ever want to scale and build,something big we need something that we,can sell to almost everybody it's okay,if it's a little narrow like it's only,for women or it's only for men but the,broader the better the last thing i look,for is good profit margins what i,consider to be good profit margins is,being able to sell the product for three,times the cost it takes to ship it out,to the customer so if the product costs,you around 10 to send it to your,customer you want to be able to sell it,for at least 30 and that's pretty much,all i look for in a winning product let,me show you a live example of exactly,what i'm toking about okay so this,product is an absolute banger basically,it is a garden privacy fence that you,set up in your backyard as you can see,this product was launched on march 8th,of this year and they've already got,over 70 000 likes on this post if you,check out the comments people are going,crazy for this they love it they really,enjoy the product but the people that,are selling it aren't doing a good job,and if we look at their video it's not,really that good and then if we go to,their website it's the same thing it's,really not that good this product has,great profit margins as well you can see,that it cost around four dollars on the,low end to ship to a customer and,they're selling it for anywhere from,1999 all the way up to almost a hundred,dollars per sale so if you came in and,made a slightly better video a slightly,better website you could clean up off of,this product and make a ton of money so,like i said that product is an absolute,banger and a perfect example of a,winning product now how do you find,these products the tried and true method,that i've been using for years is simply,just looking on your facebook and,instagram feed every single day you're,going to get targeted with ads for drop,shipping products eventually and every,time you get targeted with one of these,ads you need to show facebook that,you're interested so you want to go to,the ad you want to like you want to,comment you want to go to the website,you want to click add to cart and show,facebook that you're trying to buy stuff,like this so they will start,recommending you more products and your,feed is just going to become the best,product research tool that you have,that's my favorite method but i also,created a tool that automates this,process so if you want to check that out,click the link down below alright so,step number one is finding a product,that fits this criteria so once you've,got that product now you've got to build,a store now there are a couple different,types of stores that you could build you,could build a general store which is a,store that has a bunch of random,products all around it you could build a,one product store which is a store that,only focuses on selling one main product,or you can build a hybrid store which is,what i recommend building a hybrid store,combines the benefit of a one product,store and a general store with a general,store you have freedom to test a bunch,of products and with a one product store,you're limited but you're gonna have a,higher conversion rate and people are,gonna trust you much more than a general,store with a hybrid store you're,creating the same branded feel that a,one product store would have but with,the freedom to test a bunch of products,i think it's better if i just show you,an example so this is a sample store,that i created that would actually be,perfect for the product i just showed,you the store is called flora flow as,you can see it's pretty much focused,entirely on home and garden based,products it has a nice branded design it,has a good logo it's easy to browse and,shop around and overall it feels like a,trustworthy site i recently made a video,on exactly how i built this store so,after you watch this one feel free to,check that out the one tip i will give,in this video is to model your store off,of what's already working this is not,some brand new design i came up with i,just put my own little twist on what was,already working you don't have to,reinvent the wheel you just have to take,what's working and add a little bit of,your own sauce to it so i would advise,taking your product building a store,like this and filling it up with,products that are similar to the one,you're selling here's another really,good example of a hybrid store this one,is called arctik shirt and as you can,see they sell a bunch of home decor,products as well they have the moon lamp,this kitchen set they have bedding they,have all types of products but the store,is really nice branded and feels,extremely trustworthy in my opinion this,is the best approach for beginners so,give it a try next up you need to get,some traffic and customers to your,website personally my favorite method,for starting with a new store is,facebook ads it does cost a little bit,of money to run ads on facebook so i,recommend that you have at least a,couple hundred dollars

I Tried Making Money With A Pre-Built Shopify Store (Scam?)

from,e-commerce i've always thought it,sounded a little bit too good to be true,so today i'm going to be buying one of,these stores,launching some facebook ads and seeing,if we can make some money with it,all to answer one question are pre-built,shopify stores worth your money,let's find out if you're new here my,name is jordan and i'm currently,documenting the entire journey of,growing my then we're gonna buy our store a few,moments later,all right i was just listening to some,music on youtube and i finally got the,ad that i was looking for for my boy,mikey cass he's giving away eight of,these pre-built shopify stores so i want,to get it,before it's too late quick shout out to,mikey as well i i've known this kid for,a while so no hate,in this video or anything like that the,store is actually only 17,and it comes with 32 products 180,paid theme honestly it looks like a,pretty good deal to me i'm about to put,in my credit card information,and i'll let you guys know what happens,after we got them,let's go my store is purchased so i'll,let you guys know when my store is,finished and we'll take a look at what,we got,yes sir i just got the notification that,my pre-built store is ready to go,so i got my laptop loaded up here and,we're gonna go ahead and take a look,also i gotta say the story came pretty,quickly it took less than 12 hours to,get delivered to me so,i'm curious to see what we're gonna get,so to keep this challenge as authentik,as possible,i think it's only right that we try to,pick one product from the store and,launch it on facebook ads,i mean after all this is the exact,template and products that generated him,over a hundred thousand dollars,a month so it's gotta work a little bit,right,all right the pre-built store is ready,to go i got my email,the store is called shop dash reload may,not entirely sure what that means but i,hope that the story looks good,basically i just have to go through and,create a staff account real quick so let,me set that up,just accepted the invite i have no idea,what to expect i didn't add,any specifications i'm just getting what,he delivered,so i'm excited let's get a quick,drumroll real quick before we look at,this store,let's see what we've got okay okay,it's not not that bad actually it's a,general store we have a couple different,categories we got a bunch of products,already uploaded it's quite random in,the sense of how it's,laid out there's no real branding the,categories are very much,scattered around but in terms of a blank,template it's it's not a bad starting,point so honestly for,17 bucks it's not half bad and it has a,bunch of products preloaded into there,let's see if there's any apps added for,us so yeah we have a few apps,ready to go i mean hey if you're just,starting out this is not a bad point to,begin at,my biggest complaint with this store and,my biggest fear,about making money with it is the fact,that it is,so broad it's super general and,it's gonna be really hard to get a good,conversion rate on a store like this,the only way to really make a lot of,money with a general store,like this is to have a banger product to,be honest with you so far,none of these products stand out to me,but i'm gonna do a quick scan,and try to find at least one product,that i think is worth promoting,to try to make money with this store,after looking through,every product uploaded on this store i,don't really see that much potential,with any of them,to be fair if you bought a store like,this you could just upload your own,products,and use the design template that they,provided but i think the whole point of,selling a pre-built store,especially to a beginner who's never,made money with shopify,is that it's all ready to go ready to,run ads,and make money with so out of all the,products i like the led safety flares,the best,i think this product is easy to market,it's already proven to sell online,and the product page that they made is,not half bad and to keep the challenge,legit i'm not even going to make a,single change to this product page,as much as i want to change the images,add some reviews,get rid of this i want to test this,store 100,as is to see if we can generate some,sales with it to launch this product i'm,going to need a video ad for facebook,i'm going to take some time tonight,i'm going to cook up a fire ad and then,tomorrow i'm gonna launch this,product live with you then we're gonna,look at the results and see if we made,any money,with this store see you tomorrow,i just finished cooking up this video ad,and i think it came out pretty decent,now this only took me about 30 minutes,to do so this is not some steven,spielberg level content,but let's take a look at it,so after that i just show that it's used,by law enforcement to add some trust to,the product,i show the features and the benefits of,this specific version of the product and,then i just give a call to action saying,get yours to keep you and your family,safe,this exact video layout is the same one,that has generated me millions in sales,on my e-commerce journey,so if you're looking to advertise a,product this is exactly how i would do,it now i'm gonna take this ad,and launch a hundred dollar a day,facebook testing campaign,and i'll jump back on once that is all,set up,[Music],i just finished launching the ads for,this product so let's take a look,so i just did a simple 100 a day testing,campaign,i chose some really broad interest with,the big four countries this is just a,good way to gauge if people are somewhat,interested in a product and validate its,potential then for the ad,i simply took the video i created i came,up with an attention grabbing copy and,then i just threw the link to the store,in the ad so these ads are sitting in,review right now across our fingers that,it gets approved and i'll update you,once we get some results,poison is the wind that blows from the,north and south,and east it's officially been a full day,of running ads and i have some results,to share,in total i spent about 92 dollars to,make back a whopping amount of,zero dollars unfortunately we couldn't,get any sales with the pre-built store,let's look at this situation and see,what went wrong if we look at the stats,of the video and how it's performing,you'll actually see that this thing's,kind of busting,busting i mean it has a two percent ctr,which on a product test is above average,and shows that people,are interested in this product in total,we had 104 people visit the website,and only four of those people added to,cart so what this shows me very clearly,is this people want to buy the product,but they're losing trust when they make,it to the website the video ads sold,them on the product but by the time they,made it to the website,something fell off and they lost,interest and this was my number one,concern,in the first place so i think at this,point just so i don't go broke i'm gonna,go ahead and shut off the ads,and on that note i think we can call it,a wrap on this challenge,to answer the question that we started,this video with i don't really think a,pre-built store is worth it what i,recommend,is learning the skills to design and,make a beautiful website on your own,not only is this going to allow you to,create a unique website that nobody else,has,but it truly unlocks a door for you to,have a career with e-commerce,it's no different than somebody trying,to sell you a fitness or diet plan,that's going to get you ripped,sure it might feel like it's helping you,a little bit but the only thing that's,really going to get you those results is,showing up in the gym and putting

and,apply filters right so we chose three,category three categories so now we see,our options that are listed here,additional filters that we could choose,are things like selling price you know,how much are we buying this store for,which is pretty important and that's up,to you it's personal how much you want,to invest in a pre-made shopify store,the range over here really goes from,500,up to you know a hundred thousand,dollars plus also something that you,could set is the average monthly revenue,this is the average monthly revenue of,the existing store so you could choose a,store that on average is already making,15 000 plus in sales this is probably,going to be more expensive but again,it's all up to you and what's in your,budget so let's apply those filters,what you can see is,for the store you can see the average,revenue the average profit and their,inventory value so that's usually what,you're going to see on all these,listings not only that if you're not,feeling like you're getting enough,information here you could actually,personally contact the seller of the,store and ask them any more questions,see over here you've got contact seller,you can ask them any more questions that,you have about the store,and really feel comfortable before you,make this purchase once the purchase is,complete the migration team at exchange,transfers the ownership of the business,to the new buyer which would be you so,both the buyer will get a notification,via email that the transfer is complete,but if you have any more complications,with this new store you're not used to,it you don't know how to go about the,store settings you can always contact,exchanges customer support they're,available 24 7. so the second website i,wanted to show you guys for 21 days so what i did on day one of,this challenge is i went to try and find,a fiver freelancer that can find me,winning drop shipping products and this,is probably the most important part of,the process because if you don't have a,good product then you're probably not,gonna sell anything so as you guys can,see on my computer screen i'm on five,and you can see i've searched for drop,shipping winning products and i did,filter the search down by seller details,and i made the seller details with top,rated seller level two seller and the,actual language english now what does,this mean on fiverr as a freelancer,seller you can range from level one,level two and top rated and this is,based on your reviews and your feedback,on what fiverr thinks of your gig so i,only wanted to go for the premium option,and actually to be honest with you i,actually went for the option that fiverr,recommended and there's something called,fiverr choice and this is the one that,fiverr would recommend that you choose,and throughout this whole challenge i,went for the fiverr choice when,filtering down by those options there's,loads of different gigs offering to find,you winning products so take a look at,this one i will find you a winning,product for your drop shipping or amazon,business they've got 4.9 star reviews,and it's based on a thousand people and,the gig starting at around about 40,dollars so if we take a look at the,description of this gig you can see,they're saying you're winning product i,will provide a niche product with a high,demand on low competition for your,amazon or shopify drop shipping business,you might be asking how can you be sure,that he can provide a winning product,that can do more than ten thousand,dollars a month reasons i do my research,based on numbers of statistiks none of,my results decisions are made by emotion,and gut feelings i do detailed analysis,with results that will be well thought,out through my research includes a,detailed depth of report about 20 pages,product choice based on analysis,competitor analysis industry analysis,determination on market volume trend,forecast potential revenue list of,substantial supplies and 50 high,relevant keywords now that is some,substantial information that they're,saying so you're paying for them to do,all of this work so to be honest with,you that does sound quite impressive now,if we look to the right hand side,there's three different packages basic,standard and premium so the basic one,offers you a product to success one,product worth five thousand dollars a,month and this is all based on data if,you look at the standard package you're,going to be getting one product list up,to ten thousand dollars a month if we go,the premium package you're getting one,product worth twenty thousand dollars on,so i'm guessing he knows that the,product's making 20 000 so i reckon he's,coming up with these numbers because the,product is actually generating 20 000 a,month in revenue i don't know how he's,working this out so this is the official,gig that i've ordered from fiverr for my,product research for my drop shipping,store and unfortunately this isn't the,same gig that i showed you before open,that he sent me and you can see he's,actually given me six products and the,reason why he gave me six products is,because one of the products didn't come,with a facebook video ad so he actually,gave me an extra product for free which,was quite nice so these are the,different products and he sent me the,aliexpress urls the facebook video ads,and the store competitors so these are,the in contact with the,seller of this business sitting and you,can sign what we call an nda,which is the non-disclosure agreement,which,shows to the seller that you're not,going to disclose,any of the information that you use and,you're not going to compete as well if,you sign an,nca which is a non-competitive game,agreement that you're not going to,compete with,this business so it's really important,for people to protect the business that,they're selling in case,they don't sell it or to protect the,person that does become the new owner of,the business so they don't have,a bunch of copycats out there competing,with the business they've just bought,so i think it's a very very fair thing,and normally the businesses that are,private listings are going to be the,more genuine businesses that are for,sale and i say,normally but and main reason is because,people that are just trying to sell a,business that,create too many barriers if they're just,selling some cheap,flabby business that's not really,getting any,sales so let's go through and we won't,be able to use these listings because we,won't be able to look at the url and,much information,but let's look at two businesses the,first one i want to look at is,cheaper loop okay so let's look at,cheaplu and,let me show you what i think about this,business and we'll,come to a sort of conclusion on why this,business is either good or bad,so here we go i look at the business,price okay so they want fifteen thousand,dollars for the business,and it's making 53 000 in revenue per,month,average sessions okay that's cool but,what i look at this is the average,revenue and then i look at the average,profit,and they make about an average net,profit of fifteen thousand dollars,eight hundred per month and my question,my alarm bell or red flag is that,if they make 15 000 800 per month,why they selling it for less than a,month's profit it mustn't be a very,valuable business if that's the case,and so sometimes you can have people,here on shopify exchange,having these numbers look really really,good and they're just,trying to sell something that's not very,valuable so that's a that's a red flag,for me an alarm that i need to be,looking into,so what you i suggest you do is you go,away and get access to,viewers access to the shopify account to,verify these figures,also you want to be checking their ad,account to verify how much they're,spending on,advertising because the difference is,and this may be stok but,i dares are they spending a lot of money,on ad ads so,we scroll through and they say it's a,drop shipping business,and the reason for selling they can just,make that up what's involved in run the,business,this is a real business hard work and,discipline i'm most important,okay i don't know if it is a real,business,you don't need to explain that so that's,another funny thing that i find,and then i read here you have to create,ads and manage them on facebook,ads each and every day find new,marketing angles create new creatives,you can create new content every day,and then you know to refresh what,potential customers see,you will have to fulfill the orders and,so these are from aliexpress okay,aliexpress is a drop shipper,from china and normally the products,from,aliexpress are not very good quality so,even if this business was legit i'd be,questioning it,because i wouldn't want to buy a,business that was selling,you know non-quality products and also,aliexpress takes a long time to ship,from you know say if you're selling in,the us,which i dare say this business probably,is or even to australia or any other,country it can take a long time to ship,from china to the your home country or,where the purchases are,so that can create a lot of headaches,with customer service,so 35 profit margin on those they're,making about,you know 1300 on sales okay,so if they're making 1300 sales what i'd,like to do is like,if their revenue is 53 000 right so i'm,going to do this,on my little calculator here,if i do 53 611,divided by 1300 that means they're,making about 41 dollars per sale so let,me go away and look at their,their actual business here okay so they,got two only two products,they're selling this and and it's gonna,have to be in english this is a,french site so i dare say it takes a,long time to send these,from china to france and it's,30 i think it's 30 pounds so that could,end up being an average order of,say 40 so that could make sense i guess,but what i'd be doing really is,i'd be really questioning why they're,going to try and sell this business for,you know one month's net profit then i,like to scroll down,and look at some more information you,can see that there was nothing this,business was nothing until it hit,november,and then they just built it up over the,over the december and january period and,you can see it's not really going very,far,i'd be wanting to look at more,up-to-date financials for this as well,and they're spending fifteen thousand,dollars on facebook ads,so that's crazy isn't it they're,spending fifteen thousand dollars on,facebook ads so the risk is if you,buy this business you've got fifteen,thousand,two hundred and thirty almost 240,dollars,per month to spend just to be making,the uh fifteen thousand dollars no so,i'd be there i'd be considering this and,what i suggest you do is go away and,look at the health of the email list as,well,okay so they're going to tell you that,it has the funny thing wit
