00:00:33 00:00:37 led things on a very very different
00:00:35 00:00:39 angle and because of this a lot of the
00:00:37 00:00:41 specific rules which are associated with
00:00:39 00:00:43 Chinese suppliers and specifically
00:00:41 00:00:45 Chinese airlines coming to the United
00:00:43 00:00:46 States have changed one of the biggest
00:00:45 00:00:48 change is that the President of the
00:00:46 00:00:50 United States has again made it so that
00:00:48 00:00:53 airplanes coming from China to the
00:00:50 00:00:55 United States are now at a minimum which
00:00:53 00:00:56 means specific products and packages

00:01:53 00:01:57 shipping from eBay or Amazon you need a
00:01:55 00:01:59 different kind of business you need some
00:01:57 00:02:00 different documents and you just need to
00:01:59 00:02:02 do something differently and that is far
00:02:00 00:02:05 from the truth and you'll understand why
00:02:02 00:02:06 by the end of this video but for product
00:02:05 00:02:09 research when it comes to specifically
00:02:06 00:02:11 eBay and Amazon I still use the same
00:02:09 00:02:13 exact specific strategies which I
00:02:11 00:02:13 mentioned in my other videos so I'm not
00:02:13 00:02:15 gonna really go
00:02:13 00:02:16 in depth into the research methods
00:02:15 00:02:18 because they're the same but I'll tell
00:02:16 00:02:21 you that I use specifically Aliexpress
00:02:18 00:02:23 to do product research i use facebook i
00:02:21 00:02:25 also use amazon and ebay itself and what
00:02:23 00:02:27 i'm basically trying to do is i'm trying
00:02:25 00:02:29 to find those specific products which i
00:02:27 00:02:31 can then sell on maybe Facebook ads or
00:02:29 00:02:33 Google Ads add a profit and I'll be
00:02:31 00:02:35 toking about exactly what I identify as
00:02:33 00:02:36 a winning product as from eBay and
00:02:35 00:02:38 Amazon but just understand that really
00:02:36 00:02:40 it doesn't matter what website you use
00:02:38 00:02:42 as long as the product has demand on
00:02:40 00:02:44 Facebook or Google Ads but you can also
00:02:42 00:02:46 use product research software as well
00:02:44 00:02:48 and here are the specific things which
00:02:46 00:02:50 I'm kind of looking at within these
00:02:48 00:02:51 products to make sure that I can't sell
00:02:50 00:02:53 them profitably and I can actually even
00:02:51 00:02:54 sell them in the first place and the
00:02:53 00:02:57 first one is that I make sure the
00:02:54 00:02:58 product is over $20 minimum profit
00:02:57 00:03:00 margins now you may be thinking that if
00:02:58 00:03:02 you drop ship from eBay or Amazon this
00:03:00 00:03:04 is gonna be super difficult and that is
00:03:02 00:03:06 again actually far from the truth I want
00:03:04 00:03:07 to go ahead and take you guys over to a
00:03:06 00:03:09 specific product I have on my screen
00:03:07 00:03:11 right now and the product is a crochet
00:03:09 00:03:12 set over here as you can see this is
00:03:11 00:03:14 just a game that people can play in
00:03:12 00:03:15 their backyard and when I'm recording
00:03:14 00:03:18 this video in June and this product has
00:03:15 00:03:19 very very high demand but as you guys
00:03:18 00:03:22 can see on Aliexpress one of the
00:03:19 00:03:23 suppliers is selling this specific set
00:03:22 00:03:25 for about 22 dollars which is not that
00:03:23 00:03:29 expensive but if we look at the shipping
00:03:25 00:03:31 cost we can see that around $73 at this
00:03:29 00:03:32 moment and worst of all if you look at
00:03:31 00:03:34 the estimate of delivery it's on July
00:03:32 00:03:36 8th and I'm recording this video on June
00:03:34 00:03:38 1st so as you can see this is very very
00:03:36 00:03:41 expensive sure there's other options
00:03:38 00:03:42 available like UPS Express saver Alex
00:03:41 00:03:44 where's premium shipping but even then
00:03:42 00:03:46 those are very very expensive and you
00:03:44 00:03:48 may want to just stay away from them now
00:03:46 00:03:49 if we were planning on selling a product
00:03:48 00:03:51 like this and we really didn't want to
00:03:49 00:03:53 use Aliexpress because overall the
00:03:51 00:03:55 shipping times and just the shipping
00:03:53 00:03:57 prices are too high and just kind of
00:03:55 00:03:59 unreliable as a whole so in that case
00:03:57 00:04:01 you would want to maybe try selling this
00:03:59 00:04:03 product on eBay or Amazon so if we go on
00:04:01 00:04:04 Amazon and look at a very very similar
00:04:03 00:04:06 product we can see that there is
00:04:04 00:04:07 something very very similar to what we
00:04:06 00:04:09 saw on Aliexpress it's basically the
00:04:07 00:04:11 same thing just with the specific seller
00:04:09 00:04:13 that looks like a real brand but if we
00:04:11 00:04:15 look at the price it's currently 60
00:04:13 00:04:17 $4.99 and if you go back on all the
00:04:15 00:04:18 Express and look at the pricing we can
00:04:17 00:04:21 see that with Aliexpress standard
00:04:18 00:04:23 shipping it's already over 60 $4.99 and
00:04:21 00:04:25 if we want it to sell from Aliexpress it
00:04:23 00:04:27 would be very very expensive even with
00:04:25 00:04:27 the UPS Express saver and Alex for
00:04:27 00:04:30 supreme
00:04:27 00:04:32 shipping with $30 as the minimum 30 plus
00:04:30 00:04:35 22 is around $52 and then if you add in
00:04:32 00:04:37 tax it could be anywhere between $55
00:04:35 00:04:39 even maybe up to $60 depending on where
00:04:37 00:04:41 you were shipping it so for maybe just
00:04:39 00:04:44 five to ten dollars extra you're able to
00:04:41 00:04:46 get that same exact product on Amazon
00:04:44 00:04:48 with Amazon Prime meaning two days
00:04:46 00:04:49 shipping so as you guys can already see
00:04:48 00:04:51 a product like this even though you're
00:04:49 00:04:54 playing just a little bit extra maybe
00:04:51 00:04:56 not even a lot extra at all has a much
00:04:54 00:04:58 better opportunity for you long term
00:04:56 00:05:00 compared to just selling the same exact
00:04:58 00:05:02 product from Aliexpress and again as I
00:05:00 00:05:04 mentioned already shipping prices are
00:05:02 00:05:06 changing heavily just because of what's
00:05:04 00:05:07 going on in the world and because of the
00:05:06 00:05:09 new rules that constantly are coming
00:05:07 00:05:11 into play so a product like this would
00:05:09 00:05:13 not be a good choice to sell from
00:05:11 00:05:15 Aliexpress simply because again this is
00:05:13 00:05:16 a time constraint product meaning a lot
00:05:15 00:05:18 of people could find more use for this
00:05:16 00:05:20 in the summer times when they can
00:05:18 00:05:22 actually go out and enjoy playing this
00:05:20 00:05:23 game rather than maybe in the wintertime
00:05:22 00:05:25 when this product could potentially
00:05:23 00:05:27 arrive if again there's more problems
00:05:25 00:05:29 with shipping so this is just one
00:05:27 00:05:31 example of a product which Q can't tell
00:05:29 00:05:33 and a very very good profit and to just
00:05:31 00:05:35 show you guys how this product would do
00:05:33 00:05:36 on Google specifically if you go on
00:05:35 00:05:38 Google Ads I have pulled up this
00:05:36 00:05:40 specific product here with the main
00:05:38 00:05:43 keyword crochet set and if we look at
00:05:40 00:05:46 the prices they vary from 5495 all day
00:05:43 00:05:48 up to $249 so as you can see you can
00:05:46 00:05:50 sell anywhere in between these prizes
00:05:48 00:05:53 you're not limited to just matching the
00:05:50 00:05:55 lowest price which is $49.99 again if
00:05:53 00:05:56 you want more info on Google ads and how
00:05:55 00:05:58 to sell via Google ads go ahead and
00:05:56 00:06:00 check out the video on my channel I have
00:05:58 00:06:02 a ton of videos on Google ads but
00:06:00 00:06:04 nonetheless this product can do really
00:06:02 00:06:06 really well especially with Google Ads
00:06:04 00:06:08 just because of the overall variety of
00:06:06 00:06:11 prices there are for the product and as
00:06:08 00:06:14 you can see even over here $130 even up
00:06:11 00:06:16 to $450 so if you just plan on sourcing
00:06:14 00:06:18 it for $65 and maybe sell it for even
00:06:16 00:06:20 $99 that's a good 30 dollars and above
00:06:18 00:06:22 profit margin for you and that matches
00:06:20 00:06:23 our criteria which I have laid out but
00:06:22 00:06:25 in addition to that you want to make
00:06:23 00:06:28 sure that there's a large stok
00:06:25 00:06:29 availability on eBay and Amazon one of
00:06:28 00:06:31 the biggest issues I've found from drop
00:06:29 00:06:33 shipping on it from eBay and Amazon is
00:06:31 00:06:34 that a lot of these sellers one day they
00:06:33 00:06:37 have a lot of stok but then a lot of
00:06:34 00:06:39 people shop on Amazon and eBay and
00:06:37 00:06:41 because of that overnight their stok
00:06:39 00:06:42 can go from 100 to zero so you were
00:06:41 00:06:44 wanna make sure that they have more than
00:06:42 00:06:46 a hundred pieces maybe even more than a
00:06:44 00:06:48 thousand pieces available in stok so
00:06:46 00:06:50 that you don't have any problem sourcing
00:06:48 00:06:52 it later on if you do sell this product
00:06:50 00:06:53 maybe 10 days 20 days later one thing I
00:06:52 00:06:55 also like to see is that I'd like to
00:06:53 00:06:57 make sure there's multiple sellers on
00:06:55 00:06:59 eBay or Amazon for this giving a product
00:06:57 00:07:02 so again it's very simple to do this is
00:06:59 00:07:04 going Amazon or Ebay and simply type in
00:07:02 00:07:05 the main keyword for that product I
00:07:04 00:07:07 would repeat the same strategy both on
00:07:05 00:07:09 Amazon and eBay and make sure that the
00:07:07 00:07:11 product that these multiple sellers are
00:07:09 00:07:13 selling it's actually very very similar
00:07:11 00:07:15 maybe even the same thing so in case one
00:07:13 00:07:17 supplier goes out of stok you can
00:07:15 00:07:19 simply order from another supplier so
00:07:17 00:07:21 that's a huge advantage when it comes to
00:07:19 00:07:22 selling from eBay and Amazon but in
00:07:21 00:07:24 addition to that you want to make sure
00:07:22 00:07:26 that the product is actually lightweight
00:07:24 00:07:28 and not too big and not too heavy again
00:07:26 00:07:29 this is simply because a lot of the
00:07:28 00:07:31 shipping companies are having more
00:07:29 00:07:34 difficulty shipping out the heavy and
00:07:31 00:07:35 big items as of right now and because of
00:07:34 00:07:37 this are prioritizing lightweight
00:07:35 00:07:39 products so if you really want to go out
00:07:37 00:07:41 and find products for Amazon and eBay
00:07:39 00:07:42 maybe stik to the lightweight products
00:07:41 00:07:44 but I would highly stay away from
00:07:42 00:07:46 selling stuff like refrigerators or
00:07:44 00:07:48 water heaters or mattresses or stuff
00:07:46 00:07:51 like that which can be a bit of a hassle
00:07:48 00:07:53 to ship and especially cost you more in
00:07:51 00:07:55 shipping cost but in addition to that
00:07:53 00:07:57 you want to make sure that there's a lot
00:07:55 00:07:59 of high quality images available on
00:07:57 00:08:01 Amazon or Ebay for that given product as
00:07:59 00:08:03 you guys can see for this specific
00:08:01 00:08:05 Amazon seller there's a lot of different
00:08:03 00:08:07 high quality images available and the
00:08:05 00:08:09 beauty about this specific supplier is
00:08:07 00:08:11 that there's no branded names directly
00:08:09 00:08:13 on the product or the images because one
00:08:11 00:08:15 problem you will often come upon when
00:08:13 00:08:17 selling from amazon or ebay is that a
00:08:15 00:08:19 lot of the products maybe the packaging
00:08:17 00:08:21 or maybe the product itself has the
00:08:19 00:08:23 brand name of the store itself so that
00:08:21 00:08:24 can kind of cause problems in the future
00:08:23 00:08:25 but usually I like to stik to products
00:08:24 00:08:27 which don't really have any type of
00:08:25 00:08:29 branding on them like this specific
00:08:27 00:08:32 product right here there's no source of
00:08:29 00:08:34 branding available on the package itself
00:08:32 00:08:36 as well as the product itself so that's
00:08:34 00:08:37 a good sign but those are the specific
00:08:36 00:08:39 criteria which I'm actually kind of
00:08:37 00:08:41 looking at when I'm doing product
00:08:39 00:08:42 research from Amazon and eBay and if it
00:08:41 00:08:45 does match all of these specific
00:08:42 00:08:46 criteria or Ally's a majority of it
00:08:45 00:08:48 especially number one over here
00:08:46 00:08:50 then I can go on to the next step and
00:08:48 00:08:52 that next step is basically trying to
00:08:50 00:08:54 identify whether this product could be a
00:08:52 00:08:54 potential winning product or not and
00:08:54 00:08:55 there
00:08:54 00:08:57 again several things you can be looking
00:08:55 00:08:59 at when it comes to specifically Google
00:08:57 00:09:01 Ads some of the key things which I
00:08:59 00:09:02 always mention in a lot of my videos is
00:09:01 00:09:06 that the search volume monthly search
00:09:02 00:09:08 volume should be over 20,000 to 25,000
00:09:06 00:09:10 in case for Amazon and eBay I highly
00:09:08 00:09:11 recommend you stik to the 25,000 or
00:09:10 00:09:13 more monthly search volume and this
00:09:11 00:09:15 simply means that all of the keywords
00:09:13 00:09:17 that you find for any given product
00:09:15 00:09:19 equal 25,000 or more but in addition to
00:09:17 00:09:21 that make sure there's less than five to
00:09:19 00:09:23 seven dropshippers selling that product
00:09:21 00:09:26 on Google ads for example if you go to
00:09:23 00:09:27 back to this example right here we can
00:09:26 00:09:28 see that there's not too many
00:09:27 00:09:30 dropshippers here in fact I don't really
00:09:28 00:09:32 see any drop shipper here there's only
00:09:30 00:09:34 big brands like l.l.bean
00:09:32 00:09:36 Dick's Sporting Goods etc so that's a
00:09:34 00:09:38 very good sign not only does this make
00:09:36 00:09:39 it easier for us to sell our products
00:09:38 00:09:41 but it also makes sure that we don't
00:09:39 00:09:42 start any price wars with our
00:09:41 00:09:44 competition and end up just basically
00:09:42 00:09:46 killing out the product so that's really
00:09:44 00:09:48 important that you look at the drop
00:09:46 00:09:49 shipping competitors weren't trying to
00:09:48 00:09:51 sell on Google but in addition to that
00:09:49 00:09:54 you want to make sure that you can find
00:09:51 00:09:55 more than three to five SEO keywords for
00:09:54 00:09:57 that product anything below maybe three
00:09:55 00:09:59 and you're just running on a very very
00:09:57 00:10:02 thin line simply because you need to be
00:09:59 00:10:04 able to repeat these SEO keywords within
00:10:02 00:10:06 your descriptions so that you can tell
00:10:04 00:10:07 Google that hey Google this is exactly
00:10:06 00:10:10 what I'm selling and that's the main job
00:10:07 00:10:11 of these SEO keywords but if you can
00:10:10 00:10:13 kind of identify those specific winning
00:10:11 00:10:14 products which match all these criteria
00:10:13 00:10:17 and believe me there's a lot that you
00:10:14 00:10:19 can dropship from Amazon or Ebay which
00:10:17 00:10:20 match these criteria then you can
00:10:19 00:10:22 definitely list that product on your
00:10:20 00:10:24 store but before I tok about listing
00:10:22 00:10:26 the product importing it etc let's tok
00:10:24 00:10:27 about Facebook Ads and exactly what you
00:10:26 00:10:29 should be looking at when it comes to
00:10:27 00:10:32 specifically Facebook ads and winning
00:10:29 00:10:34 products there so for Facebook ads the
00:10:32 00:10:35 strategy again is very very similar try
00:10:34 00:10:37 to find those useful product with
00:10:35 00:10:40 multiple benefits maybe the product and
00:10:37 00:10:41 help improve life in some sway because
00:10:40 00:10:43 people from Facebook are just basically
00:10:41 00:10:44 scrolling through their Facebook
00:10:43 00:10:47 newsfeed they're not really the buying
00:10:44 00:10:48 intent audience you just randomly pop up
00:10:47 00:10:50 in front of them so you really need to
00:10:48 00:10:53 be able to showcase a product which can
00:10:50 00:10:55 maybe help them or improve their life or
00:10:53 00:10:57 make life fun and better for them in
00:10:55 00:10:58 some way but in addition to having a
00:10:57 00:11:00 good product you need to make sure that
00:10:58 00:11:03 there's actually a targetable audience
00:11:00 00:11:04 on facebook for that given a product you
00:11:03 00:11:05 want to make sure that there's multiple
00:11:04 00:11:07 interests available for that product
00:11:05 00:11:09 because again like with Google if you
00:11:07 00:11:11 have one or two interests it's really
00:11:09 00:11:13 gonna be hard to test that product let
00:11:11 00:11:14 alone scale it so you need to be able to
00:11:13 00:11:16 find multiple different interests maybe
00:11:14 00:11:18 you can find specific interest within
00:11:16 00:11:20 the community pages related to the
00:11:18 00:11:23 specific niche the product is in or
00:11:20 00:11:25 celebrities within that niche etc and
00:11:23 00:11:26 just may still go from there but one
00:11:25 00:11:29 thing I recommend that you definitely do
00:11:26 00:11:31 from 2020 and onwards it stik to those
00:11:29 00:11:32 audience sizes with five million or more
00:11:31 00:11:34 because anything lower than that and
00:11:32 00:11:36 Facebook doesn't really have enough data
00:11:34 00:11:37 to be optimizing and trying to reach the
00:11:36 00:11:40 right audience so I highly recommend
00:11:37 00:11:41 five million and more but now that we've
00:11:40 00:11:43 covered the basics of advertising the
00:11:41 00:11:45 product let's tok about the next most
00:11:43 00:11:47 important thing and that is actually
00:11:45 00:11:49 importing the product onto your store
00:11:47 00:11:51 because a lot of people have trouble
00:11:49 00:11:53 with thing importing the product from
00:11:51 00:11:55 Amazon or Ebay onto the store they don't
00:11:53 00:11:56 really know how to do it and this kind
00:11:55 00:11:58 of stops them from drop shipping from
00:11:56 00:12:00 eBay and Amazon well let me tell you
00:11:58 00:12:02 that those process to do this it's very
00:12:00 00:12:04 very simple and it does actually require
00:12:02 00:12:05 a Barlow or drop a fight so what you
00:12:04 00:12:07 want to be doing this you want to be
00:12:05 00:12:09 using over low or drop a file to import
00:12:07 00:12:11 a filler product and I'll be showing you
00:12:09 00:12:13 guys what I mean by this very very
00:12:11 00:12:14 shortly but once you have imported the
00:12:13 00:12:17 filler product from a barrel or drop
00:12:14 00:12:19 apart then import the reviews for that
00:12:17 00:12:21 product or a similar product from
00:12:19 00:12:22 Aliexpress directly you don't have to
00:12:21 00:12:24 worry about importing reviews from
00:12:22 00:12:26 Amazon so what exactly do I mean by a
00:12:24 00:12:28 filler product for example if I wanted
00:12:26 00:12:30 to drop ship this product from Amazon
00:12:28 00:12:32 onto my Shopify store instead of
00:12:30 00:12:34 directly importing this product I would
00:12:32 00:12:36 go in Ober lo and I would import this
00:12:34 00:12:38 product right here meaning I would get
00:12:36 00:12:39 the image for this specific product I
00:12:38 00:12:41 would get the pricing for this Pacifica
00:12:39 00:12:43 product and maybe even the description
00:12:41 00:12:45 for this product so then once I have
00:12:43 00:12:47 this import it onto my Shopify store
00:12:45 00:12:49 what I would do is I would then go on to
00:12:47 00:12:51 the Amazon listing and then copy and
00:12:49 00:12:54 paste all of the images I have heater
00:12:51 00:12:55 onto the Shopify product listing and
00:12:54 00:12:57 delete all of the product images that I
00:12:55 00:12:59 had previously that were from the
00:12:57 00:13:01 Aliexpress listing so now tiknically I
00:12:59 00:13:03 have all of the images from this
00:13:01 00:13:05 specific listing directly from Amazon in
00:13:03 00:13:07 addition I want to make sure that my
00:13:05 00:13:08 description is very very similar to what
00:13:07 00:13:10 you written out over here meaning I
00:13:08 00:13:12 would tok about the specifications of
00:13:10 00:13:14 the product here rather than toking
00:13:12 00:13:15 about it from this specific description
00:13:14 00:13:17 right here again that simply because
00:13:15 00:13:19 we're gonna be selling the product from
00:13:17 00:13:20 Amazon and not Aliexpress so once you
00:13:19 00:13:21 have done this in the products
