how to find the best drop shipping suppliers for your ecommerce business. now, do not mind my voice in this video because i'm running a little bit of a cold. no, it's not covered- i've already been through that- but that will not stop me from sharing with you how to find the best dropshipping suppliers for your drop shipping business, with the best shipping times and the best products for your target audience. we'll be going over all of that and more in this video, so stay tuned. quick intro and let's go. welcome back. i'm lyron from autods, the content manager, and in this video, you're going to learn about how to find the best drop shipping suppliers for your ecommerce business. now, once again, i am running a little bit of a cold during this recording, so i will try to keep it brief, but, of course, i will not leave out any juicy info that you need to know. so let's get started one sec before that. if you haven't done so yet, subscribe to our youtube channel to always stay updated on all of the latest and all of the hottest topics that are coming out in the world of dropshipping. that being said, like and share this video if you appreciate the value, so let's jump right into it. how do we find the best dropshipping suppliers for our ecommerce business? of course, for those of you who are not aware yet, dropshipping is simply a business model where you can fulfill orders. you can have your own online store and sell anything that you want without actually holding them in stok. as soon as you get an order, you fulfill them by simply going to your suppliers website and purchasing the product and shipping it directly to your end customer. but with all of this, of course, we need high quality dropshipping suppliers where we can actually list their products and sell them on our online store, and we're also going to need a selling channel like ebay, shopify, wix, facebook marketplace and there's many others where you can actually host your online business. but the most important thing here- which is why you are watching this video- is how can we actually find the best suppliers and why is it important to have a good, high quality drop shipping supplier? well, for one, you're going to want to have a large product base. you don't only want to put all of your eggs in one basket and leave all of your work to one drop shipping supplier. if that drop shipping supplier ever lets you down, then you won't have anyone else to work with, and now your business will be in trouble. so we do not want to have a single point of failure, which is what we will have when we're only working with one supplier. so it's always a good idea to diversify and work with anywhere around three drop shipping suppliers at the same time, and that way, if one ever causes any problems- like chinese holidays and now they won't be here for two weeks- so then you're gonna go to your us suppliers or maybe just any other shipping delivery info- maybe they have some bad quality products which let some of your customers down, so you want to move over to someone else. there are many reasons why you'd want to switch and shift between different drop shipping suppliers until you learn which ones are best for your business. so let's get into it. what are some of the things that make a good drop shipping supplier? before you begin your search, you want to look for these features and benefits through your suppliers. so first, we want to make sure that we have fast shipping times, and this, of course, is very, very important, because you want to be able to deliver your products really quickly to your audiences. nobody today wants to wait two weeks, three weeks or anything above that to get their product as soon as someone places an order, they want to have it as soon as possible. if someone placed an order today, they want to have it delivered by yesterday, and that is the now in demand era that we live in, and there's nothing wrong with that because there are many high quality suppliers where we can actually get fast shipping from them. so, to provide the best customer service, to give our customers a very good experience through our stores, to make them remember our stores and remember our brand and come back for repeat purchases, we're going to deliver fast shipping times and that is what we're going to get when we're using high quality drop shipping suppliers who can also drop ship from into the same region that we are targeting. so, for example, if you want to drop ship to the uk audience, then you want to find uk suppliers that store their products in uk warehouses so you can ship quickly domestikally- and that goes also for any other region. so, fast shipping times. the second thing you want to look out for is high quality products. we don't want to sell a low quality products. we don't want our customers opening up returns every other item that we ship out and if we sell low quality products, if we don't even take a look at what we're selling, then we are going to get those returns and we will be dealing with customers who are not very happy with the quality of our products. so another great benefit that we're going to get from working with high quality suppliers is that we will have high quality products and we'll have a way to check the quality of the products without having to order it or have any physical contact with the product itself. the next thing you want to look out for in a drop shipping supplier is competitive prices. now there are a lot of suppliers out there and millions of products, and some of those products can be found through some of those drop shipping suppliers. the same exact product at different price ranges. so that is why you always want to go with the supplier who has the most competitive price point for that product, and that is another thing that we need to look out for when choosing our dropshipping supplier. for example, you can take a look at products on aliexpress and then find them on amazon at more expensive prices, and the reason for that is because that seller from aliexpress, or maybe a different seller, bought stok from that seller from aliexpress or alibaba or anywhere else, and they shipped it to amazon's warehouses, so that seller on amazon now needs to make a profit on top of what he bought it from- on aliexpress or alibaba or anywhere else, meaning the price on amazon is now going to be higher than where he bought it from, and you can use both of these suppliers as examples for those that you can work with in your drop shipping business. so in this case, you can ship the more expensive product from amazon from us warehouses or ship the cheaper version from aliexpress or alibaba, but it comes from china and it will take longer. we're going to get into all of that really soon. don't get confused yet. i'm just throwing in quick examples. next is product reviews, and this goes with high quality products, because these suppliers that we're going to be looking out for they have product reviews for their products on their website. so this gives you an early understanding or some type of insight on the quality of this product and if it's really matching its item description and if people are overall happy with this product that they purchased, because you're about to sell it also on your store and you want it to be of high quality. you want it to be a proven product that has been selling, that has a proven track record. so that is what we're gonna get when we have customer reviews on our suppliers websites. the next thing that we want to look out for is tracking information. some suppliers provide tracking information that you simply cannot track anywhere except for their website. so if you share with your customer that same tracking info, they won't really be able to do anything with it because they will not be able to track it. so you want to work with suppliers that have trackable tracking information, like ups, usps, fedex, dhl- many types of international tracking that's trackable, and more. you can track them on websites like 17tracknet and others, and we're also going to tok about that furt.

A Drop Shipping supplier directory is a database of prevented wholesale suppliers who offer Drop Shipping for their products. now, directory can save you time and energy by giving you instant access to pre-vetted drop shipping suppliers who are willing to fulfill orders on your behalf. now, most supplier directories charge a small fee ranging from thirty dollars to three hundred dollars. now, the primary disadvantage of using a wholesale supplier directory is that many of your competitors will likely be searching the same database and using your exact same suppliers. it's also important to note that A Drop Shipping directory is just a listing of companies. you are still responsible for creating your own Drop Shipping business relationships and negotiating your own pricing and payment terms. now the first Drop Shipping directory is worldwide brands. worldwide Brands is a pre-vetted directory of Drop Shipping wholesalers that collectively offer over 16 million certified wholesale products for sale, including a apparel, consumer electronics, pet supplies, beauty products, home goods and more. they also offer training classes that teach you how to run your own Drop Shipping hold seller offers fast shipping. it's also important to note that you can Leverage The Drop Shipping suppliers that you find on worldwide Brands to sell the US customers, even if you live outside the Source Products for your online store. in addition, doba provides a complete Drop Shipping Solution by managing all of your ordering and fulfillment operations as well. here's how adobo works: you search dobis catalog for products that fit your criteria, you add these products to your eCommerce store and then, once a customer places an order, you make a purchase through doba. doba then passes your order to the Drop Shipping supplier, who then fulfills your order. now, the main advantage of doba is that they act as a bridge to legitimate wholesale suppliers and handle everything for you. the downside is that doba hides your supplier information from you, so you can't contact suppliers directly. as a result, it's difficult to form a relationship with quality suppliers and you must rely on the dobell platform to fulfill all of your orders. doba can interface with all the popular e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, big Commerce and woocommerce. now, doba charges a monthly fee ranging from 24.99 a month to 299 dollars a month, depending on the plan. the next directory is called wholesale 2B. wholesale 2B uses the exact same online business model as doba, and that they handle your Drop Shipping needs from end to end. there's no need to sign up with any individual supplier. wholesale 2B handles all orders, returns and correspondence from the supplier. for you, order fulfillment is essentially a black box. all you got to do is sign up, connect your eCommerce platform and import products from wholesale2b to your shop at the click of a button. when an order comes in, wholesale 2B charges your credit card and delivers the product to the End customer. there's full order tracking and syncing with your shop, and you can instantly get access to over a million Dropship products. now, access to wholesale 2B costs 29.99 a month to connect an existing online store, 39.99 a month to connect to a Marketplace like Amazon or Ebay, and 49.99 a month to have your store hosted on their platform. the next directory is called spocket. now, if you don't want to drive ship any products from China, spocket allows you to find Drop Shipping suppliers from the US and the EU. using in the spocket app, you can instantly add spockets products to your online store at the push of a button, and spocket also offers print on demand options similar to printful. spocket's make sure you dm me the word mentorship on instagram at ac underscore hampton, so i can reach out to see if you'd be a good fit for the four limited spots that i have for all of january. now, without further ado, let's go ahead and jump right into it. as i'm sure you all know, aliexpress is not the most sustainable way to scale your online business, especially with the fact that it's taking 30 to 60 days in order to get the product to your customer. in my opinion, one of the only benefits of using aliexpress is when you're testing products. this is because there's a ton of sellers with all kinds of products that you're able to find and add to your store to quickly test and find out if it's going to be a winning product for you or not. but when it comes to finding that winning product and scaling using this platform will not be sustainable for your business at all. there is a couple other things that play into the reason of aliexpress not being the best platform to use for scaling a product outside of just the shipping times. a couple of those reasons is product and quality and communication. there are major variations between the suppliers, shipping times and product quality, so what that basically means is that it is a random game of product quality and how well your supplier is going to do when sourcing and shipping your product, and, as that is not enough of a hassle, it can take days to have a conversation with the suppliers, as they are likely in a different time zone as you, depending on wherever you live. so, with that being said, my one suggestion during this testing phase and using aliexpress is: make sure that you're doing supplier validation heavily. you should be looking for a 98 or a higher store rating, with a 4.7 rating or higher for the communication product as described and the shipping times along with that. you want to make sure that they have a couple hundred reviews and orders and have been in business for at least over a year to know that this is a supplier that you can at least test with and regardless of the fact that it can take days to hear a response. when you find a supplier that has what you're looking for, make sure that you still message them, start communication and make sure that it is someone that wants to help you grow. now i just want to reiterate that aliexpress is used solely for testing, and once you've found a product that is selling well for you, it's time to move on, to get those faster shipping times so that you can continue to grow and scale your business. so, with that being said, i'm going to recommend you two different sites that you can be using today to make sure that your customers are satisfied with your service and you're not getting angry emails and low feedback ratings that can ultimately give you a restriction very quickly. efficiency is everything for your customers today, especially with competing with platforms like amazon and other drop shippers in the space. customers like to have their product in a hurry, and these two suppliers can help you with exactly that. now, the first site that you can be using is cj drop shipping. cj drop shipping is just one of the top picks due to the fact that they have warehouses all around the world to ship to other countries. this is the ideal situation for local and worldwide drop shipping so that you can make sure that those shipping times are competitive and something that your customers are satisfied with. so if you're someone who is currently struggling with chargebacks and refunds because customers are unhappy with the shipping times, then cj dropshipping can really help you with these issues. many of you have heard of cj dropship and you may know their fulfillment center for any products that you might want to be selling, but you may not know all the benefits that can come from using them as a supplier, so let's go ahead and jump right into it. so here we are on cj drop shipping, and you can see they have a lot of products that you can sell and a lot of products that they can fulfill as well, and, honestly, this is just great because, just like aliexpress, they have almost everything that you can think of. so you could even start off with testing products with cj drop shipping and use that same supplier to scale up the products with even faster and better shipping. now, one of my favorite parts about cj drop shipping is that you're able to get faster shipping times at a lower cost. so let me just go ahead and show you an example of this. now i'm just going to pull up a product on aliexpress and, as you guys can see, i went ahead and chose a dog harness. if you guys have been drop shipping for a while, you know that this dog harness has been going absolutely crazy year after year and it's always a product that you can sell on aliexpress. you can see that we're going to get this item for 11.95. this is for the large variant, with free shipping being estimated. delivery of march 5th. now today is january 18. so this is almost 45 to 50 day shipping on this product if i go ahead and source it from aliexpress. but if we head over to cj drop shipping and we look for that exact same product, you can see that is three dollars and 81 cents for the large variant as well, with the shipping cost of six dollars and 23 cents, which gives us a total drop shipping price.

How to Find Dropshipping Suppliers (GET FASTER & CHEAPER SHIPPING!!)
hey, my name is Matt Riley, and in this video, I'm gonna show you how to find reliable suppliers for dropshipping, and, without further ado, let's just jump right into it. this is gonna save you a ton of time, because it takes a while to research and find suppliers that are actually shipping your products out in a timely manner, and I'm also going to show you how to get the best pricing from all these different supplier options and which ways are the fastest options. I'm gonna go over all the ways very quickly, and there's inefficient ways to find suppliers, and there's efficient ways to find suppliers as well, so we're gonna go over which ones are better for you to use, and I'm also going to go over supplier agents and I'm gonna go over how to actually use them in the best way, and there's- there's- a lot of people that are actually using them in the wrong way, so I'm going to teach you how to use them more efficiently. and just a quick side note: we are drop shipping, so we are gonna get longer shipping times, and the best way to really combat that is to have a friendly customer service in place, because by doing this, you're gonna be able to, you know, cover your long shipping times, your customers aren't gonna be as mad and the majority of the time, they're actually going to be ok with it. now, because there are many different options, what you will use will depend on your current situation. so if you're getting, if you're not getting any orders right now and you're getting below 20 orders a day, you're going to be using a different method than if you were to be getting if you were getting 20 orders or more a day on one specific product. and then there's another option that is potentially better if you're getting 200 orders per day. so if you're getting less than 20 orders per day, I know a lot of people are looking for a supplier agent and they've heard of it. they want to use it because they think that it's a good option and people have mentioned it and it is actually a really good option. but it's not the best option when you're not getting orders. so if you try to look for a supplier agent too early, they're not gonna want to work with you if you're not currently getting orders- and it's actually really important to make sure that you are currently getting orders at this time- and a lot of people have this misconception. maybe they had a winning product in the past, but they don't currently have a winning product as of right now. well, what's gonna happen is these supplier agents actually could be really good and reliable. however, you're going to ruin any potential future relationships with them because they know that you're not getting any orders per day. they're not gonna want to work with you and then the next time when you try to tok to them and you do actually have orders, they're still not going to prioritize you. and another thing is you're not going to know which supplier agents to reach out to if you don't have a winning product. and the reason why is because- and I'm gonna go over this a little bit later- but some suppliers will have easier and cheaper access to different products. so the supplier agent that you're toking to you right now might not be the best option if you get a different winning product in the future, and they might be a better option on another product. so let's go over the better ways to do this, and option one is obviously Aliexpress. now I don't use over low anymore because DSS is much easier to use. you can switch suppliers easily for your product without overriding and having to change the product page. you can bulk order so you can order 2030 products at a time. you can actually order more, but it I'll Express will only limit 30 per payment at a time, although it still is pretty fast. now, the pros for using Aliexpress is obviously: there's a wide selection of products which were you already knew, and you're your winning products probably going to be on here, and it's very easy to integrate with your Shopify store. there's a de-esser app. you can import products, you can order products very quickly and it's actually faster to place your orders if you're getting less than 20 per day just because the app will automatikally fulfill your customers. information to Express, which you already knew, and a lot of people say that it's more expensive, which it it is. these are middlemen too, and a lot of them are tiknically dropshippers as well, and so there's a difference between manufacturers and suppliers. but the manufacturers are the rav people or the company that makes your products, and then the suppliers are the ones that actually find who those manufacturers are, and then they're gonna go and list a listing on Aliexpress and because they mark up the costs, you're not gonna get the cheapest option. but when you're ordering in small quantities and you're ordering pretty much one by one, you're getting less than 20 per day. this is actually usually the cheaper option. now the cons for using Aliexpress is it's more expensive when ordering in bulk. now it is really slow shipping, especially right now, as a packet is almost dead and there's pretty much two to three months shipping for now. so I would not use a packet at the moment. normally, throughout the year, a packet is pretty fast and they're usually the most reliable. right now, don't use it. a lot of orders are being stuck and they're just not being delivered to their customers. now another problem with Aliexpress is- maybe you've already ran into this- is some suppliers they're just not going to ship your order at all and they'll just take your money and they're gonna upload fake track numbers and it's really. it's really disappointing, but not all supplies are like that. actually, most suppliers will actually ship out your orders. this will happen and if this happens to you, you can actually open a dispute, and most of the time- the majority of time. I don't think I've ever lost any disputes, but Aliexpress will actually side with you. it's also pretty time-consuming to place orders. if you're at more than 20 orders per day, another connie's other drop shippers can spy on your product. so if you order a lot of units, then it's going to show the amount of orders. now it doesn't really matter unless no one else is selling your product, because if you have a winning product- other drop shippers are also scaling right now, which is actually pretty common- then it doesn't really matter. there's already a lot of orders on Aliexpress, and besides the fact you're only gonna be using an Express for testing anyway. so to combat the all the problems that I just mentioned, I prefer to use suppliers that have been open in the year 2017 or earlier, and the reason why is because around 2017 is when drop shipping really took a big spike in demand and because drop shippers are a lot of money, a lot of sellers on Aliexpress or making money, so new sellers on Aliexpress wanted to jump in and also be a supplier as well. I'm not saying all suppliers that have been open recently are bad. it's just that most of the ones that have been established for a long period of time are more likely to be actual companies. so 4.5 stars or hires usually what I like to look for. if it's a little bit lower than for 4.5 min beats 4.2 or 4.3. maybe they open in 2018. it's probably fine. I would just message them and reach out to them to make sure that they're actually there and they have a customer support now because a packet is dead. the more reliable option from ordering on Aliexpress is Aliexpress standard shipping and the shipping items aren't that bad. it's users gonna take around 3 to 4 weeks. it's still slow, but it is the best option for shipping in a timely manner for the price. most people already know this, but for the ones that don't, you can actually sort by shipping from the United States if you want to do that. so there's a toggle right there and it's fine to use this if you are shipping to the United States only, but if you're shipping to other countries and worldwide, the DSR app won't automatikally separate the orde.
👀 What You NEED To Know Before Dropshipping
you know what, despite the several successful dropshipping case studies on this channel, i still occasionally get people leaving comments like drop shipping is dead, if it was ever properly alive to begin with. increasing e packet rate- it literally kills drop shipping. it's too late for this business. most businesses fail. i will never waste my time and money trying to start a business ever again, and if you're smart, you'll do the same thing. hmm, yeah, well, okay, obviously, i strongly disagree with those comments, because here's the thing: a lot of people will say things like drop shipping is dead or it's too late, or businesses don't work, and the reason why they're saying these things is because they are making several assumptions that are all wrong, and so, if you are looking to start a store, it's crucial, then, that you understand what these assumptions are before you start drop shipping so that, unlike these people, your store can be successful, because, no, it is not too late. one people won't buy from you. they'll just buy from amazon instead. but wait, sarah, you ask: why would anyone buy products from me if they can buy products directly from amazon themselves? now, it is absolutely true that if you head on over to amazon, that you will find lots of products that can be purchased directly from aliexpress, sitting on amazon's digital shelf as well. and, of course, if customers were to purchase your products on amazon, they would then get to take advantage of their prime two-day shipping. so how on earth could drop shippers successfully dropship these guitar coffee spoons with two to three week shipping via china's cheapest, fastest shipping option- a packet, when a customer could come and buy them on amazon with two-day shipping? i mean, come on, sarah, just think about it. amazon is only growing. in q3 2019, their product sales were up over 17 from the same time in 2018.. won't amazon steal away all of our sales? no, no, they will not. you see, here's the thing. there is some truth to these comments. amazon is arguably the better deal for usa citizens. it is better for the consumer to purchase the products on amazon. so if they figure out that the product that you are selling them is indeed on amazon for purchase, you can bet that amazon will take that sale away from you. but you know what? we literally don't care. and you know what? drop shippers never have the sorts of people who see a product and decide that they're going to research the absolute best deal, for it were never our customers in the first place. nope, it's the 44 of people that impulsively purchase products online that we are targeting and, of course, as shown by how millennials are even more prone to impulsive purchases, with 80 of them impulsively buying products, the overall percentage of impulse e-commerce purchases for us to target as drop shippers is only growing and growing. you see, successful drop shipping stores are built around that target customer, the type of customer that enjoys impulsively purchasing products. it also means that the successful drop shipping stores are usually built around selling products that spike an emotion in a customer that makes them think: i need to buy this right now. it's why this aliexpress dog caller has made hundreds of thousands of dollars. the advertising dropshippers used spike fear and dog owners pointing out how many dogs dying in car accidents each year from not being seen. that is why, when recently, i saw this comment from this viewer asking why their online store wasn't successful, i pretty much instantly knew that the store would be selling extremely boring products. and lo and behold, i was right. now, of course, this is actually a print on demand store, not a drop shipping store, but the exact same principle applies. why would somebody want to buy this hoodie when they can go to amazon and find cheaper hoodies and shirts with inspirational messages on there, because here is the reality. typing vision in a plain white circle is not exciting. so let's compare this hoodie to this hoodie. what is the difference between the two? well, the difference is that one hoodie is very boring and the other is extremely interesting, unique and unlike anything people are likely to have seen before, which is why this hoodie's facebook advertising campaign made so much money for the successful aliexpress dropshipping store. freaky pet. and, of course, if you're ever wondering, this exact same answer applies to the people that ask the question: why would customers not go directly to aliexpress themselves? well, again, it's because good aliexpress drop shippers sell products that trigger emotions on people and get them to impulsively buy their products, so that they never even think to go check if a product is on aliexpress, because they see and go. that's so amazing. i must buy one now. and, by the way, if you've learned something from this video and you would like to learn even more about starting a successful drop shipping store, then be sure to subscribe and click that little notification bell next to it so that you don't miss out on any of our videos. two, dropshipping is a scam. i just want to quickly address this because these comments are really dumb. you know, you might have notiked that earlier in this video i freely admitted that it would be a fast, superior financial choice for a customer to buy this hoodie on amazon with two day shipping for a fraction of the price compared to what they would pay for it on freaky pet. and so what do people say to that? oh, the customer can get it cheaper, elsewhere, quicker. that makes your store a scam. nope, it does not. number one: if it weren't for your facebook ad, the customer would never have known about that product that they really enjoyed getting in the first place. people really love this hoodie and we're really grateful that it was advertised to them and they bought it. you had to pay for that advertising to do that, which you pass on to the customer. amazon doesn't advertise products. customers have to find them themselves. and number two, as an entrepreneur, you are in no way obligated to offer your product for the lowest price. here are two coffee shops around the corner from my apartment. they are across the road from each other. i walked into coffee shop a and bought my favorite coffee, a long black, for three dollars- and yes, i know that overseas the phrase long black might conjure up some different thoughts, but here in new zealand, and over in australia too, a long black simply refers to pouring an espresso shot over 100 to 120 mls of boiling water to create a stronger version of an americano with creamer. next i went into coffee shop b and again order long black, but this time it cost four dollars- completely different prices for an extremely similar product. and you know what? coffee shop a's three dollar coffee was the best. would you say that coffee shop b is a scam for charging a higher price for a worse version of this coffee? no, you would not. pricing is entirely subjective and is actually determined by the customer, not you. you present the customer with the price and it is up to them to decide if that price is worth it or not. and at the end of the day, if freaky pet are able to create a marketing campaign that gets people to purchase their hoodie for a higher price while being entirely upfront about the shipping times, then they 100 deserve that sale. 3. drop shipping is saturated. perhaps the most bizarre of all the claims is that drop shipping is dead and it's over since. well, it's saturated. and the truth is when i see comments like this, it blows my mind, because this comment literally makes no sense. here is what market saturation literally is. it's when a product has been maximized in a market, in other words, when all of the people who would want that product have bought it already. and here is what drop shipping is. drop shipping is when a customer buys a product that you've listed in your store for a markup price. when they do, you go to the manufacturer and you purchase that one product for the wholesale price and then have the
How To Find Dropshipping Agents & How They Work ( FAST SHIPPING FROM CHINA)
so around a week or two ago, I made a video toking about shipping times from China- how you can actually get them fast and efficient- and a lot of people didn't know exactly what I was discussing when I mentioned shipping agents. a lot of people were really confused on that topic. so in this video, I'm going to explain what shipping terms are like in China, like how the process goes, and then why you should use it. what's an agent is, what their benefit is like, how it works and all of that stuff. because a lot of people were like: do they order products in bulk for you? do they just get better pricing? do you have to have a minimum order quantity? like you have to already have ten orders a day? or like: how does it work and how do we benefit from it? so in this video, that's what I'm going to walk you guys through. now, before we get into this video, be sure to smash the like button and click Subscribe below, because I am posting every single day. we are, I believe, two days away from one whole month of posting every single day. it has been a grind, but yeah, we're going on one month, so that'll be awesome. so now that that's out of the way. let's get into this topic now. the first thing I want to explain is shipping times in China. let's just say you're using a packet. how does it work? well, let's just say you have your warehouse that houses the product, okay, so they're holding the inventory. you place an order through them. let's just say you're using over low or DS's- I prefer DS's, but let's say they're using whatever and they get the order. the warehouse gets the order, and what happens from there? I would assume they take the package. I know what they do. I'm just saying like, in my opinion, before I was educated on this, I thought they would just take the package, unless you say you're using a packet, send it to your a packets company and then have a packet ship the product out. but that is not how it works. it is a longer process than that. so what happens? it takes one to two days to get the product from the warehouse to their forwarding warehouse, which is where they send the product to, to then have the forwarding warehouse send it out to the e packet- who where Alice- to then ship the product. so what are the timeframes for that? on average, it takes one to two days to just get the product simply from their warehouse, where they store the products, all the way to the forwarders warehouse, which means that's already one to two days, and then from the forwarders warehouse to, let's just say, you're using a packet or DHL, it takes another 1 to 2 days to get it to that warehouse. that is the place where it actually takes your package and puts it on a plane or by see if you're doing sea shipping, which sea shipping is extremely long. I don't recommend it. if your drop shipping and you would assume that's maybe one day or so, no, that is a another three to five days to just get the product, sort it and then put it on to a plane or a boat to then have it shipped to the customer and then, once the product goes from the plane and lands into the whatever US, that's another three to five days. once it has left, like gotten onto a plane, another three to five days to actually have the product get to the customer, which is so let's just do worst case scenario: two days to get from the warehouse to forwarders. two days for the forwarder to then give it to DHL Ori packet- five days to have DHL Ori packet or whatever put it on the plane, another five days to have it go from plane to the customer. so that is five, ten, eleven, twelve, fourteen days for shipping, just for shipping. and that is not including like for myself. that is with DHL Express. that is fast shipping, but if you're doing a packet it's probably gonna be closer to thirty days, like twenty-five to thirty days because you're doing sea. so with DHL Express I am able to get five days shipping. how do I do that? because I read you those numbers and that was does not add up, because the shipping itself takes like three to five days. so how does that work? well, I'll explain that right now. basically, you have to have- number one, good relationships with your supplier. so if you have that, you can end up cutting out the forwarder or something in the shipping process. and if you want to use an agent- which is what this video is, you know, taught a title- then stuff we'll get into that in a second. but agents are not necessary. they are good and they are beneficial and they can't save you time. but before you go from having an eight like drop shipping to having an agent, you don't have to go there right away. you can go drop ship until you're scaled a little bit. then go agent so have a good connection with your supplier, make sure they're honest and transparent with their shipping times by ordering the product by yourself and ordering it, testing the quality, testing shipping times, all of that stuff, because you want to know that they're actually being truthful for their shipping times. and then from there you can start using the supplier. now again, I mentioned getting a supplier from Alibaba. I enjoy it way more. they are way more friendly with you on Alibaba and the shipping times aren't bad, the pricing is usually a little bit better and it's just normally a better experience. so that's what I would suggest. now. when you're going out and looking for an agent, you normally have to have 30 orders per day. now that is not that much. if you're doing like a $30 product or something or like a 20 dollar product, that's not a lot of orders. that's like almost $1000 a day, which at that point you should be profitable. and then you take on an agent and you have them help you out, and then they normally get you a lower cost of goods and faster shipping, because they themselves are the warehouse and the forwarding agent. they are the person who houses the product and then they don't send it to someone else to then have them send it to e packet or DHL to get it and then load it onto the planer boat. they do it themselves. so they take the package and send it directly to wherever it needs to go, like the e packets facility or a DHL facility. now that in itself will save you around 3 to 4 days for shipping, simply because they can do 24-hour processing, which means they get the product packaged and label on it and everything and sent to the shipping company within 24 hours, which is amazing and that speeds up the process quite a bit. so that is nice and shipping agents are great. another big benefit is normally you can add them onto your store as an admin, where they can actually go on and get the live data for your orders, meaning you don't even have to export any data. you can just like export the orders- you don't have to do any of that sometimes- where they can just be on there and they collect it all and fulfill orders as you go. another big benefit is cash flow, so a lot of people think that's when your drop shipping. the only way to do it is just pay for orders every single time you place one. but with a lot of agents, what will happen is they will fulfill your orders and then they usually invoice you, like once a week or once every other week or something like that. that is nice because that can help out with your cash flow. so an example, perfect example: I've generated around 42 or 43 hundred dollars in sales on a new store that I just started on the 23rd. it's the 29th that I'm filming this now. yes, we've generated $4,200, but none of that money has gotten into my account yet because I had a fresh stripe account, fresh PayPal accounts. now, if I didn't have any money, I couldn't really feel fill those orders because I would have to wait for this money to come in. but I have money in my bank account, which means I can fulfill these and be fine and I can fund the ads for awhile and not really have to sweat any of the costs. but if I was starting out, there would be an issue. so that is a cool thing when you getting started with the agent is maybe they have it to where you pay every week or once to once every two weeks, because then if you have a hold on your money, they ca.
