00:01:13	00:01:18	different options what you will use will
00:01:16	00:01:20	depend on your current situation so if
00:01:18	00:01:22	you're getting if you're not getting any
00:01:20	00:01:25	orders right now and you're getting
00:01:22	00:01:27	below 20 orders a day you're going to be
00:01:25	00:01:28	using a different method than if you
00:01:27	00:01:31	were to be getting if you were getting
00:01:28	00:01:33	20 orders or more a day on one specific
00:01:31	00:01:35	product and then there's another option
00:01:33	00:01:37	that is potentially better if you're
00:01:35	00:01:39	getting 200 orders per day so if you're
00:01:37	00:01:41	getting less than 20 orders per day I
00:01:39	00:01:43	know a lot of people are looking for a
00:01:41	00:01:46	supplier agent and they've heard of it
00:01:43	00:01:47	they want to use it because they think
00:01:46	00:01:49	that it's a good option and people have
00:01:47	00:01:52	mentioned it and it is actually a really
00:01:49	00:01:55	good option but it's not the best option
00:01:52	00:01:57	when you're not getting orders so if you
00:01:55	00:01:59	try to look for a supplier agent too
00:01:57	00:02:01	early they're not gonna want to work
00:01:59	00:02:03	with you if you're not currently getting
00:02:01	00:02:05	orders and it's actually really
00:02:03	00:02:07	important to make sure that you are
00:02:05	00:02:09	currently getting orders at this time
00:02:07	00:02:11	and a lot of people have this
00:02:09	00:02:12	misconception maybe they had a winning
00:02:11	00:02:14	product in the past
00:02:12	00:02:16	but they don't currently have a winning
00:02:14	00:02:19	product as of right now
00:02:16	00:02:21	well what's gonna happen is these
00:02:19	00:02:24	supplier agents actually could be really
00:02:21	00:02:26	good and reliable however you're going
00:02:24	00:02:28	to ruin any potential future
00:02:26	00:02:30	relationships with them because they
00:02:28	00:02:31	know that you're not getting any orders
00:02:30	00:02:33	per day they're not gonna want to work
00:02:31	00:02:35	with you and then the next time when you
00:02:33	00:02:37	try to tok to them and you do actually
00:02:35	00:02:39	have orders they're still not going to
00:02:37	00:02:42	prioritize you and another thing is
00:02:39	00:02:44	you're not going to know which supplier
00:02:42	00:02:46	agents to reach out to if you don't have
00:02:44	00:02:49	a winning product and the reason why is
00:02:46	00:02:51	because and I'm gonna go over this a
00:02:49	00:02:53	little bit later but some suppliers will
00:02:51	00:02:57	have easier and cheaper access to
00:02:53	00:02:58	different products so the supplier agent
00:02:57	00:03:02	that you're toking to you right now
00:02:58	00:03:03	might not be the best option if you get
00:03:02	00:03:05	a different winning product in the
00:03:03	00:03:08	future and they might be a better option
00:03:05	00:03:10	on another product so let's go over the
00:03:08	00:03:12	better ways to do this and option one is
00:03:10	00:03:15	obviously Aliexpress now I don't use
00:03:12	00:03:17	over low anymore because DSS is much
00:03:15	00:03:19	easier to use you can switch suppliers
00:03:17	00:03:22	easily for your product without
00:03:19	00:03:24	overriding and having to change the
00:03:22	00:03:27	product page you can bulk order so you
00:03:24	00:03:29	can order 2030 products at a time you
00:03:27	00:03:32	can actually order more but it I'll
00:03:29	00:03:34	Express will only limit 30 per payment
00:03:32	00:03:39	at a time although it still is pretty
00:03:34	00:03:41	fast now the pros for using Aliexpress
00:03:39	00:03:42	is obviously there's a wide selection of
00:03:41	00:03:44	products which were you already knew and
00:03:42	00:03:47	you're your winning products probably
00:03:44	00:03:49	going to be on here and it's very easy
00:03:47	00:03:52	to integrate with your Shopify store
00:03:49	00:03:54	there's a de-esser app you can import
00:03:52	00:03:57	products you can order products very
00:03:54	00:04:00	quickly and it's actually faster to
00:03:57	00:04:03	place your orders if you're getting less
00:04:00	00:04:05	than 20 per day just because the app
00:04:03	00:04:07	will automatikally fulfill your
00:04:05	00:04:10	customers information to Express which
00:04:07	00:04:14	you already knew and a lot of people say
00:04:10	00:04:16	that it's more expensive which it it is
00:04:14	00:04:18	these are middlemen too and a lot of
00:04:16	00:04:20	them are tiknically dropshippers as
00:04:18	00:04:23	well and so there's a difference between
00:04:20	00:04:25	manufacturers and suppliers but the
00:04:23	00:04:26	manufacturers are the rav people or the
00:04:25	00:04:27	company that
00:04:26	00:04:29	makes your products and then the
00:04:27	00:04:32	suppliers are the ones that actually
00:04:29	00:04:35	find who those manufacturers are and
00:04:32	00:04:38	then they're gonna go and list a listing
00:04:35	00:04:39	on Aliexpress and because they mark up
00:04:38	00:04:42	the costs you're not gonna get the
00:04:39	00:04:43	cheapest option but when you're ordering
00:04:42	00:04:45	in small quantities and you're ordering
00:04:43	00:04:47	pretty much one by one you're getting
00:04:45	00:04:50	less than 20 per day this is actually
00:04:47	00:04:53	usually the cheaper option now the cons
00:04:50	00:04:55	for using Aliexpress is it's more
00:04:53	00:04:58	expensive when ordering in bulk now it
00:04:55	00:05:01	is really slow shipping especially right
00:04:58	00:05:04	now as a packet is almost dead and
00:05:01	00:05:06	there's pretty much two to three months
00:05:04	00:05:08	shipping for now so I would not use a
00:05:06	00:05:11	packet at the moment normally throughout
00:05:08	00:05:13	the year a packet is pretty fast and
00:05:11	00:05:15	they're usually the most reliable right
00:05:13	00:05:16	now don't use it a lot of orders are
00:05:15	00:05:19	being stuck and they're just not being
00:05:16	00:05:21	delivered to their customers now another
00:05:19	00:05:23	problem with Aliexpress is maybe you've
00:05:21	00:05:25	already ran into this is some suppliers
00:05:23	00:05:27	they're just not going to ship your
00:05:25	00:05:29	order at all and they'll just take your
00:05:27	00:05:32	money and they're gonna upload fake
00:05:29	00:05:33	track numbers and it's really it's
00:05:32	00:05:34	really disappointing but not all
00:05:33	00:05:36	supplies are like that
00:05:34	00:05:37	actually most suppliers will actually
00:05:36	00:05:39	ship out your orders this will happen
00:05:37	00:05:42	and if this happens to you you can
00:05:39	00:05:44	actually open a dispute and most of the
00:05:42	00:05:45	time the majority of time I don't think
00:05:44	00:05:47	I've ever lost any disputes but
00:05:45	00:05:49	Aliexpress will actually side with you
00:05:47	00:05:52	it's also pretty time-consuming to place
00:05:49	00:05:53	orders if you're at more than 20 orders
00:05:52	00:05:55	per day another connie's other drop
00:05:53	00:05:59	shippers can spy on your product so if
00:05:55	00:06:02	you order a lot of units then it's going
00:05:59	00:06:05	to show the amount of orders now it
00:06:02	00:06:06	doesn't really matter unless no one else
00:06:05	00:06:08	is selling your product because if you
00:06:06	00:06:10	have a winning product other drop
00:06:08	00:06:11	shippers are also scaling right now
00:06:10	00:06:13	which is actually pretty common then it
00:06:11	00:06:16	doesn't really matter there's already a
00:06:13	00:06:17	lot of orders on Aliexpress and besides
00:06:16	00:06:21	the fact you're only gonna be using an
00:06:17	00:06:23	Express for testing anyway so to combat
00:06:21	00:06:26	the all the problems that I just
00:06:23	00:06:28	mentioned I prefer to use suppliers that
00:06:26	00:06:30	have been open in the year 2017 or
00:06:28	00:06:35	earlier and the reason why is because
00:06:30	00:06:39	around 2017 is when drop shipping really
00:06:35	00:06:39	took a big spike in demand and because
00:06:39	00:06:41	drop shippers are
00:06:39	00:06:43	a lot of money a lot of sellers on
00:06:41	00:06:46	Aliexpress or making money so new
00:06:43	00:06:49	sellers on Aliexpress wanted to jump in
00:06:46	00:06:52	and also be a supplier as well I'm not
00:06:49	00:06:55	saying all suppliers that have been open
00:06:52	00:06:57	recently are bad it's just that most of
00:06:55	00:06:59	the ones that have been established for
00:06:57	00:07:02	a long period of time are more likely to
00:06:59	00:07:05	be actual companies so 4.5 stars or
00:07:02	00:07:08	hires usually what I like to look for if
00:07:05	00:07:11	it's a little bit lower than for 4.5 min
00:07:08	00:07:14	beats 4.2 or 4.3 maybe they open in 2018
00:07:11	00:07:16	it's probably fine I would just message
00:07:14	00:07:19	them and reach out to them to make sure
00:07:16	00:07:21	that they're actually there and they
00:07:19	00:07:24	have a customer support now because a
00:07:21	00:07:25	packet is dead the more reliable option
00:07:24	00:07:27	from ordering on Aliexpress is
00:07:25	00:07:29	Aliexpress standard shipping and the
00:07:27	00:07:31	shipping items aren't that bad it's
00:07:29	00:07:33	users gonna take around 3 to 4 weeks
00:07:31	00:07:36	it's still slow but it is the best
00:07:33	00:07:39	option for shipping in a timely manner
00:07:36	00:07:41	for the price most people already know
00:07:39	00:07:44	this but for the ones that don't you can
00:07:41	00:07:46	actually sort by shipping from the
00:07:44	00:07:49	United States if you want to do that so
00:07:46	00:07:51	there's a toggle right there and it's
00:07:49	00:07:53	fine to use this if you are shipping to
00:07:51	00:07:55	the United States only but if you're
00:07:53	00:07:57	shipping to other countries and
00:07:55	00:07:59	worldwide the DSR app won't
00:07:57	00:08:01	automatikally separate the orders from
00:07:59	00:08:02	different countries so when you go to
00:08:01	00:08:04	order them you're going to have to
00:08:02	00:08:06	manually place the orders okay so let's
00:08:04	00:08:09	go over the next option which is
00:08:06	00:08:11	overload suppliers now this option is
00:08:09	00:08:14	it's usually more expensive than
00:08:11	00:08:17	Aliexpress but what's good about this is
00:08:14	00:08:20	they will have faster shipping and it's
00:08:17	00:08:22	a little bit more reliable you're not
00:08:20	00:08:25	really going to get scammed at all all
00:08:22	00:08:28	suppliers on there are verified by uber
00:08:25	00:08:29	Lo and have a good track record usually
00:08:28	00:08:32	the only problems you're going to run
00:08:29	00:08:34	into is the cost being too high and you
00:08:32	00:08:36	might not even find your product on
00:08:34	00:08:40	there because their product selection
00:08:36	00:08:41	isn't as wide as Aliexpress is now you
00:08:40	00:08:44	want to make sure that the supplier is
00:08:41	00:08:46	verified over the supplier and it's not
00:08:44	00:08:48	saying it's in Aliexpress
00:08:46	00:08:51	you can actually see a button there it's
00:08:48	00:08:53	going to show you or some sort of badge
00:08:51	00:08:55	saying that it's or below suppliers or
00:08:53	00:08:57	if it's from aliexpress then there's
00:08:55	00:08:59	going to be a link and again this is
00:08:57	00:09:00	easy order processing there's an app
00:08:59	00:09:03	going to automatikally fulfill your
00:09:00	00:09:06	orders okay so let's go over option
00:09:03	00:09:09	number three which is e Parolo and this
00:09:06	00:09:11	one's actually pretty good and I've
00:09:09	00:09:13	heard some mixed reviews about this and
00:09:11	00:09:16	some users had problems with this
00:09:13	00:09:18	probably like six months ago maybe
00:09:16	00:09:21	longer than that but since then they've
00:09:18	00:09:23	improved their logistiks and their
00:09:21	00:09:25	shipping orders in a timely manner and
00:09:23	00:09:29	the market prices for the products are
00:09:25	00:09:31	great at this low order volume and
00:09:29	00:09:33	you're going to see some products that
00:09:31	00:09:35	might actually be cheaper than
00:09:33	00:09:38	Aliexpress some might be a little bit
00:09:35	00:09:40	more expensive but the good thing about
00:09:38	00:09:43	this is the shipping options are more
00:09:40	00:09:44	reliable it's going to save five to
00:09:43	00:09:48	eight days shipping on their website but
00:09:44	00:09:51	I wouldn't trust that just give it a
00:09:48	00:09:53	little bit more breathing room so you
00:09:51	00:09:56	know your customers are safe and you're
00:09:53	00:09:59	safe so I would expect about one and a
00:09:56	00:10:01	half to three weeks to on this probably
00:09:59	00:10:05	a little bit faster especially for the
00:10:01	00:10:06	United States and that's still ok you
00:10:05	00:10:08	that's that's really good actually she's
00:10:06	00:10:12	pretty good for a drop shipping and
00:10:08	00:10:13	there's also not that wide of a product
00:10:12	00:10:17	selection it should be a little bit
00:10:13	00:10:18	wider than all below suppliers but it's
00:10:17	00:10:20	a good idea to check to see if your

00:10:20	00:10:24	you're you are testing are up here on
00:10:22	00:10:27	ePro Lo and again there's easy order
00:10:24	00:10:30	processing there's an app so option
00:10:27	00:10:33	number four CJ drop shipping and this
00:10:30	00:10:35	one it also has faster shipping one
00:10:33	00:10:37	point five to three weeks I'd probably
00:10:35	00:10:40	say well one point five to two weeks
00:10:37	00:10:43	even and some products have USA shipping
00:10:40	00:10:45	and the pricing is gonna be cheap too
00:10:43	00:10:47	for ordering at low volume again you're
00:10:45	00:10:49	gonna see pretty much the same as e Pro
00:10:47	00:10:50	low you're gonna see some products that
00:10:49	00:10:52	are cheaper than Aliexpress you're gonna
00:10:50	00:10:54	see you're gonna see some products that
00:10:52	00:10:57	are a little bit more expensive than
00:10:54	00:10:59	Aliexpress but that's okay because I
00:10:57	00:11:02	would rather pay a little bit more for
00:10:59	00:11:05	faster shipping and there's mostly
00:11:02	00:11:07	positive roos reviews for CJ drop
00:11:05	00:11:07	shipping especially now I've seen a lot
00:11:07	00:11:10	of negative
00:11:07	00:11:14	reviews and I think it just really
00:11:10	00:11:16	depends on the product and a lot of the
00:11:14	00:11:19	negative reviews came from the past
00:11:16	00:11:22	they're a very established company now
00:11:19	00:11:25	but when I was first introduced to them
00:11:22	00:11:27	in early 2018 they didn't have proper
00:11:25	00:11:29	logistiks in place there was a lot of
00:11:27	00:11:32	users on the platform and they couldn't
00:11:29	00:11:34	keep up because they didn't have that
00:11:32	00:11:36	big of a staff but now they do now
00:11:34	00:11:39	they're a pretty big company and it's
00:11:36	00:11:41	been a few years since so they should be
00:11:39	00:11:43	able to ship your products in a timely
00:11:41	00:11:46	manner and they have actually a pretty
00:11:43	00:11:47	wide selection of products you're
00:11:46	00:11:50	probably actually going to find your
00:11:47	00:11:52	winning product on here as well and even
00:11:50	00:11:55	if you don't you can actually request a
00:11:52	00:11:58	product if they don't have it listed and
00:11:55	00:12:00	it's pretty easy to do that the only
00:11:58	00:12:03	downside is actually the order
00:12:00	00:12:06	processing it's easy once you know how
00:12:03	00:12:07	to do it but at first it may seem a
00:12:06	00:12:09	little bit complicated there - their
00:12:07	00:12:13	dashboard I've heard people complain
00:12:09	00:12:15	about their dashboard and it seems like
00:12:13	00:12:17	it is but just watch the video tutorials
00:12:15	00:12:20	and they will have a heavy Chinese
00:12:17	00:12:22	accent but you should be able to get
00:12:20	00:12:22	through them and it's it's pretty easy
00:12:22	00:12:25	to use
00:12:22	00:12:28	after you know how everything works okay
00:12:25	00:12:31	so the next option is weo and they
00:12:28	00:12:32	actually had a horrible service at
00:12:31	00:12:36	launch and I remember when they first
00:12:32	00:12:39	launched a lot of people jumped on their
00:12:36	00:12:41	app a lot of users wanted to ship the
00:12:39	00:12:44	orders from them and they didn't expect
00:12:41	00:12:46	this high of a demand so they didn't
00:12:44	00:12:49	have the staff to cover the amount of
00:12:46	00:12:52	users ordering for products as well but
00:12:49	00:12:54	they have improved logistiks as well as
00:12:52	00:12:56	CJ drop shipping and they have hired
00:12:54	00:12:59	more staff
00:12:56	00:13:02	the thing with weo is they claim to have
00:12:59	00:13:04	no mlq which is a minimum order quantity
00:13:02	00:13:07	and let's say you're getting maybe just
00:13:04	00:13:09	one order a day or two orders a day or
00:13:07	00:13:12	three orders a day they say that that's
00:13:09	00:13:16	okay but they're going to prioritize
00:13:12	00:13:17	users with low volume and most suppliers
00:13:16	00:13:20	will do that but you're you're probably
00:13:17	00:13:21	not going to see that problem with CJ or
00:13:20	00:13:23	ypres low
00:13:21	00:13:25	or Aliexpress or over those suppliers as
00:13:23	00:13:28	much with we oh you're probably gonna
00:13:25	00:13:32	see that problem a little bit more and
00:13:28	00:13:34	you can use them at this stage but it's
00:13:32	00:13:36	probably a little bit better to use them
00:13:34	00:13:38	when you're getting 20 or more orders
00:13:36	00:13:40	per day that way they prioritize you and
00:13:38	00:13:44	they ship out your orders pretty fast
00:13:40	00:13:47	they do usually also stik to the common
00:13:44	00:13:50	market prices and for orders being
00:13:47	00:13:52	placed at low volume and they usually
00:13:50	00:13:53	have fester shipping the Aliexpress as
00:13:52	00:13:55	well okay so let's go over the next
00:13:53	00:13:59	option and these are two different
00:13:55	00:14:01	companies you drop e and hyper SKU but
00:13:59	00:14:04	the thing with these is I believe that
00:14:01	00:14:06	they're in the same boat as kind of we
00:14:04	00:14:09	Oh was and CJ dropping drop shipping was
00:14:06	00:14:11	when they first started because these
00:14:09	00:14:15	options they're not super popular yet
00:14:11	00:14:19	and I think they're probably okay to use
00:14:15	00:14:21	now and what I think will happen is the
00:14:19	00:14:24	platform is going to have a sudden
00:14:21	00:14:26	increase in users if they do if they do
00:14:24	00:14:28	then the staff won't be able to keep up
00:14:26	00:14:30	for a little bit and it's going to take
00:14:28	00:14:32	three to six months about for the
00:14:30	00:14:36	logistiks to be back to normal again so
00:14:32	00:14:38	you know just watch out and tok to them
00:14:36	00:14:40	see if they're responding to your
00:14:38	00:14:42	messages in a timely manner and if they
00:14:40	00:14:45	are responding to your messages and they
00:14:42	00:14:47	are shipping your products in a timely
00:14:45	00:14:50	manner then it's okay to use them but
00:14:47	00:14:52	you know just be aware of this and these
00:14:50	00:14:54	options are also a bit more expensive
00:14:52	00:14:56	they're probably not cheaper than the
00:14:54	00:14:58	ones I just mentioned but they do have
00:14:56	00:15:00	fast shipping okay so option number
00:14:58	00:15:04	seven is actually surprising the ebay
00:15:00	00:15:06	now I've used eBay before and there are
00:15:04	00:15:10	some really good things about eBay in
00:15:06	00:15:12	that they they pretty much ship the
00:15:10	00:15:15	fastest to the United States because
00:15:12	00:15:16	they a lot of these sellers are actually
00:15:15	00:15:18	already in the United States their
00:15:16	00:15:20	inventories in the United States you're
00:15:18	00:15:21	still getting pretty decent pricing if
00:15:20	00:15:24	you can find them some sellers will mark
00:15:21	00:15:26	out the price like crazy but you're most
00:15:24	00:15:30	likely going to get a decent price for a
00:15:26	00:15:32	low order volume it's pretty reliable to
00:15:30	00:15:34	just make sure that you're looking at
00:15:32	00:15:37	the solar feedback 95% positive
00:15:34	00:15:39	back score or higher is usually good to
00:15:37	00:15:42	look at there's no automatik ordering
00:15:39	00:15:44	and I've used drop a five before and
00:15:42	00:15:46	there were some glitches in the system I
00:15:44	00:15:48	don't use drama fight anymore because I
00:15:46	00:15:52	just used the aesir's or I used a
00:15:48	00:15:54	supplier agent but for drop a fight you
00:15:52	00:15:56	can check to see if they will
00:15:54	00:15:58	automatikally order your products right
00:15:56	00:15:59	now when I was using eBay it was more so
00:15:58	00:16:01	for testing and you would have to
00:15:59	00:16:03	manually place the orders in put all of
00:16:01	00:16:05	your customers information and so it's
00:16:03	00:16:06	not really a good way to scale it's just
00:16:05	00:16:08	a good option for when you're getting
00:16:06	00:16:11	less than twenty orders per day so in
00:16:08	00:16:13	summary if you are at this stage you
00:16:11	00:16:14	first you want to find a product that's
00:16:13	00:16:16	making you twenty orders per day that's
00:16:14	00:16:18	your number one goal you want to you
00:16:16	00:16:21	want to get to that twenty orders per
00:16:18	00:16:22	day on one specific product okay that
00:16:21	00:16:24	way you can move on to the next step
00:16:22	00:16:25	which I'm going to tok about how you
00:16:24	00:16:28	can get cheaper options and faster
00:16:25	00:16:30	options before then as you are testing
00:16:28	00:16:32	products because you're gonna get you
00:16:30	00:16:34	know one order a day here you're gonna
00:16:32	00:16:37	get one two three maybe even five orders
